McDonald's in Renfrewshire

Pedí a McDonald’s Paisley por primera vez, y desafortunadamente, fue una experiencia terrible. Estaba en la oficina, hambriento, y esperando ansiosamente que llegara mi comida. Sin embargo, cuando finalmente lo hizo, abrí la caja solo para descubrir que habían enviado el pedido equivocado. Pedí específicamente una hamburguesa de pollo crujiente McDonald’s porque no como carne de res, pero en su lugar, ¡me enviaron una hamburguesa de doble queso! Esto fue extremadamente decepcionante y completamente inaceptable. Tal descuido con los pedidos de comida puede arruinar fácilmente el día de alguien, especialmente cuando depende de una comida durante un día de trabajo ocupado. Errores como este no solo son inconvenientes, sino también irrespetuosos con las preferencias y restricciones dietéticas. Estoy muy insatisfecho con esta experiencia, y espero sinceramente que McDonald’s Paisley mejore su servicio para asegurar que esto no le suceda a nadie más

Ordered 3 meals including a happy meal. Spent nearly £30 and the only correct item I received was a bottle of orange juice for the happy meal. Tried calling just for it to ring out. Shambles. Service is a total shambles. AVOID.

If you want "Fast Food" go elsewhere. My last 3 visits totalled a waiting time of 2 hours to get my food. 30 minutes on my first visit. And 45 minutes for the next two visits. Service is so poor now, that the Uber drivers that were being sent out with deliveries, were already returning for their next batch meanwhile I and dozens of other people were still standing about waiting on our orders. Not even an apology when it finally does appear. For reference, I recently travelled to New York and visited the McDonald's in Times Square. Obviously I was expecting a wait due to the hundreds of custo...Less than 5 minutes! Each and every time we visited.

SHOCKING!!!!!! Ordered a PLAIN mayo chicken and gave me lettuce on the burger????????? Also ordered a plain double cheeseburger and didn’t get it plain???????? Absolutely shocking wont be ordering from here again want a refund and my PLAIN burgers

Priority is always on the drive through. Have to wait forever when you order takeaway in the restaurant

Last few times waited over 30 mins for food, they’re clearly prioritising delivery over those who order within the store and drive thru.

Avoid avoid avoid. If I could give this branch a minus review I would. Save yourselves money and upset. Must be the worst mcds out there, I don’t think there’s once they’ve got my order right (drive thru),waited 10 mins round the corner with my kids McFlurrys melting, meals come out cold, gets home and cheeseburger happy meal without the cheeseburger? Kids upset, tried phoning and no one answers, not sure how they’re getting away with it. Mcds need to hammer down on the franchise owners and managers for this

Julie (the manager) can not deal with easy complaints. Just sat at the second window for 20 mins as 8 cars passed me. Had to beep horn to remind them I was there. Overall drive thru duration almost 30 mins When I mentioned 8 cars passed, she says "they have all been parked too", although most drove away with food bags. Lies, mixed with poor customer service. This is this most awkward McDonald's in the area. Not first time having issues, and this one isn't even a franchise owned 🤪

I asked for a sausage and egg mcmuffin with mini hash browns. I was sent a bacon and egg mcmuffin with a normal hash brown?? I was also sent a half filled irn bru, with absolutely no gas in it, it was completely flat!! what a waste of money.

Twice I have ordered cheese bites and twice I haven’t got them! No idea how they can get something missing when it’s as simple as reading an order. The food was border line cold, chips soggy and just awful. I can’t even explain the bacon on the bacon double, it was literally a little square bit of bacon. McDonald’s has gotten worse and not even worth the money anymore.

My cheeseburger was scattered in the bag ,my chicken mayo was also apart and made a mess in the bag ,my bag was soaking because half the juice was spilled clearly! Delivery time was so fast and great but other than that I’m so disappointed waste of money

waited nearly 2 hours for my delivery, turns out another driver lifted my order and it had to be redone, and it wasn't very warm when i got it, a wee call or text from them would have been courteous.

Food took over 3 hours to get here. When it arrived it was stone cold, ice cream and ice in drink had completely melted. Just-Eat refused to refund anything more than £3.49. What an utter joke and a waste of £20. Driver should be sacked.

I ordered my dinner at 17:33 (screen shot taken) noted that delivery would be 20 to 40 minutes. I did not expect it to be 3 hours later at 8:33 - again photograph taken. Could have flown to London and back again in that time. I have taken a photograph of when the food was prepared 19:59, which got to us cold.

Now standard to be told to park around the corner if ordering at drive thru. Food never comes from hatch. They do this thing of giving you napkins and sauces to make it feel like you’re getting part of your order, then you know you’ll be asked to park up for 20 mins.

It's McDonald's what more can you say.

Big Mac was delivered without a patty and a bun

I know mistakes are usually made, but this takes the cake! We ordered a milkshake with arrived with no straw, the chips were very soggy and completely unsalted and everything from the chips to the burgers were absolutely FROZEN! The only way the order could've been worse was if it just didn't arrive at all. In fact, that probably would have been better as I would've got a refund. Terrible.
