They guy that was serving us didn’t really care about serving us, he was just listening to his music on his earphone. We asked him about the menu, and he was so lazy about explaining things and he was just pointing at stuff there. Very bad experience

Great food after a night out, no complaints

Shocking service from a place that’s existed in Paisley for years. Asked for a mix pakora but with no mushroom pakora, was told to buy it all separately. When asked why I was told to get out and go somewhere else. Which we did. Avoid this wretched place, go anywhere else but here.

Awful pizza. Nearly £9 for a cheese and onion pizza that smelled awful! The taste was worse, probably the worst pizza I have had. I asked for black pepper and was told they didn't have any, which says a lot for the lack of seasoning and taste. Don't use this place

Was quiet when I ordered. Nice place and good food. Putty they only take cash. Not massive deal as there is a free cash machine outside next door.

My fiance went in the shop with her assistance dog and got refused as not allowed in the shop got the same rights as a guide dog i would never come to this place in my life its the worst kebab shop on the planet

Just had a terrible experience at a takeaway we have frequented for over a decade. My partner came home with a doner kebab that had about 2 long strips in it - 7 quid, I believe. I went back to complain and ask for either my money back or a fresh kebab. After putting up with being called a 60-year-old c*nt several times by another customer, which met with no request by the staff to tone it down, I was refused my request by the server (who smirked the whole way through) even after stating we would vote with our feet. Whoever the owner is, and I sincerely hope it wasn't the server, who had no manners or customer service expertise on display, I hope you will address my concerns. It's a shame such a good quality establishment in Paisley has been let down in this way.

I have had to put 1 star which I would not even do. They were very rude not hospitable would not recommend ever..... GO TO KEBAB CITY... SO MUCH BETTER BETTER STAFF AND BETTER FOOD. TOP CLASS.

Not impressed by the usually fab veg pakora. Flat and no veg in it. Dissapointed this time round.

Been here a few times now, love there fresh Pizza!! The pakora is also very tasty. However the only down side to the shop is there is no card machine in the shop. There is a free cash machine right outside the shop, however last time i visited here, the cash machine was out of order and it was quite a treck to the next one. However if you visit here, bring cash and there are no issues!!

Avoid, rude staff. Told me to go somewhere else as he was busy and couldn’t answer my question about the food. Shocking

Food really bad - staff really rude

My second and last time I will try to order food in this terrible takeaway. The staff member who I believe is the owner has the worst customer service and manners of anyone, the first time he was rude to my partner and told her to go home and order as he was too busy tonight I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought try again after standing for 5 minutes he came out twice never acknowledged us or said be with you soon, then walked out again looked at us and then walked into the back again, worst service ever, walked up the street to another kebab shop great friendly service and great food. Avoid at all costs worst kebab shop in Paisley.

Absolutely disgusting manner from one particular staff member. Very rude overall and shouting immediately 'cash only' on entering. 'What you want?' Pretty much shouted at me then after receiving food told I could not eat this within the premises with no reason given except this is not a restaurant its a take away!!! Absolutely stinking attitude.

The margarita pizza smelled of caramel and tasted really sweet. Chips and cheese had a very mean amount of cheese and it have virtually liquified. Bad food.

Absolutely awful service, for a local business that has been here decades and used to be great with customers it’s lost any respect. You are met at the door with an lad barking “cash only” at patrons, the takeaway also has a rule where customers aren’t allowed to speak inside the building and when challenged about the behavior you are told to go else where!

Today I ordered a nan kebab with salad and sauce. Only to find out that they are stingy with the sauce, use a bottom layer of cheese and chips to bulk out the kebab to make it look bigger and serve you less than what you get in a small Donner kebab, making this a rip off. Best avoided

Food was 2 hours late and burnt. Burnt ice cold pizza and the shop staffs manners are disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

Order Totally Ignored - went in, place was quiet, placed an order, reiterating that it was NOT cheesy chips for the order - as they’d f’d it up last time, took my order, got home and guess what … Cheesy F’in Chips. IT IS NOT DIFFICULT GUYS - JUST LISTEN.

Customer service was totally unacceptable for a start Food wasn't exactly tasty and I purchased large chicken pakora and got 7 pieces my friend asked for margarita pizza well done and the dough was still soggy she asked them to put it back in oven and was rudely spoken too reply was that's the way we cook you don't like tuff

Got the order wrong as the the guy taking the orders and making the food was struggling with English & manager became really aggressive when asked to make the right meal

I had some very nice chips with curry,there could have been a bit more curry though.

Honestly what the **** was in the store and tried to order a kids meal, told we can't order meal deals in the shop had to do it online, which I obliged with. Once this was done the staff member was rude, got my food came home, and gave my daughter her chicken pakora kids meal (£3.90) which had TWO pieces of chicken pakora... What an absolute joke.. Suppose the plus side was the food was actually nice...

PLEASE AVOID!!!! After using this shop for years through just eat we had been asked by the staff to use their own site (so they could save the just eat fees) done this tonight big mistake ordered and paid at 4.30pm 1800 still no food phoned up to be told the site was no longer in use? We were told we would have to wait for the refund. I spoke to the manager who was the most unbelievably rude person ever with absolutely no customer service skills. I was prepared to pay again as we like the food but his attitude was disgusting. I am really upset as we will never use this takeaway again

Any time I've had an order from here it's been spot on. Chicken kebabs are sensational as are the burgers. Decent portions too and friendly staff.

Hi was in for takeaway.took the food home what was still piping hot which is a great start,had the chicken korma,and the lamb south Indian garlic chilli and it was amazing one of the most flavorsome meals I've ever had,keep up the good work guys.

Visited this kebab house and asked for garlic bread, the staff were very very unhelpful and very rudely asked me to check out the menu wen they could of just told me yes, I was spoken to in a very rude m Manor they was not very busy and seemed very distracted, hardly anything was ready and it was a very intense place to be , not relaxed didn't want to spend another minute there and ended up going to a much nicer and more welcoming takeaway, please don't go to this kebab house its disgusting

Absolute joke of a place. I went to the bother of placing my order on just eat. and asked for a specific time. Only for it to be delivered over an hour later. They then cancelled my order completely. Phoning up to speak to the manager thinking they would apologise for their mistake, he told me, they are very busy and do not time to look at the tickets that come in. Customer service at its best. Avoid this restaurant. I will be making just eat aware of this and posting on social media. Utter disgrace.

After placing an order on just eat, with a specific delivery time. My order arrived over an hour early. I sent the driver away. Called the restaurant only to be cut off. I then received a message on just eat that they cancelled my order. Thinking that they had made an error I contacted them again to speak to the manager. Thinking he would apologise for their mistake and would sort. No. He infact told me they are very busy and don't have time to look at the tickets that come in. Well, fantastic customer service. For a manager, what disgraceful way to treat your customers. Avoid this restaurant. Believe me there are much better restaurants in Paisley.

Do not use this place if you want to find hair on you're food or food thats edible got a kebab and honestly a think they fried 1 of their sandals chopped it up and fired it in an asda loaf its boufing the dug even walked away from it won't be back

Abusive nasty overweight, unshaven fella, presumably the gaffer, belittling the poor lass serving. Food is pish and over priced at the best of times. Politely told the baw bag tae ram his order and walked. Avoid this place...... zero respect for his staff or the general public. Also shouldn’t these ppl be wearing masks?

I used to love coming to this place. Now I hate it, the 2 x chips cheese and Korma sauce that you charged nearly £6 each for was dry and hardly any Korma sauce on it. Also asked for salt and vinger to be told I was to late... Asked for a chicken Hoggie and when I got home there was no salad or sauce on it, so was dry as anything. Had to pour my pakora sauce on it which then made my pakora dry. Very unhappy at the way I was spoken to and dissatisfied with the food I was given. Will not be back!!! I was told on entry that only two people where allowed in the shop at one time and only with face masks which I didn't have an issue with, then two other customer walked in right behind us with NO masks on??

Treated ourselves to a Saturday takeaway, after a 2 hour wait we rushed to open our order and it looked terrible. A donner pizza with barely any meat and what looked like and entire red onion chopped and scattered all over. The hogie was dry and revolting with barely any meat and even the chips were bad. I had 2 bites and threw it all in the bin. It certainly was not a treat meal!!! Do not order from here it is not worth it.

The worst most awful people work here, rude and obnoxious, they only take cash obviously trying to avoid declaring correct income. The food is awful even if you can put up with the awful service, I would 100% avoid. the place should be shut down or investigated by HMRC or environmental health

Ordered Kebab, Curry Sauce and Nan bread at 5.07 and was told 45-60 minute wait. All good this is the norm for this takeaway. After 1hr 15 mins phone to check on delivery and was told they were busy but our order would be out within 20 mins. 40 mins later tried to call but was unable to get through. Tried again 3 more times and still a voice message saying the phone line was busy. Eventually, 2.hrs 40 mins after placing the order our food arrived. I had already cooked as it was now getting too late to wait any longer. To his credit the driver did not make a fuss when we refused the delivery however it was very disappointing as we have used this fast food outlet for many years. A courtesy call to say there would be an extended wait would have been more of a service.

I arrived and was very rudely told that only 2 people could be in the takeaway and that it was CASH ONLY. It was borderline aggression! Absolutely no need to speak to anyone in that manner. This whole 'cash only is happening in more places after lockdown and tells me the place does not want to declare its full earnings. I was so offended by the guy that I went elsewhere, and paid by card! I'd definently avoid!

Absolute disgrace. I placed an order online which then got declined so i phoned the shop and the woman could not speak any word of english she then hung up on me mid question. I phoned back and asked her why she was so rude language barrier again so i said I'd order somewhere else and then she spoke perfect english and replied fine in a rude manner very shocking

Ordered a chicken donner with donner meat pizza and they delivered a spicy chicken instead that tastes like rubber and was mild/cold With the time order was placed till delivered there is noway it was fresh out oven either Wont be back !

Absolutely ridiculous waited 2 hours on food to get food that tasted like it was left out then reheated, phoned back after an hour and was told 5-10 minutes and well it took a lot longer tried to call back after that and the phone was turned off bad customer seevice

This has to be the most expensive poor quality takeaway in Paisley, picked up some pakora and two kebabs, pakora soggy and kebab meat tough and inedible, all served by some very rude staff. Safe to say I wouldn't recommend and I'll never be back.

This takeaway used to be good, but they now have a guy running the place that does not bother with customer service.I had a poor experience a few weeks ago when this guy did not seem bothered about the 40 minutes waiting time for a pizza when there was a handful of people in the place.Tonight I decided to give it another chance based on the good pizzas I used to receive, and even though I was told it would be 20 minutes for my order, I decided to wait as I had time on my hands.I actually received my pizza slightly earlier than the stated 20 mins, which I was happy with. However, once outside I tried said pizza, only to discover that the salt content was quite ridiculous. The pizza was inedible.I returned to the takeaway to discuss the matter, and to request a refund. However, the person that appeared to be in charge was very dismissive and arrogant, refusing to entertain the thought of a refund. I wish this person would've tried his inedible foodstuff to see just what his establishment was producing, but he was simply not interested.This place is #120 of 150 restaurants in Paisley, but I cannot imagine there are 30 worse restaurants in the town than this place. Please avoid.

I ordered king size kebab. The amount of meat was quite normal, like for regular portion, but instead I got huge amount of green peepers, quite spicy - so the food was hardly eatable. Quite obviously they save on meat which should be the main ingredient. Furthermore, after 2 hours I was vomiting. This was our third meal from this place: the first time my fiancee felt ill, now - myself. 2 out of 3 meals made us ill - that is actually a reason to ask for some inspection of this place. Definitely I will not buy anything more there - and I highly recommend to avoid this place.

Usually I go to Kebab city but there was queue there, so I came here, not much difference in the wait for mixed kebab and the price was similar. The sauce here I think was a bit spicier but they definitely give less salad, overall I am satisfied both kebab shops
