Service extremely slow otherwise good meal

Letting children stay here like it’s a social club and they’re not buying anything. Tonight one of them threw up and they just moved elsewhere in the restaurant, not buying anything. No-one was concerned, won’t come again

I ordered today ,5 milk shake 4 bannana ,and one Strawberry, but when I get them ,that was just rubbish ,no banana ,and no Strawberry, one and all plain flavour ,nothing was in it ,just a blended milk and might be ice cream at the end ,I embarrassed in front of my guest, so disappointed.

I really can't understand how difficult it is to include the dips... Only received them once out of the last 5 or so orders

I can't remember the chap's name now, but he was excellent. Out on a scooter, braving the freezing early morning cold for us. He was in the middle of contacting me, per my request, when I luckily beat him to the door. Just a lovely wee interaction at a time it was completely unexpected. What a gent. Past experiences make me not want to tip before the delivery is complete, but encounters like this one have me looking forward to the day I can tip after the fact.

completely wrong order, paid for 30 quid worth of breakfast food, got 3 quid worth of questionable food options and a box of croquettes which I assume we're supposed to be hash browns

food was a disaster couldn't eat it thrown in bag and boxs where broken chips where out they're containers total waste of money wouldn't recommend

Good order only missing dips and 1 pack cheesy melt dippers

Once again, this branch of McDonald's missed items from my order. I gave up on this place ages ago, due to their repeated mistakes. I tried again today and yet another mistake. I'm now done with them for good.

the food was a bit cold even though it was delivered in a car. i don't know how long it lay made up in mcdonalds but the driver also took a while leaving the mcdonalds. all in all it was disappointing

Half my order was missing. And Justeat are terrible about giving refunds.

Order took nearly 1 hour it’s only round the corner for me. Also my meal was cold and my Terry orange pie was missing.

I ordered two Tropicana separately and they missed out the large coke and fries that came with it. none of the two sweet and sour sauces that I paid for with it either. Very disappointing

Food took one hour 45 minutes to arrive. Was stone cold. No sauces. Chips inedible even when heated.

The driver had cold juices top of food!!! All good freezing no straws or box for happy meal or sauce. FREEZING

It arrived late, the ice cream was almost melted, the driver was unprofessional, he didn't even knock on the door, you're McDonald's, you should have more data, it depends on the food and the delivery!!

The order was soaking wet; the delivery driver wasn’t exactly helpful either. He said take it take it it’s wet! The food was cold and the drinks bag was so wet! He blamed the restaurant but the lid had come off and in the food bag the chips were spilled all over it. I thought that was a shocking deliver

Delivered an hour late, stone cold and just eat are only willing to offer 25% of the cost of the order as credit and there’s no option to speak to customer service. Awful.

how hard is it to check all the food and drinks are there? and, for future reference; on a burger with no bun, put the cheese on top of it, not underneath, for obvious reasons. sort yourselves out. it's embarrassing!

I ordered a double big mac no pickles. I got a double big Mac with Bacon. I almost threw up. I hate Bacon. I got a strange look, and you don't like Bacon. The answer is if I wanted Bacon, I would have asked for it. it's just very lucky I didn't swallow any and noticed their mistake. At least someone was switched on ME, my advice. Be careful when eating here they have no thoughts for people or their beliefs.

Deliverer left the food on the floor at the building front door didn't find till after an hour.

triple cheese burger missing, bag was all ripped ,don't like the idea someone has been in my bag near my food ,also delivery guy on the map was going miles in wrong direction, food was cold ,banana milkshakes were half empty, not enjoyable at all not happy

Despite being 600 yards from my flat, it takes a special level of ineptitude to deliver everything that I ordered cold. Maybe about 20% of the time I have no complaints but the staff here don't give a monkeys and just chuck it in a bag and hope it goes unnoticed

Didn’t even receive my order and it says delivered even though I had a code to give the delivery person so they have basically delivered it to someone else and not bothered to ask for the code

3 items including a burger and a milkshake were missing. we had to book another delivery and pay for another delivery to get it

a little disappointed. food was clearly stuff that had been sitting and it was lukewarm. I had to put it in my oven, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering hot food.

Driver did a remarkable job getting the food to me still warm - in an open shopping bag. Why can't Just Eat supply all drivers with insulated bags?

Order came with missing items. Having spent £25 it’s completely unacceptable to miss a meal in an order.

Got a notification that the delivery was in the way so I tracked it and it seemed to go to another takeaway a few times before arriving at our house. Took around 20 minutes from leaving McDonald’s to get to our house. Food was cold and unappealing

Another terrible experience with Pollokshaws Road. Neither of the fries that came with the deal I paid for were included. Absolute clowns run this franchise. Basic customer service is beyond them.

Definitely back to the bad old days when this place couldn't get an order right😡. Missing donut. Asked for no cheese sauce on Philly stack so got no cheese slices either and no straw. Time to give this place a miss
