Cold chips ,tacos disgusting ables littered with food

It took 20mins to go through the drive thru this evening. We ordered 2 chicken deluxe meals. When we arrived home realised they had not given us the chicken nachos. Have spent the evening phoning them to let them no however it is just ringing out. Dreadful experience. Do not recommend visiting unless you want a long wait to not get what you ordered ( and spend a lot of money in the process).

This is what I was given with my meal. Pretty awful amount of chips, plus I asked for them just plain with no spices which was confirmed by person on drive through.

this was horrible, when i walked in the shop they were all sitting on their phones gapping away to eachother i even saw a girl on facetime while she was meant to be working, i was already in a bad mood because i ordered £40 worth of food and i got jack shit. never ordering from here again!! also found a hair in my taco.

Not been here for years but it’s went seriously downhill! Meal was cold and tasteless and the drink was flat and poured from a 2l plastic bottle. Chips tasted nice although they were also cold. Whoever runs this place needs to make big changes to bring it up to a decent standard!! Would NOT recommend 😞

Not the best at actually giving you your order went in and ordered the meal deal for two with quesadilla got everything else except the quesadilla tried to phone and no answer

Ordered through the drive thru tonight as I have many times before and was hugely disappointed. I got one taco in my two taco supreme meal which was completely shattered and crushed, the 4 extra dips (cheese and sour cream) I’d paid for were missing, the quesadilla was half empty and the nachos that were supposed to be part of a large meal had 8 in a tiny bag. After paying extra to upgrade two meals to large and for dips it’s really disappointing. Will be going to another branch now.

Chips were solid, churros were solid. Could eat them. And my wrap arrived with just a little bit of chicken, no sauce or salad! Not impressed

didnt deliver the one sauce that is the only reason why i ordered not to mention it was expensive for a tub of sauce.

Waited over 3 hours for order to say that its been delivered when its not phoned over 10 times with no answer either time and its not letting me cancel my order either defo will not order again

If your idea of a chicken or beef burrito is 60% lettuce, 30% air pockets and 10% meat then I’d recommend this place.

Food was delivered on time by a polite courier. The food itself was not worth the money. It was so badly prepared and absolutely tiny, I actually started laughing! I cannot comment on the taste because I put it directly in the bin and ordered local Chinese food instead. Never again! Taco Bell is a rip off!!

Order was incorrect. Missing items - no nachos and no sauce for the churros. Burritos were not great. Neither were they labelled so how are you meant to know which is which. Really not impressed, maybe it was just the items we ordered but won’t be rushing back to order

I recently had a Taco Supreme from this Taco Bell, and it was fresh and delicious! While some locations can be hit or miss, this one was truly fantastic.

Order just the "2 Taco Supreme Regular Meal" and only 1 taco was in the order. Not the first time items have been missing from the order but normally I can rectify it in person. Much harder when it's a delivery

This place is a joke and gives Taco Bell a negative rating. Employees can’t read and decide to double the amount of lettuce in my tacos and can’t even have the decency to answer the phone so that it can rectified. Staff clearly never learned to read and just do whatever they want.

food would have probably been good if it was actually deliberd, i orderd 2 tacos a burrito and i chips, i got sent 3 chips and 2 sauces. wich were frozen when they arrived, straight into the bin best place for it.

Ordered on just eat a few weeks ago and recieved a completely different order, I never got refunded, called 5 times and no answer to phone. Just went there to drive through, asked for 2 taco supreme meals one with cheesy nachos never got taco supremes or cheesy nachos… also asked for guacamole and never got it. Workers have no personality to them and are so lazy clearly!

Food items missing, waited 30 minutes for two meals, asked for burrito without sour Cream (it had sour cream in it). The taco was just thrown as you can see from the picture. Server was either under the influence of cannabis as the bag reeked of it

Service was extremely slow. also just eat/deliveroo drivers were served 1st which made the wait longer. Been before & was never as bad. Poor guys were run off their feet, not enough staff on.

We ate very well, pleasant service, speed. Relatively tidy.

I did not receive the quesadilla craving box, the churros and chips from my volcano craving box and any of the additional sauces selected. Having nearly paid £35 this is a joke.

Sometimes you get what you order, other times it’s a magical mystery bag of goodies. Can’t fault the quality of the food I’ve had tho, even if it is what I ordered or not.

Every time I order from Taco Bell I’m missing Atleast one item. It’s gotten to the point where I will simply not order from here again, Just eat have rectified this mistake by giving me a refund… but I’m left with a sour taste from the majority of my experience ordering from Taco Bell.

Delivery time and driver were great but everything that was missing is just beyond a joke🤯! With all the fees etc on top you may aswell pick from somewhere else because this is the third time I’ve ordered from here with missing items and honestly it’s just not even worth the price your then paying.

kept changing time for delivery took an hour n 15 mins after order it and food was freezing cold

they forgot my sour cream and quacamole

Ordered 2 crunchwraps with no lettuce or tomatoes as it now gives that option but both came with lettuce, whats the point in requesting stuff be removed if its just going to be added anyways 🤦‍♀️ also they forgot my XL sauce and now just eat want photographic proof but the emails wont send. done with taco bell and just eat at this point theres always something wrong with my order from here.

Never have issues with my food and staff are super helpful. Someone else took my order due to technical error and despite being exceptionally busy staff were fantastic and super fast at rectifying my order. Just want to say thanks very much to the young lads who were doing there best trying to keep everyone happy for a mistake that wasn't their error.

taco bell forgot my nacho cheese sauce

Delivery driver couldn’t find the address and instead of trying to make any contact me, he just parked up and waited. I eventually walked 3 streets over to retrieve the order myself from the car

I have never ordered from Taco Bell before and the meal just wasn't what I expected. It was bland and cold and there wasn't much food for the cost. I wouldn't order again.

Food was good (first time my parents had tried it and they are now converts) but collection of app order from drive-thru was terribly slow. Didn't move for 5 minutes while the poor server tried to talk to me through the intercom I could drive nowhere near - a bit of streamlining required. Update: still a logistical mess. Seating for dozens of people but parking for five cars. No system in place for easy collection of online orders, staff are balancing ePOS, drive-thru, online and walk-up and it's not slick at all. Staff are friendly, but they aren't being helped by the layout and the systems.

Gave me the completely wrong order, tried to call up the restaurant 4 times and no answer, hoping I get my money back as I am very upset about this… not being able to answer your phone is extremely bad customer service, didn’t eat any of the food they gave me as I only like 1 thing from there

ordered crispy chicken burrito meal which wasn't wrapped properly and didn't receive my fries, loaded fries that serves 2 basically had not a lot in it and beefy nacho burrito was freezing cold...very poor service.

Awful -avoid! After ordering we couldn’t find a single clean table despite their being many empty tables. I am vegetarian- my family are not. The burrito wrappers were not marked so we had to open them up to figure out which were mine. The vegetarian burritos tasted awful. Totally overloaded with black beans. Supposedly 2 different kinds of veggie burritos - tasted the same. No napkins provided. Upstairs was closed off but that’s where the toilets are. If you don’t like aspartame and other awful chemicals they put in non sugar drinks you can’t have a fizzy drink here. All zero sugar. I had to make do with a horrible diluting juice.

Unfortunately again something was missing from my order 😕 it's OK that Just Eat arrange a refund but extremely unhelpful when my son is left with no dinner. Why does this keep happening at Taco Bell Linwood? Why isn't the order double checked before it leaves the restaurant? Do the staff understand how stressful this is when the restaurant is a 12 mile round trip to rectify the situation, or I have to reorder and pay further delivery costs? Extremely frustrating
