Drive through ridiculously slow we were missed twice . The hot chocolate was hot but you could not taste the chocolate very very disappointed

This is a pure joke placed a order at ten waited over 2 hours for the order to be delivered it still asnt been sent out I’ve rang the number multiple times it’s a pure joke this place needs shutting down divvies best get the money sent back need to shape there life up ment to be fast food pure full of idiots

We popped in for a burger and the toilet while adventuring. The lady staff member with the huge blue duster mop was the nicest person and the happiest McDonalds staff member I have ever met. She made our quick pitstop so funny and happy. Well done you.

I only ordered 2 mc flurry’s 1 donut 1 Fanta 1 coke. About 8ocllock came around 8.45. That’s fine but to open my bag get 2 fantas instead of 1 and a coke and a non existent donut is a mick take, called them multiple times and no answer just got cut off. Just sort it out!

My son was hungry when I picked him up so we thought we’d quickly pull into McDonald’s and get 2 hamburgers and large fries, at the window I was given the wrong order and I said this isn’t ours, she then asks me to wait in bay 1 and forgets about us. 20 minutes later I go inside and find the guy that was behind me , returning my order that he was given. I then waited another 10 minutes for a hamburger. I get mistakes are made everyone’s human but you rectify it, not send people away and forget about them. I will avoid this place in future.

Changed my review from 1* to 3* as improvements have been made .However parking has been ruined by the delivery drivers taking all the click and serve spaces .The Hot drinks still are never full and being told to move to the next window or to park up for a simple order is ludicrous.But still moving in the right direction.

ordered 1 large double big mac with bacon that arrived cold wasen't edible, chips were the same as the burger stone cold, ordered 1 medium big mac with no pickles even that arrived cold, what a big shambles never going here again, i adviced others to stay away. p.s couldn't even get a refund or new food sent out

Order A large McCrispy meal surprisingly the food was hot and the Coke wasn’t flat like other Locations. Although a bit of the bun was burnt it still tasted amazing

everything from my delivery was missing paid 30 pound for someone else's mcplant order .. this is a sub standard service .

I opened it I front of the driver he said it’s shocking and would bring another one and he never came back

sadly the fries were cold but a lot were overcooked and scabby. The Mcflurry had the pieces of smarties in despite asking for a plain ice cream. Disappointing.

No free chicken nuggets as clearly advertised and also there was a burger missing absolutely disgusting

I got the complete wrong order! I ordered a Big Mac meal and got delivered 2 happy meals a cheeseburger and 2 ice creams which was clearly ordered for another family and they will of received mine! All of it had to go in the bin as I dont eat any of the foods ordered!

One of the good things about McDs was it was cheap and fast. It’s no longer cheap, and it’s no longer fast as you’re now a second class customer to the delivery apps. Simply not worth going anymore.

Ordered a breakfast wrap which ended up in the bin. As I was chewing my 3rd mouthful I felt something peculiar in my mouth, which turned out to be greaseproof paper. It was in my wrap stuck between the egg and sausage meat. Not pleasant at all!

Ordered a Mango & Pineapple Smoothie, recieved a small cup of Coca-Cola and a bottle of water.

Whoever did my order or the delivery driver wants sacking as order kept getting changed for delivery time when it got delivered it was the totally wrong order . Do not use just eat as they can’t get anything right , on the plus side the person who got my order should have a full belly

The driver was at the Mannor (further away from my house yet my house is closer to this mcdonalds) and in doing so was late and the food is stone cold! not happy!!!!

Placed an order, when the driver arrived he sat outside for 10 minute so i had to actually go to the car and ask him for my food, to then bring my food in and half of the order is missing.

watched driver deliver food all over town before it got to me. obviously it was cold when it arrived. on three plus side the food was so cold my mcflurry was still frozen

Rang McDonald’s and it left the place 15 mins after ordering. Delivery driver turned up an hour later. Food freezing. McDonald’s manager said JustEat drivers do this often.

left food on doorstep didn't knock to let me know only to open the door 2 hours later to food all over after the birds got to it.

Unfortunately there wasn’t any syrup supplied with our pancakes. This meant they were left.

Usual service. COLD Fries. Lukewarm Burger. At least the McFlurrys and shakes had not melted.

Ordered 4 nuggets meals and asked for BBQ & ketchup dips. Not one dip sent… food was ok a bit soggy.

The food was stone cold when it arrived, following it's prolonged trip around Hartlepool. Technically, it arrived 'on time' because you keep changing arrival times. I know it's a busy time because of the football, however, I would rather wait another 20min to receive warm food. I look forward to your response!

The delivery time kept updating to later and later , it ended up coming over 30 minutes later than first stipulated. On tracking the delivery driver he stopped at previous deliveries we were last for our food to be delivered. When we received the order it was cold , I could not drink the coffee it was so cold . The food was inedible, considering all of the extras you pay to get this delivered and I tipped the driver two pounds it was appalling

When the food came the pop was all over the bag I tried to give it back to the driver he refused it and told me to contact just eat so I did and they asked for a photo of evidence in which I sent one they then replied hours later and asked me for better evidence when you could very clearly see that coke had been spilt all over, so they denied my refund because I couldn’t send photos of boxes and food I’ve already put in the bin…
