I’ve been waiting in this drive thru for 20 WHOLE MINUTES FOR FRIES this is RIDICULOUS and I will be speaking to the MANAGER!!!! ZERO STARS DONT RECOMMEND

As a delivery worker, I found the way that some of the McDonald’s employees treat me and other delivery workers disrespectfully. We are doing a service to help them and deliver food to customers, I find it very hard to get the job done as they treat the delivery workers rudely and seeing as it takes them a while to get the job done, the delivery worker waiting for them is the last thing you need. So I would ask that the system gets fixed as it’s clearly not helping anyone. Thanks

18 year olds preparing food with manky bare hands. Stood and watched. Luckily, the way boy stuffed the wrap into the box meant when I opened it, it all fell out onto the ground. Perfect raging excuse never to go back here. If this is any other fast food place they wouldn't last in business very long. Hygiene standards need checked in this place.

I had to ask for sugar for a large 🍵 tea 2 sachets and they moaned when I asked for more.

Ordered a home delivery at 02:37, arrived at 03:57 so not exactly fast food, but everything was cold, not even just warm but stone cold. Called the restaurant and they were useless. Never again!

It's such a problem with many McDonalds,the burger never looks like the bag of mush that you get,this was a drive through a short distance to get home the burger was cold the burger bun broken on the bottom and the ingredients not in the centre of the bun making it difficult to eat.Could do better.

Delivery driver was awful, dropped our order on the stair, at the first floor, we live on the third, he proceeded to carry the sodden bag dripping with juice all over the stairs, when he got to our landing he said never knew, though I watched him twice place the drink down to get a better grip, resulting in having to mop up his mess

This review is for the 24 hr branch on Pollokshaws rd. For a start, this is infinitely better thanToryglen branch at ASDA. Cleaner and better run Tonight we had chicken and veggie burgers with shared fries and paper cups of tea. It was all very tasty. My visits to fast food joints are rare. This was one of the better ones.🤗

Didn’t let me use the toilet. “Customers only” yet I’m a drive thru customer. Management are very strict here too, not letting you add extra cheese onto your burger if there isn’t an option. Surely you would want to make the burgers that customers would want?

Chips are horrid now, never cooked properly. Apparently to do with new oil for most mcds

only got my drink and someone else's drinks....none of my food. These deliveries drivers are getting worse and worse. Everyone needs to start boycotting these companies.

So looking back it seems you only get a straw with every 7th order (today was my 8th). Also half cartons of fries seem to be the norm. Nice friendly and speedy driver

Same as ever, blueprint food that the kids love, always seeing it as a treat. They enjoyed it very much. I had a coffee, which was pretty decent

Food was colder than usual on arrival. But I suppose that happens with McDonalds delivery sometimes as the food does cool down quickly. Very nice delivery person.

Came here on Tuesday after Green Day, what a shambles it was. We waited over 40 minutes for a simple order with no customer service whatsoever. The burgers were thrown together and did not taste good at all Would be an idea to put more staff on if there's an event of this scale nearby again.

Forgot a cheeseburger..they need to sort the staff..and do simple checks in order to deliver full order! Then when you phone them up I have to go through just eat to get a refund, they should pay the delivery fee and send another, last time I will order from hear

Absolute disgrace, order wasn’t even delivered. Lazy courier and driver. Lazy staff and restaurant.

I would give zero star for Drive tru service, staff always keep forgetting some or the other item from order and when you ask them for missing item you're treated as lairs, giving a very bad attitude. They don't serve you well with cutlery as well. This is the last time I am going to here, and I will never come back . Very disappointing.

This McDonald's is always dirty. Toilets disgusting. They are, however, specialising in Stale Muffins this morning if anyone is interested. Only stopped as it was on my route and schedule this morning. I will avoid it in the future.

Again, after specifying last time this order arrived with NO SAUCES. Why give the option for them if they are not included. 15p wasted but that's not the point. It's just carelessness!

Missed half my order and what I did get is cold. The staff clearly don't care and this has happened several times. such a hit and miss. The delivery driver was nice enough to look at the order with me so 4 stars there.

Honestly the worst McDonald’s ever!!!! Not of one yous can read clearly a dno if it’s the lack of sleep on nightshift or sheer stupidity!! every single time no sauce or straw like a straw is common sense when somebody orders a juice!!! Takes 2 seconds to read something EVERYTIME I ask nicely for sauce and straws to be put on the bag and EVERYTIME yous idiots don’t know how to read clearly!!!!

There was one burger missing from the order but its not the delivery persons fault.

I've seen more life in a cemetery. The staff were listless, but served me as quick as they could. The premises seemed a little dated, or maybe unclean, hard to say. It was like a grainy filter fell over my eyes as I approached the restaurant. The food is standard for McDonald's - tasteless and too expensive for the current economy. The mens toilet had been obliterated by one of the fine guests on their last visit, so I had to use the disabled toilet, which wasn't in the nicest condition.

McDonald's why give the option for sauces to be added if you continue to miss them out. Ok, I'm only down 20p but if I pay for something I expect to get it! Please sort it out.

No dip with mozzarella bites. No straw with drink. Extra sauces ordered, none received. This happens regularly, I have spoken to manager but I don't see any attempt to terrain staff or rectify a recurring error. Very disappointing!
