Taco Bell in Renfrewshire

Bizarre and poor experience & not the first time incorrect items delivered. I ordered a Chalupa Supreme meal , Chicken Nachos and a Crispy Chicken Soft Taco. … I ended up with Two small hard shell tacos with only the meat and a small amount of cheese on each which resembled nothing of a Chalupa Supreme. The Chicken Nachos were completely missing also. The drink size was meant to be 500ml and I was given a 330ml can. Almost £20 down the drain, extremely disappointing as I’m a fan of Taco Bell.

always had my order on time ordering with this establishment. delivery driver seemed nice and best of all. my order was accurate and pristine

The last twice I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell they’ve forgotten multiple items on the order. Just very disappointing considering the price.

Wow tried for the first time the chipotle ranch chicken grilled burrito it’s AMAZING !!! And the rest of the food was good as usual

Lovely tasty food . I took off the chipotle sauce and there was still plenty of flavour in the burrito

I ordered a 1.5L of Pepsi which costs £5 and they didn’t even bother to send it can they not read?

The quality of food was terrible. The loaded fries were a complete mess. The quesadilla wasn't even grilled at all. Really disappointing.

Literally delivered the entirely wrong order. Paid £22.44 and got one burrito?? Not my order and no one will pick up the phone

I can forgive the delivery time being pushed back on account of it being the weekend but the quality in the order was extremely disappointing. I was missing items including Churros, caramel dip, XL nacho cheese sauce and regular nacho cheese sauce. My partner ordered a crispy chicken taco and got a soft one instead. I also got given an extra crunchy beef taco. The fries were also a bit on the limp, lukewarm side. If they were out of certain items, they should've made it clear at the time!

Amazing love this new build your own box! Everything tastes amazing and fresh definitely hit the spot.! Great combination of items in box but I do think the cheese sauce dip should be assured to the box please ❤️

Ordered a meal deal. The fries didn’t come with it and I got a can of 7up instead of the 500ml bottle. The wraps that did come were cold, so all in all not a great deal

Driver detoured into a whole different town my food took ages and was frozen and hard when it arrived the drivers are horrific for doing as they please

Poor management, many times they block upstairs because they don't want to clean it. But downstairs is freezing, as door and serving window open. No real manager overseeing this poorly run branch.

Plus never got my refund as I was missing multiple items and on other deliveries aswell and I never received a refund for any off these.

order missing many items that you can't list from the box meals. no fries, no crispy chicken tacos. the food that did arrive was cold, squashed and greasy, taco filled with tiny bit of beef and mostly lettuce and it fell apart. shocking, but not surprised as this happens every time we have had a just eat online order. so annoying when you have to fight for your refund from just eat !!!

forgot all 3 portions of cinnamon twists and as they are part of the Meal Deal you can't report this to Just Eat for a partial refund.

Every time something is wrong. This time complete wrong order. None of what we ordered was there. Driver said nothing they can do about it, then restaurant do not answer the phone.. Now we have to drive to the place to get our order corrected

Delivery took very long and when the food came all the chips from the 3 meals were missing. I would not have ordered the drinks or the dips if i was not getting meals. The Quesedillas were cold which I wouldn’t even mind if the rest of the order was there. Just such a waste of money

The wrapping identifiers are never ticked so you need to open every wrap and burrito to see if it’s the vegetarian or the meat items. Why can’t you just tick the box to say which is which….

Worst fast food I’ve ever tried?

I have no issue with quality of food. Its always great. And delivery is always prompt but they always seem to miss items ive ordered which is always a bit disappointing. Someone should check that the order is complete before sending it out.

I ordered 6 x Churros with Caramel Sauce, but the caramel sauce was missing

It took 20mins to go through the drive thru this evening. We ordered 2 chicken deluxe meals. When we arrived home realised they had not given us the chicken nachos. Have spent the evening phoning them to let them no however it is just ringing out. Dreadful experience. Do not recommend visiting unless you want a long wait to not get what you ordered ( and spend a lot of money in the process).
