Taco Bell in Renfrewshire

Sometimes you get what you order, other times it’s a magical mystery bag of goodies. Can’t fault the quality of the food I’ve had tho, even if it is what I ordered or not.

Never have issues with my food and staff are super helpful. Someone else took my order due to technical error and despite being exceptionally busy staff were fantastic and super fast at rectifying my order. Just want to say thanks very much to the young lads who were doing there best trying to keep everyone happy for a mistake that wasn't their error.

Food was good (first time my parents had tried it and they are now converts) but collection of app order from drive-thru was terribly slow. Didn't move for 5 minutes while the poor server tried to talk to me through the intercom I could drive nowhere near - a bit of streamlining required. Update: still a logistical mess. Seating for dozens of people but parking for five cars. No system in place for easy collection of online orders, staff are balancing ePOS, drive-thru, online and walk-up and it's not slick at all. Staff are friendly, but they aren't being helped by the layout and the systems.

For what I ordered……the loaded chips etc………I would have gotten more chips in a McDonald’s happy meal………poor show tonight I’m sure you’s can do much better than that given they are £7

Gave me the completely wrong order, tried to call up the restaurant 4 times and no answer, hoping I get my money back as I am very upset about this… not being able to answer your phone is extremely bad customer service, didn’t eat any of the food they gave me as I only like 1 thing from there

ordered crispy chicken burrito meal which wasn't wrapped properly and didn't receive my fries, loaded fries that serves 2 basically had not a lot in it and beefy nacho burrito was freezing cold...very poor service.

Unfortunately again something was missing from my order 😕 it's OK that Just Eat arrange a refund but extremely unhelpful when my son is left with no dinner. Why does this keep happening at Taco Bell Linwood? Why isn't the order double checked before it leaves the restaurant? Do the staff understand how stressful this is when the restaurant is a 12 mile round trip to rectify the situation, or I have to reorder and pay further delivery costs? Extremely frustrating

all the extras we paid for are missing from our order. frustrating when you are hungry and you don't get what you have ordered and PAID for !!! only received the box meals, missing cheese wraps, crispy chicken tacos and quesadilla. report it but just eat are saying they will be in contact soon .... so annoyed don't have our full order !!! expensive enough as it is !!!

Orders keep getting worse every time i go there. There needs to be more staff, there was like 2 people in with me whos orders were also wrong and he just laughed at the lady when she said her rice wasnt cooked?? Second time I’ve ordered tonight, first time forgot chips and churros with order, second time round I ordered they forget the separate chips and 8 churros

Just received delivery and literally not one bit of it is what i ordered i literally ordered 3 simple things and not one of the items is in the bag. Absolutely shocking and disgusting!!! Quick enough to take the money but can’t do a simple job and make sure correct food is in the bag!!!!!

Food is fine. Typical Taco Bell fare. What little staff were there were clearly overworked even on a quiet weekday afternoon. The franchise owner clearly needs an extra member of staff or two to smooth things over. Self service ordering machines were all out of order and parking is atrocious.

specifically stated no black beans as im alergic and its loaded with black beans , need to stop hiring teenagers at fast food restaurants

missing kids nachos and one of the quesadillas wasn't cut and the cheese inside hadn't melted. was shoved in the bag like a dog's dinner. Taco filling was sparse but everything was tasty. Not really worth over £40.

The food was okay, half of the stuff was hot while the other half was cold, we ordered from this place twice over 2 days and each delivery we were missing half our order so it wasn’t the best experience and annoying considering we were ordering for a few people so it was a struggle to find enough food for everyone to eat because we were lucky if they put something from everyone’s order in, probably won’t be ordering from them again since they can’t be trusted to deliver everything we paid for

Completely wrong order lots of items missing so totally disgusting. When i tried to phone no pick up i phoned taco bell… just eat… and the driver himself. DISGUSTING. Give me my money back. My friends chipped in £15 and got ONE awful awful excuse of a ‘burrito’. PATHETIC. GET YOURE ACT TOGETHER I WANT MY MONEY BACK. you better answer or i will have to come into store and cause further havoc.

so much to get wrong with one order. got beef on my burrito when it was supposed to be chicken. no chips for any of the meals. no drink with the meal. no caramel sauce

Feel like you’re actually trying to get us to stop ordering lmao as each order has gotten progressively worst bar one which surely a manager must’ve packed, lol. No beef?! Why are you sending out orders with no notification, no packaging marked with contents when you don’t have your core menu item? Like, are you even allowed to trade rn lol? Get your Deliveroo machine off before you kill someone who has an allergy you irresponsible, negligent halfwits. Not even half a portion of the wrong products in everything either btw. The only things correct were a chicken quesadilla and our fries. Everything else USELESS and potentially lethal to the wrong customer. Disgrace.

Sunday , restaurant almost empty waiting for our meal 20 minutes. We ordered food for two. Very understaffed! girls working in kitchen seems like they are on holiday. Food is goo as it should be from fast food franchise. But can’t imagine being here when they have really busy.

i ordered a quesadilla cravings box but i never got that, instead they gave me 2 wraps and a burrito, i didnt ask for that and im very disappointed.

Called in on a one off journey and must say was well.worth the call in we need tome taco bell stores in northern ireland that's for sure.

received my order, a beefy burrito and was very disappointed when it was 80% rice and some meet at one end. but worst of all I took a bite and found packaging in my food with a sort code or something attached. instantly put of my meal!

Half the order missing and the food that did arrive had barely any filling, tacos with almost nothing inside and chicken quesadillas almost empty.

Ordered a Burrito box with Nacho cheese as an add on, missing the nacho cheese and was given 2 Lava sauce and Creamy Jalapeno Sauce. As well as Churros and caramel sauce missing.

Stopped by today for the first time for quick lunch and what mistake. No clean tables available. Access to upstairs was closed. Only the disabled toilet available downstairs which was filthy. No toilet paper and no way to mix the water which meant your hands were scolded when washing. Order was slow and incomplete. The screen showing orders progress was off. The area we sat it, which was the only clean area in the restaurant, we discovered was for just eat delivery drivers only. The Tacos were tasty enough, if a little bland. We ordered two soft tacos and only got one. We ordered x3 meals and only got two fries. I approached the serving area and asked for fries to be told they would be brought over to our table , they weren’t. We gave up. Not sure if they are understaffed as no one was cleaning the tables of there was food on ever single one and the floor. One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had eating out. Don’t expect this to be open for much longer. Appalling.

They took ages making the food then forgot half the order then got my warp and it was 90% sauce looked like someone had already ate it and digested it, glad the staff enjoy getting payed for a good gab though

Waited over 2 hours for my meal and tried calling multiple times with no answer. Went to the store and was then proceeded to receive some of the wrong order.

I ordered Taco Bell via Uber eats and what a mistake. Cheese not melted, food partly cooked, and all in all the worst experience from a take away.

First time at Taco Bell, was pleasantly surprised. Good size portions, tasty food good service, all at reasonable price. Would return.

Was disappointed as it looked like it was just thrown in the bag and none of the meals came with nachos. Was given chips and wasn’t advised no nachos so not sure if they ran out. First time Taco Bell and it wasn’t great especially for the money

Allegedly, and according to the window advertising, it's Taco Tuesday. 2 for 1. So I ordered one, and a side of fries. I was only given one taco. In spite of pulling the staff up on this, their Taco Tuesday deal was not honoured. The taco I had, was good quality. Their, allegedly, "Fire" sauce was anything but. Pretty mild and with a weird taste. The mild sauce, had no heat whatsoever, but was actually quite tasty and well balanced. No hot drinks available. Overall, I won't bother with UK version of Taco Bell again.

2 of the items I ordered were missing. I requested my burrito without certain items. it clearly says on the receipt that the request was made , yet nothing was actioned.

Food turned up stone cold and with quite a few items missing from the order. 1 can tango missing. Regular fries missing, cinnamon twist missing. Wrong type of burrito sent. Absolute disgrace considering it cost almost £40.

This place is nothing like the Taco Bell in North America, and that's a good thing! The food is actually prepared fresh, and while it's far from authentic Mexican food, it's what a taco bell should be.

Ordered three meals, only received two portions of fries. Also ordered three additional sauces and only received one.

Can’t fault the delivery speed was very fast but when we received order we asked for no tomatoes on the naked chicken taco and there were tomatoes.. i have a mild allergy to tomatoes regardless of levels on the allergy scale i try to avoid tomatoes at all costs and i had to miss out on the main part of my dinner.. disappointed.
