Food didn’t turn up had to phone Just Eat for a refund!

Order never arrived!!! Ordered at 10.30pm and still hadn’t arrived at 12am woke this morning to find it says delivered at 6.45am yet it’s not been delivered and it’s not even 6.45am yet it’s 6.39

Turned up at 10:40pm and it said it should close at 12am and I walked from the one near Tescos. Not happy at all when it's pissing it down and I'm in my army gear

could have had more heat to it was barely warm

Took about 2 hours to come and food was cold

I orderd a mchicken sandwich meal and garlic sauce and received none

Waited 1.45 minutes after delivery time all 3 drinks didn’t come and the double and single quarter pounder burgers came swapped around food freezing cold.

why can this place never send your full order?

All food was cold and horrible free burger was missing 2 drinks spilled . Not happy .

aweful food not cooked properly and didn’t give us the food properly and didn’t even get our drinks the chips we’re soggy and the over food was just messed up completely

Wouldn’t recommend going to this mcdonald’s, ordered a bacon roll with ketchup, just to be given something completely different with egg which i’m allergic too, wasn’t able to even check the order until i got home just to find its completly wrong

banana milkshake is missing and not the first time either

3 items missing, the burger was made wrong and food was all cold

I've sent it back coz the driver was sat downstairs for 25 minutes, the ice cream would be all melted, the milkshake would be all melted, the food will be cold.

Burger came with wrong toppings. Sticker on the burger had wrong toppings printed on and did not match order. Very bland burger

The drinks spilled over in the bag leaking all over my floor 3 large cokes wasted

Yet again they forget stuff from my order. No salsa with the mozzarella sticks and no bbq sauce THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR YOU F***S. I won't be ordering again any time soon.

The order was wrong and I am missing items and just meat won’t give me a refund.

Driver was brilliant but when I opened the packaging we were missing a drink which is down to McDonald’s. The staff really need to be checking the order to make sure everything is there. It wasn’t a complex order, it was two breakfast meals and an additional drink.

the food was all cold the nuggets looked lyk they had been warmed back up in the box they were stuck together cold n milk shake normally my favorite but was watery no good today not happy

I never got my food it says it’s delivered but I nerver got it I thought the new code was suposed to make it so no one can steal ur order but clearly not I never got my order

Fries were stone cold. Mc flurrys were missing. security tab on bag had been ripped open and was attached at the end only. I ALWAYS have problems with deliveries. I have a photograph of the delivered goods

The food time changed to another 50 minutes later than the first time given. Then it turned up later than the time given by 20 minutes because the delivery driver went to the wrong address. Food came cold and the fries were like rubber and inedible. To top it there was missing items and no straws or dips

When this order got marked as delivered it never came until another 30 minutes later cold!!

Wrong burger sent out, chips were cold on arrival kids needed another meal so wasted my time with this order.

I received wrong order and obsviously they gave mine to someone else I have emailed and not received a refund

nothing wrong with food or order. The only problem is the progress report is not updating at all. it's not only with this retailer either. I've had it with Asda, Cod on the Rocks and a couple of others.

Absolutely disgusting, filthy. You literally stick to the floors. Dirt and grime everywhere, alot of damage throughout. Food was okay, but if the front of house is this rank I would expect the kitchen area to be as dirty.

Food was clay cold and missing the dips i orederd. Had to warm it up and doesn't taste the same when reheated. Not even a sorry for being late from the driver. Was lookng forward to it as not been well for day's and not eaten much. very disappointed

me and my boyfriend went to this mcdonalds we ordered fries, a large coca-cola with no ice and a large caramel frappe with no cream. We then had to endure the excruciating pain of waiting 21 minutes for fries and two drinks whilst people who ordered AFTER us and ordered MORE food were the priority and got their food before us, Another person also suffered to this as he had ordered 4 apple pies from the dessert menu and ordered before us and in his words "had been waiting for years" 1/5 would not recommend

I came to this mcdonalds with my girlfriend and ordered a cheeseburger meal for myself and a caramel frappe for my girlfriend, we waited no less than 5 minutes for our food and although ordering frappes at the till opposed to drive thru normally takes a while, a employee named magnus gave her the caramel frappe in quick time and provided excellent service at the till and table service 👍🏻

Still waiting for food. Driver called to say order had gone to another driver in a system error and we had to give him the code to cancel the order on his side so we can get a refund! Instead processed the order as delivered so no food and now no money. Nice one!

A mistake by the delivery driver was quickly sorted by a refund from Just Eat and a new order quickly sent out by the restaurant. We'll done.

just the drinks delivered no contact number and when requesting a refund no refund for the delivery fee or service charge despite it not being delivered

No milk with the tea. Cheese everywhere but the sausage. Who puts hot tea with ice cream beside it?

Order didn’t even turn up. Driver sat in Sainsbury’s car park for ten minutes which I have screenshots off then marked it as delivered and went. £25 out of pocket

Food was freezing. Mc Flurry had melted. Watched on map for over 20 minutes how my delivery went to the other side of town then back to me. I literally live 5 minutes away from McDonald's. Food has all gone in the bin. Total waste of money.

Good was stone cold because the delivery driver decided to park up in Asda car park for over 10 minutes, I know this because I was following him on the map, he was back and forth to the same area before this
