Seriously don't order from here via the app. If they mess the order up they don't redeliver or send you a refund so now I'm having to take the matter further. Absolute clowns this lot

No problem with service however this is the only McDonald’s I’ve been to that charges extra for a normal latte in the meals. Normally it’s 30p extra for a toffee latte but here, 30p extra for regular latte. Worse bit was as I got to work half a shell was in the egg for the McMuffin. Too far to take back and yes I know eggs have a risk of shell but a chunk like this should be seen from a mile away and not go through QC if there is any.

given two loose bags one the coke has leaked leaving a mouthful and leaked all over the food bag which is ripped open. Terrible

can't fault the delivery mr.he was on time according to the app, but the chips were stone cold so worst quality I gotten from McDonald's, didn't include any straws for drink.

Ordered a double expresso and porridge. Waited 14 minutes to receive it. The expresso was cold so I returned from my car to change it. Took another three minutes to get someone's attention. Explained it was cold and had already been waiting a while. Got back to the car to discover the porridge that had caused the delay was cold also. Gave up won't be back 😪

food was not delivered called, courier twice said he was here they weren't, and after 25mins of waiting the app said food was delivered( it hasn't)

delivery driver was carrying the bag of drinks sideways and the ice coffee upset everywhere
