Top quality food, restaurant is always clean and staff are friendly too! Always a pleasant experience at Burger King Chelmsford would recommend to anyone.

Have come here multiple times before and the food and service is always solid, it’s often very busy so you have to wait about 5 minutes for your food. Overall pretty good for a fast food chain.

An easy access fir prams scooters wheelchairs. Plenty of space. Reorder screens. Waits pretty good.

Sensory overload. Broken speakers upstairs which blast broke up music. Sounds as though the source of music is miles away. If the musical device won’t reach upstairs they should opt for no music at all instead of leaving customers ears haunted by the screeches from hell.

Can not stand the order screens you have to use to place your order, it's not just these one's for some reason they just will not work when I tap on them, had to go and order the old fashioned way. Them had trouble getting my drink as you have to use a tap screen yet again.

The tiniest burgers now, and at £7 wow wow. Time you meal it , its over a tenner.

Wrong location build one in Maldon immediately or else we will never frequent your premises again

Cheeseburger ain’t good chicken royal taste good

BK has really gone downhill. Pay an extra few quid and you get Five Guys, save a few quid and you get McDonald's. Both are substantially better. My whopper was so dry I damn near couldn't finish it but the final nail in the coffin is that mayo and BBQ sauce are now 30p each. After paying £11 I would expect a sachet of sauce to be included. I can't see any reason why I would go back to Burger King anymore.

Burgers were cold, coffee was disgusting warm, and the assistant was miserable, had a bad attitude and won't be eating there again.

The place was clean and the staff were doing their job, but I had to re order at the till as self service did not take the order for some reason. Cannot believe you have to get your own drinks now, soon we will be cooking our own food.

Really enjoyable meal for Brunch, service was quick and accurate. Burgers were fresh and hot, fries well seasoned and tasty.

Absolutely terrible service. This is the second time we tried ordering with burger king chelmsford and never again. Half the food was missing and some of the items that did arrive were wrong. Rang to complain and got hung up on.

This has to be one of the worst burger kings to exist. Staff are rude and gormless. Manager is miserable. Restaurant tables are dirty. All the food was cold. Manger is unprofessional by giving cocky replies on people's reviews (doesn't make you look funny or good love you just make your restaurant look worse). Just a bunch of Uni/College kids.

I used Uber eats 😞 I got completely cold food an hour after I ordered melted ice cream for £22.78 complete rip off..don't use..😶 just noo. This part is for the apparent owners response...I did contact the appropriate people who told me to leave this feedback. Customers can order whatever they like, obviously 🤣🤣🤣 as a manager, you should know better than to reply with that 🤦‍♀️🤣🤣 seriously 🙏 the staff in that place

DISGUSTING!!! Observed cook, scratching and picking at his ear and then go straight back to making my food (2 Whopper Meals and 1 Whopper). I politely asked Megan to ask him to wash his hands, and her attitude was appalling. Instead of making sure food safety was a priority, she instead threatens to refund me and not give me my food. She then continues to accost me, shouting at me across the restaurant, effectively taunting me to have an argument. I told her repeatedly that I am not here for an argument, but Megan was already in a mood with me and did not stop antagonizing me. After the 4th threat of refund, I had had enough and told her that if I had done something wrong, that she can call the police. No call was made. I had to go to another member of staff, who was of course not wanting to get in trouble from their manager but at the same time understood my complaint. He told me that he would take over from the current cook and make the burgers for me. For that I am extremely grateful. All in all, disgusting. If Megan has had a bad day, please tell her to not take it out on paying customers, especially after cameras can clearly see your cook picking at skin behind his ear. I am convinced that she and the cook need to go through more training.

Every table was filthy and the was food all over the floor. No body cleaned any tables or the floor the whole time we was there.

Locked the doors at 8pm, despite the internet and the sign in the door clearly stating it was a 10pm closing time. Took a diversion from our route home to eat there, have had to go to McDonald’s instead - at least they can stick to their opening times and don’t close early because they can’t be bothered. Couldn’t even contact customer support because they don’t accept my literal email and phone numbers because they’re “not valid”. Afraid of feedback maybe? Hugely disappointed.

Popped in for a quick bit of food for dinner. We used some offers on the app to keep costs low, and part of the order included a Whopper each. We waited only a few minutes for the food, and used the digital drinks machine that’s controlled by your phone. Very cool! Unfortunately, the Whopper wasn’t very good; cold and limp and a bit tasteless. I’m hoping this isn’t a representation of the standard, and maybe the next one will be better.

Well, I'm a fun of BK food, never the service tbh. I'm glad you back in Chelmsford, but hey, sort out the time I get my meal from ordering, i don't wanna be standing there and everyone asking me, "have you ordered", guess what, I will reply them, yes mate, like two days ago

Today around 7.45 pm we ordered food and waiting to eat. Then when we were going to collect shift manger M..... said you can't eat now and we don't have enough staff. And she said I can refund.We got the refund and came back. Really bad customer service and her voice and tone was really bad. Never go there again...

Don't go here. The food is totally DISGUSTING. Even McDonalds is better. The chips are like KFC's version. The burger is not like the commercial and was totally DRY. The staff didn't bother cleaning up after people for the table and the floor. The toilet smelt like cinnamon.

Quick easy food with kids good free refill cups on a hot day very handy

Absolutely dissapointed with the service today. Ordered a takeout meal which was accidently placed on a tray, I told the lady that I asked for take out (I think her name was Joy) she looked at me with a miserable face and as she was bagging the fries she decided to grab the fries that fell out with her bare hands and put them in the bag. Absolutely poor service for a restaurant and shouldn't be visited if you care about hygiene.

It is very well laid out in the restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When ordering food you can do it via the electronic boards and at the till. Food is hot,fresh and comes out fast , no waiting about. You can refill your drinks as much as you want . There are lots of flavours to have its well worth every penny you pay. Lots of seats in the restaurant and there is a upstairs. I an very impressed with burger King I recommend going there .

I was so excited for burger king to come back to Chelmsford but this really is the worst store ever, cold burgers with uncooked bacon. What are they doing here microwaving everything instead of flame grilling?! Don’t waste your money here. Im sure the positive reviews on google are staff or bought reviews I cant believe so many people would give 5 stars.

Ate here for first time and last time . Service shocking . The staff were rude and then it all went very bad . My friend who was visiting us asked me to use the toilet . My body wrenched as I went in . After eating there I felt sick . I never complain as hence see my other reviews . Stay away .

I hadn't been to a burger king in years but was a bit disappointed by the food at this one. Can't say if it was this specific one or just bk in general but had a double whopper and it was a bit dry. Lacking sauce and the bun was dry and toasted. My brother had a doubke bacon cheese and said the same - lack of sauce and dry. It's a shame as I have find memories of bk from the past and this didn't live up to that. Probably won't go back, which is probably good for my waistline!

chelsmford branch is rancid! upstairs seating and toilets never open/ dirty tables and accessible toilet. waited over 20 minutes for vegan nuggets. please investigate and clear the place up

Chips were cold and burger was tiny, tasted like it had been zapped in the microwave. Staff looked as if they didn't want to be there. Would never eat here again and probably never try burger King e er again.

Dined in. Quiet during weekdays which is good if you don't want somewhere too loud.

I will always go to Burger King. Man, i love them burgers. Table i got was dirty, went to one of the staffs called JOY to give me something to clean and she said she will do it by herself. She ended up cleaning all tables and sweeping the floors. I like the service

Selected a double bacon cheese, somehow ended up with a burger in a plain bun. How can bacon and cheese be an option for a bacon cheese burger? Disappointed.

Service is non-existent at the Chelmsford restaurant. Staff are impolite and don’t care about anything. Food was missing from my order. The food was of shocking quality too. Not cheap either, defo not worth it. This particular branch looks like it was last decorated in the 90s (which ironically I will give one star for the nostalgia, though it’s a shame the food tastes nothing like it used to) I’m baffled as to how the Burger King brand still exists 2023, there’s literally nothing to enjoy about this place. Save your money and go to mcds or elsewhere.

Had to wait a while whilst 4 delivery orders were collected-no apology given. Burgers were cold and whilst sitting at table a cleaner proceeded to slosh a mop around our table without telling us he was going to clean floor and stack chairs on tables which then fell off it was only 7pm it's open until 10pm not impressed

A very typical Burger King. Food made to order either at the kiosk or at the tills. A few negetives however, the tables and floor was extremely messy and dirty, however when I asked for someone to help.... instantly they arranged for someone to clean the lobby. This however isn't always their fault... half due to lack of staff... the other half due to the customers being complete slobs

Food cold. Small amount of staff very busy. Upstairs closed off. Everywhere looked like it needed a really good clean. We took one look at the toilets and decided to wait and go to another fast food restaurant close by. Other families were doing the same.

I've not had a burger king in a long time, I'd forgotten how tasty their burgers are. Popped in for lunch and it was empty, I'm not sure why, but everyone seems to go a few doors up to the golden M. I know Burger king is a little more money, but the taste and portion sizes are far superior in my eyes. Restaurant was clean, food was well cooked so no complaints at all from me.

It's a nice burger king. There is however the drinks dispenser which sometimes dispenses flat Coke.

i spent so much money here as a student and went here so often i recognised the workers, theyd see me and my mate rock up ten mins before closing and know we were gunna ask for the pb whoppers which take ages to cook and we did feel bad for them but also we gotta eat? kinda expensive for what it is tbf. have a few too many fond memories of being sat upstairs with my mates eating our pb whoppers.

Service was good even though it was busy being lunchtime and there were a lot of uber orders. Actually used money to pay instead of a card though the electronic order machines are probably quicker

Not had a BK for a few years, was really looking forward to this. Unfortunately this experience in Chelmsford was extremely disappointing, the food took forever to be ready, cold food, stale burger buns. Second or third time trying to use the BK app this is still useless.
