Absolutely disgusting, filthy. You literally stick to the floors. Dirt and grime everywhere, alot of damage throughout. Food was okay, but if the front of house is this rank I would expect the kitchen area to be as dirty.

Need more choice of the Manu more variety

me and my boyfriend went to this mcdonalds we ordered fries, a large coca-cola with no ice and a large caramel frappe with no cream. We then had to endure the excruciating pain of waiting 21 minutes for fries and two drinks whilst people who ordered AFTER us and ordered MORE food were the priority and got their food before us, Another person also suffered to this as he had ordered 4 apple pies from the dessert menu and ordered before us and in his words "had been waiting for years" 1/5 would not recommend

I came to this mcdonalds with my girlfriend and ordered a cheeseburger meal for myself and a caramel frappe for my girlfriend, we waited no less than 5 minutes for our food and although ordering frappes at the till opposed to drive thru normally takes a while, a employee named magnus gave her the caramel frappe in quick time and provided excellent service at the till and table service 👍🏻

Pathetic. Missing over half the order. Drinks bag seal was already open and no drinks inside just the cardboard cup holder. Drivers enjoying the meals I paid for I guess

for the Second time in Two days they left the large Coke out. First time I let it go so lost out on the price of a large Coke. Tonight No way was I going to let it go so had to go down on my bike and collect it ! NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Delivery time kept getting put further and further back and when food finally arrived it was cold

Tasty and good value for money. Delivery driver was very polite and courteous. Food was hotter than it usually is.

I am unhappy with my order today as I waited altogether 55 minutes for my order but when it said my order was on its way It didn’t come till 16 minutes past 10 which took him to get from McDonald’s to mine 15 mins which it is only 2 minutes away in car and my food was cold and the chips were not even a bit warm it is disgraceful that you have to wait that long and can’t even eat it because to cold

Chicken nuggets weren’t in order, the deal is a con

Took an hour to come which we knew from the delivery window was possible but when the food came it was all freezing cold not even a bit of heat coming from the food. Chips had went hard. Don’t know if the food had been sat in the restaurant already and then delivered. Surely should be fresh food going out for deliveries

From leaving the MacDonalds to getting to my door took 20 mins, the food was stone cold and inedible. There was also one of the burgers missing. This was truly the worst order experience on just eat I have ever experienced. I will not be using the App again. Total Rubbish

You’ve delivered the wrong food

The numbers to bring the order to the table are never available, they are still on the table they have already served, so they are never available at the checkout or where you ask for the order.

Barbecue sauces was missing which was a disappointing because that’s one of the things my kid enjoys with the food. So not that please I have to deal with a child being upset because her order was not complete..

Driver hasn’t turned up with the food

Be very careful ordering from this place online after 9/10pm... on 2 out of 2 occasions they have accepted the order... We've sat waiting for the order and then they've closed and just eat have refunded the money because it's obviously not coming. I'm not quite sure what they're doing. I'm sure it's fine during the day... just don't rely on them for a late night delivery. If they just said they were closed it would save a lot of hassle and let you choose something else.
