Mcdonald's Restaurants in Worcester

This place is truly awful and employ a bunch of monkeys, how hard is it to get an order right. Pretty sure they get the staff from the local Safari park. Good luck getting your whole order when going here.

i waited 2 hours and it didn’t arrive

I spent an hour here today, waiting. During that time, I had breakfast, which was the same quality as usual, but also observed staff and was pleasantly surprised that customers were acknowledged and needs were met.

Ordered from the hospital as about to go in labour, the app said 15-25 mins and it took an hour to get here and that was after i phoned the restaurant. Chips were frozen, wrong drinks, and the burger was cold also.

Absolutely appalling service sure it’s only a McDonalds but far from the point staff are rude and let’s just say completely understandable why they work there… usually I’d give credit what not but fact food always cold never actually get the correct food is a disgrace. Not cheap or fast food

Food preparation was slow. The food was also barely warm by the time it was delivered and the extra sauces I paid for were missing.

Over two hours late and didn’t arrive. I was unable to get I touch with anyone to get my almost £30 refunded because the branch directed me to a just eat number specifically for drivers and “partners”.

The staff seem to begrudge working, have had multiple messed up orders of large amounts, and the manager said we'd get our meal free next time and didn't record the complaint so ended up massively out of pocket. Food is fine, just a shame about everything else! Very poor

I come here regularly today I did order for collection and serve problem with technology told me to go inside after I waited for gentleman issue to be solved girl merpheet walked away then a co worker came straight in front of me with another gentleman issues no apology just stared at me. Then same girl walked away I finally got served it was too late by then I'd had enough going to KFC over the road. No happy at all

Delivery driver was really polite

Food was all there which is a bonus but the drinks were half empty with no sign of spillage. Out of four drinks, they filled two cups so gave them to the kids.

I hate having to go here. My kids, on the other hand, love eating crap now and then. But I will have a milkshake, which from here is the worst milkshake you could ever have. I sometimes fool myself into thinking they might pour me one with the actual flavour in??? But no. You basically get a cup of cold stuff with maybe a bit of the colour of whatever flavour you asked for. But you have to hand it to them, how a business can have such a poor product and profit is beyond me but then people do buy Peugeot cars

Adequate breakfast. Nothing special.

Didn’t even arrive! Contacted McDonald’s and they were so helpful. Explained the food had been packed and picked up yet our app was still saying the courier was at the restaurant! Unable to contact just eat via telephone so had to use the app and waiting for a refund! Sadly won’t be using just eat again after many years.

Don't know whether it's just our McD but the overall care of the saver burgers is terrible. Always squashed at the bottom of your order, please change this, put them on top as they're not in boxes

Slow food drive through: we waited on queue which was slow just to order. I ordered fast food at the drive through. Was asked to park up and waited for 30 mins for food. Would have been quicker to go home for food. Will avoid in future as the slow slow service defies the point m. The car park was overcrowded with cars all waiting for food. 🍱 t seems they are unable to produce drive through food anymore

It's frustrating how things have changed. Prices have gone up, but the quality hasn’t improved at all. I don’t expect McDonald’s to provide healthy food, but even the way it's being prepared, packaged, and delivered has really gone downhill. The overall experience just feels worse, as if they’re focusing more on profit and less on maintaining the standards they used to have. While I understand it’s fast food, there’s still a certain level of quality that should be expected, and lately, it’s just not there.
