Delivery driver stopped at mcdonalds to pick up another delivery . Delivered something else nearby. Then delivered ours. Food was cold and items missing.

Horrendous. I live around half a mile from the restaurant and the food arived cold. Tastiess thing about the "meal" was the peri peri salt. Delivered took around 90 minutes too. Never again.

Missing something for the second time running. Going by the reviews it's obviously a common occurrence. Fries missing from Kids popcorn chicken meal and received plain fries instead of Piri fries with the rice meal.

ordered a chicken burrito meal, and never sent the burrito. called the restaurant and was told that they could not deliver it and someone forgot to put it in the bag. told to claim it on just eat but even the women said she didn't know how to use just eat. Very disappointed.

Absolutely shocking customer service phoned up about missing items and the girl on the phone was talking to her colleagues saying why would you even phone up about that.

Don’t know what’s happening with this place, used to be amazing but now everything you get is cold and allways missing items.

The driver was an hour late from delivery time we were told. Every update kept putting the time back further and further. I tried to contact the driver to no response. By the time he arrived I had noticed he delivered my food to another house down the street and asked for him to retrieve my food. I had spend £45.48 which included a tip for said driver and I'm upset at the service I received from the driver.

Delivery was placed at 12:10 and estimated half an hour delivery. Arrived 3 hours later by which point no one was in. A total waste of everyone’s time

Some issues happened with the application or some technical issues so my order was wrong and I didn't get what I wanted.

It came over an hour late every single item was frozen and chicken was so dry because of it so all went in the bin.

Absolutely appalling, I never even received my order or a refund. You as a company need to be monitoring your drivers as this behaviour is unacceptable. The driver claimed he delivered my order but the bag is still sitting in the restaurant.

Food arrived later than the expected delivery time which is normally fine but the food was cold. The chicken burger was still pink in the middle.

My order was never delivered as stated, I was told the driver had stolen my order, was told this happens all the time and just eat told me I wasn’t able to get a refund. Wouldn’t recommend ever. Terrible, unreliable, unprofessional, dishonest.

Order at 8.10 and didn’t receive until about 9.20 when I was told that it would have been there between 8:40-8:55 and by the time I got it my fries were freezing cold aswell as my chicken but cannot fault the driver he was lovely and apologised for the waiting time I understand if a restaurant is busy but a little notice for the restaurant when they are would be nice .

Never got my order driver stole it. He was in wrong street didn’t attempt to contact I went to see if I could see him and he marked it as delivered and drove away.

i had ordered a quesadilla meal with no salsa and it has arrived with salsa on it and also a mild dip i have ordered hasn’t arrived. that’s me spent £20 on dinner for me not to even be able to eat it

Unfortunately, the behavior of the waiters is not good. The two young waiters don't pay any attention to the delivery orders. Unfortunately, they do not treat delivery drivers well. And the boss there supports them, unfortunately.

I have the black Friday voucher book so trying to use it up. Been twice in past week food is nice but expensive even with the vouchers. The bbq sauce burnt the mouth off me. Peri curly fries are lovely. Burrito was nice, we had a chicken platter to share with lemon and herb sauce that was nice but we were served freezing cold out the fridge corn it's supposed to be hot with butter like the day before was.

Ordered around 40 minutes before closing time, accepted order and preparing, even assigned a driver. Kept saying it was being delivered, when I called the restaurant there was no answer. Obviously never intended on delivering the food as it was to late, shouldn’t accepting ordered if that’s the case. Thankfully got a refund
