Good space for parking and seating

the food was not cooked and gave me food poisoning. service was horrible had two employees make fun of my lazy eye and were rude to my 5 year old boy and shouted racial slurs at him. in the restraunt people were fighting and were racist to my son

Went for a McDonald's breakfast last Friday,via drive through. Had lovely chat with staff, but disappointed with my cappuccino as it was a little on the warm side not hot enough. Sausage and egg mcmuffin was worth it though.

This restaurant is closing for a couple of weeks for an upgrade re-opens 5th May, (try to make earlier)???. Saturday 7th may, thank god this place has re-opened, i missed the good atmosphere, great food and coffee, there appears to be new staff, they still look young enough to be at school but they are very polite and helpful asking do i need anything else etc. I like the new changes keep up the good work see you in the week. Back for breakfast cooked to perfection as usual. 27.11.2022 It pains me to say this restaurant is going down hill, today I waited 25 minutes for a black coffee and mini waffles to be delivered to the table when it arrived the waffles were cold, so I had to wait 10 minutes for more, this place is operated using kids with no apparent interest in working or being helpful. One of the girls knocked a cup of coffee on the floor, the lid didn't come off so she picked it up and put it with the other coffees for someone to have, this kind of practice must never happen again, come on management please get it sorted.

I had a McChicken Sandwich Burger. There was hardly any lettuce in it, but I had to pick it all out because it was limp and turning brown. Definitely past it's best. Everything else was ok though.

Says open 24/7 - is not open 24/7 (drive through is 24/7), would not make an exception for a single drink. Charge a 50p extra on large latte’s etc. for the large meal - do not give you the option to have a regular one for the base price of the meal. Employees not taking any ownership or using common sense - because they “don’t make the rules”. Trash.

What do you expect, lives up to expectations

Ample parking and a drive thru. Busy on weekends.

Food arrived fairly quickly, burgers were nice but fries were lukewarm

8 times out of 10 they will get your drive through order wrong.. always check before you drive away!

Mcdonald's keep putting up the delivery time but delivery driver friendly

Ordered a Philly cheese steak and stated 4 times, no pickles. Received burger and it's just a cheese burger... Completely plain...

My order was 2 hours late. The food was stone cold and the Icecream and milkshake were melted and completely runny. I would like a full refund.

We never received our order so no food no compensation or refund, the hotel reception confirmed that no one came up with a delivery, so left hungry and out of pocket and the online customer service said there was nothing they can do… absolute joke!

Great food , great delivery, food is fresh and hot

Max had a McFlurry, so sweet and so bright, But the sun made it melt, oh what a sight! Instead of a frown, he sparked up a zoot, little max and flurry was over the moon, Messy moments can bring pure joy, but boy what a night.

Freshly made not too busy, piping hot, food was their best version of Maccys

Just finished a 12h night shift and wanted something quick to eat. Asked for a flatbread and a hashbrown in the drive thru. They gave me a flat white I said that's not mine U had a flatbread and has brown. Then the big lady with glasses in the back said SHE DEFINITELY SAID FLAT WHITE. I definitely didn't. Absolutely rude person, she needs to listen better or just not be on the headset, if she can't understand simple orders.

Clean and efficient service food was piping hot and tasted lovely

All as to be expected really. Just reliable food that you know what you’re gonna get. Nothing bad, nothing amazing. Just is what it is.

This place is useless! Customer service is dreadful, they give a large chips box with less then a small chips worth in it. Always get orders wrong and always bits missing if you have delive

Grear experience in this store every staff was well trained and very friendly behaviour.

Coffee tasted more like warm milk with a hint of coffee. Not hot enough either.

Fries are not very nice, taste like they've been reheated and have a horrible rubbery texture

Good parking, easy to find. Egg was over cooked in my Mighty Muffin and very little brown sauce. Kid on next table squealing made us go upstairs where the extra tables were a welcome sight. Food on the seat, and a fly would suggest they are not the hottest of cleanliness. Staff training/induction being carried out in the restaurant area

I have never had a bad meal at this McDonald's, however tonight I purchased a chicken wrap meal with a banana milkshake. The wrap was made from chicken nuggets,not the normal chicken. Strips, and the milkshake tastes funny and was an odd colour so I couldn't drink it . Due to getting it from the drive through I did not notice until I got home.

Terrible Drive through service. Rude, Inefficient badly trained staff. Long waits at intercom to take order sometimes no communication at all. Too often waiting for food at drive through

i havnt receieved my meal i spent £40 !!!!! and have recieved a happy meal and some chips i have no dinner my kids are hungry i have pictures to prove i have the wrong order i am discusted how are my family gonna eat now ????? ive recieved £10 meal !

No one here can follow an order. Missing items and a refusal of a refund from just eat absolutely w@nk at best

It's McDonalds What more can I say

An ok McDonalds when visited, but fails to put together delivery orders at least one in five times. I would not recommend ordering a delivery from here, it's not fun to deal with a disappointed child when they've been looking forward to their Happy Meal.

I ordered using the app in my car and then entered the store. In a few minutes I had my order, everything was correct, tasty and freshly made.

Worst McDonald’s ever got my drink taken by a staff member and put in the bin when I Wasn’t finished and food was horrible fries were soggy

LovI l’y atmosphere but guard snatched my food cause I ate one chop. Security agreed and made him apologise. But as a woman he pushed me. Should be fired

Ordered 4 burgers only 2 arrived

Order was exactly as expected, all food tasted cooked fresh, very well packaged, so overall as always a service second to none from McDonalds @ Westway. Delivery Rider was very polite, very professional exceeded my level of expectation and very much deserved the tip.

Coffee was tipped over in bag when delivered and had soaked everything including food. Paper bag was disintegrated everything was falling out. Food was ruined.

This mcdonald's just can't seem to get anything right. Went through the drive thru and they only gave me half my order and I had to ask for the rest because they forgot my drinks and sides. Got home and found out they didn't give me the right burgers. The burger boxes say the right order, but once I opened the boxes I noticed one was missing the bacon I payed extra for and the other was a spicy chicken and not the regular. This has to be the eighth time this mcdonald's has messed up our orders in the last year. Extremely disappointing.

Missing items again no chips at all with the feed the family deal for 4. Cheesy garlic bread dippers only got 8 instead of 12. No straws for drinks. Food was luke warm

Wrong items on most orders, slow service and not enough staff to outweigh demand.

Delivery driver struggled to find us even with the note left on the order.. Food was getting cold...

Unfortunately, this McDonald's regularly giving incorrect orders or keeps missing something out. We usually use drive through, and we thought we learnt our lesson to check the order before leaving. Today we thought we got everything we've ordered, but when we came back home, instead of 5 chicken selects, there were about 10 garlic dippers 🤦🏻‍♀️ we were too far to go back and ask to replace it. It's just getting more and more frustrating.

Order was never delivered. Absolutely disgusting service. We waited outside and the order was never attempted to be delivered to the address. And no contact was made. No way of calling anyone and getting in touch with the delivery driver.

my food never came i ordered it at 00:00 and it’s now 2:09 am and i’m sat here having had no food and it said it was delivered at 00:30 so i don’t know if i just lose my money or my food actually gets delivered tomorrow? please help.

It's a McDonald's, much like the rest. Service is good, everything I have ordered has been correct. I have not had anything delivered so cannot comment on that.

No milkshakes available at 5pm on a Friday. 30 degrees summer weather. Forward planning is key. Very disgruntled and barely any explanation from staff. They ran out of the supplies. In retail usually the weather triggers changes in ordering. Not at Mc Donald's . Shoddy service won't use that branch again as I had similar issues before. Sour cream and chive dip also discontinued for no reason.
