Black Rooster Peri Peri in Glasgow City

I'd have given zero star if possible. The staff especially the young boys at the reception they're so rude . Management should teach them some manners how to deal ur customers

Duke street branch, Staff are awesome and food as well, and it’s Halal restaurant i will come again and again with no doubt 🤞

Unfortunately, the behavior of the waiters is not good. The two young waiters don't pay any attention to the delivery orders. Unfortunately, they do not treat delivery drivers well. And the boss there supports them, unfortunately.

I have the black Friday voucher book so trying to use it up. Been twice in past week food is nice but expensive even with the vouchers. The bbq sauce burnt the mouth off me. Peri curly fries are lovely. Burrito was nice, we had a chicken platter to share with lemon and herb sauce that was nice but we were served freezing cold out the fridge corn it's supposed to be hot with butter like the day before was.

Delivery was stinking,missing both burgers and sides food was cold and phoned up for the missing burgers and was told get down here and collect your order so what was the point on delivery and delivery fee joke of a shop not at all happy and will not be returning

Ordered around 40 minutes before closing time, accepted order and preparing, even assigned a driver. Kept saying it was being delivered, when I called the restaurant there was no answer. Obviously never intended on delivering the food as it was to late, shouldn’t accepting ordered if that’s the case. Thankfully got a refund

Quality is great again. I ordered wings this time, instead I was sent what looked like boneless chicken strips that usually go into the wraps? Not sure if that is how they usually come, just a bit disappointed it wasn’t chicken wings with the bone.

I tracked delivery drive who was in different streets in my area and then it says delivered. I never received my food. I contacted restaurant and they said there was nothing they could do and I should apply for a full refund. Terrible service

The meals are very delicious but there are something makes me disappointed. 1- You cant get ice for your drinks and drinks always not cold enough. 2- Menu is complicated. They should make it self service order or something else. 3- chairs and tables does not feel clean

got 2 burger meals and the 2 vimto was just fizzy coloured water, clearly ran out of syrup, called and was told to ask for refund from just eat, but with it being part of a meal, there's no option to ask for refund for the 2 vimto, shocking,!!! and the loaded fries we got was like half a portion, for £9.70 is a joke

Reheated in microwave chicken and rice. Chicken rubbery and chewy and full of gristle, no sauces and a flat juice spilled all over the order! Used to be great but won’t be back as now rotten! Wish I’d gotton a Chinese

My drink I ordered was missing (Bottled water)

I order regularly, don’t often leave reviews but its very annoying. Every juice I get it’s spilt. The clingfilm doesn’t work, it makes it worse. Todays order, ordered juice and got bottled water with a straw. Chicken came, barely any sauce compared to normal. I’m all for giving restaurants their dues for being busy but the lack of consistency has gotten to me. And to be completely honest the only reason I ordered the meal tonight was to have a nice cold juice & I didn’t get one. Peeved. 👎🏻

Chicken tasted really weird so I couldn’t eat my wrap , sides were okay but just cold so a bit disappointing , they also forgot one of my dips

Absolutely shocked by the staff behaviour at Duke street branch of Black Rooster today. Called to ask if I could place an order on the phone and sit in.  Was told there was no tables at that point.  I asked if I could order and if a table was free I would sit down otherwise I would take out, WAS TOLD THAT IS FINE. Arrived some 10 mins later to find at least 3x free tables so I sat down as there was a queue at the tills and I had already ordered. A few mins in a waitress comes and tells me I have to move because someone else wants to sit here. I explained my phone call and that her colleague told me it was ok.  Was then told I have to move to make room because someone else wants to sit here and that you can't sit in if ordering over the phone. I kept trying to explain it was her colleague who said I could. Literally no Fs given about that. No apology, very accusatory tone and absolutely no acknowledgement that I was only doing what one of their colleagues said I could. They just kept telling me it's not allowed. Needless to say I cancelled my order and walked away.

First class service. All items included and delivery driver was polite and courteous.

My order was not delivered despite the app saying otherwise. The delivery person called and asked me to come down but he wasn't there when I did. I want a refund. This is the second disappointment from just eat. Bad news people.

Not good at all. Used to love this place. Chicken solid shredded lettuce was like brown thread and I think they showed the burger sauce and mayo if there was any? Last time here me thinks.

Couldn’t be any worse Ordered five chicken strips with three sides fries , Jalapeno balls , onion rings And chicken wrap with mozzarella sticks Everything was basically frozen items from cash & carry except for the chicken seems in house and it was simply breaded home made chicken What annoyed me the most the curly fries peri peri where they served it old under the temp container for long then when I complained, they refried the fries Other than that the service was good

No coleslaw with my meal 🙁. No option to request refund for single items missing. The food is good but 3 stars as missing item of food.

Regularly forget items from order I paid £30 and once again they can't get the order right I can accept people make mistakes but this is the 4th time.

Driver didn’t know where he was going and made me go out and stand in he road when he should know where to go if he’s going to be a delivery driver.

Ordered meals and didn’t receive the drinks also paid for cheese and didn’t get it on one of the burgers. Other than that the food was nice.

Hadn’t ordered from here as the last time there was food missing from my order I called the restaurant to complain and the lady told me it wasn’t the first time it had happened that day and she would speak to the staff. So ordered food again today thinking it wouldn’t happen a second time but I was wrong!! food missing once again!! This was food my daughter and her friend had ordered so they had to share a meal even tho they had paid for 2. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

I don't normally leave reviews but i ordered butterfly chicken...bizarrely, it came with mozzarella dippers (which i did not order) and i am allergic to cheese. I was unable to eat anything due to it all being bagged together. Disappointed and also confused?

Order was placed at 7:09 on and didn’t arrive until 8:55, nearly 2 hours after order was placed. Not only that but upon delivery, everything on both orders were stone cold, almost inedible, but given the fact we waited 2 hours and were starving, ate majority anyways. Also called the restaurant, and were put on hold for 15 minutes while they “checked” and then were abruptly hung up on. To say we are disappointed is an understatement

driver never handed me bags of food so i grabbed it and the big then split opened and food fell all over the floor my carpet has been ruined because of it
