My order never arrived at all said delivered but wasn’t to my house and waited over a hour

food was cold and the milkshake is fizzing

the time changed several times by the time food got hear it was stone cold and the drinks wear missing one

didn't send the right drink and didn't send no fires with both happy meals

only on time because the time kept changing

I revived someone else's order

our drinks (sprite,Fanta and hot chocolate) never arrived within the order I am very unhappy and will complain

stone cold i want a full refund had to warm everything up in microwave and just deosnt taste absolutely terrible

50 minute wait for food and food was cold

All nice fresh, apart from all the fries where cold ..

the food was nice and hot and fresh. the app advised that it would be 5 mins, however it was another 10 mins on top so 15 mins in total. I have no complaints about the food, but the estimated times need to be looked at 😁

ordered 2 fries got a box and a half and coke has no taste just tastes like water...

Food cold, the tomato ketchup was warmer than food. This is the second I've used this restaurant and both times food has been late and cold.

Been the last 3 days for a simple coffee for the drive home from work, quickest serving time was 9 minutes. Walked out today after 12 minutes. Keep the 1.80, went to Starbucks although it's double he price they served me in 2 minutes flat. Every time place is full of people waiting, staff don't seem to have any idea what's going on or what to do (never seems to be many of them either?) Lady next to me waited 10 minutes for one double cheeseburger Fast food? Wow, never again

deliver said 30 - 45 minutes, but it took over an hour, all hot food was cold and ice-cream half melted.

Clearly understaffed at busy hours. Drive thru was busy, and people inside waiting 20+ minutes for orders. Manager was clearly stood in the back fanning herself with a bit of cardboad, doing nothing that looked helpful to other staff. While her colleague was running out apologising to people.

I never received my food, no door bell rang, just said it was delivered

Had to re order as the delivery driver did not turn up my address and has either eat the food himself which cost £20, or give it to someone else. Fuming

very professional and polite company should be happy with him as much as the customers he delivers too

Turned up with the music on full blast at 11:30 at night had to ask him to turn it down. Drinks where spilt in bag have half a Coke left.

everything was OK apart from the drinks was put on the it's side so we only had half a drink and the bag was soken where the drink was leaking

okay, first of all i enter the restaurant and get verbally abused for moving a chair however the same employee allows a women to stroll past and infact sharws some giggles with her. then, i overspent on the popular "monecraft movie meal" and indact recieved no collectable or sauce then my dear friend got an unwanted item, she did not even know the character in question. not good

Food freezing cold absolutely fuming. Over an hour late... coffee cold burgers cold fries cold. This is dreadful service and dreadful food. Dont you think its about time i was refunded in full for this total disgraceful service and disgraceful food.

Food ordered at 15:12 Continuously said preparing order. Estimated arrival time 15:49 Contact McDonald’s at 16:10 who informed this was provided to courier around 45 minutes prior. Arrived at 16:24, food was cold and not edible

placed order at 7.20, delivery was estimated at 35 mins, arrived at nearly 8.30. order was freezing cold and we needed to reheat it, plus they was a large cola missing.

nearly 3 hours late even tho I rang up and asked where my food was they said it left 20 minutes ago this was at 8:50 and when the driver has just come to my house he rang me to say he was outside and was not very nice on the phone

pancakes didn’t come with syrup so too dry to eat
