McDonald's in Renfrewshire

Can't believe we didn't have to wait till all the Delivery guys got served staff were nice but you can't park in the Disabled or Parent and toddler bays due to the different delivery drivers using them there excuse is they won't be long THE DISABLED AND PARENT & TODDLER PARKING IS NOT FOR ALL THE DIFFERENT DELIVERY Companies EMPLOYEES

Haven't been to a McDonald's in over 25 years. My son persuaded me to give them another go. Chicken was dry and thin the coating was meant to crispy but was hard, chips were soggy and tasteless. Definitely won't ever go back.

This is the worst "fast food" restaurant in the area. There is far too many just eat orders taking priority over order that are made on the permisses. It is not unusual to wait 20 mins for your drive through order and if you sit it we have waited 50 mins. I'm sure there are others who have waited longer. Only continue to go because it the only one near us.

Haven't been in 2 years since the service was so bad but needed to grab something quick, was waiting 30 mins just for cold food while I could see staff stood around talking, wish I had just asked for a refund!

Food was inedible and took 20 minutes. I had to place my order several times before I was understood and even then they lost my receipt and I had to wait another ten minutes for the order. The coffee was oily and made me feel ill. Do not go to this McDonald’s.

Quick service, food was fresh, and the place was clean. Exactly what you'd expect from a good McDonald's.

Food? Its food. However only when its fresh the happy meal chips are always mushy and soggy.

Got to say up there with the worst run McDonald’s I have ever seen to start with the person on the drive thru speaker was absolutely useless for my order wrong atleast 5 times and then we get to the worse part the wait for the food we waited almost 20 minutes on what is supposed to fast food I had a child at home waiting on his nuggets before bed completely ruined his schedule not to mention how bad the food actually tasted I have tasted better food from my dad and he can’t even make a pot noodle. Ps the atmosphere was only good because of the people in our car

The play area inside is unexpectedly closed many times and it's actually one of the best features of this McDonald's

Yet again asked to park up to wait on order this branch is fast becoming famous for this. So much so when went to park up NO SPACES. THATS THE LAST 8 visits it’s been the same. No longer a fast food outlet.

How hard it can be to read a receipt and put an order together again missing items, and get your soda machine cleaned or inspected cola tastes wrong for the last few months

waiting for order said it would be 30 min but rely more like 45.50 min will still order but time it took was terrible

I have never had an order without something missing. It is never right, always missing an item or straws or sauce or syrup! Even drive through orders are not right and I have to check every time!

not McDonald's fault, it's their drivers. Obviously accepted my order, McDonald's made this but because the driver doesn't care he's left it sitting getting cold while doing other deliveries and then decided to pick mine up. Absolutely disappointed the order/receipts need checked for the time this was ordered/made so these things dont occur and people get WARM food.

I ordered my food at 6.38pm which was my 2 year old sons dinner, and was told on the app it would take 50 minutes to deliver. I did not receive my order to just before 9pm! Tried phoning the restaurant 5 times to no avail. Bearing in mind my son is waiting for dinner and is now eating dinner at 9pm!! An hour past bed time. The app said the courier had been at the restaurant before 8pm. Finally after nearly 2 and a half hour wait, the food was so cold we caught flu eating it. Disgrace!

First of all no straws when we ordered a drink and no sauce either, I get how they might not taste the freshest becayse if the delivery but this was disappointing and no stormzy stickers either.

Everything was freezing. The chips needed to be microwaved. The burger was cold, cheese on top cold & congealed. The pie was cold & greasy. The drink had spilt & no straw provided. On the occasions I have ordered a McDonald's it has been fine, but this was probably the worst I have ever had! The delivery time kept changing 10, 9, then 13mins, then back to 10, 11, 9 then 13 again. I didn't know what was happening but I was hoping it would be worth the wait but wasn't unfortunately.

Delivery was quick can’t fault that but my chips was barley cooked and my burgers where freezing as if they had been sitting before packed up to go.

90 per cent is perfect. instructions always followed and sauce is always now provided. I even get a few napkins. so the 10 per cent is clearly being worked on. thank you for the meals. workers never get any praise. so this one goes out to all the staff in linnwood

Wrap the burgers etc in tinfoil it will keep them warmer / hot .. better for delivery

I have pictures of my food, the delivery driver said the food was just wet from rain. Turns out my full drink was spilled all over it and every single bit of food was wet. We felt bad and have the number and he ran away before we could see how bad it was. I have a picture of how bad it is, there’s literally no juice left as every bit was spilled I want more than just my money back we waited for ages and was 35-45 mins late can’t even eat my food and had no juice in the cup, I have proof.

Chips 2big mac was ordered plain cheeseburger was wrong.everything was the same the big macs when i ordered them was not to have pickle onions mustard was put on.wont be ordering from mc donalds again.order was terrible.kids didnt eat it
