Mcdonald's Restaurants in Glasgow City

Food great as always but woman with purple in her hair was so outwardly rude to any ubereats/delivery driver that she encountered. I was quite astonished to watch her

All food was hot and delicious, staff were kind when I needed assistance and the atmosphere was very nice.

It's a McDonald's, pretty much sums it up. Quite slow service through the drive-thru, maybe cos of the mass of delivery guys picking up...always think there is an inherent contradiction in that, insofar as folk ordering in from home for delivery seem to get priority over those who actually bother to turn up at the premises to get their food in person...but same everywhere these days.... Having said that, can't deny McD is still good value compared to other fast food places.

This place gets your order wrong everytime if you order from the McDonald’s app!! AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE!!

Service was fast, staff very pleasant and helpful food nice and warm. Good all round.

Service staff behaviour is very bad with customers

This is the most disgusting awful McDonald’s in the whole country. The food comes freezing, stale and half the time items just scattered loosely in the bag. The staff are unhygienic and clueless - and careless! An absolute disgrace that McDonalds hasn’t done anything to rectify this. The whole place needs a massive do over.

Gave us completely wrong order

Food never turned up, driver was uncontactable, live chat incoherent, complaint process an unresponsive unhelpful mess. Only conclusion is that the driver ended up at the wrong address or was pushed for time, dumped the order and marked as delivered.

Never arrived !!! Drivers are a joke, he was outside my flat sitting on his phone, I chapped my window to direct him and he looked at me and then drove off, on his bike. I have young children so couldn't go down and get him. What a joke

when order arrived it was missing items I ordered 3 meals and only got the 3 burgers , 2 chips & 1 drink . I was not impressed. Ended up having to make more food to go with meals.

Open shopping bag = cold food. Also sugar doughnut missing.

Lid on my hot chocolate was not on properly and when I opened the bag it went everywhere as it was already half spilled in the bag.

Delivery time changed multiple times, driver was at restaurant for half an hour to forty minuets before leaving the store, the food came extremely cold

Lots of delivery pick ups - burger could have been warmer.

Driver never delivered my food. I went out to try and find them and they were nowhere to be seen after marking my food as delivered. Tell them to come back and we can discuss them leaving with my food.

Missed out 1x Double Cheeseburger - instead gave a cheese burger. And forgot straws. Why do you always fail l?

by the time my food was delivered one of the cups of coffee had spilled in the delivery drivers bag soaking my food. Not Happy

He’s a very rude he came just say give me a code no nice I told driver you say hello hi it’s your responsibility. Say hello hi just no deliver for food he said don’t be argument this is no nice just complain and thank you so much.:)

i do not recommend this Mc Donald’s, 2 times i have been missing an item and their customer service is very untrustworthy and i was very unhappy, i don’t recommend

After issues of food quality at the drive through, to then phone the manger and have her say to come round as this issue will be resolved to then go round to the store and the “ MANAGER” to laugh in my face and say they can’t do anything about it as they are unsure who took the call, Would recommend they send all their staff to take customer service training as this was shockingly unacceptable!

Very unhappy with the order I had asked for extras which was not provided fries were crunchy cold no softness or fresh and my drink was cola but I got Fanta lastly I ordered sweet curry dip and I got some sour dip like seriously messed up the whole order one job to do can’t get that right even.

Over an hour late and the delivery driver drove all over the southside before finally deciding to bother to show up and deliver the food. Lazy ignorant driver and staff are incompetent

McDonald’s food has been getting progressively worse and worse. I should really learn my lesson and never order again. Every few months I think I’ll give it another try but I’m always disappointed.

I've worked at McDonald's before but it does take some skill for someone to put chicken on a burger that is stated meat pattys but still proceeds to put a fat chicken patty on it great work guys

I ordered today ,5 milk shake 4 bannana ,and one Strawberry, but when I get them ,that was just rubbish ,no banana ,and no Strawberry, one and all plain flavour ,nothing was in it ,just a blended milk and might be ice cream at the end ,I embarrassed in front of my guest, so disappointed.

No sauce. Honestly. I’ve submitted a refund request, we got the food but no sauce and there is zero way of telling you that via the app. I don’t want free food. I want the server to put the sauce in the bag. Seriously 9 times out of 10 there is no sauce or some of it it missing. I wouldn’t normally review this but pretty much our whole order consisted of items which have sauce (chicken 20, chicken sharebox, chicken 6, plus cheese sharebox). 13 sauces missing. Bunch of dry food. Its not difficult

My order came early and I was in the back shop so didn't hear them at door as it wasn't expected early. have paid for food but no delivery. why say a time and come at a different time. we order every week.

My order didn’t arrive but is showing delivered. I don’t understand how this can happen without the code & I don’t have the money to re-order. My child is very upset.

Delivery driver phoned and told myself that he was at the address. I informed him he was not at the address and he was maybe at the wrong street to which I told him the address again and the post code. The delivery driver then proceeded to be rude and continue to tell me he was at my address. Finally 20 minutes later he comes to the correct address and begins to say he does not accept me being rude on the phone and refuses to give me my order for a further few minutes. My whole meal is now cold.

I can't remember the chap's name now, but he was excellent. Out on a scooter, braving the freezing early morning cold for us. He was in the middle of contacting me, per my request, when I luckily beat him to the door. Just a lovely wee interaction at a time it was completely unexpected. What a gent. Past experiences make me not want to tip before the delivery is complete, but encounters like this one have me looking forward to the day I can tip after the fact.

completely wrong order, paid for 30 quid worth of breakfast food, got 3 quid worth of questionable food options and a box of croquettes which I assume we're supposed to be hash browns

Once again, this branch of McDonald's missed items from my order. I gave up on this place ages ago, due to their repeated mistakes. I tried again today and yet another mistake. I'm now done with them for good.

the food was a bit cold even though it was delivered in a car. i don't know how long it lay made up in mcdonalds but the driver also took a while leaving the mcdonalds. all in all it was disappointing
