Every time I eat in BK it's always great service and Laura behind the counter is always professional kind and helpful which takes dedication as serving the public can be challenging every day food is great and freshly served and the new revamp makes a big difference to eating in Highly recommend for a fast food restaurant 10/10 keep up the good staff 😁

Staff were great Laura was very helpful and the bacon double cheeseburgers were fresh and tasty

Mi haven’t had a Burger King in forever and wasn’t disappointed by my one today! I was served by Laura and she was so friendly and helpful and complimented my nails! She brightened my day and a wee continued to have a lovely little chat. If only all staff in every fast food restaurant were like Laura. Definitely be back.

Had a ghastly Cheeky counter hand refuse to give me a drink with my meal that was a reward on the app tonight the attitude and lack of manners and customer service a blond haired woman fresh off onlyfans I would say looked the type won’t be going back

I received brilliant service from Laura and the rest of the team today. My order was ready quickly and the food was great.

I had to do an over night fast so by lunchtime was pretty hungry and decided to stop off for to get cheese burger and fries, the fries weren't ready and was asked to wait in a space, about five minutes later a member of staff brought my meal, the fries were hot and crispy but the cheese burgers were luke warm.I thought that food was to be kept at a certain temperature, maybe time for environmental service to pay a visit at noon to see that regulations are being followed.

Best service and food was spot on and all staff were amazing especially Laura outstanding work

Place stinks of a dirty mop tables left uncleaner although plenty staff hanging around doing nothing , not allowed to order at counter what a joke , floors all slippery too get a degreaser on that before someone has a fall.

This restaurant is always clean. The staff friendly and helpful. Pointing out new products that I would like try. My food is always hot and fresh. I always use this Burger king when I am in the area.

I ordered at kiosk and paid at counter where I witnessed a member of staff get in trouble. It was an absolute shame, she must have been mortified as she could see I was standing there. Very unprofessional for a Boss to berate an employee in such a public place. I don’t care what or if she actually did do what she was accused of… Shop floor is not the place to do it. 3 members of staff together at hatch and that young girl left standing

Lovely we lunch out in linwood with very helpfull staff who went out ther way to make sure we were looked after .

Couldn't order manually at the counter, the one till wasn't working. Staff were helpful but there was a queue for automated order screen. A member of staff was willing to wait in the queue with us to input our order. The actual sit in area was empty, no wonder. Not a nice experience, we went elsewhere. Don't see this place open for long.

Such lovely staff that were so helpful. The store its self was so clean and there was always someone there to clean up any mess. Loved the food, it tasted like it was fresh made which I do appreciate from a fast food restaurant. I highly recommend and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Service with a Growl!!! Most mediocre BK I've ever had. Chicken royales were saturated in mayo so much the lettuce slipping all over the place. Originally a burger was left off my order and they then put it in the tray. Then when I opened the burger it was the wrong burger.....the person behind the till then argued with me that I had right burger in the tray which I didn't.....I ordered a Junior Whopper(Tiny and cold) and a BBQ king melt ( was given a double bacon cheese) ..... The cleaning lady proceeded to continue to sweep the same area around out table for 5 mins.....could swear she was eaves dropping. All in all a pretty meh BK .....do better guys.

Brilliant wee restaurant. Jast came out from cinema and fancied a bite to eat,so many places to choose from but as soon as I saw BK we headed straight there. Great customer service, manager is a gem, very friendly. Great food at great prices. Loving the gourmet burgers. Thank you for a lovely meal, great restaurant

Waited to get served for nearly 10 minutes while one customer was served only to be told to use the kiosks. Printer didn't give the required receipt, neither did the counter staff. Both burgers were cold, despite coming straight from the cooking area to the tray. Food returned to avoid chance of illness.

I made an order through the driveway and was told to wait round the corner which isn't unusual but we were waiting for 30 mins for 2 meals. We did get an apology but were told the kitchen staff cooked the wrong burger 3 times before eventually getting it right. I don't usually complain but the wait was excessive for what is supposed to be "fast food". The saving grace was the peppercorn angus as it was a nice burger to be fair.

Good burger. Pleasant staff. No que but did wait for food, defenitely fresh and hot. Linwood store has had a recent face-lift which is nice and fresh . There is provision for both ordering and payment at the counter for face to face with staff or by using one of the three digital screens. Both systems have clearly displayed food types and choices. In store there is a choice of seating arrangements from small to large tables and a breakfast bar type area with high bar stools. We recently visited around 8pm on a Friday evening and the place was clear of rubbish and floors and tables wiped clean. The toilets too were fresh and clean. Plenty of available parking spaces at the Linwood store, with a one way system in place.

Even one star is too much for this place.Disaster.

Chicken royale meal served Luke warm, hot chocolate watery froth no chocolate terrible place to eat and costs a fortune... Won't be back.

Went to the drive through and as usual pay for it and get home to find you have stuff missing from your order, what's even worse they don't answer the bloody phone, service is terrible, if you cannot handle getting orders correct think you are in the wrong job. Gives you a option to leave a message and they cannot be bothered to phone back another head office complaint

They shut at 8pm instead of 9pm and didn't serve falsely advertising they're open till 9pm

I was waiting over 2 hours for our food. Never came. Never update order and I had to write complaint to just eat for refund and probably I will wait few days for investigation from just eat. Rubbish place. Never again this burger king. Tfu

Tables were a bit sticky, meal was ok but not worth the money you pay for it. It's not cheap to take the kids for a burger king these days a family of 4 doesn't have much change out of 45quid. The atmosphere is drab and not very welcoming. I used to love a burger king but it's went right down hill.

Got a order from just eat don’t answer phone missing items

This BK store has recently undergone a mini refit, it has had it's branding updated to match the corporate standard. Unfortunately the quality of the finish is not great, aluminium framework has been oversprayed silver but either dirt or corrosion was not dealt with before the paint job, the rubber gaskets on most of it were also painted making it look like a bit of a bad DIY job. The ceiling has also been painted a dark brown, this would have been nice if previous oily marks had been removed first. I might be called picky but attention to detail is kinda important when you are talking about a food establishment. The food was fine, 2 vegan meals both fresh, the only minor complaint was they were a little frugal with the lettuce. The reason for my lower score was none of the above, we visited on a quiet afternoon, there was one other table occupied when we arrived so it wasn't jumping. Despite this the drinks machine area was very untidy, there were no lids, and there was rubbish lying on the console and on the floor in front. I do realise that this is in a customer area but I would expect staff to be checking the area regularly. Overall the food was good and fresh, the place just could do with a bit more attention.

Food was as expected, not very busy but staff occupied with talking to each other so had to wait for service.

Im not a big burger King fan . I thought id give it a try again for a change, I noticed its just been done up and I think added new stuff to menu . I got loaded Fries they were delicious and the steakhouse chicken burger awesome 👌. This menu has got my taste buds tingling il defo be bk to taste more of the loaded fried .

She was rude, impatient and instead of politely handing the staff member what she needed, the manager simply threw it at her. On top of this, a second manager in the kitchen was shouting and scolding staff so loud that it was audible from the dining area. Highly unprofessional. While this seems like a small issue, I wouldn't appreciate receiving that level of unprofessional behaviour towards me in my workplace just for asking for help. Will not be returning anytime soon.

It was really good, can’t really fault it

Was very quite for a Saturday so fast service and polite staff. Burger a bit disappointing for a double bacon cheese burger, floppy and meh. Fries had salt on them which usually I thought BK didn’t do that. OK for what it is but usually enjoy a BK meal more that I’m this one.

Was served by Tracey who genuinely couldn’t have been any nicer. Happy customer:)

Once again let down by this place. Ordered 9 piece Chilli Cheese bites and only received 6 and was home by the time i realised. The kitchen staff must be working upside down.

Came for my sons birthday after the cinema today for soft play and food for up to 20 kids and parents. Apparently the soft play area is still closed from Covid restrictions and won’t be returning… we took our money to The Big Adventure soft play along the road instead 🥳👍🏻

Reviewing the review. Friendly and thoughtful staff on my last visit. Helpful and fast, Irish lass took my order with no issues. Excellent.

There is a small soft play inside always closed. If you order food online, it is always wrong the delivery. Instead if you dine in the orders are correct.

Sloppy service, ¼ pounder was messily put together. Very dated inside. Did not feel clean.

Can't read an order, only sent half, had to go through JustEat for a refund.

Came in for food. The place was empty and there were 3 staff just staring at us from behind the counter. We struggled to find a clean high chair and table... They were covered in crumbs and pretty greasy. There were no napkins available either... A shame as the experience could have been better if the staff were looking after the place instead of just waiting for customers to show up.

Absolutely awful, I would have rated no stars to be honest ,waited nearly 20 minutes at the counter and they they had the cheek to give me food that had been sitting on a tray for about 15 minutes then were not happy when I wouldn't accept it

Just about every time we order from Burger King they get part of it wrong from missing Fries to wrong type of meal, vegan vs meat etc. They are totally incompetent. The frustration is that I liked their food but no more will I use their service.;.

Massively overpriced now compared to its competitors. Restaurant wasn't particularly clean either. Used to be my fav but unfortunately I need to say goodbye to the double whopper.

Just paid £35 for an order, waiting over an hour & food didn't have 1 bit of heat in it! Called the restaurant & no answer to phone! Absolutely shocking, most of the food got binned!
