Very often forgets something and makes burgers poorly looking/ however there is good service at the morning

Quiet afternoon good food good service the staff are very friendly and quick to sort out any problems. Still good service.

Has missed lunch due to workload, so had planned a quick stop off inbetween appointments. Worked out really well as my next appointment called to say they were held up at work, which was near this McDonald's, so they joined me here. So an extra cuppa for both and a relaxing venue for an appointment.

Soggy bun and wilted salad - disappointed

As a delivery driver, the young staff is very rude and arrogant..i think they have not gone through business ethics

Was with my husband, Ben, I ordered the food and told him to sit down and stay, when I went to order I was verbally abused by one member off staff (old woman with white hair) later on me and my husband shared a quick smooch and was then laughed at by the same member of staff. If this wasn’t bad enough when I got the food it was freezing cold and tatsted like someone spat in it, it smelt nice in there however.

Went in for a quick bite and food came fine. However 2 seconds later I was attacked by a weird pigeon that had found its way in. But we made up and ended up sharing a pleasant meal together

Open 24hrs per day, ideal if you've been travelling all day. Thanks

They can't seem to understand what a plain cheeseburger is, ask for one every time I go but seem to get everything on it anyway

Just after visiting the drive through. The wrong order was given, when I called to let them know, the attitude of the girl that answered was not helpful at all. Dissapointing and won't be back.

I don't know why I even bother using this place, it's supposed to be a place where you can get something quickly if you're out and about or if you want something delivered, but no exaggeration, every time I've ordered from this store I have either received my food with something missing, or it doesn't come at all, this is partly the fault of whoever I use to have my food delivered, however it surely cannot be that difficult to put some fries in a bag and make sure a drink lid is closed...

Stop forgetting my food! Every time one of the main items is forgetting and its me costing me money Update: went again the next day and drove as I didn't trust delivery. Got a sweet chilli wrap which looked throwing in with no care, top ripped apart and a mess everywhere when opening. And missing one chicken select inside. Complete joke!

Clean and tidy and generally best quality 👌 however aircon on full blast is making food cold and sitting in uncomfortable

Worst drive through experience. Saturday around 2pm. Car in front ordered 2 coffees. They were waiting 5 mins in the drive thru then received it and 1 was wrong. They had to go away and change. I go to pay and its car behinds order. This went on for a min until they found ours. Moved to collectio. And was handed ours minus a juice that we had bought. She said it was only an irn bru. Asked her to check ticket as definitely a Coke was paid for. Waited in total 10 to 15 mins with only 2 or 3 cars in front. Will not be visiting this one in a hurry.

30 minute wait for food on a Sunday afternoon, not told about wait when ordering. Food cold when served

I regularly pass by for a coffee. It’s a typical fast food chain but I thought to write this review because of a lady that works round the front. This lady is an absolute credit to your company. Anytime I’ve been in she is always attentive and my observations are that customer service is what she holds in high regard as she is always on the move and on her feet but still has time to speak to visitors making sure everything is how it should be. Thank you Annmarie, you always make a visit here a pleasant one. Keep up that good banter

Used drive thru, served quickly, hot food, nothing from order missing, staff were polite and happy.

i go here every week and every single time something from my order has been missing and sometimes they give us it fast and other times they take around 10 or 20 minutes. also theres so many flies here theyll never leave me alone, just had a fly go right into my coffee luckily it was nearly done. theres sometimes teens that will come in and carry around and they never get kicked out but doesnt happen too often. theres alot of food thats never available too, one time there was no milkshakes, icecreams, frappes and i believe some other food items unavailable at once. the food quality is decent though and the staff are nice.

This place is decent. You go in, you know what you’re getting and you can get in very comfortably and without any hassle and are dealt with well.

Really convenient and get the orders right most of the time.

On 29th July2023 at 2:30 in the morning, there were three staff members working at the front, two ladies and one man, they had no respect for the customers and it was very unprofessional. It was a petite lady who introduced herself as the manager got into a fight with two of the customers, she would throw the food to the customers and the same for me. I was sick of this situation. I will never go there again.

I think the "Have a Nice Day" era at McDonalds has well n truly gone. There's no eye contact, no smiling..."just geez yer money n get oot" mentality. But then is this caused by people being burned out due to staffing shortages. Ive tried to reflect fairly this in my score. Poor customer service really eeks me. Prices are so high these days that consumers expect common courtesy as a given. Food is of fast food quality to be expected. But that said...we love a cheeky mackie dees now and then.

These ratings are based on the fact that we know it's a McDonald's and aren't saying it deserves a Michelin star..What I liked about the time here was the quiet. At similar times in other nearby McDonald's it's much noisier and perhaps a little less well maintained. That's why I bothered to rate it I know it's fast food and we had a child with us. But I could hear the conversation with my company and the table service was very quick with about 50% table occupancy

The staff were nice the place clean. However food took ages to arrive there were no crayons for kids and we asked for some the arrived after the food so kids 3 and 5 had lost interest. My McChicken sandwich was poor there was very little salad,and what there was was soggy little mayo roll was fusty. Aye it half of it as hungry. Waited ages for chips that were not the best. Loos were clean

If I could leave one star I would. There is clearly no shift manager on and the staff think they can do what they like. Literally everyone is incompetent and didn’t even care that every customer was waiting half an hour for even something as simple as chips. I’d of fired everyone not even kidding

Do any of these people that work for McDonald’s get basic training. Cold food . They never give you a napkin you ask for salt/ sugar/ straws basic things you do need for your meal and they never put them in never met so many lazy incompetent staff

McDonalds must be feeling the pinch, with cost of living increase- Portion size is shockingly bad time and time again, medium chips is smaller than a small. Pay extra, for extra cheese, guess they took the money but conveniently forgot the cheese not till you get home you realise...wonder if you get what you pay for when sitting in?!

Absolutely disgusted, placed an order of 5 meals on just eat to recieve nothing but 3 happy meals. Missing 2 meals a chicken mayo and a 20 nuggets share box. When I phoned the place they said that it’s not their fault and they won’t replace the order when the bags were sealed and still missing majority of food to which it is their fault. Refuse to use them for delivery again that’s all 3 just eat McDonald’s in my area missing stuff from orders. Never again will I use them. Absolutely disgusted

It's a McDonald's what else can one say. You know what you can expect. I do have to add, the staff here are diligent enough to notice you have asked for changes to your meal and will make those changes. Top marks for service. On Sunday nights, they switch off the ice cream machine for service and cleaning, so no ice creams available then.

A small branch, so it's always kept clean. Service can be a bit slow if you're on foot as the drive through always seems to be busy. On this occasion, my chips were slightly pale.

I would not recommend this place. It is not very clean. When I was in tonight it was over run with delivery drivers, not enough staff to deal with orders a lot of delivery orders were sitting out on a metal shelf waiting to be picked up ( now I know why my food is always cold when I get a home delivery. I don’t stay that far away) I refused to stay after putting in my order and requested a refund. On leaving I noticed a long queue at the drive through. Maybe they should go back to having customers and drive through only

Very clen by most McDonald's standards

Orders are always wrong, especially if it's a delivery you get. The restaurant is too noisy, constantly having to ask for music to be lowered. It's not. Food is good when it's correct, the staff are ok but very approachable.

Every time I go to this mcds they scrimp on the Bbq sauce 1 portion for 9 nuggets or forget something from order . jezzo not as if it comes out there wages!

Bought a fish burger and Sprite. It wa soggy and tasteless.

Do not order delivery from here! They mess it up, or give you someone else's order and in some cases you don't get food delivered at all! Woeful then they ignore your calls. I'll pop in tomorrow cant ignore me then.

It's McDonald's, what do you expect?

Check your order when you pick up!!! I order drive through and they forget to give my kid meal,I phone them and they said they will refund me or I have to go back to pick it up, I went to pick it up and they give the wrong order. I phone them again and they said same thing again The point is how do you expect my daughter to understand you or for me to come three times for one order ????

Waited to get served for nearly 10 minutes but five of the staff were too busy talking about their night out so l ended up walking out.

Amazingly, I ended up here twice in one day, once before an acting shift at around 7.30am and then again later on, just after 8.30pm. No major complaints with the food / drink, good as always and doing the job well of temporarily filling a hole. The clientele at night definitely left an everlasting impression - no fault of the business however. The ‘non-printing’ of the receipt still seems an ongoing dilemma as well - just makes things a tad awkward. The female running the team at night (presumably a General Manager or Supervisor) was lovely - brought everything to my table and apologised about a small delay, but done so politely. If allowed, I probably would have given a 3.5/5 - an average to good couple of visits.

I bought the new steakhouse stack burger. It certainly didn't look like the advert!! A big let down! It was not warm and the slice of cheese proved that it had been lying for some time! There also was no crispy onions on it!! The atmosphere was awful as kids being allowed to run amock with no-one intervening!

What's wrong with your crew in Anniesland? Food was stone cold and the chips looked horrible, unedible, like cold cardboard. Plus got missing items, and even sauces forgotten. Zero out of five.

They just seem always to get the orders wrong (and they wonder why they're on minimum wage?)

Despite my frequent visits to this McDonald's location, I find myself repeatedly facing the issue of incomplete orders. Today, I feel compelled to share my experience after my burger meal was once again missing from my order. This pattern of inaccuracy has become an unfortunate and frustrating aspect of dining at this establishment.

I don't like the order process in fast food outlets now. I can't be bothered using the self service order screens. The kid who cleans up and helps you put your order in is the best employee I've ever came across in a fast food restaurant. He couldn't be more polite and helpful. The last twice I've visited this McDonald's this kid was working and he couldn't do enough to help out. Makes a change from the usual sulky teenager's you come across.

Colleagues cannot follow a simple order. Both large fries were cold and barely half-filled. Drinks were to have no ice; they came with ice. Ordered a double cheeseburger, got a single cheeseburger. If you can’t get a simple order right what hope have you got.

Last week me and my friends had a surreal experience at McDonald’s anniesland, we had the most kind hostess serving us her name was morvanne im sure. From start to finish she helped us so much hope she’s doing well! Exhilarating day!

Staff manager is very young and her behavior with the customer is very rude, unfortunately, the internal management is not at the level of that restaurant.

literally the worst mcdonald’s ever. whenever i get food delivered from here it’s always freezing cold when it arrives. few weeks ago i ordered 20 chicken nuggets and got 17. like 80% of the time me or my family order something the orders wrong or they forgot something. they put the burgers together so carelessly and it literally falls apart when you try to eat it. do not recommend this mcdonald’s probably one of the worst ones i’ve been to

We bought 4 burgers and two of them was MacCrispy chicken or should I say MacCrispy stones, it was awful hard as a rock overcooked burnt, just want to know the person who wrapped these burgers, was he blind? To give this awful food to people. I usually go to this place, but is getting worse and worse every time.

Was at Anniesland McDonalds tonight just after 11pm. Super super quick so had to come on and say well done. Havnt had a McDonalds drive thru experience this quick in years - Well done!

Prices are rising. Not to cheap for anything.

Possibly the worst McDonalds, if not, they are close to it. Lost count of times orders have been missing, so half the family eat while the rest have to wait for the correct order. Honestly how difficult can it be, fast food, hardly, average wait time if you are wanting a vegetarian meal is 15-20 mins. So tonight, unfortunately my wife went for the order, normally I don’t leave till it’s checked, no surprise when a burger was missing. When my wife returned, she was given the missing burger, no apology and no hot chips, so our daughter binned the cold chips. The staff could go on customer relations courses. Abysmal service doesn’t do it justice. That’ll be our last visit, it’s happened too many times.

Order from this Mcdonald over just eat as am at work and say delivered at 23.27 and it has not be so now that no food for me

Ordered 3 meals with instructions to b all plain. Not a chance. All completely different. This is the 3rd time in a week this has happened. So if it happens to me that amount how many other folk r also. One child who is AUTISTIC that has went crazy after this. Anniesland u need to get a grip. It’s no a hard job. Management doesn’t exists here I’m thinking. Everyone stay away from here.
