McDonald's Anniesland in Glasgow City

Busy but wish more options as the menu is a little bit tired needs a bit more zing .

No menus to read and decide. Silly adv screen

I only use the drive through but no complaints staff friendly food hot and one of the rare McDonald's that give you your order with nothing missing

Having purchased 2 sausage egg mcmuffins through drive through..when I stopped 2 minutes away to eat the muffins they were like a brick .they had been grilled to a brick .absolutely solid..unacceptable I complained to mc Donald web who passed the complaint to anniesland branch 3 days later and still no communication from them quick enough to take your money .always check your food before you leave.

Too high price for size food. Huge minus

Ordered online made a point of ordering from anniesland instead of great western road because GWR cannot get an order right no matter how simple the instructions are. They just cannot remember to put ketchup in which I pay for everytime. I called up Anniesland after I ordered and spoke to some idiot girl and asked her to please remember to send the ketchup I paid for. I gave her the order number specifically and emphasised that I had this problem so many times and please to get it right. She assured me the ketchup would be in the bag. It wasn’t then when I called the restaurant I had to try five times until I I got the same idiot in the phone telling lies saying she put it in the bag. I told her it wasn’t in the bag and she told a lie saying it was then said to me she didn’t care for the way I was speaking to her simply because she knew she had messed up and couldn’t even be professional enough to apologise and take accountability for it. Very rude girl and clearly can’t follow simple instructions and I will be calling her manager later today for her attitude on the phone !

Food was stone cold, cheese wasn't even melted on burger so not any fault with delivery

Food was good and service was great, only drawback was a bunch of school kids who weren't at school hamging around outside the main door vaping.

All wrong items sent, cold. Part refund not worth the bother. Avoid.

Order was 100% correct. Not trying to be cheeky, but u don't see that every day, so credit where its due. Cheers.

missing items I.e garlic mayo sauce for my chicken selects. 6 nuggets and tomato sauce missing and it's on the receipt

Food delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and at least the hot food was still tepid, and the ice-cream hadn't melted completely, thanks McD, there's many a restaurant that can't even do that.

Order was missing items and got no sauce with my meal waste of money everything is plain mcdonalds not getting an order right usual and chips were freezing don’t know why I keep going back here

When I brung me order in house and opened it up the drinks and ice cream where on they’re side spilled everywhere and even when I carried it in the coffee was burning my arm because of this

Food was of a good temperature, all items accounted for and was delivered in good time, perfect handoff at door. Great.

I never recieved this order. I notified just eat at the time and have heard nothing.

Food was fresh and worm deliver time changed by ten minute however all food was freshly made

it wasn't the delivery driver it was the restaurant, it kept updating me saying the restaurant is preparing your order it kept changing the delivery times later and later even when the driver was in the restaurant. after waiting all the time the burger was crushed deliberately by the looks of it and there was items missing.

Never received my order. Marked as delivered but not received.

Hash browns were cold and hard. The sausage and egg muffin tasted stale and looked as if it had been sitting for hours before being sent out.

Order says green tick and been delivered but nothing has been received?

quality of fries were poor, they were hard and inedible and the BACON double cheese burger was missing the bacon!

2x Hamburger happy meals ordered. 1 medium fries. Medium fries not in bag. 2nd happy meal fries only had 10 fries. Fries were cold and stale. This was not due a late delivery as the delivery was fast once the restaurant confirmed order was out.

Excellent Service! Would highly recommend! Delivery Person went out of his way for me and he made my day. I don’t know his name but he deserves an Award and pay rise!

Terrible lugar terrible buen orden siempre mal de elementos faltantes a los gerentes no les importa el personal son inútiles , lo suficientemente rápido para tomar el dinero y no rectificar errores y nunca contestan el teléfono ! Probablemente porque saben que se debe principalmente a quejas, debería cerrar o volver a contratar a nuevo personal de gestión

Food was cold, not the drivers fault

Driver is extremely nice. Very friendly. But McDonald’s is a let down with the food being cold.

You keep finding new and inventive ways to get the burger wrong, this time it was a roll and onion. I dont understand the confusion. Its a cheeseburger without the beef, dont remove anything else, just the beef.

Orders drink was only half full and got a chocolate orange ice cream instead of which the galaxy caramel that i wanted shocking work ethic whoever did the order need to check the orders more thorough from now on

I would give zero stars if i could. I did not receive my order, i have ring door bell footage to show no delivery was made, just eat refused to refund me.

Drinks were missing from my order!!

Appreciate the free side, but one wrong thing can ruin an entire meal, there is no onion or sauce on the roll and the chips are cold and stale, my dogs wont even touch them.

Order was stone cold, bag wad torn open !!! & driver never followed delivery instructions & no customer service shown. If its a problem to show basic courtesy then simple answer......don't do the job!

Happy Meal arrived without the content!! One unhappy child. Get it together when making up orders! No wonder you are receiving bad reviews when your customers do not receive what they pay for! This isn’t the first time to have happened either.

Delivery never came and driver stated it was delivered. Only explanation is driver has stole the order. And this is terrible as order was for my to children with autism. Terrible service and dunno how they give ye a code butb delivered without code

Despite my buzzer number being on the order, the courier pressed all of my neighbour's buzzer and not mine. I ended having to go out to see what was happening. Food was freezing!

Ordered and paid for 2 strawberry milkshakes and was sent one fizzy orange.

everything was freezing cold all fries went in the bin there is nothing worse than reheated fries i only stay on kelvindale which is around the corner i can pick up food myself and make it home on time for it being warm still shambles 20 odd pounds on a mcdonald’s and half the food is in the bin

Ordered two milkshakes one was basically cup of ice cream. Also ordered 20 chicken nuggets to share and yet again no sauces. Sauces come with the chicken nuggets and they never do so technically my order was not complete.

Waited at empty drive thru for 5 mins and no answer. Walked in and said i was waiting in drive thru to the girl and she didnt respond and couldn't have cared less. Was then told the system was down and I would have to wait for 10 mins. I promptly left.

£35 order. No sauces (including the ones that were paid for), no straws for milkshakes. The McFlurry (open top) delivered not even in a bag, just in the courier’s pack. Food hygiene should give the place a visit.

McRib is terrible now. Not what I remember from years ago. Bag was ripped opened and I'm sure some chips were missing.
