Me and my friends tried to get a colouring sheet and some crayons and a lady with blonde hair tired back with red hair clips took them out of my hands and walked away. Told me they were not for me and walked away. Kept dirty looking us the entire time we were there and gave us our food with lots of attitude 👎👎👎

McDonald's stop cooking breakfast menu at 11am and my food didn't arrive til 11.35 so was stone cold

The food is real nice only disappointment I had was the fries ended up less in bags due to staff not replacing what spilt out on a tray..there's toilets and disabled friendly

Time kept changing so can’t say how long it was late for as it changed. Food came cold not even edible cold, only thing could have was the iced latte. Opened to let just eat know and automatically got just over £6 refund for a £25 order.

Missing items, contacted McDonald’s to resolve this and they refused to help saying it was a just eat problem, I was told to request a refund on the milkshake that didn’t arrive which I did, then went to order another milkshake and was asked to pay an additional £3 delivery.. terrible service, a paying customer should not have to pay twice for delivery when it’s the establishments fault that there was an error in the order.

Food was freezing and took over an hour to come

Took over an hour to be made and delivered melts changing the estimated delivery time then when it showed up everything was cold and ice cream and ice in drink had melted

Service is horrendous too busy concentrating on uber eats to actually serve someone. Always say I'm never going back as yet to get an order which is correct staff to busy asking if you want a large meal and not listening to what you saying.

I did not receive all my order there was 2 double cheese burgers and a Mac flurry left out only thing I received was chips a cheese burger and cheese sticks

Honestly it was awful everything was cold and the chips were soggy and the burger was hard.

Food was absolutely lovely tonight, stayed hot & fresh, chips Wher cooked perfect. This was cooked before it was handed to the driver & this is how it should be done. Good end to the night thankyou x

They don’t care, they rush the food and get orders wrong. Missing items and lost £8 on a burger they never delivered. And the food they did deliver was cold.

Never arrived. After an hour of waiting the tracker uodated with the courier on our street but then the tracking system crashed and when refreshed said it was delivered 15 minutes previously, this then meant we waited an hour and a half for nothing

The McFlurry wasn't even half full. The fries were cold despite the order being relatively on time.

For a McDonald's this is probably one of the better ones I've been to. Staff were very friendly, food was OK and the kids loved it.
