I went with my partner midnight and the staff were miserable and terrible service I ever I had and I wait for about 20 minutes and my burgers and chips were cold and I felt sick and I felt like it was not cook properly so won’t be Oder again and has give me a dodge y stomach

Staff here, really are the thickest. Order so wrong, and stone cold.

A short girl with massive fake eyelashes was serving at the drive through today at 3.30pm, very rude, she needs to learn some customer service skills

Slow, incompetent, even for a fast food outlet. I think the morning staff are work experience / interns, particularly the manager. A large part of their work is standing around shouting incoherent nonsense to each other.

Q code not worked (again) on board so sorted out at counter with a smile.

The restaurant wasn't that busy but the service was quite slow. Can only assume the drive thru and delivery side was holding things up for those eating in. The team members however were polite and apologising for the delay. Food was nice and hot when received.

A lot of problems with availability of products, long waiting time (even at night when there’s barely anyone waiting) and you can see and hear staff members just chatting. This is the worst McDonald’s branch in Worcester

I had a manager be absolutely rude to me because I got the wrong item and it was not a good experience I got his name and it was Connor

If you see guys look like homeless all day long standing around McDonald's, they are Romanian delivery drivers.

Asked to add chilli sauce to my burger they said to go first window and they can do it there and then got to first window they said they can’t then charged me sauce and told me to do it myself the service was awful I wouldn’t bother going to this Maccies if I was u

All stood chatting!! I drove round at drive through as only seemed to be bothering with one unit of 2 machines. As 3 cars got served in front of me on other one and no one even then when i arrived. I then made to park up and wait another 10 minutes never had such poor rude service at a McDonald's

It's a McDonald's so you get what you expect. Took advantage of one of the deals on the app so was good value.

just useless staff got my order wrong not once but twice... had to tell them to fill the drink up 3 times and still couldnt do it. Waste of space

Driver delivered cold food as he didn't have a clue on where he was going ,i had a message to say courier on way 15 mins later he arrived and our food was cold and the driver couldn't care less

My drink of latte was spilt in the bag and the Drive was careful with my drink and the food was cold have to warm it up when delivered

One of the better McDonalds, for sure! The orders are accurate, the food is fresh. My only qualm, which isn't necessarily their fault is their drive thru layout is a bit naff... if its busy, and both lanes are in use (not an issue with both lanes being used!), it means the orders get all jumbled as everyone is hungry and just wants their food... so you have cars going infront of other cars who have ordered before them... its like all courtesy to other drivers goes out the window, and having the common sense of thinking that they ordered before me... so they should go first doesn't compute. However, other than that, it's a good restaurant.. staff are nice enough, and the food is good!

Food was cold no salt on chips chocolate milkshake was never even a chocolate one it was vanilla and strawberry mixed (it tasted disgusting)

took an hour to be delivered. from ordering even though the estimated time for delivery was 15 mins to 30 mins. the time got pushed back and back and back. the driver was apologetic and explaned how my order wad taken by someone else but he was very nice. Also missing my sauce and extras on my burger all in all I wish I didn't bother

Sometimes, the chips 🍟 are cold when you get them sat in McDonald's or the drive thru, or your order is not always the best or correct

Very good today and found us a quiet place to sit and we got table service as we had to rush to catch trains in Worcester.

Hit and miss whether you get the correct order or your food coming out hot. But it’s McDonald’s and kind of expected. Parking is convenient for all though

Worst McDonald's I have been to... The place is a shambles! The staff are more pre occupied on having a face like a slapped bottom and dragging their feet than actually serving/prepping food. Minimum wait of 20 minutes is a guarantee.

I confirmed there was items wrong on my order, it said delivery time was 40 mins was delivered 2 hours later, it was cold and wrong items and you refunded 5 !!

Worst Maccies experience of my life. We used the drive thru where we were forced to shout out order as the person couldn't hear us and didn't ask what dips I wanted with my McNuggets, not really any problem but just annoying. We were in the queue to pay for a good 10 minutes, paid and waited at the collection window for a further 15 minutes, during which time we watched 2 members of staff moving an ice cream machine that was out of order (we know this because we wanted to order ice cream). When the food finally arrived most of the fries were pale white, as if they'd been cooking in oil for no longer than 30 seconds. Unfortunately these fries would be the best part of the meal. The fries that weren't lethargic had clearly been sitting for hours and were inedible, and the rest of the food had also been sitting there. Just to top things off we weren't given straws for our drinks.

Be prepared to wait! Last visit I was waiting 15 minutes for my order (2 items) to be prepared. This business is under-staffed and priorities Drive-Thru. Also, hw difficult can it be to read food off an order and put it on a tray? But time after time items are missed. Ridiculous.

Food good. Had to ask for napkins. Not given stirrers or sugar with coffee. Toilet floor exceptionally greasy (not just wet) as though the kitchen mop had been used in there. No real change.

the entirely wrong order was delivered the driver just said "call the restaurant" they said he took the wrong order and to contact just eat. complained to just eat and nothing has happened. now I'm hungry, 35 quid down with no food and my kids lunch isn't here. I'm so angry.

2 hour wait for the complete wrong order. Delivery driver tried swapping to the other order he had in the car, also not our order. "Contact just eat" or contact the restaurant doesn't work as they don't answer the phone. Now £30 down with kids that ate still hungry and no sign of any food for them l. Drover says I will talk to them and come back after dropping the other 2 orders off that have been sat in the car whilst I had to proce to him neither of them were ours.

I have always used mcdonalds as one of my takeaways since I was a child. The food is 5 star, but the service is not always. I don't ever sit in as much anymore, so maybe I would find fewer errors with missing items, etc, if I did. But ordering off the app, I find a few times now I am missing something, and they don't take responsibility. you have to call the vendor instead, e.g, uber eats, if you want a refund or the item, etc. It's not the driver fault as I have ordered from other food places via UE and other apps and don't have the problem. So next time, I might just go to the place instead to save any hassle.

Made yesterday a big order over £67 for a birthday party just to find out there was some chips and souces missing plus the burgers was asked to have no ketchup and there was ketchup on them. Children not happy. Then I have to make a new order just to have the chips and what was wrong on the order so another £17 as I have to pay delivery services etc. Not good at all. Call the number on the receipt just to know they can't do nothing about no refund nothing. Them the kids have to wait another 20min for the rest of the food
