delivery guy was amazing! very polite and I feel bad not being able to tip him at the time. 15 out of 10.

I didn’t get my order and still have been charged. Absolutely ridiculous.

Lateness not an issue with driver. Food was stale and hard.

Food took ages to be prepared, ended up being almost 40 minutes late. Didn't recieve the extra garlic mayo dips I paid for or the rich tomato dips with the cheese bites. McDonald's fault rather than courier

When my food had arrived the lid was not secured properly onto the cup and my drink had spilled all over my food leaving me with no juice and my chips were covered in juice so therefore i couldn’t eat them

Food that arrived was good however there were two portions of chips missing from the order, not the first time by a long shot that Finnieston McD’s have messed up or sent orders out with missing items.

My order was left in the street outside my close and there are things missing.

It took an gour and a half for delivery which when we ordered stated 20minutes but the time kept changing. The food was freezing cold

Hi I’m so disappointed and disgusted the wrong order came I ordered an egg cheese McMuffin and the bacon one came. I don’t eat bacon or pork it’s against my religion I felt disgusted by this and it’s put me off McDonalds for good now

Estimate delivery time was originally 11: 40pm, and no later than 12am. The estimate delivery times constantly changed, later anf latet. The tracking times were useless. Stated the courier was at the restaurant for way over an hour picking up the food. The times kept fluctuating from 2mins to 18mins. There's no way to get in contact to find out whats going on. The customer swrvice is appalling. This is the third night in a row we gave the chance to improve and change our opinions. Disgraceful

Queue was a bit slow for drive thru but apart from that it was easy and straightforward. Ordered on the app, gave my code and food appeared.

Just eat drivers hanging around and they are getting treated as a priority while physical customers have to wait and wait. We went in for breakfast to sit in just eat and drive through being prioritised surely there's another way .Staff should be designated to look after walk ins .Absolutely shocking having to wait 15 minutes when you know online and drive through are getting treated better .Square your act up or you will lose your custom.Just eat drivers are pests in both Wishaw and Redhill branches hanging around outside .

WORST MCDONALD'S I HAVE EVER EATEN IN .........Went here tonight after hydro. Service was shocking. Chips were cold and soggy . One of staff picking her nose giving out food. I took chips back she just looked at me as if I had done something wrong and handed me different chips without saying anything. Also chicken cold and wrong dips . I had to go back up to change dips said she couldn't find recipts. Couldn't believe her attitude. Manager came over and he had strong body odor . He didn't know what he was doing. He said just take them and walked away. How rude Manager and female that was handing food out. Me and my children will never be back.

The driver was very rude and was demanding a tip! We always give a tip but due to him demanding for it, it put us off! The drink was SPILLING as he handed it to my son and he doesn't even looked bothered about it! Very disappointed with the delivery service!

I’m from the United States and this place is simply amazing and so nice with a great selection of food and drinks also the staff was real friendly when I was there eating they asked if I was part of the convention that was happening at the crown and I talked with them and they were real nice definitely a better atmosphere than where I’m from

Delivery came in good time but driver was very rude when I went out to collect the order as was unsure where the pick up point was and complained he was waiting too long for me when that wasn’t the case.

ordered 2 wrap today via drive thru,when open its not been packed properly, wrap totally separate and chicken put in the bottom of it. The worst Mc Donalds i’ve been to, the burguer was just bad. It was the new ine BBQ Ranch Stack, i am 100% sure it was already ready. Everything was dried, even the cheese. The Mc Flury even worst. We order and he already gave to us, like it was just in the fridge. I really dont recommend it.

First I ordered online via Uber Eats. In the app it said it will reach in 15 mins. I waited for about an hour but the food never arrived. I asked the UberEats driver to check about it, and he said that my order was given to someone else without verifying!!! Then I had to go in person and give the same order. This time they missed 1 item and 1 item was wrong. I realised this after coming back home. I had to go back in bad weather to get this fixed, but no one seemed apologetic or sympathetic. I would say avoid it big time, so much that this one gets closed !!
