Excellent food, excellent prices…..very clean not oily

Order was late, pizza was burnt and the kebab had virtually no sauce.

Shocking… food was late and tasteless and cold. Never order from here again

Ordering my favorite meal, (chana masala) I made a mistake and ordered a pick up from a different shop, not in my area, on realising this I visited my local shop and explained my error, they very kindly insisted to make my order there and then for me, I'm vegetarian but my daughter tells me the chicken pakora is beautiful, such nice guys and great customer service.

The pizza didn’t have any flavour unfortunately

pakora overcooked ,spiced onions not nice curries rice and Nan good

Spicy veg pizza is really good feels like Indian street style pizza. Not 100% but better than available at bigger chain. Can’t compete with authentic Italian, but if you want to try indian style pizza you should definitely try this one.

Food was cold when it arrived and couldn’t eat it

2 and a half hours. That’s how long it took to arrive. It’s a 10 minute drive. Never in my life have I had to wait that long on a delivery. Phoned up and was told the driver had left 10 minutes ago, still took 40 minutes to arrive. Pizza was ice cold, chips were soggy and cold. Genuinely the worst takeaway experience I’ve had in my life on all fronts.

Food never arrived. Called restaurant as app never updated to say it was being prepared after 1 hour, all of a sudden within 1 minute app says my food has been cooked dispatched and delivered. Not happy.

Meal had been marked as complete but still had to wait another 1/2 hr. Lamb was so fatty that most of it was put to the side.

ordered last minute. it arrive for townhead. was good. but the downside no Fanta cans x 2. which was part of the order, I would again , but didn't get Fanta cans. as it was part of the deal. pizza wa ok n eatable at the time of order.

Ordered a pizza deal combined. Had several missing items. 2 x Fanta n 4 x garlic bread as part of a deal. It was last min, but I expected to get all items. If none was available, they should have replaced them with something else , it's clearly marked on receipt, I suspect t the driver took it

Waited an hour and a half for the order, bearing in mind we ordered at 10.10 at night it shouldnt be that busy but took all that time. When it did come the food was stone cold. Usually on point but tonight its a no from me

Used to order here back in the day it’s always had a solid rep.. Maps said it was 11 mins away in car and 8 mins away on a bike so did expect it fairly quick.. took over an hour from when I ordered though and was 15 mins after the ETA.. the lad arrived just when I gave the restaurant a call which was such a relief but sadly everything was cold.. after heating up the curry in the micro it was actually very nice so would love to try it fresh! I’ll probs collect next time though just to be safe 🙏

Easily the worst doner pizza I’ve ever had. Managed one slice. Tasted more like Camel. The actual pizza was void of any taste.

Highly recommend. Been ordering food from here many times over the last 5 years and only had a slight problem recently where the food was unusually a bit cold? They agreed to send me a fresh repeat order the next day completely free! Can’t beat that!Excellent Customer Service!

I don’t think it was late given your delivery parameters, but I stay in a hotel and have been ordering food from you guys for the last 4/5 years and my pizza upon delivery was stone cold. I have no means to reheat it. I mentioned this to your delivery guy and he kindly offered to re-deliver again tomorrow in view of this? I am staying here again tomorrow and would appreciate the same order being delivered hot for around the same time? Thank you.

I’ve gotten the food here loads of times and generally been fine but tonight my partner was walking back from town drunk and walked in to order (slightly drunk), not knowing I was on the phone to them they tried to charge her £25 for a donner kebab. I then called him out on it and he got nervous and said £10.. won’t be going near the place again if they’re trying to take advantage of their customers when they’re drunk.

I wont be ordering again...... 🙄

Best food in Glasgow great service and have tried lots of takeouts but this is the best.

This is not what I was expecting the food was cold and it taste bland I do not recommend this place.

Kebabs were like chewing rocks, not fresh like menu suggests definitely microwaved for 2 long! Not going back.

Food late and really cold - the cheeseburger was that cold the cheese had melted and gone hard. The worst part was how rude and arrogant the staff were when I called Macdonners, no apology and then said they would send the driver back to collect the food if I wanted a refund - great customer service. This used to be a great place to get food from but won’t be back and will make sure I tell others to avoid.

Delivered to the door. Then stated 'are you hungry'. Could be a karen and complain full on but will probably fall on deaf ears. Shocking delivery service whether its a joke or not, someone could take that to heart and potentially end up somewhere they shouldn't be because of a delivery drivers comments. disgusting. That may well be my VERY LAST order from this place if that is what's to come from now on.

Ordered at 7.01pm,just eat say it was delivered at 8.20pm which it wasn’t. My son called the shop and it was even cooked yet

I do not recommend. Delivery was very delayed. The food was cold. I called the restaurant but the service was very unpleasant.

App marked delivered when it was not. Phoned restaurant and got told it was an automatic timer thing. Told that order had just left restaurant and might be 5 or 10 minutes… turned out closer to 20 mins. Very poor.

The pizza was thin but still doughy, arrived cold and the sauces I paid for were half filled tubs that tasted off. Really gone downhill and I won’t be buying from here again.

absolutely not happy with this munchy box firstly let's talk about the kebab meat it was disgusting not fresh it was over cooked and could not eat it. Next let's talk about the chips they was not fresh in fact they was extremely soggy could not eat them now let's talk about the chicken pakora simply soild overcooked same with the rest of the pakora the whole munchy box picture has been taken and being submitted to justeat for a refund

Great pizza, asked for it to be nice and spicy and they never let me down. First time ordering from here and I wasn’t disappointed… Order arrived early and was nice and hot… Great work folks.👏👏👏

I was really impressed with the food. First time ordering (st Vincent street) Pizza was perfect, chicken karahi and mushroom rice were beautiful with perfect spice. The chicken was cooked to perfection and loved the chunky bits of ginger throughout....only 1 tiny thing is the curry could been slightly less oil. Other than that it was 10/10.

Burger was burnt. Pizza was ok but dough/base tasted weird. Garlic sauce was a disaster, watery and smelt off.

DISGUSTING SERVICE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! This is not the first time this restaurant shocked me with its negligence but it will be the last. This time it is nothing to do with the food, literally nothing. I made an order, they accepted it, marked it as delivered and closed the shop. I tried to phone but of course, no one was there. I have paid for an order that does not exist. Refund request denied. Trust me, your better off at Mcdonald's👍

You can’t dine-in here. Small place. Fast service, overall good halal food, and very reasonable prices.
