Waited an hour and food that wasn't delivered. It was then marked as delivered in the app but never arrived. Tried to contact the courier and got no response.

Everything good just the drink to be colder next time please.

How hard is it to get an order right, received a burger with 3 plain/dry pattys on it and nothing else. That doesn’t sound like a bacon double cheeseburger does it???

Food was warm and the delivery driver was very pleasant.

the food was delivererd in the time slot, albeit 10mins after it stated my food would arrive, as the delivery driver got lost with Google maps. I did get an apology but I'm left with cold food that I cannot eat

I'm usually happy with my orders from Burger King Linwood. However, they did not add the kids cheeseburger we selected as part of the Family Party 2 deal. Disappointing :P

so I never got my delivery and I contacted the restaurant said it was delivered and got nothing the staff were brilliant and replaced my order that I should have got but had to go down for it

forgot the onion rings and gave the complete wrong flavour of ben and jerrys, bunch of weapons.

I have placed order over 2 hours ago and still waiting for food to be delivered. Originally stated food would be delivered within the hour and I am unable to cancel the order now. I cannot comment on quality of food as i am still waiting

Food was cold and also took way over an hour and a half to be delivered plus items missing from order. Not happy with the service and won’t be using again, I know you gave part refund but that doesn’t compensate for the standard of the order

We always like Burger King, but we tend to find the fries are always cold so I presume the delivery guy to blame. Pleasantly surprised to get a full bag of fries this time..

Dejado sonar durante horas. estará contactando a abogados ya que esto es absolutamente ridículo y el robo puro y simple. Burger king realmente tiene que conseguir un control de su servicio horrible Dios es una broma absoluta. Claramente no hay ninguna repercusión así que hacen lo que les da la gana. Comportamiento impactante.

Absolutely shocking didn’t give me half of my order

ordered ice cream and onion rings that didnt arrive.. driver said nothing he can do call b.king.. bking said not their drivers nothing they can do and tobreport via app... off course cant get delivered again without being charged again for delivery and its already part of the service charge

£40 order and £30 worth was missing. The store blamed the driver

food was freezing cold and not the best. the bag was open also. driver went on a tour of paisley and still couldn't find me. asked me to walk down 3 floors to collect which I couldn't due to bad back. reason for delivery. think be using other delivery options as the service I got was awful. worst burger king iv received ever

the delivery driver was pretty rude and unclear when asking for a delivery code. I never received a bottle of diet coke that I ordered, only the one bottle was produced, and the pitiful amount of chips, well there may have well been none.

Delighted. Being in a hospital ward it's great to order and receive such commendable service. The delivery person came with my food to the ward as instructed.

Foods okay could be better they should have more chicken burger options as they only have 2 and have plenty of beef ones which I don’t like and I have heard a lot of people say the same thing.

Food was stone cold, bag was burst open, spicy mayo that I paid for was missing, the burger was the wrong order and the bottle of cola that came with it was warm. To make matters even worse, the facility to complain allows only one item of complaint for an experience of which every aspect was defective.

Estimated delivery time was a farce. Took close to an hour from being ordered to being delivered. Ordered extra dips that weren’t in the bag. Food was still plenty warm enough though.
