really dry as it must have been lying

every time I order my drink is constantly spilled, every time.

Food was great, but missing items.

I didnt recive the right amount of selects with my order

No sauces that I ordered and paid extra for

Courier dropped coffee all over bags causing them to bust and alll the food ended up over the floor

Everything was cold and AGAIN NO SAUCE, sort it out mcds

Order was never delivered after saying it had been.

no straws or sauce's with our meals

don't order no refund for there mistake

3 and half hour wait on delivery for my food to be cold and my large drink to be half empty. I will never be ordering a McDonald’s from Linwood ever again

My chips were less than half full, and my sprite had barely anything in it. This is outrageous! And my burger didn’t have the correct topping in it.

Experience was really bad with the level of customer service and or care;

No food came I have waited over 3 hours

No apple pies. Burgers were horrible and cold.£30 for an awful meal!

ordered 4 items received only 2 how hard can that be to get 4 items correct 🤣🤣...

food was freezing cold soggy and poorly packaged look lole a dogs donner ordered large colas they were all less that half a cup and flat like they had been left laying around ice and melted so they must have been tasted like cheap flat cola this place is getting so so bad soggy freezing half cooked fries aren't very appetising looking either still looked like the potato had just been picked

he was very rude and said we wasted his time

Ordered at 7:03, delivered at 10:38, horrendous service, food was freezing. Waiting almost 4 hours is unacceptable.

Absolute garbage drive through. Always waiting 10+ minutes as they prioritise just eat delivery. Food is subsequently almost always cold and/or missing items

2hrs wait for it to come freezing

very difficult to get to the table to check if your order is there because many people are standing in front of the table and blocking access, measures must be taken if you don't have your order on the table, go to the back and wait delivery

hardly any smarties in mcflurry. happened again so I'll just include it here. twice 2 times. more smarties. I won't send the company under. delivery charge service charge. more smarties!!!

Ordered 21:05pm today. 23:14pm received an email to leave a review for my order. No food has arrived. Incredibly poor service after waiting over 2hrs for dinner at this time of night

3.5hrs to deliver some ice cream.

Delivery said 35-40 minutes. Took 2 hours, with courier apparently at restaurant for at least 45 minutes waiting according to the app. Food was stone cold. Absolutely horrendous. Avoid.

well ordered at 7pm maybe just before now just arrived at half 9 and got a big Mac with nothing on it at all except 6 little onions no sauce no nothing even lettuce now I need to go buy something else as my kid won't eat this and the milkshake bag was also opened seal broke and when he gave me my food he said you will just need to complain just eat while he was on phone to someone aswell not best customer service either after 2 hours late. I just hope you try to rectify this and very sooy

Waited nearly 2 hours when it said 40min and half the order missing and good cold.

Took about 2 and a half hours, no contact from restaurant and food was freezing upon arrival

No food at all said delivered and got nothing, my child was looking forward to this and had to let him down! As this is a treat for him if he has done well at school.

Missing basically the full order, how is this even possible!! Courier was waiting an hour in the restaurant for the food and then it arrives missing everything anyway 🤯 what did arrive was freezing cold. Absolute joke!

Large drinks were a regular at most. Delivery driver also went to Asda on his trip as we were able to track him, resulting in our food being cold.

Meal was not delivered I’ve already reported this to just eat

Half of order arrived without a sealed bag, drinks were all more than half empty, drinks spilled had been spilled and some into the McFlurrys, hot food arrived in a sealed bag but was all cold

I had paid for 2 meals and a breakfast wrap, only received one meal and the wrap which was absolutely freezing and soggy. Drink spilled all over the bag and the delivery driver tried to hold my door open to get a code which he never asked for when upon arrival. Absolute waste of time !!!

Ordered food after getting a little early from nightshift! Absolutely tired and hungry! Ordered food and was accepted, checked to see if there was any update and said courier at restaurant, then after another 5 to 10 mins they cancelled my order then closed! Why bother accepting it if you just cancelled after 45 mins? Clearly just can't be bothered to make it and wasting people's time! Most likely could have ordered else where before places closed but now can't!

Missing several items shocking

After a 3 hour wait it did not arrive.

They didn’t give us 2 of our cheeseburgers which it shows on our receipt and we paid for them. Absolute disgrace.

Yet again staff at Linwood McDonald’s seem unable to read a simple order and forget to put things in the bag . Disappointed yet again !

my delivery driver went to the street around from mine and so I messaged him to tell him and he marked my delivery as delivered. it genuinely wasn't delivered

Food was absolutely freezing. I stay less than 5 mins drive away from the store , not acceptable

We added loads of bespoke requests for the meals (no onions, pickles etc) and asked for additional dips - all were adhered to and the delivery was earlier than expected!

I understand there are delays with the storm but the delivery time changed several times...I'd rather know the true time than be disappointed over and over

Don’t know what sort of slow-in-the-head clowns this place employs. They can’t even put together basic orders, remember straws or communicate whatsoever. Was left waiting 15 minutes for a cheeseburger whilst the guy at the window handed us out the wrong order 3 times??? Won’t even answer the phone as we’ve got home to realise they’ve still not got the order right - it’s not that hard?
