Mcdonald's Restaurants in Glasgow City

First I ordered online via Uber Eats. In the app it said it will reach in 15 mins. I waited for about an hour but the food never arrived. I asked the UberEats driver to check about it, and he said that my order was given to someone else without verifying!!! Then I had to go in person and give the same order. This time they missed 1 item and 1 item was wrong. I realised this after coming back home. I had to go back in bad weather to get this fixed, but no one seemed apologetic or sympathetic. I would say avoid it big time, so much that this one gets closed !!

The employee packing of drinks is so disgusting for deleivery drivers they did not pack well and spills in deleivery drivers bag it’s happen with me daily that drink spills when I take the deleivery

Employees touched the food with bare hands and ate off of people’s trays while preparing them! We were waiting for our order through the drive thru and watched this through the window, needless to say we had no appetite after this!

It's McDonald's. Expensive for what it is, grossly over advertised burgers but hits the spot if there's nothing else.

The delivery time kept changing, 2 hours later. By time Order arrived some of it was cold

Specified on the order if they could please remember my dips as they are always forgotten. Didn’t receive any dips. I also received my food and it was freezing not even enjoyable atal. Ordered the cheese dippers and no dip for these either.

Just Eat have excelled themselves. Order place at 5.15pm, delivered cold at 6.28pm. Delivery direct stopped off on his way to make a delivery before mine……I will be closing my account and use a more professional company.

Worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had. If I could rate it zero I would. Chips were cold, hard and inedible, chicken in wrap was chewy and cold, and as for the drink, it tasted flat and disgusting, worse than a soda stream. The cup it was served in was dirty and it also tasted like it was a mix of Fanta and coke so the pipes on the juice machine need cleaning. I just ditched it in the bin and walked out.

All delivered as per order. All fresh. Tasty. Delivery person was lovely too.

Several time described no bacon not the first time this happened , third time got bacon.

I estimate that the meal arrived about 1'40 after order and was constantly getting marked up as getting ready but got progressively late. In the end despite being delivered once collected reasonably promptly the food was cold and drink warm.

ordered at 5.30p.m , delivery was between 6.10p.m and 6.306.30p.m . food turns up at 7.20p.m stone cold and ice cream melted all over the bag , absolutely disgusted at the service

Stopped by for drive through on our way to a gig. Speediest service I've had from a McDonald's drive through. Food was what you'd expect, nice and hot and seemed super fresh, too. Staff were also very friendly.

I clicked to order from here as it was advertising 15 to 30 minute delivery and as soon as I ordered it went to 30 to 40 minutes and was 6 minutes over the 30 so to me that's still 6 minutes late over what was the originally stated latest delivery time.

The mcdonalds was small but they have fast service but the screens are hard to press so it takes longer to order

Driver delivered a meal with drink that was absolutely soaking wet. When the driver opened his delivery bag, half the contents were swirling around inside. So disappointing!

Placed order at 23.22 Food arrived at hotel 00.33 Food was picked up 23.48. So it took 45 mins to be delivered when the restaurant was 0.3 miles away. Food was freezing. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had! I would like a full refund please

Wow…. McDonald’s only up the street from us and the guy drove straight past us to the furthest away drop off and gave us ours last. Watched him on tracker!!! Why do all mcdonalds try to upsell by charging for a bag. They even try to make it look like a government directive. Bag charges are for plastic bags only. Not paper. Paper is biodegradable unlike the food

delivery couldn't possibly have been faster. however it was all stone cold. no sauces that I had paid for and no straws. the burgers all had the wrong bits in, ie gherkins where we had requested none but no ketchup on the hamburger. disappointing.
