Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too in terms of food quality. Chips are always cold and taste like cardboard. Can’t fault the staff, they’re nice, but food the reason we all go and it’s just not up to par

Nothing special tbh as all these places I don’t eat this food but unfortunately kids like a happy meal, can’t believe you have to pay for a bag of taking food out just gets worse the uk is shocking now

Brilliant apart from the 20 chicken nugget box only had 16 and we ordered 2 medium fries and they werent in the bags

absolutely freezing cold will not order again

EVERTHING was stone cold! Considering the delivery time kept changing to later and later I would have assumed my food was being cooked and would be hot but obviously not and for a delivery fee of £4.99!! Shocking

I was missing items. The items that did come were cold and one of the drinks had spilt everywhere

he went to the wrong door aswell and I had to grt the food

Quite sad to see as usually food is nice and hot and delivery was at least 20/25 mins late, please can I get some reimbursement really was not worth paying for!

My order came in a reasonable time however my food was incorrect my plain ham came with onions on and my Big Mac plain no cheese and bacon came with neither bacon and cheese which I did not want

I ordered my meal at 18.48 i kept giving me different times of arrival then it finally came at 20.22 stone cold freezing, I sent it back with the delivery driver who said give me 10 minutes and I will get you a hot meal, I've now got my child crying cause he is hungry

Apologies but the driver who arrived at my door today, there was a significant odour and not what you would expect hygiene/ food delivry

The courier was supposedly at the restaurant 45mins. The time just kept changing and changing. Food arrived cold and was only offered £3 refund. I will not be ordering McDonald’s again. As it’s one thing after another with them.

No milkshake but got acceptable replacements, however our plain chicken burger was not plain, there were no sauces and the chips were cold. Thankyou for trying but its a no win from us this time.

Said 30 minutes waited nearly 3 hours , they should of just declined the order everyone was asleep order didnt come till 1:50 am , madness

Drivers took a vehicle battery that was on the doorstep. Worth roughly £65. I’m not happy at all

Delivery time kept getting pushed so in the end it was 30 minutes late. When it arrived it was everything was freezing. McFlurry might as well of been a drink! This seems to be an ongoing issue and no one seems to take responsibility for it!!

Food was lovely but the chips were cold

Food never arrived. Two and a half hours after ordering and half an hour after the ETA the tracker suddenly went to saying it had been delivered an hour ago. Waited two hours for no food and no way to contact them or do anything. Refund requested.

Delivery was very late. Food was stone cold and had to be binned. Food was not even in the thermal bag in the car, the food bags were cold to touch. Terrible service today.

My food got delivered at 13.36 it come and it was all freezing cold, my daughter had left her food bcoz it’s cold, when it’s come on the wrapper of the cheeseburger it says food got made at 12.39 it’s been stood for a whole hour till it got delivered no wonder it was freezing cold when it got delivered!

Driver was there to collect the order within minutes but the McDonald’s took almost an hour to have the food ready for them, driver was really polite and apologetic

Didn't receive correct order. Ordered 2 sausage and egg meals , I received one normal and one double sausage but no hash browns with the meals, plus I paid for an extra has brown. And didn't receive any.

If you are to get something from here you are better to go in for it as the just eat drivers are liers and thevies and will just say it was delivered and you will lose your money and not get your food I am speaking from experience the staff member I contacted seemed nice and helpful but obviously couldn't do much so if you don't get your food they will believe the driver over the customer so if you want your food go in for it and I am only putting a star so it will post

employees and drivers need to make sure that hot drink tops are on properly and safely secured drink was all over the mans delivery bag so didn't have a coffee but paid for it said they going to get one but not holding my breath last one said that and didn't say make your hot drinks are properly secured

Order was not delivered at all. This is the second time this has happened…consecutively maybe add. I love Mc Donald’s but there seems to be a problem every time I order and lately most of the time they say it’s been Delivered and it has not.
