The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

Nothing special tbh as all these places I don’t eat this food but unfortunately kids like a happy meal, can’t believe you have to pay for a bag of taking food out just gets worse the uk is shocking now

no collectable with Minecraft meal for the SECOND TIME now....kids only wanted to order for these and so far McDonald's now owe them 6 collectables....why offer special meals with collectables when you don't actually give them ...I'm guessing some teen server has a great collection by now. 🙄

can't fault the delivery mr.he was on time according to the app, but the chips were stone cold so worst quality I gotten from McDonald's, didn't include any straws for drink.

Order food to the table. Staff arrives drops the tray and leaves. No hi, no thank you, not even eye contact. Please can we have a robot delivering the food that can say hello thank you and goodbye?

Food was fine. Delivery driver was extremely rude yelling down the phone and blaming me and my partner for getting lost and food ended up being cold because of this. Driver also barely spoke a word of English and was just insulting.

Normally have the egg and cheese muffin, hash brown and white coffee once a week or fortnight when passing. Normally it is good but the last few times the coffee has been really weak and not very nice. Today it was the same, would have taken it back but had already driven on. Disappointed with the breakfast again today, weak coffee and dry hash brown...least the muffin was ok....what's going on with the coffee lately!?!

Why is it they when you are using the app to order and you order 5 mins before you arrive then the app asks how you want to collect your meal, choose restaurant collection and before I get out of my parked car gives me a number, then have to stand there for 10 minutes watching other customers walking in and ordering over the counter getting served before me, so frustrating. No sense of customer service seemed to be run by very young g staff.

Come to Blackpole as a close McDonalds and usually get the order right. On this occasion got the order completely wrong and still gave out the wrong item when asking for a Sprite or Lemonade and being given an orange fanta. Not happy that staff on (11/04/2025 @ 8pm) were not listening to what the order was. Too distracted. If you visit this site be aware they may get your order wrong so always double check.

Having purchased 2 sausage egg mcmuffins through drive through..when I stopped 2 minutes away to eat the muffins they were like a brick .they had been grilled to a brick .absolutely solid..unacceptable I complained to mc Donald web who passed the complaint to anniesland branch 3 days later and still no communication from them quick enough to take your money .always check your food before you leave.

Wrong drink and wrong breakfast roll. Driver was great.

As awful as always. The place has been filthy, stinky, sticky, and miserable for as long as I remember. The service always been slow and rude. The food, cold and soggy. There is nothing positive whatsoever. Nothing has changed since my last visit in 2021. Not. A. Thing. Avoid at all costs.
