Food was fine but long wait times and the forgot items.

Undercooked cold fries will never go back to this one again .

Lovely restaurant. Nice and clean. Food is always hot (which has been refreshing for a mcdonalds lately). Nothing is too much trouble

Absolutely disgraceful made a £60 order half of it missing and food was freezing cold phoned them multiple times and they kept putting the phone down

no food, got delivered a leaking bag with sprite. fantastic. asked driver where my food was and got told he was only given a drink.

No provision for IT NEVER ARRIVED. Another driver ghat doesn't take notice of delivery instructions. I had to leave bad scores because i didnt know what it tasted like or how quick the delivery was. McDonalds will have to take it up with Justeat.

My food was rediculously late and never got delivered.

All of the food was delivered cold. It was also squashed. Drinks had no straws. We've ordered a few times and accept it cant be delivered piping hot but the food had no heat at all.

ordered food for my daughter waited off half hour to order as order system was down then when I could order the wrong food got brought to my house we didn't accept it because the numbers didn't match to the one we had been given to know I have been told to send a picture of what nothing get people who can read numbers your delivery drivers are showing your restaurant up

this is the second time I have ordered from.mcdonalds and my food delivery time has changed 2-3 time. my food yet again was also cold.

Terrible service over and hour late the hot food was freezing cold and the Ice creams had melted. Order was confirmed at 7.14 and I was advised it would be delivered by 8pm. It arrived at 830pm absolute disgrace and the audacity to charge a service fee is ridiculous.

Food was cold and had missing items. Now just eat has changed the system it’s more difficult to report missing items. That’s not McDonald’s fault - however, I’ve had this issue before of missing items so last time I order it on Just Eat.

Ordered 5 meals. All the fries were cold and soggy while one of the burgers was cold. The rest were luke-warm. Have had much better and won't be ordering again...
