Mcdonald's Restaurant in Glasgow City

My order went all up the top of tpwn before xoming to me .its cane and its freezing cold amd my large chips loik like an xs portion

Just Eat failed to deliver the Big Mac and Fries, as part of a Big Mac meal!! So no food and been told that it takes up to 6 days for them look into my claim for a refund. So I don’t have my food and I don’t have my cash!!! Terrible system.

Order didn’t arrive! Stated it was delivered at 10.17. McDonald’s were no help on the phone. Still waiting on a refund from just eat.

my drink was flat and tasted weird. sauces were missing. burger had one solitary, grudgingly placed pickle. entire meal looked like afterbirth and was colder than my ex girlfriend's heart. the wrap and ice cream were nice though.

I sat down with a nice box of Chips and Curry sauce form Blue Lagoon. I felt myself needing to quench my thirst. I mosied on over to the Mcdonald’s right across from it. I ordered a large oasis and i ended up waiting 10 GODFORSAKEN MINUTES. All that for a gosh darn oasis. About 5 other orders were called before mine. I stood there eyeing up my drink, in despair. It was 5 feet away from me and yet wasn’t within in grasp. When i eventually revived my beverage, it was WARM AND WATERED DOWN from ice cubes i did not in fact ask for. I am absolutely appalled. They also asked me if i wanted a bag for 10p for a lousy oasis. What does look like to you ?????? SHAME ON YOU MCDONALDS ST ENCOCHS FOOD COURT !!!!

Food tasted absolutely awful chips were overcooked cola was flatter than an A cup the mcnuggets made me sick I would rather be devoured by a black hole than eat here again I politely recommend anyone who has enjoyed the food here to get a psychological evaluation

Staff very reluctant to hand out sauce packets. Weird. Otherwise it’s pretty much your average McDonald’s.

So, I strolled into McDonald's with fingers crossed, hoping for a miracle because, let's be honest, my past experiences have been more tragic than a Shakespearean play. I ordered my usual: a double cheeseburger, chips, a large coke, and the golden treasure - ketchup (which, by the way, costs 5p. Seriously, McDonald's? Are we in a recession?). I picked up my table number and found a seat, only to realize that my table was stickier than a toddler’s hands after an ice cream binge. Oh, and the floor? It looked like a chip apocalypse had happened. The waiter finally made their grand entrance with my food. I unwrapped my burger - surprise, it was actually what I ordered! The chips were warm and crispy, a rare victory. But then, disaster struck. They had the audacity to forget my precious 5p ketchup! So, I had to do the walk of shame to get it myself, while my food sat there getting cold. Annoyed but still hopeful, I sat back down, ready to drown my sorrows in my large coke. I took a sip and almost spat it out. It tasted like Oasis - flat, lifeless, and definitely not coke. I’m pretty sure it was older than my grandma. In short, McDonald's, you’ve outdone yourself again. Bravo for the consistent mediocrity!

Better to go to the one on sauchiehall street. Less busy and the kitchen staff using gloves more often than the one in St Enoch. I know it is the same junk food but just makes you feel better when you eat it

I liked the location of this Mc Donalds as in very near to galsgow Central. Prices are normal and cheaper than near by restaurants so worth a visit. Also bonus to work from there as you will get free WiFi.

I paid for chicken mac, No pickle and No cheese to take away, i got home I found cheese and pickle in the burger although the lebel and ticket clearly marked no to both. To make matters worse they asked me to come back with the food the next day to show them so they can refund. I have asked them if I can send a picture which had both they said no I need to drive back.

Food was all cold kids meal missing toys won’t be ordering from here again

Absolutely rude staff. Cathy really needs training in customer service. Ended up not getting the item I ordered and was refused a refund. “Not my problem” seems to be the mantra of this store. No food and no refund.

Missing egg out of my sausage and egg muffin.

A quick visit, a friendly assistant and three minutes later a delicious beef burger stack, fries and a juice along with some well needed sitting action. Just all that I needed at that time.

Food that was meant to be hot was stone cold and the milkshakes and Ice creams were melted aswell as half portions of chips instead of full portions

Very disorganized, food wasn't hot, half the self serve machines weren't working, no actual queue so you join where you think it might be only to be ignored for ten minutes

Ordered for table service through the app. Waited for over 15 mins without food. Eventually went and asked to be told they don't do table service and no-one knew where my food was. Why have the table service option on the app if you don't offer that service.

Not very clean, not very warm food, the food tasted of nothing, the seats are taped together quite poorly, the tables were filthy.

Quite a packed atmosphere around the area of pick-up. Food as decent as ever, took the usual pretty good time to prepare. However, good Wi-Fi, and pleasant seating arrangements. Just another McDonald's.

I got an ice cream from here, it came within 5 mins. Great service!

Staff at till was pleasant but staff at pick up was saying to me that it was company policy to not give me two sauces then ended up not giving me the sugar that I clearly asked for from behind the till. Not the first time I've had my order given to me wrong here.

Work without gloves in the kitchen

Arrived around 6:00pm. Ate in. Good part of the seating was blocked off. A number of teenagers were messing around. So had to sit in proximity of them. Had better food both from here and especially other MD restaurants. This was not a one-off, pretty much a repeat of two previous visits. If I liked KFC I'd eat there now as one is nextdoor. Be the chippy next time we're in need of a quick meal.

It's a pretty normal Mcdonalds. The only thing I'd mention is that their coke always tastes a little strange. I'm not sure if this applies to other drinks, and it doesn't make it totally undrinkable, but it's not great.

Been a long time since I used the mcds in St Enoch's. I love this place. Plenty of food places to choose from all in one place. The shops are great. I shopped and hang out here when I was younger I wanted to go here before the shopping centre closed for refurbishment. So go check it out asap ✅🏳️‍🌈💜👏

Fanta and ice cream and mayo burger iis missing i called the restaurant but there no answer i opened the order as was small in front of the delivery man he said to contact the restaurant and jyst eat because thats all ge was given for me this is not acceptable!!

Sorry, mcdonalds. Low grade highly processed food. I don't understand why you need to sell chicken covered in batter. It's nicer and cheaper batter less.

The big tasty has all its ingredients unlike the ones closer to me, they also provided a straw and a napkin so well done to the restaurant. However, the driver was polite but for some reason my delivery time changed twice and was actually 15min late, I ordered at 17.05, and was told between 17.15 and 35. The order arrived at 17;48. 55min. I almost cancelled the order. My chips are too cold to eat.

Maybe it’s my own fault as the reviews are already terrible. Food was made to early as a driver wasn’t appointed completely cold on arrival and missing a happy meal…

Food was mashed inside bag. Items missing

All of my food was cold on arrival, no heat in it what so ever. My drink, which was coke zero had leaked all over the bag was dripping all over the floor. What was left of it, was completely flat. Totally shocking service the worst Ive had and should be entitled to a refund

Ordered through the machine, no problems other than the car machine wasn’t working and had to go and pay at the desk, went over the woman put through my payment then proceeded to tell me they had no soft drink, now this was after reading my order back to me letting me pay then saying there wasn’t any soft drinks🤷🏼‍♀️ Anyway no issue she said what other drinks were available, so a manager I’m guessing had to come over to amend the order, he was rude and arrogant, the woman who was originally serving told me to move over to his till which I did to be told abruptly that he wasn’t serving and he had things to do! After being nice and saying I’ve actually been told to come over to yourself to amend my order, he then started working out how much extra I had to be charged, I did say look I was only told after I paid that the drinks were unavailable… but that didn’t really matter he continued to be rude and very unhelpful. While standing waiting on the order the kitchen staff put my “original” juice that I had ordered onto the tray and I obviously brought it up and said I was told that was unavailable… and charged extra for something I didn’t even want… the manager I’m guessing he was starting rushing over and taking the juice off the tray and saying that it is unavailable!! But I said to him it was right there so what’s the problem and he said it was only syrup that was in the cup aye okay then that’s fine but but considering someone next to me got a coke and I seemed to be the only one told about the juice not even the kitchen staff seemed to know🤦🏼‍♀️ But anyway got the stuff we didn’t want and sat down for another guy to sit next to us with a Fanta Honestly the juice wasn’t even the issue but the staff my god… especially the manager

En un Food Court compite con otras comidas rápidas bien conocidas. La última tecnología de pedidos estaba en pleno funcionamiento y funcionaba bien.

オーダーは機械相手にします。どんどん注文したいものを選んでいき、最後にクレジットカードでの支払いで、とそこまでは良かったのですが、レシートの紙切れなのか、出ないとの表示で、いいか、と聞かれ、OKを押すと、あなたの注文番号は○○○番です、との表示されとりあえず安心。店員さんは番号を叫び、レシートは確認しないので問題ありませんでした。日本にないものをと思い注文したのは、トルティーヤにガーリッククリスピーチキンと野菜が挟まったもの、フライドポテトでなくキュウリのスティック。アイスフラペチーノのようなもの。どれも美味しかったですが、キュウリはそのままでドレッシングとかもありませんでした。日本との違いを楽しめるのは楽しい旅行の思いでです。

No se puede hacer una hamburguesa simple correctamente, 9/10 no pueden hacer que su pedido sea correcto. El personal es terrible. Si usted valora su dinero, entonces manténgase alejado porque ellos lograrán estafarlo de alguna manera. Tienes que tener las células cerebrales de un burro para trabajar allí.

Al igual que muchos McDonalds, se agotaron principalmente los autoservicios, pero, aparte de la confusión, algunos clientes consideraron que la comida era cálida y que los asientos extra estaban disponibles. El personal era amable.

Esto es parte de la pequeña pista de comida en la calle Enoch Centre.No está mal, sólo su media de mcdonalds. Se llena y es difícil encontrar un asiento.Está al lado de Hamleys, así es un imán para los niños.Si no te importa caminar unos minutos hacia la estación central, hay un gran Mcdonalds que tiene muchos asientos que guarda la pista de comida para marcapasos las edades buscando una mesa!

Good if you like fast food although sometimes its not so fast as the queues can be horrendous..cheap eats Ford all the family.....Ice cream cheap and cheerful

If in st enoch square, shopping and time for a snack, mcdonalds is a quick tummy filler. Very quick friendly service and plenty tables.

Todo el mundo sabe, McDonalds. Éste, en el centro comercial St Enoch square en Glasgow, es especialmente popular. Es el típico menú que cabe esperar, sin embargo, me gusta el hecho de que hay un montón de asientos y todo situado dentro de uno de los principales centros comerciales de la ciudad, haciendo que sea muy fácil y completamente para minusválidos.

Me pareció que mi visita aquí muy decepcionante.
