McDonald's in Renfrewshire

undercooked chips and no bun with the burger for some reason. ruined lunch. called manager and he wasn't helpful at all

I have never had an order without something missing. It is never right, always missing an item or straws or sauce or syrup! Even drive through orders are not right and I have to check every time!

waiting for order said it would be 30 min but rely more like 45.50 min will still order but time it took was terrible

Food was absolutely frozen and completely inedible. Honestly so vile and stale.

not McDonald's fault, it's their drivers. Obviously accepted my order, McDonald's made this but because the driver doesn't care he's left it sitting getting cold while doing other deliveries and then decided to pick mine up. Absolutely disappointed the order/receipts need checked for the time this was ordered/made so these things dont occur and people get WARM food.

I ordered my food at 6.38pm which was my 2 year old sons dinner, and was told on the app it would take 50 minutes to deliver. I did not receive my order to just before 9pm! Tried phoning the restaurant 5 times to no avail. Bearing in mind my son is waiting for dinner and is now eating dinner at 9pm!! An hour past bed time. The app said the courier had been at the restaurant before 8pm. Finally after nearly 2 and a half hour wait, the food was so cold we caught flu eating it. Disgrace!

Everything was freezing. The chips needed to be microwaved. The burger was cold, cheese on top cold & congealed. The pie was cold & greasy. The drink had spilt & no straw provided. On the occasions I have ordered a McDonald's it has been fine, but this was probably the worst I have ever had! The delivery time kept changing 10, 9, then 13mins, then back to 10, 11, 9 then 13 again. I didn't know what was happening but I was hoping it would be worth the wait but wasn't unfortunately.

Delivery was quick can’t fault that but my chips was barley cooked and my burgers where freezing as if they had been sitting before packed up to go.

First of all no straws when we ordered a drink and no sauce either, I get how they might not taste the freshest becayse if the delivery but this was disappointing and no stormzy stickers either.

Selects were excellent, warm and delicious. The burgers were cold and a poor standard.

Wrap the burgers etc in tinfoil it will keep them warmer / hot .. better for delivery

I have pictures of my food, the delivery driver said the food was just wet from rain. Turns out my full drink was spilled all over it and every single bit of food was wet. We felt bad and have the number and he ran away before we could see how bad it was. I have a picture of how bad it is, there’s literally no juice left as every bit was spilled I want more than just my money back we waited for ages and was 35-45 mins late can’t even eat my food and had no juice in the cup, I have proof.

Have to laugh! Delivery was ok, the quality ok quite cold by time got it but that's starting to b the norm!! My problem is with the staff who reads the order and takes control putting it together! Imbeciles truly!! Past few times never got straws or dips asked for! So this time used the comment box letting them know hadn't had past few weeks, understand their busy, but just a wee note to double remind. Delivery came.....No straws, not one dip even though they are part of the meal lol? Imbeciles

food was late said 21.25 not 21.35 some items cold. came missing 2 triple cheeseburgers so someone had to go without eating. not good enough. called and was told it could've been given to another customer but everything else was in the same bag and you weigh them to make sure there right? when since. also need to wait for a refund which can take a couple days and would need to reorder which includes another deliver charge when this isnt my fault no thanks. waste of my time and money.
