Food was cold. Delivery took ages.

my delivery was in Johnstone. from linwood.. totally wrong direction. 20 mins late . and cold .. I even gave driver a tip which I want refunded also

the delivery driver was very nice

cheese on the chips was tasty off and not normal as me and my pregnant partner vomited it up after consuming a little of it.

The delivery driver was very nice and friendly and I was a bit crabbit. Please pass on my apologies.

Had not had a burger king in years. Ordered a whopper meal and have to say was really tasty compared to mcdonalds burgers. Quick service and compared to mcdees the place was nice and chilled out no kids at all. Recommend downloading the app and using the offers available.

Everything was freezing cold, the drinks were half empty, the dips missing and the onion rings were missing. Not happy!!

Our food was delivered to the wrong home. Called the restaurant and there was nothing they could do. It would be nice if you could prove that you ordered and then they send a new order.

Delivery time kept changing, which can happen I understand that. Proceeded to follow the delivery until it was supposedly outside my building. there was no delivery driver in sight, the app said it has been delivered and no food was delivered to my door. now having to order something else for my daughter who was really looking forward to her Burger King

Not restaurants fault but driver couldn't find us and when I contacted him he wasn't interested in trying to follow my instructions and just sat in his car until I walked the 10 minutes down the street to find him

Food very cold - surprising given proximity of store to home. Bacon on burger full of fat. Slushy delicious but only 3/4 full.

Food all cold, the one drink that wasnt a bottle was half filled, and the driver sat somewhere for at least 15 minutes AFTER picking up food before coming to deliver (which is probably why it was cold)

Nearly 2 hours from order to delivery. 30 minutes once picked up. Food was stone cold and missing items.

making me wait 2 hours then lying and saying that it's been delivered while continuing to change the time the delivery supposedly took place. was this to stop me from cancelling the order?. absolute joke.

Not been in a while due to it being very expensive for fast food . I noticed it had been refurbished to a great looking restaurant. But the same old burger king , tables littered with chips and rubbish on the floor. There were three staff standing at the tills and I'm sure one could have cleaned up after customers making the place more satisfying for people to enjoy the meals . The restaurant only had about ten people in it, so it was not that busy to keep up the standards that the public would have expected. The staff were very polite and easy to speak to and order . Just keep the place tidy .

The food was really good, staff were very friendly and they had my order ready quickly I highly recommend.

Would just like to say a big thank u to laura who helped uz get our order 2 and a half hours later. We ordered at 7.15 and the restaurant had it sitting waiting for just eat to pick up which they never did. I rang the shop and she finally managed to get order out to me. How hard is it to get an order right, received a burger with 3 plain/dry pattys on it and nothing else. That doesn’t sound like a bacon double cheeseburger does it???

Food was warm and the delivery driver was very pleasant.

Lovely restaurant with Lovely staff, would highly recommend going here for a meal. Really high standard of customer service and food was just as good.

Food was brilliant, I usually go to mcdonald’s but after this experience I think I will change over. The staff were absolutely lovely, really made the experience so great. Would highly recommend if in the area .

the food was delivererd in the time slot, albeit 10mins after it stated my food would arrive, as the delivery driver got lost with Google maps. I did get an apology but I'm left with cold food that I cannot eat

They have idiots that cannot deliver your food, tell my why they delivered my food to number 1 when I live at 93, even put in notes my buzzer not working can you call when outside, so tell me why this incompetent driver never once got In touch to say he was lost or anything, better yet he delivers it or keeps it to himself still gets paid plus a good bite to eat and now am £35 down and have to re Order from somewhere else, I will get my refund but beside the point So yeah absolutely useless unless you want to be hungry

I'm usually happy with my orders from Burger King Linwood. However, they did not add the kids cheeseburger we selected as part of the Family Party 2 deal. Disappointing :P

21 Minutes late paper bag wet contents frozen unbeatable .All that for £19 straight in the bin .

The food was excellent. Was served to me quickly and piping hot, very delicious! The staff were lovely and very accommodating to my specific needs. 10/10 dining experience. Highly recommend!!

Missing Fanta and kids meal drink

forgot the onion rings and gave the complete wrong flavour of ben and jerrys, bunch of weapons.

Just stopped for a take away which was great.

I have placed order over 2 hours ago and still waiting for food to be delivered. Originally stated food would be delivered within the hour and I am unable to cancel the order now. I cannot comment on quality of food as i am still waiting

We always like Burger King, but we tend to find the fries are always cold so I presume the delivery guy to blame. Pleasantly surprised to get a full bag of fries this time..

Scammed. Burger King say my order number doesn't exist. driver says they refused to give him any of the order and just eat says they cannot refund me. SHOCKING.

Dejado sonar durante horas. estará contactando a abogados ya que esto es absolutamente ridículo y el robo puro y simple. Burger king realmente tiene que conseguir un control de su servicio horrible Dios es una broma absoluta. Claramente no hay ninguna repercusión así que hacen lo que les da la gana. Comportamiento impactante.

Absolutely shocking didn’t give me half of my order

ordered ice cream and onion rings that didnt arrive.. driver said nothing he can do call b.king.. bking said not their drivers nothing they can do and tobreport via app... off course cant get delivered again without being charged again for delivery and its already part of the service charge

£37 and most of went in the bin. It was cold, overcooked mush! The kids meal didn't even come in a box just thrown in the bag. Never again!
