Missing a burger from delivery and as compensation offered £2.50 refund instead of the £5.79 it cost. Was told nothing can be done but I also cannot go to the store and pick it up myself?

The worst spoken staff I’ve ever had to talk to I called up didn’t even get a word out just for a staff to say what to you want rudely and then say bye I called back again and was told not to call again by the same staff member I didn’t even say anything of speak a bad word i never leave bad reviews but this was actually crazy do you pay your staff to be rude

Food was never of high quality but it was at least inexpensive. It’s now priced similarly to other fast food places but with noticeably smaller portions and lower quality than ever before. Dire.

Well it's McDonalds, expectations are never high to begin with, it's always 50/50 in terms of if your foods gonna be edible or not. I've been here twice, I make an order through the app and leave. First time was fine. Second time, fries were a tad over cooked, chicken selects cooked nicely. Unfortunately my regular latte was only half filled - didn't discover this until I got home, it was in a cup holder with another latte so didn't notice the weight was off. Again, it's just not something you'd expect either. I don't know why these guys are so incapable of getting things right? It's not rocket science... So yeah, I'd recommended checking your order before leaving.

I waited 15mins to order and 20mins for my order also they ignored me constantly ignored me it is the worst service in the world

Rediculious really is is so impossible to read send exact meal people want pay good money for! All time to not receive meal to be told by store that I need go up to get it !! Why would do that can’t get out either or would have. Money I spend on this app for this to happen

They forgot most of my order, including Big Mac meal, refused to re-deliver it & I’m waiting on refund.

Ordered delivery today for myself and my family and since the lift in my building is being refurbished, I decided to do the decent thing and run from the 8th floor to the ground floor to save the delivery person from climbing the stairs. Once I had got back to my flat I realised that my chicken McNuggets were missing from my order which was disappointing. I requested a refund and then reordered from Toryglen. Before long I started to receive texts from the delivery guy which coincidentally was the same one as the previous order. He repeatedly texted me telling me the lift wasn’t working. It seems he was expecting me to go back down 8 flights of stairs again, which I wasn’t prepared to do. He said he was on the 5th floor so my son started heading down to meet him but he was actually on the 3rd floor! Since I paid for delivery twice I think bringing the food to my door was the least he could do. He had the cheek to tell my son to give him 5 stars! Not a chance!!

after trying to deliver a milkshake with no straw to the flat block next door for several minutes, when I came down to the front door the courier mosied very slowly towards me without breaking the clearly personal phonecall he was on. delivery service from this McDonald's branch is consistently unprofessional, I've often said this will be my last order but I intend to keep my word this time.

Delivery driver refused to cancel on arrival & that my full refund would be given. Didn’t even eat the food as it was left lying for over 2 hours & was stone cold! Very very poor service

Went to McDonald's today to order food to open our fast! Food was burnt more likely beacuse oil wasn't changed went to change it and duty manager was not interested very argumentative said she wanted me to drive 10miles back or keep the fillets for 5 6 days and bring them didn't no what fasting meant very horrible customer service and food is zero to nothing avoid! Sarah duty manager needs further training

Main item was a double bacon and egg mcmuffin. They sent a double sausage and egg mcmuffin. A minor inconvenience, but i dont really like paying for one thing and it being changed to another without contact.

The big mac had extra sauce I didn't ask for and didn't seem to have the extra onions I did want, and, the 4 chicken dipper sauces were missing but everything was perfect.

The order was accidently sent to the wrong address. I spoke to the courier who could not order a solution despite being given my actual address. No food was delivered.

Food great as always but woman with purple in her hair was so outwardly rude to any ubereats/delivery driver that she encountered. I was quite astonished to watch her

All food was hot and delicious, staff were kind when I needed assistance and the atmosphere was very nice.

Usual Pollokshaws Road experience. Burgers were alright but hardly made with care or worth the premium price. Actual delivery was fine. Any issues down to the restaurant and not the driver. Unfortunately not that many options at 4am so can get away with the bare minimum of anything approaching customer service. Order from Toryglen if you can. Quicker, better presentation and worth it in the long run

It's a McDonald's, pretty much sums it up. Quite slow service through the drive-thru, maybe cos of the mass of delivery guys picking up...always think there is an inherent contradiction in that, insofar as folk ordering in from home for delivery seem to get priority over those who actually bother to turn up at the premises to get their food in person...but same everywhere these days.... Having said that, can't deny McD is still good value compared to other fast food places.

This is the most disgusting awful McDonald’s in the whole country. The food comes freezing, stale and half the time items just scattered loosely in the bag. The staff are unhygienic and clueless - and careless! An absolute disgrace that McDonalds hasn’t done anything to rectify this. The whole place needs a massive do over.

The maps took the delivery driver the wrong way and I was watching him go the wrong way for about 20mins. The delivery estimate kept adding on minutes so it wouldn’t let me complain about the late order and even now it isn’t acknowledging it. I tried to contact the driver to give directions but unsure if he got the messages. Driver on arrival said the maps took him the wrong way

Never arrived !!! Drivers are a joke, he was outside my flat sitting on his phone, I chapped my window to direct him and he looked at me and then drove off, on his bike. I have young children so couldn't go down and get him. What a joke

Food never turned up, driver was uncontactable, live chat incoherent, complaint process an unresponsive unhelpful mess. Only conclusion is that the driver ended up at the wrong address or was pushed for time, dumped the order and marked as delivered.

Driver never delivered my food. I went out to try and find them and they were nowhere to be seen after marking my food as delivered. Tell them to come back and we can discuss them leaving with my food.
