Mcdonald's Restaurants in Worcester

Waiting over 10 mins for food, bring it to me cold, this makis is a JOKE ....28° outside

I visit a lot of McDonald's restaurants in my travel throughout the UK. This is another great one, no faults. The coffee was great too, apart from the cardboard lids, that everybody dislikes.

Consistently the worse drivethru I’ve ever been too. Loads of staff and at least a 10-15 min wait at 6.30 in the morning

Our order was a complete disaster! It arrived to our car missing nearly everything . No chips, no sauce, no straws, no raspberry pie and to make things even worse, our burgers were completely wrong! I then had to walk into the “restaurant” and collect the rest of the order, which should have been there in the first place! When I did finally get the food it was unsurprisingly bland and disappointing. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. Will be staying well away!

5 cars served to every one customer in store! Worryingly they can't get your order right! Had to clean our own table as the staff were nowhere to be seen. When they do appear they clearly don't want to be here. When food finally arrived only half the cheese, lettuce etc made it onto the burger the other half was in the box.

Whole items missing from delivery. Just eat claim they delivered it bevause the mcdonalds receipt says it should be there. It's not bevauae reading off a list and putting stuff in a bag is too complicated for whoever works there. How can you not notice a whole happy meal missing from a bag you are filling up. Manager couldn't care less.

Without fail everyyy time I’ve come thru here I’ve been parked for literally the smallest orders and even still there’s something always wrong with my order or it looks like a bag of s***. It’s ment to be a fast food restaurant

The saddest bacon chicken mayo you could dream of, as if someone has stepped on it. Oh and to add no bacon!!!! If this was an independent business you would not be open.

No fries with happy meal. Only ordered a happy meal and hamburger for my grandson. charged an extra £3.49 delivery and 99p service charge, £1 tip. Not happy.

The food tastes like chemicals! It’s actually discusting. The milkshakes so bad my daughters stomache is giving sharp pains from one try of the shake. I’ve never smelt anything like it! Do not buy form here. I would like to take away the stars!

Orderd food delivery… wait for 2 hour and driver came without food… horrible horrible….. never ever order again from here.. Big company with 0 management skills.. shame on you. Driver accepted order without food. What a fool person.

There were absolutely no sauces delivered with our food

Again an unfulfilled order. Tonight No41. Ordered instore. No fries included in order, these were then enclosed but during that time the rest of the food was going cold. Upon coming home the McCrispy was missing from the order. Phoned Blackpole McDonalds who said return the whole order and we'll replace. Some of the family had already started to eat theirs so couldn't return the whole order intact. AND why should we have to use fuel in our vehicle to do this? Surely the restaurant should rectify this by delivering the missing item. Not the first time this has happened. Last time we were told our name would be in the book for redemption when we were next in. The name and items were never entered so therefore we were completely robbed. To date we are owed over £20.00 in missing items. McDonalds is equivalent to McThieves. Think all staff need to be trained from delivering orders to customer service

Missing items, McSpicy burger did not have any lettuce or sauce, all the sauses were missing, has ordered barbeque, sweet curry etc sauces 4 in total. All were missing.

I unfortunately have to come here maybe 1-2 times a month as it’s my family’s favourite. I really don’t like to though, poor service and my order has been wrong the last 5 times I’ve been. Staff seem to just be messing around rather than paying attention

The contents of one of the drinks had seeped through the paper bag and the bag had given way spilling all the drink contents on the floor.

Food cold, nuggets evidently been left in the heater too long and thrown into box with some more recently done ones on top, and to top it off, the wrong milkshake. Last two orders from here have been poor quality.

Big macs had barely any lettuce, meat was really dry, the boxes of fries were half full and all the food was cold which seems to be a running theme from here. Won't order again.

Missing items and heard nothing from just eat

Ordered food and drinks driver arrives with just two drinks no food, said that we had to call McDonald’s but they could not do anything about this then told to get in contact with just eat. For a late evening when it’s not busy this is inexcusable
