Really nice good quality beef burgers. Friendly and quick service. Just felt a little chilly near the glass frontage.

Nice burgers - not as flavoursome as they have been in the past - AND NO MILKSHAKES ANYMORE!!! How come management????? Average service - service nothing special. Not as good as the place was two years ago. Shame.

Highlight of my visit to Worcester! I had The Hopped Beef (beef patty, shin jam, hop cheese, beer-pickled onion ring, smoked mustard mayo, Stokes ketchup, house pickles) which was messy but insanely good; amazing flavour. 🍔 Chips/fries were great, but the Westcombe Cheese Curds stole the show! Served with a mild and pleasant hot sauce, they were/are a religious experience. 🙏 I’ll be craving those for a long, long time! 🤤 Summary: Amazing food, chill atmosphere, and Uber friendly staff. Highly recommend 👍

I had the Hereford burger as a salad with kimchi and it was some of the nicest food I have had in a long time! Good service and a nice venue, would definitely recommend 👍.

Last minute dinner out before heading home and it did not disappoint! We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome.e and taken to our table where we admired the menu and made the tough decisions on what to order from the amazing selection. I had double bacon beef burger and my parter had the kimchi burger, we also had a side of skin on fries and onion rings. The onion rings were simply fantastic, great crispy batter covered fresh onion rings with a divine mustard mayo style dip. The fries had a slight salt and rosemary seasoning which was perfect with the burgers. Both the burgers were delicious and juicy whilst being perfectly cooked with a great crust on the patties and the bacon on mine being a perfect kick to the beef with well balanced layers of sauce and red slaw. The kimchi burger my partner, she informs me, was equally delicious and soon eaten to prove that. Great venue, great food and welcoming staff who were all amazing. Will be back soon.

Absolutely incredible spot for a family meetup. Kimchi burger was great but the wings are the thing to come back for.

I wanted to try this place to see for myself I it was any good. Down a side street under the arches. The interior is just a fast-food restaurant, hard table and chairs and the one and only toilet cubicle needs an update. Soft drinks are expensive because nothing on draught. The burgers are over priced, mine was £13:50 and it was small, it was nice but it was very small and not as nice as a burger from The Burger Boys in Hereford. There was no bacon or cheese on this special, lots of truffle mayo though, for the price, its overpriced. The foraged fries were £4:50 so a burger and fries was £18 to sit in what is essentially a fast food joint. I couldn't help feeling ripped off. Was it nice tasting, yes, was it filling, no, was it value for money, definitely not. Will I go back, no.

Honestly one of the best burgers we have ever had! I had the kimchi burger, and my friend had the blue cheese burger. My friend also had one of the mocktails which they said was incredible. The staff were friendly, helpful, and service was quick. We cannot recommend this place enough. If you enjoy a good-quality burger, this is the place for you!

Great burgers and beer , recommend

We came here on a weekday night and the service was great. I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was brilliant - really tasty beef and the rosemary salted chips were hot and salty. Really impressed with the quality and especially loved that the bun hadn't become soggy and the burger retained it's shape whilst eating it. We will be returning!

For the first time, I went to the Burger Shop. The staff are friendly and they recommended the Blue Cheese Burger which was one of the best burgers I have had in my life. My wife and my daughter had the Chicken Buttermilk Burger, the chicken was nice and juicy, the burger was excellent. When I ordered, the staff were open to any questions I made and helped me to choose the best meal and the prices are affordable and I'd recommend this. If anyone has any doubts go and ask for advice from the staff to decide the best dish for you.

Am not an avid burger fan but decided to call in on the way to an event and was not disappointed. We both really enjoyed our meals and my mocktail was very well done. The burger I had here was delicious- great meat, seasoning and dressing, and the verdict on the other special truffle burger was equally great. This was my first visit but definitely won’t be my last.

visited the burger shop on thursday, the food was impeccable and s beacon £5 burgers monday to friday! the host and waiter was very friendly and welcoming, food was fairly quick. the atmosphere was nice and mordern. The railway can be quite load however not really an inconvenience at all it suits the vibe of the burger shop very well! my daughter was also delighted that we were able to order from both the burger shop and the ramen restaurante next door at the same time! lovely afternoon

Popped in here when in the area for work. The food was Epic! Had blue cheese burger which was absolutely delicious, juicy and flavourful. Opted for the chicken wings side. They were crispy yet most and the meat fell off the bone. Set in a railway arch the restaurant is well presented and has ample outside space as well.

The food here was fantastic. Chips were crispy, burger was delicious (especially the pickled onion), and the kimchi was also great. Would recommend highly.

Loved the recent specials of poutine and frickles. The Animal Onion Fries currently on the menu are delicious and I hope to order more before the menu changes. I'm a big fan of the Westcombe Cheese Curds from their standard menu.

Great place for a burger! Burgers are delicious as are the onion rings, fries and can definitely recommended the home made lemonade!!! I would steer clear of the pork bites though as they were quite disappointing and more fat than pork. Overall I love the decor, the heating outside makes a cold evening warm and comfortable. Would recommend and would come again (just not for the pork bites)

Burgers are some of the best around, juicy and flavoursome. Still mourning the loss of the bacon fries, which recently disappeared from the menu, but the sweet potato fries are excellent.

Value is absolutely dismal 1/10 However quality is up there. £23 for one burger (no fries, literally JUST a burger) and a VERY small side (paid seperate). Leaving hungry and dissapointed. Will not be visiting again unfortunately despite it being incredibly nice food.

Here the food is perfect as always and the service was on point.

We had our valentines meal here. The service was great, the waiter was very genuine and helpful and the service was very quick. We amended our order and arrived early and this didn’t affect the service in any way - very accommodating. The food itself was delicious and worth the money. My only suggestion would be that as it was Valentine’s Day a valentines feel with decor or candles etc could have been applied to the tables/room but this didn’t affect the perfect evening we had. Thanks!!

Burgers were good. Could do with a basic burger option just patty and salad or pickles. Service friendly and prompt. Atmosphere lacking as inside area was very quiet but buzzing outside. Thoroughly enjoyed and will return.

First time visit won't be out last. Ordered the Worcester blue burger and sweet potato fries. Beautiful. The ice cold pale ale was lovely to. Service was fab , felt guilty putting my hand up for another beer or 2 but not a problem for the friendly staff.

Really disappointed with the surly welcome we received from the the man at the front desk, rude and unwelcoming. The waitress however was lovely and very helpful. Food mediocre at best, not bad but plenty of establishments in Worcester offering the same if not better burgers. The same miserable man (I presume manager or owner) rudely told us to sit down when we went to pay for our meal as we were leaving earlier than the rest of the party. We won’t revisit and take our custom to HANBAO where they know something about customer service.

Burgershop used to be the best. But they recently decimated their own menu while moving over to a double thin patty rather than one decent fat juicy one. Presumably both of these were cost-cutting exercises as I fail to see how they benefit the customer, as it hasn't increased portion size in sides, nor reduced the price. Perhaps it was to speed up cooking time. I can only guess. Still a nice place for a burger, especially as the main competitor is brash and noisy; but with less competition than there once was, "best burger in Worcester" is not such a great accolade.

Fantastic food delivered by a wonderful server (Sophie) who explained most burgers can be offered gluten free! The fact that you can sort in the outside area (heated) and order food from both this place and the ramen place next door means there’s something for everyone!

It's so hard to find quality, well cooked food anywhere these days. I have always raved about the burgers here and the sides are always amazing too. I have always put down to their small menu, keeping it small means they can put their time and effort in to making sure that the things they do cook are genuinely good. I'll start with the service... it was great. Friendly and attentive. Now for the food... it was good. The burger was very tasty and cooked well. The rosemary fries delicious. The BBQ chicken wings were average though, cooked well with a delicious sauce, however they had far too much coating which let them down. The brownie with ice cream, delicious and finally the raspberry pulp cider was excellent. Overall a good meal but just slightly lacking for a full 5 star review.

On this beautiful, hot Father's Day, I treated my hubby to a burger at his fave burger shop. We were seated inside when we first arrived, after booking it a week ago, but it was so warm I side we asked to move outside. This wasn't a problem at all. Minutes later, my gorgeous cocktail arrived, and my hubby's cider. Both were cold, refreshing, and full of flavour. I had the classic burger, and hubby had the blue cheese burger, both with rosemary fries and a side of coleslaw. Heaven on a plate!! Omg the flavours. I had to finish my plate, meaning there was no room for pud. We left full and happy. Thank you.

Used to be good.Starting with staff: Booked table was covered in bits of crumbs and food bits,but waiter didn’t even notice so I had to ask for table to be cleaned.Than food arrived and waiter never noticed that we don’t actually have cutleries to it with !?… Again had to ask for it… Now the food.I wander if they even try their food.Chicken burger… wow. greasy I mean dripping oil greasy also on the ambient temp side rather than hot.Slaw bland watery no flavour . Sweet potato fries very salty .Normal fries supposed to be rosemary but not just normal plane fries.Drinks lemonade good ,Berry breeze just overpoweringly sweet.Roasted garlic mayo tastes like Helmans Salad dressing with hint of garlic.Hugely disappointing visit. Used to be good but not anymore.

Awesome food. Small menu, all made fresh with an ever changing specials board. Best gourmet burgers in Worcester by far. Would recommend this place to anyone who'll listen.

Went in with work colleagues and after a string of disappointing takeaways from the store recently it was confirmed that the cheese curds are now not worth ordering. Cheese is basically non existent in them now and it's about 95% coating. The burgers are still nice. But sadly that one side was what kept me going back again and again.

Arrived for a booking at 6pm on a Saturday, just as we arrived another couple was leaving that weren’t happy at all. Ordered 2 drinks, 2 burgers and 2 sides, all of which were decent for the price and came out within 20-30 minutes. However, as soon as the plates were cleared, I paid the bill and within 2 minutes was told the next booking for our table had arrived and could we stand at the bar. We still had half our drinks left and had quite literally just paid, less than an hour and 20 minutes after our booking time, all whilst there was at least half a dozen empty tables surrounding us. Food overall was decent, but I don’t think I’ll be visiting again after being moved on so quick.

The place was busy but the service was efficient and the food arrived quickly. Super fresh and tasty food, good choice of local and craft beers and the most original place for a restaurant in Worcester! Highly recommend 👍

Order food for collection at 7:30z Restaurant is moderately busy. Not overly. Get here at 7:30, they say just wait outside, it’ll be ready soon. It’s freezing cold. Why could I not wait inside? Why was it not ready on time? I wait outside in the cold for 15 minutes - I ask staff if they could put the heaters on and their response was one of annoyance and rudeness. You’d be better off at Han Bao (unbeatable) or Burger Boys - they’re getting a new one in Cheltenham soon alongside their original Hereford store. AVOID Burger Shop unless you like rude staff and poor service

Everyone heads to Worcester to Hanbao, which is great, but pleeeease take a visit to Burger Shop. Amazing quality, local produce, VERY cool and kind staff! We come here a lot and are never disappointed!!! :-D

Myself and my partner came here as we had heard good things, however the burgers were pretty below average. My Worcester blue was nice but hardly any lettuce inside and my partners burger was over cooked. The burger patties were very thick and not very succulent. We also had the bacon fries which we couldn’t fault. All of the food came out hot but just a shame about the burgers.

Booked a table for 8pm on a Saturday night. We had the classic burger and Worcester blue, with sides of the bacon fries and cheese curds. Service was quick at the start and very polite. The burger meat was obviously high in fat, since it was dripping everywhere and if you eat a burger with your hands make it very difficult to consume the whole meal. Most burger places have a high quality and lean meat available. This in turn made the bun very difficult to hold and hence made it not very pleasant. The fries were good and tasty but the cheese curds.... Wow! Basically the same quality you would get if you deep fried a packet of Mozzarella bites from Iceland. Overall it was ok but do not get the hype over this place.if your looking for a good quality burger go elsewhere (if your willing to drive, go to Roly Poly eats in pershore)

Amazing burgers and side dishes. They serve all burgers and almost all sides gluten free and as a coeliac the staff are very reassuring and take it really seriously. Everything is fried separately from the gluten products so being able to enjoy a deep fried...

Had lunch there today. The place was very clean and not extremely busy as it was a bank holiday. The burgers were fresh to order. The only complaint I have was paying £10 for a glass of wine in a burger joint.

A great independent restaurant. The food is outstanding and reasonably priced. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Can’t fault this place, it’s our favourite burger restaurant in Worcester!
