Food was stone cold, McFlurry were like water. Not worth it won’t be ordering from here again.

it was for a happy meal and a hot chocolate! I had spoken to the retraunt who agreed the food had been sat there far too long and would be cold. advised me to cancel the order which I was doing then it turned up! as the manager said it would be!

Took one bite of McMuffin and had a mouthful of egg shell. Whole thing went in the bin.

i tried to correct my order, the cheeseburger i wanted plain but still a burger in the bun.

The food is completely cold!!! Ridiculous how long it must of been sat waiting for someone to notice it had not been sent out!!!! The driver was at the restaurant straight away but the order just kept getting longer and longer!

Im so disappointed on this order. My food came very late and it made my partner leave for his train without food!! And when it turned up it was freezing cold. Worst experience ever.

This was the second order, the first was all wrong, the second some of the order was right some was wrong, it looked like the order had been thrown together as well, will not be ordering anything again.

The delivered food was wrong, the order number was wrong, and the way it is handled is all wrong, the refund is not issued straight away and the food is not replaced, so the customer is left with nothing, this is unacceptable.

you changed the delivery time 3xs it took o er an 1.5hrs for delivery. from ordering.

Brought wrong order first and them when eventually got mine was cold and milkshake had melted not happy

hi I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and a chicken sandwich meal and my chicken burger and nuggets are missing all I got was chips and a drink I want a full refund

Wrong again. Put onions on the burger when I’d ordered a burger without onions. Not sure how they find it so difficult. The instructions are there in black and white?

Half of our food was missing, the requirements we had placed on one of the orders was not met and the drinks we had ordered were spilled in the bag which made some of the food wet

yet again another messed up order ordered breakfast for kids as a birthday treat 30 odd quid and they send someone else's 6 quid order. Kids fuming

Not the fault of McDonalds, but I got the notification that the driver was at the restaurant about 10(ish) minutes after the order was placed which is pretty normal, but the driver wasn't at the restaurant. I couldn't cancel my order either. I called McDonalds and they had said no driver had been in for a while. Was very unimpressed with the delivery service - our food was cold and our ice creams had melted by the time the food got to us.

ordered at 21.20 didn't come till 23.22 so the food was cold.

1 hour and 20 minutes from placing the order. All the excuses of it being busy and preparing my order. Which after that long you'd expect the food to be hot. No, not even warm.. absolutely freezing!!!! There is no excuse for that at all. If there was an option to give no stars, then I would do that.

When ordering at 6.00pm it stated between 25-35 mins. So I ordered the food. Only to be still waiting at 7.25. So I made my way to McDonald’s. My daughter checking see what the status was. So as I pulled at McDonald’s the status changed to on its way. So had to drive back home tailing the driver all the way to my door. Only the food was freezing as it was probably sat for so long!

I really enjoyed the food thanks to the delivery man he understood my house is not on the maps

absolutely shocking how long we waited for the food to turn up, then it was cold, wasn't worth eating. shouldn't accept orders when there's no drivers available.

Sadly it wasn't "technically" late as it kept updating and the delivery time kept getting later and later. The food arrived cold abd kne of thr drinks was incorrect. We ordered a full fat classic coke and diet coke arrived.

Like usual didn’t send the sources that I paid for and didn’t send straws. It’s one thing after another with McDonald’s. It’s hardly worth the price these days never mind if you’re lucky enough to get everything you paid for.

driver was rude and aggresive told me I had to give him a order code even tho i ordered it to my house and payed for it he also tried to get in my house after I told him I didn't know what he was on about, I found the code I think you need to let people know that they are asking for the code he has really shaken me up

Didnt receive order. Told by just eat that it had been delivered to front door. I have video evidence to contradict this statement. Feel as if ive been scammed. Spent over 27 pound on food but nothing to show for it. Totally disgusted

Ordered around 8.40 and time kept changing so was 9.45 when delivered. Fries were burnt and cold and ice cream was half melted. These deliveries seem to be getting slower.

Once again took well over an hour after saying 15/20 mins at time of order. Delivery time slot just moves by 15 mins every time you check. Food was freezing when arrived so obviously been sat or in a car for a long time.

must say how good everything was, absolutely lovely. 1 part of the order was missing but it wasn't a big deal. thanks ❤️
