Burger King in Renfrewshire

Did not enjoy at all. Bun fell apart and tasted stale. Chips not good. delivery perfect though

Ordered a whopper meal with no tomato, it came with cheese in it! I can’t have dairy so that’s the burger put in the bin! And all the food was freezing cold!

Food is freezing cold actually raging spending that money on food for it to be stone cold

great service today at the lovely burger king with me and the children lovely young girl served me called chantelle great customer service🙏

Foods okay could be better they should have more chicken burger options as they only have 2 and have plenty of beef ones which I don’t like and I have heard a lot of people say the same thing.

Was delivered ten minutes early which is a first but fries were half empty and as usual everything was cold so disappointing

Food was stone cold, bag was burst open, spicy mayo that I paid for was missing, the burger was the wrong order and the bottle of cola that came with it was warm. To make matters even worse, the facility to complain allows only one item of complaint for an experience of which every aspect was defective.

Sent wrong order twice am still waiting I am disgusted no wonder he left quickly before I had a chance to check it

Delivered my food to another address even tho I had a code so don’t know how that can happen

Pretty good, relatively affordable compared to other options.

Estimated delivery time was a farce. Took close to an hour from being ordered to being delivered. Ordered extra dips that weren’t in the bag. Food was still plenty warm enough though.

Food never came, driver drove in opposite direction of our home

I received brilliant service from Chantelle and other members of staff today. My food came fast and was really good.

Place is sh*te. Half full Fanta slush, no adjustments to order 'have it your way'?! My ar*e. Rip off.

Just waited for 10 minutes at the desk and nobody came to take my order. I eventually called a member of staff and asked to be served and they told me I had to use the self service. After I explained I could not use the self service, they shrugged and repeated "you have to" and walked away. I asked if could speak to a manager and Chantelle responded "Naw, I've not got time".

Spotlessly clean, served quickly, food was hot and tasty. Laura that served us was particularly helpful when I made a mess of the order.

We used the drive thru, we where the only car at the drive thru we placed our order at 1206. We tried to order orange juice with our meals and was told we could not get this as part of a meal but could order it separate(we were able to get this last week). We where asked to park which we didn't mind but we then waited 15 mins for our order. When we got back to the office the fries where cold as was the whopper cheese

Some of the meal was cold...the burger's!!! one happy meal was missing except the Capri sun!! The rage tho for myself was looking forward to the cold bottle of fresh coke, one of the reasons I like the burger king delivery for was missing! They ask about refund but really paying £3 odds for a small btl of coke I would of preferred the driver to return with it til the meal could b complete and enjoyed!!!! Prob was still rolling around the back seat of the delivery car I'm sure like many!!!

Very quiet, only people in were delivery drivers waiting for food orders, when we arrived there was no orders on overhead screen, once we ordered, ours was only order showing. Staff appeared to give delivery drivers preference over sit in customers. When we were eventually served it seemed a hassle for server, especially when asked for napkins which caused a scowl. Don't think we'll be back!!

I like this burger king because it's usually quite quiet and the service is great, chips are always good but the burger buns are often stale unfortunately

Warm bottle of coke delivered with food, bacon COLD fries delivered when they are meant to be cheesy fries, barely even a drop of cheese £17 for a whopper meal and side and it’s a complete let down. Who wants warm juice with their meal?

food was Luke warm when arrived. had same thing in dublin and they are by far superior to there scottish counterparts, was bang average for the price u pay. loaded cheese and bacon fries had little cheese on it and again very small portion for price paid.

yet again the food that arrives is not correct they just don't care since when you call they just blame it on just eat sadly you can't give them less than a star

Order never arrived and was reported as delivered.

forever missing items from your orders then tell you they cant do anything and wont sent out the item you paid for and telling you that you will just have to request a refund. not good enough when you've waited for something and to not get what you pay for.

Use this BK frequently, my dogs love going through the drive through for a burger. Staff are always really helpful & friendly. Top class service.

Staff obviously struggled to checklist my order which was attached to the bag and forgot to include 2 of my sides.

I ordered 2 double cheese burgers with bacon and extra bacon!! what a disgrace.....the whole order cost over £17. The burgers were as flat as cardboard and the bacon was like fried Parma ham!! It's a disgrace that burger king gets away with this!! I won't be ordering from here again!!

This burger king is not only one of the best for the food they do, it's also one of the best for service. Special note to Laura and her team, the great customer service shown by Laura and her team, resolving an issue with my order that was not at the fault of team. Really left a great impression on us. Excellent customer service 5 stars guys!

Burgers missing from both meals!

Will never order again from just eat an absolute disgrace your drivers need new sat navigators and learn to read so people actually get there orders and not delivered else where

my sister said the delivery driver blew cigarette/vape smoke into her face when she answered the door? not sure if he actually did as i didnt see but the bag didnt smell like smoke just telling incase he has done this before or something

first time ordering and felt like a child waiting for Santa.

My drinks never got delivered and I tried to phone restaurant a couple of times no answer to tell them my drinks weren’t delivered .

Lettuce was added on the 2 chicken sandwiches even though the lettuce was not meant to be added due to allergies and goodness knows why cheese- the plastic looking stuff was added onto them aswell as this is not in the food description 🤔🤔 both sandwiches ended up in the bin. it was a great shame as the other food items were still hot on delivery and very tasty

The burgers were dry with little cheese, no dressing and one slice of bacon. This is the third bad delivery of burgers I've had each time giving them another chance........... Never again.

Woke left agenda killing the brand I, a respectable citizen was forcibly removed from the premises, simply for showing patrons my revolver tricks. Apparently “firearm safety” is a higher priority than fun. My and my buddy Solid Snake were both hugely disappointed by the experience. Revolver Ocelot.
