Subway in Renfrewshire

Waited too long, 2 just eat orders were prioritised over me when I was next in queue. No acknowledgement from any team members. Ended up going to Greggs

11 year old entered with friends who were in for a meal but because the child had purchased his preferred food on the day from another shop they were not allowed to sit in the shop even when the others had purchased food from them on a later date they again entered to make a purchase and were told they were not allowed in. Bad customer service, the kid on the first visit purchase a biscuit and was still asked to leave. Double standards in my view.

Definitely went down hill in the last few years, I've had a few just eats orders and the food was not great, there is definitely something wrong with how this place is being run

Been going here since I was 12 - every time I’ve encountered the staff in this place since it’s been taken over it’s been a bad experience The new guy serves the worst sub ever, I witnessed him count out individual pieces of onion, and the subs are always awful - same guy tried to overcharge me twice & looks depressed The photo attached is supposed to be a tuna sub - where is the tuna ? This place is amazing, I've been going here 3 days a week and there's never been a time it's been bad, the service here is amazing and also the atmosphere around it. Foods amazing and people should definetly try this place out

Machine not working so couldn't get my rewards points added or to use . Staff not very pleasant

Terrible, I have had wrong orders sent multiple times. I asked for a meatball marinara sub, instead I got a dried out sub with bits of dry beef. The drink was also wrong. Once is a mistake multiple times suggest to me they just send out anything if they don’t have what you requested to be delivered. It’s so wasteful and frustrating. It was inedible so had to go in the bin.

Stood in queue, when it came turn to order, just eat driver arrived. Was ignored to fill out two large subs for just eat. Only one staff member working so would be waiting longer than had been already, better off finding somewhere else to eat if you don't want to wait for long, or order online since they prioritise that.

Popped in for a coffee and ended up with some meatballs and pizza topped bread. Service was excellent, mentioning Sarah who was a pleasure to be served by. Coffee and a cookie 🍪 to finish .

How hard can it be to make a sandwich correctly? Including all the ingredients that were asked for……. Then there’s the nachos, missing entirely. An hour wait when the shop is 5 mins away it’s absolutely shocking service place has went completely down hill when prices have gotten so steep. Shocking serve will not be ordering from subway erskine again

Best subway,its also renovated with a new look and everything brand new with very comfortable sitting.Staff is lovely and the food is always fresh.

Make sure you keep an eye on what they are putting on your sub. They are not putting the proper amount of meat filling on the subs but still charging you full price. I had to ask for them to put more chicken on mine so I could taste chicken and not just sauce

Noisy with the trains and that.

We ordered via just eat. The tracker stopped working about 5 minutes before the delivery was due. It is now over 40 minutes late and we have no way to track. We did attempt to phone this subway but the number appears to be incorrect on all their listings, we’ve contacted just eat to refund. We realise there could have been an accident but surely the least to expect from the shop would be a working phone number so customers can check if there is a problem.

The staff are always very helpful, cheery and fast.

Ordered a meal got a foot long with more veg than meat on it I paid for the meat not the veg not happy with what I got. The driver got lost on way a few times so either the restaurant was the problem or the driver tampered with my food this is how I feel. Never ordering from here again I can order from knightswood and the food is fine still warm proper portions and on time.Also asked for tosted didn't even get that worst subway I have ordered from the bread also tasted stale. Food was cold sub was despicable driver was late. I stay further from Knightswood than I do erskine. Will be ordering from Knightswood from now on.

They were faster than me to prepare my order.

Our sons go here and like the sandwiches, however there only appears to be one person serving and it takes quite a while to get served.

Service was great, as was the food, lovely fresh salads and tasty sub sandwiches. Only negative was no rasin cookies.

I rated this a 3 star because of the delivery driver when he came to my door he was very rude and that is the only reason I am given it 3stars or it would have been 5stars

Its only one star because I can't give any less.Foot long sub was completely disgusting and went straight to the bin!!!This place needs an incredible shake up.The good people of erskine deserve better than this rubbish.

Not a great subway unfortunately

Google says this place is still open. I was eager to experience a subway, one of the great fast food loves of my life. Imagine my despair to find out that no, it's closed like everywhere else. As if lockdown hadn't taken enough, I was given nothing but false hope that I could still have this one luxury. Get them opening hours changed ASAP before more poor souls are lead on pointless journeys

It's still one of the best salads around. If they had non sugary sauces to go with it then that would be better

I understand that if things are quiet then a shop would normally get tidied up early but we have been on 3 separate occasions 30mins or so before closing time and Erksine branch has been closed. Not great when the times are in the window

Situated in the main shopping centre area close to the bank. No different from any other subway. Food to go or eat in.

Fast friendly service, and food good served promptly, and with a smile. Would recommend popping in for a coffee & lunch.

Shop was quiet. Good time for us to go as wee need to tables (5 of us) nachos are fantastic and meat subs brilliant kids loved their food. Girl that served us was delightful very cheerie and helpful I wish everyone was like that!

As I walked into the store I was violently shouted at to get out which I did not appreciate. The workers then said “Issa mad ting” I then ordered my subway which was a footlong BMT I only received 3 pieces of meat and half a slice of cheese. I then got onto the salad bar and the worker jumped on my sandwich and shouted “vat”. After I payed for my meal I was picked up by a huge hand and was violently sucked like I was a lollipop. Overall I enjoyed my sandwich but the staff were bare tings

Was ok, sometimes think the portions are a bit stingy compared to the Bargarran

Very disappointed in general no taste of anything, i use light mayo all the time unfortunately the mayo was like water no taste in that either. Bad news SUBWAY won't use shop again sorry.

Fast service and pleasant staff.

Served fairly quickly and food was as expected from a subway. No bag to carry my order in so it was pretty awkward carrying the order back to the table.

Visited to buy a salad. The man serving me was super helpful, very polite and efficient. Salad was great as usual.

WEll sorry to sy i found the place to.b clean the food good and the staff helpful no problems whatsoever and believe me ive visited tons of food places and blogged about them all

Metimos en gastar dinero en 7:00 pm en lo que creía que era un negocio. Me rechazaron porque los dos jóvenes empleados estaban cerrando, a pesar de que su puerta y el sitio web decía que cerraba a las 8 de la tarde! Aprecio que lleva Tom limpiar pero toda una hora de tiempo de clientes potenciales? ! ? ! Me complace que el metro está haciendo tan bien que puede tener la arrogancia de doble de negocios. Esta rama no será conseguir la oferta de mi dinero.

Been a few times to this one and usually been served with speed and friendliness. On a couple of occasions one guy that was serving (didn't catch his name) was more interested in the regulars than serving random drop ins and had a full conversation with the chap behind me in line while still serving me as well as ordering another member of staff about to make the guy behind mes coffee. I got the bare minimum of service from this guy. Tallish with fair hair if that helps narrow it down. Understand that when busy the focus is to get folk served quickly to reduce waiting times but a bit more interpersonal service would go a long way.

Perfect for breakfast. Subway obviously have good staff training, I am fast becoming a fan of this unassuming food emporium.

Standard Subway offerings with some seating available on site. Wide options of drinks, which are offered with a customer dispenser. No ideal if you have young kids to keep an eye on and get the drinks sorted. Can be an issue when the place is busy and you feel rushed. Staff were very helpful and patient when taking the order, especially with an indecisive wee lass ordering.

Ideal for a quick lunch providing you miss the school kids. As usual the choice is good and fresh. Helpful staff

Wish they would make gluten free bagettes i love the sandwiches but can just eat the filling waste.of money so we decided not to use it anymore sorry but my tummy dont need anymore gluten when i asked if it was available the girl blinked and looked bemused and shook her head saying we dont put glue on bagettes

Just your average subway - don't go during lunch as its packed with school kids. Nothing different from this subway to any other subway

Some of the staff are awesome and some just look disinterested.

The service in this subway is terrible the attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Customer services training required urgently Wouldn't visit again and would not recommend to any one Staff hide through in the back area when it's busy and the staff give you attitude.

Tried this subway again today for the first time in ages due to their unfriendly staff, the two girls working this afternoon looked so dis-interested in the customers and had a "could not care less" attitude, really disappointed with this and unfortunately won't be back again this time for good, i will however be contacting subway and the area manager directly.

I visited the subway last week with my husband, as soon as we got near to the counter one of the staff asked us what we wanted. As this was my husbands first time at subway he didn't know what to get, when i said we didn't know yet the girl gave us a look of disgust. No smiles, no warm welcome or how can i help you attitude, people are crying out for jobs at the moment, you would think they would be happy to be in a job! if they are that unhappy they should leave and give someone else the chance of a job who will appreciate it. Where is the customer service? I'm sure it must have left them a the door and ran kicking and screaming. The staff need retrained and shown how to smile and welcome customers, Never again, what an experience and I will be letting all my friends know how rude and unfriendly the staff are although I don't suppose they will take much notice of my comments!!!

Have to say that this place originally started out good but has really gone to the dogs.The place is always inundated with school children at all times of the day, the tables are dirty and could do with a right good clean, as could the toilets, when working that is. The staff are the most unhelpful bunch I have ever had the misfortune to be served by. They all look as if they could not care what you want and would rather be elsewhere. Shout at you as if you were yards away instead of feet, they could all do with going on a Customer Services course. The food, when I went, was swarming with flies and to blame it on the chippy and Chinese restaurant is off. Maybe cleaning the bins and tables would help.Will I ever eat there agin, not a snowballs chance in hell. The most disgusting Subway ever.

Visited this Subway a couple of times and every time it is filthy, the floors are dirty, the tables are dirty, bins overflowing.Very very horrible subway restaurant and the management should take heed of this!The staff all look so down in the dumps and very often couldn't care less about your order and can be cheeky most times!

My mum has just done me the favour of buying my sons lunch, don't think she'll be back though, Some rude wee madam served her, barking out questions and generally making my mum feel a bit stupid. She's never been in the shop and therefore does not know how ordering normally works, it's not a talent she's wanting to learn now and doesn't plan to return, so will not need to!

Arecent visit to this cafe left me cold! Having ordered I sat at a table which was the cleanest one I could find! All the tables were dirty. While sitting down I became aware that the place was buzzing.........with flies! I continually had to swat away flies from the table. I was there, including ordering time about 40 mins. During this time no tables were cleared or cleaned. The Area Manager deigned to give me an audience when he advised that Rentokil were coming in and that it was the fault of the Chip Shop and the Chinese restaurant that Subway had flies!. I* suggested that cleaning the tables with anti bacterial solution might help....he shrugged his shoulders and walked away!Great customer service DEFINITELY NOTWill I be back MOST DEFINITELY NOTRecommend ABSOLUTELY NOT
