Food ordered at 15:12 Continuously said preparing order. Estimated arrival time 15:49 Contact McDonald’s at 16:10 who informed this was provided to courier around 45 minutes prior. Arrived at 16:24, food was cold and not edible

Very late, very cold. Refund requested.

Food freezing cold absolutely fuming. Over an hour late... coffee cold burgers cold fries cold. This is dreadful service and dreadful food. Dont you think its about time i was refunded in full for this total disgraceful service and disgraceful food.

All food was completely cold, hot drink was luke warm. All in all terrible meal

placed order at 7.20, delivery was estimated at 35 mins, arrived at nearly 8.30. order was freezing cold and we needed to reheat it, plus they was a large cola missing.

Ordered at 11.50 food arrived 13.10 Food is absolutely stone cold rang the restaurant 30 minutes ago they said it was sat there waiting but driver hadn’t arrived. Clearly hadn’t re done our order and food will have been sat there for around a hour. Had to put it all in the air fryer. Will not be ordering again

Part of the order was missing, despite the delivery note showing what should have been delivered. All of the food was freezing cold and inedible.

Very busy with kids being off school and security at the door checking some peoples ID’s?. Since when did McDonald’s do ID checks. Not like they sell alcohol. Staff slow to serve despite placing my own order. No receipts despite new machine though to be fair they never work. The fries were warm at best. Not seasoned but thankfully got some sauce. The burger was put together by a blind chef perhaps?. Not great.

Definitely a bit rough as soon as we saw two security guards at the door,when we went it was absolutely packed with kids. It was standard McDonald's food, but probably a bit of a rough location.

Food looked like it had been thrown in the bag. No extra onions or pickle as requested, also no ketchup on. Burger tasted like it had been warmed up. 3 missing cheese sticks. Chips were loose on the bottom of the bag. On the plus side was hotter than usual.

The estimated time of delivery kept changing and by the time the food arrived it was stone cold. The driver was sorry for the delay saying they were very busy. I ate the big Mac cold and added hot water to the cappuccino but the fries were inedible. As this is not the first to me I've received cold food I will no longer order from this restaurant.

So bad. Given delivery time of 30 minutes which kept getting pushed back to the point it took an hour and a half. Updates on app kept saying ‘courier at restaurant’ for well over an hour. Food finally arrived, was stone cold and soggy. At least the dog got fed.

2 hour wait for my daughters birthday treat. Finally arrived with missing drinks, ice creams were liquid, kids were beyond upset as the food that arrived was inedible and had to be given toast so they didn’t go to bed hungry. 0 stars for everything
