Stupendous breakfastly and delivery time was bang on

Straight in the bin. £32 spent, only to receive someone else’s horrific order that none of us would eat.. Still waiting for a refund & I even tipped prior to delivery! Awful top to bottom.

Drink spilled no lid on drink and bag made other bag wet which had food inside

The fries were desperately undercooked - the first time I've ever experienced this from McD.

two orders delivered now and no balsamic vinegar in the salad, no fork provided either.

food was very greasy. never any napkins given either and no sauce that I paid for

cold chips and late.... 30 min delivery time got extended several times. not good receiving cold chips

My hash browns where cold and my wraps where just about warm

20 minutes late, half the order missing and what was here was stone cold, also cannot speak to anyone

Half our vanilla milkshake was empty and we didn’t have a strawberry milkshake a coke instead

Food was missing my daughters happy meal was missing contacted McDonald's and theyve said they sent it

2 of my orderd items were missing, this doesn't usually occur.

timer kept getting later.. cold food. chips and burgers went in the bin! waste of money and has put me off using the service

The food can be a bit hit and miss from here ? So never know what to expect but generally it’s ok ? What IS frustrating is they ALWAYS forget the straws for the drinks and any dips that are paid for which is really annoying which with a little bit of care when packing should be automatic ?

fries were cold and tasted awful, like they’d been left to go cold then put back in the microwave, delivery time kept going up and down all the time, which i know isn’t the driver’s fault, just wish it was more accurate

The mcflurries were paid for on the app and on my receipt however they were not in the order or on the receipt on the bag. All the ketchups were not included despite my note asking for it to be checked.

always nice but I'm concerned about the straw shortage because I didn't get one with the last 3 shakes I've had.

Food was freezing cold ! Had to reheat it and it was still like eating rubber !

Delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and drove off when confronted.

Arrived nice and hot and all items present.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and it came without the chicken patty!!! Just lettuce and mayo in a bun… You couldn’t write it!!! Poor

Kept adding and addding on time

delivery man was lovely and polite. hot chocolate lid had come off and spilled everywhere. food had escaped packaging and was loose in the bag. Pieces of eggshell in the muffin.

Waited over an hour for my order. I called up McDonalds restaurant, whoever the boy was behind the phone came across very rude & sarcastic wasn’t very professional at all. When I finally received my order, the food was stone cold & was missing all drinks, fries & burgers!

Fries were thick in salt and didn’t taste nice so couldn’t eat. Also chicken burger was very dry.

Food was a little lukewarm, but still enjoyable. The McPlants didn't have pickles in them though, which was disappointing!

Slowest McDonalds in the world! Always takes a good 10-20 mins for the food to be ready and even then there's usually something missing (straws, sauce etc). Staff are rude if you dare to chase up your order. There's never enough tables at peak times either.

Driver gave drinks in a broken bag which when handing over dropped all on the carpet

Only problem was I had onions pickles and tomato sauce on my burger when I pressed the options to remove the above items

The chocolate milkshake in the order wasn’t delivered.

Food was cold, no straws and no dips. The only thing positive to say about this was the delivery driver had a cracking set on her.

Supposed to be delivered at 19:15 and it arrived at 19:50. Cheese from burger mainly in box rather than on burger and food cold

The food is freezing cold , and it’s was extremely late was supposed to be here at 2.50 and my son had chicken selects instead of chicken nuggets!! Don’t think I will be ordering again !!!

I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal , with a cheeseburger on the side and I only received a happy meal without the nuggets

Well prepared variety of eat-in or takeaways, quick service, and play tabs for the children.

Kids happy meal burger was literally covered in sauce on the outside of the burger bun. 50% of the chips throughout the meal were basically undercooked potato. No straws. At least they remembered sauce this time.

Spilt drink all over our door step as lid wasn’t on properly and two items missing!!

A part from forgetting to put my bacon flatbread, everything else was top notch!

Cannot get over what I’ve just experienced, went for a late night snack, as I was ordering I was told they had a limited menu, Big Macs, Quarter pounders, McCrispy’s I was told were available (I wanted to order a cheeseburger, and please someone make this make sense, I know the buns are “different” but the patties are the same?! Just offer a cheese burger but let the customer know it will be on a sesame seed bun???) so I order a Big Mac for my partner, I go on to order a Quarter pounder to be told “oh they are also out of stock” after just being told they were available, so I also switch to a Big Mac, no pickle no Big Mac sauce (don’t judge, just not a fan) add ketchup and add mustard, only to be told “I can add ketchup but not mustard”, sorry you’ve just told me I can’t have 85% of your menu but you’re not even going to put some mustard on my burger? To be told “I just can’t”? Seriously? Absolutely stunned by the sheer lunacy I did not place an order because I’m not paying £15 for meals I didn’t really want in the first place and after being told I can’t have this or that they wouldn’t even put mustard on my burger, wow. And to top it off trying to complain on the app is stupid because it’s a bot and doesn’t understand that the service was shocking because I don’t have a receipt for an order I didn’t place. Blackpole McDonalds you should be ashamed of yourselves. I have been in hospitality for years and never decided that the hill I wanted to die on was not putting some sauce on a customers burger after telling them they couldn’t have what they wanted from the menu, shocking. Doubt this review will even be seen by you but if you want to reach out to me be my guest. Or is that too accommodating for you to understand?
