Each Time I order at drive Through, There is couple items Missing !! Horrible service!

The most cringe and slowest service ever not just for customers but also for the delivery orders as well. Strongly condemn this behaviour of staff.

Stop.... Hiring.... Kids.... Who... Don't... Know.... How... To... Get.... An... Order.... Correct. Everytime I go to this macdonalds drive through there is always somthing missing from my order or the order is totally wrong. Have gave them benefit of doubt more times than I can remmeebr and they always mess it up. I'm probably owed about 20 quid worth of food iv payed for but they don't put in the bag.

Gone to drive through order mcspicy meal in night tym comes with no jalapeño no cheese and no sauce. The stuff at night tym is totally rough. They all looks new start.

This is the badest Mc Donald I have ever been .I ordered chicken burger with wings and Some one took my order we had the same number that so bad And after thet I told the guy he was so rode to me then after thet they gave me different orders that was so bad

when my deliver arrived the driver handed me a bag that was leaking with hot chocolate and and said i should probably call the restaurant with no intention to fix it or anything he just handed me the bag which was clearly a cup that’s been knocked over? Not only that but it arrived 45 minutes late and food was cold and came with no dips when ordered a nugget share box and mozz dippers. When we called the mcdonald’s nobody answered and phone rang for a good minute or 2 each time we phoned but still no call. It’s honestly not worth it at all we paid £20 for basic food and it was the most dry thing i have ever tasted.

Had breakfast bacon & egg muffin. Bit cool. Coffee was lovely

Went to this McDonald's and to say it wasn't all that great, the juice was flat and just pretty much tasted like water, although the worst of it was the place wasn't clean and it disgusts me to think a fast food establishment does not take pride in cleanliness and to be fair the staff looked a bit unkempt as well. Fair to say I won't be back at this McDonald's. Photos are attached below.

So ,despite telling the staff I hadn't received my order, I had to wait a further 10 minutes to be presented with cold fries and an average wrap and drink. No pleasantries or apology from the staff, nothing, and that was after "arguing" I hadn't received my order. Not impressed. Won't be back.

Pollokshaws rd branch is horrendous! Seems virtually impossible for them to get the simplest of orders correct !

This photo constitutes a large order of fries. Not spilled into the bag. Cold food. And a shake that was served unfrozen and only 3/4 full. When I challenged the shake at the drive thru window, I was told that's how it comes, it doesn't come out frozen. Sigh. Their machine wasn't working properly. Honestly, I don't know why I return. Convenience perhaps. It's not good food and the staff there are too inexperienced to care about any shred of quality.

Food is fine and just what you expect from McDs but watch out for the exorbitant parking charges if you overstay

i tried to ask a question to this lady and she was so rude to me lol and i approached her nicely too, you need to start checking your staff members because being rude to customers for no good reason isn't it :)

Me and my son decided to pop in for a quick bite to eat ordered a meal each at 10 to 4 once it got to 4 o'clock I thought maybe they've forgotten about our order but as I work with customer service myself I just tried to keep patient then when it got to 10 past 4 I thought no this is totally becoming a joke so I tried to get attention off a member of staff as to which they just seemed to ignore me but eventually the girl that served me came over I let her know I haven't received my food yet a manager came over I explained to her I'd been waiting so long but she was really patronising towards me I just asked for my money back and I'll definitely not be back at this McDonald's again been going here for about 30 years now and its definitely went right down hill customer service terrible and also needs a right good clean.

recently moved to this area so comparing this mcdonald’s to others. the service is either extremely slow or can be fast. waiting 10 minutes for a simple cheeseburger was just too much. the fanta was strange, stained the cup with an unusual artificial colour and had bits in it and the taste was off. another time, they have forgotten to add the cheese onto the burger 🙄 the staff are friendly but mcdonald’s standard (not got high expectations) all in all i’ve been here 3 times and all 3 times i’ve been unhappy.

Service extremely slow otherwise good meal

On entering, I noticed how clean the place was. The food was hot and fresh, and toilets clean. Excellent!

This McDonald's is always mobbed with mostly pushy Uber Eats or Just Eat lads and the burgers and apple pies are often luke warm and be warned if you order a Mc Delivery as everytime we have its not only always been cold but nearly everytime now the orders been wrong and we've had stuff missing! The last time was recently and we ordered and paid for 2 x quarter pounder meals (L & M size) and 3 apple pies and a brownie but instead we received only 1 meal and but got the 2 drinks and no apple pies or brownie atall so I was annoyed with that

Food was not that great, had better from other McDonald's. The place was busy so the turn-around time was a bit slow. Outside tables were scruffy.

This is the worst McDonalds I've come across yet. I only live only a few streets away from it and everytime I've got food from this McDonalds delivered its not only been very cold each time but its messed up my order each time too so I don't use it now, I've complained but it's useless as nothings changed so I'm letting other people know by posting my review, The last order I got delivered was for 2 meals with the drink being bottled water for both and the water wasn't drinkable as it was completely solid ice (literally) in both bottles for some reason plus the plain big mac with only cheese and nothing else on it was covered in pickles, onion and lettuce and loads of sauce making the bun soggy and the other meal I ordered was a plain quarter pounder with cheese but I got a cheese burger happy meal instead and that was just the last time I ordered the other times before were very similar hence the reason I've gave up using the Pollokshaws Road one now!

Shocking service waited 20. Mins for two medium fries 2 drinks , 2 mc flurry’s , ice cream had turned to a milkshake by the time I had to ask where’s my order, too busy with. Just eat & uber eat drivers who just barge through , counted customers only 20 people in eating so don’t see why in store orders aren’t prioritised , you walk out the door to be hit with the most horrendous unhygienic smell from just eat & Uber eat drivers smelly gits , advise to avoid at all costs better going elsewhere

Picked up my order through the drive through and trusted everything would be there. Got home and burger and dips I paid for were missing! Very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. Tried calling knowing there would be nothing the can do and no one answered.

Worse food in full of Scotland, service is terrible aswell. Genuinely give this a miss. Went 3 times over the course of the week first time rotten , I thought maybe just an off day , second time just as bad , 3rd time still rotten. Inside was seriously untidy outside just as bad.

Extremely quick. Staff friendly and when one part of my order was late they gave me the rest and brought it to my table when it was ready.

Girl on counter @ 10:10 Saturday 10 June is very rude and unpleasant. Wating on my food they way she spoke and treated the delivery drivers was discraceful. Manger please sort!

Fresh and tasty, can't say it's a nice McDonald's to visit though it was clean and tidy but the code needed to get in the toilets tells you all you need to know about the area.

Excellent branch of McDonalds to visit friendly efficient staff. Fast service,hot food and great atmosphere. Great place for kids also.

Thought 6 months since a munch might have saw an improvement, alas no. Burger freezing cold, chips piping hot but undercooked/dirty oil, milkshake underwhelming. I'll stick to 5 Guys from now on!

Took my kids here today, won't be back. The place is filthy and the toilets where near unusable for my kids as it was absolutely disgusting.

I’m 8 months pregnant, I went in to order a flatbread, I stood and watched the man behind preparing food PICK HIS NOSE, he did this for a few mins wiped his hand on his trousers then prepared my food with BARE HANDS! I alerted the duty manager to this incident and his response was “we don’t have to wear gloves, we wash our hands every half hour or so”. I asked if he’d intended to speak to the server to which he snapped at me “yes, but he washes his hands” he seemed annoyed I brought this to his attention. Absolutely disgusting! And no, I was not offered replacement food.

Always love a McDonald's now and then. My favourite is the Sausage and Egg McMuffin meal. Can't beat it for brekkie.

Poor customer service at drive through. Didn't ask if I have everything I need. The fries are not salted and before I got chance to check and ask for salt. She'd closed the window. Well at least the fries were hot and fresh for a change. Wish McDonald's would spend more time customer training their staff.

It's just not a good Mcdonalds: takes ages, staff can be nice but often they are over it, when mcflurrys are available they're half melted or half full, burgers are a bit of a mess. Gots to get the Mcdonalds fix sometimes and it's my closest one but it can be a bit of a gamble, which is disappointing and offputting.

Hygiene levels are appalling just watched a staff member touch her hair, touch her earrings then proceeded to touch the food I know it's wrapped but even then I would expect better Staff are rude too busy giving each other piggybacks round the resteraunt and fryers where grease is present and another staff member was walking about the food area no hat no hair net nothing. Much the same as most McDonald's. Service was okay, a little slow, but not as bad as some other places. Food as usual was mediocre, never looks like the pictures, and is never hot. Soggy looking burger. The main part of the restaurant was clean, I never used the toilet, so can't comment. Staff were pleasant enough.

The staff ignored customers requary paying for large fries they give me less than small , when I asked in desk the staff ignored me she never respond.

This was the quality being served at this restaurant this afternoon, where's the top of it?! Where's the mayo? (It's a bacon mayo chicken) The restaurant wasn't even busy as an excuse, disappointing as half a box of fries, which I also got. Won't be back. 😅

Absolutely dreadful McDonalds I have no idea where to start... terrible atmosphere in the place from the minute you walk in...Rude Counter staff , women on till had absolutely no interest in being in the building let alone working, face tripping her and talking down to customers she was serving! Staff standing behind the desk packing meals carelessly and throwing food in the bag, one of the girls packing with one hand and texting with the other! Male Manager called my number and served me my meal, I lifted my tray to take my meal and my 2 straws for my drinks where rudely thrown on the counter at me despite holding my tray out for him to just pop them on the tray!! Loads of young wannabe hoodlum's hanging about in the seating area staring people out and talking about stabbing people...fantastic atmosphere for a family restaurant!! and to top it off I was missing items from my order but didn't even bother going back to the till to ask for my missing items due to the attitude previously experience from staff so what's the point I'll take the few pound loss but I'll never be back!! I would have gave this a 0/5 rating but luckily for them you need to put at least 1/5!! disappointed McDonald's!!

Drive through Made my order they told me to park and wait as they you do. Several cars behind me also parked up roughly 8 or 9 however they got there meal and left. I'm here still waiting 10 mins later. I drive through again and ask about my meal and thy where clueless. Then told me to park up again. I didn't park up this time. I just waited at the window for my fillet fish mea with a Cola. Currently I am still waiting. . . .

A coffee, a tea and two sugar doughnuts. Sat in. Service was a touch chaotic but not for us - just not super cheery as a result of other customer's complaints - but far from rude and a lovely shop with overall a great atmosphere.

The worst burgers I have ever eaten, we bought four of the big tasty with bacon. The bacon was not even crispy, not to mention the burger patty was dry and uncooked and didn't smell right, we had to bin the whole lot. The chips were dry and almost not fully cooked ( cooked but on the hard side). We only managed to drink the coke. They should close it or change staff coz they are people in need of jobs. You don't serve people food like that! My money gone like that, don't they feel embarrassed to serve customers such rubbish. Do they have No dignity for themselves. Personally learnt a lesson to never go back there again, anyways couldn't go back there to complain and give them a piece of my rage and waste my time and fuel.

Shout out also to Deborah who was also very helpful in assisting customers. It’s not often that you find staff like this who go extra lengths to make your experience Great!! Rude crew members. Although you are polite, they ignore you. I was there calling them for 5 minutes, they saw me but ignored. I wanted sauces as the sauce dispenser was empty. It wasn't at a busy time, it was just me waiting there.

We ordered 4 x Deluxe Hot Chocolate's for our drinks the first 4 were really watery so they adjusted the machine and made them again, this time they weren't watery bit came without cream so we took them back a bbsecond time and although they said they sorted it they actually didn't and returned our drinks without any cream a second time but made us think they had which was very cheeky and really poor service
