Probably one of, if not the worst McDonalds I've been, staff were rude, there were no napkins in the holder and when I asked for some they were literally thrown at me, took around 20 minutes for food to arrive, missing some of the order, rude when I went to question this and just handed the missing food in disgust with no apology, staff hanging around the kitchen area not really concentrating on the job. Only real positives, carpark is free for 2 hours and the food was okay.

McDonalds is considered a fast food restaurant by many, but not at this outlet. Although the food was as expected, the service was slow.

It's McDonald's. You know what you're going to get. Sometimes it's even warm

Busy at 3pm in August. It was still easy to order and the order arrived quickly.

Visited with my kids at 5pm on a Thursday - it was really quiet. Ordered via the app to table, really quick service, everything as requested, food tasted hot and fresh - as McDonald’s go, one of the best I’ve visited!

Grandparents and two grandsons, service to the table, ipad screens to occupy them till the food arrived, noisy but cheerful and friendly.

Deliver driver rang and I explained I had delivered this to the wrong address and asked if he could hold as I sent my partner to pick up from the location and they’ve delivered it to someone else’s property

Food was good, disappointing that I had to wait half hour for my order, and only got sorted as I had to go to counter and ask what was going on and half the order had been sat on side for a good 20 mins, granted they cooked my order fresh but was disappointing that I was given nothing for having to wait for almost an hour for my food very dissapointing

Food was rubbish. Half of the items were missing and was cold and the delivery was later then estimated

Third time delivery order is completely wrong , you phone the store it just rings and rings , customer support sends you to Uber, why? It’s not Ubers fault the drivers are given incorrect number orders . Not bothering with McDonald’s anymore average food and awful service!

In confident staff members, 6 of them around the bagging area 4 of them not doing anything. I waited 40 minutes for 1 wrap when there was only 5 other orders which were small. Half the staff team just stand there not doing anything or working extremely slow. My wrap was stone cold this restaurant needs new staff.

The milkshake was banana instead of vanilla. When paying a service charge ease make sure the order is correct!

I ordered it for ten past 11. And it has just turned up now. So it has been sitting there going cold. This is unacceptable

No fruit bags in happy meals, no dip for kids meals. Ordered a garlic mayo specifically separately, that was missing too. No straws and finally missing a fries. So about £4-5 of stuff missing, when McDonald’s is already a rip off. I always say I won’t order one again, do, and then immediately get reminded why it’s a joke and a waste of money. I am convinced that McDonald’s employees are trained to leave items off of orders to pad the bottom line.

I ordered some chicken nuggets which were really nice and some large fries. The only problem I had were that the fries were missing from the meal.

Every time I order from McDonald’s items are missing when having hot drinks or cold they never put in milk,sugar straws missing never serviettes . I sometimes have cheese on my Big Mac meals when I have requested no cheese the staff at this branch really need to be trained at a higher level disappointing is an understatement yet again

I am finally happy, they remembered the spices for once and the order was 100% correct. I know this is the bare minimum requirement, but having had 4 out of 5 orders missing items and sauces always missing I’m pleased that, they now got it right. Fingers crossed that’s the last of short deliveries.

Order came on time but missed a drink. Dips supplied in the right quantity but were the wrong ones. The hat trick burgers were burnt, chips under cooked and the McChicken Sandwiches literally had zone salad on them. Not impressed with checking of the order before being sent out.

Part of my order was missing. Not happy as my food was cold when it got to me.

So ordered a medium big mac meal and three happy meals. All three happy meals are not with with the delivery and the drinks bag was already open with the orange drink missing and the big mac cold on arrival. Unusual building, no drive thru, but food and service was fine. I had to Park & collect so I didn't go into the building.

Delivery took about an hour and half. We haven't received any of the dips ordered. Apart from that, food was good, just not hot, just about warm.

Ordered something for lunch at 12:49 and they keep pushing the prep/delivery time longer and longer. Was 15:49 before it arrived. Ive learnt my lesson though. Don’t order takeaway now, just cook or do something else lol if I’m desperate for that kinda food just drive. Yeeeesh 🤦🏽‍♂️🤣🤷🏽‍♂️

Missing items yet again! If I order if Uber I get everything every single time I order off just eat they miss items!! And in some cases like tonight….. major items!!!! Are the staff eating them! It never happens off the maccies app, or Uber so why does it happen 2 in 3 times on just eat!!!!!!!

Forgot items in order, not the first time. It's almost everytime. Fries are cold and as hard as reinforced concrete. Prices have risen, but the service and food standard has dropped considerably.

Spilt my drinks all in the bottom of the bag, then passed them me at the door quick as they could and drove off. Next thing the bottom of the bag rips and goes all over my floor and walls joke!

Hot for a change so that's a plus but the amount of times they forget the sauce is getting rather annoying! Wouldn't have ordered chicken nuggets without sauce even put it on the notes not to forget but still they did. Come on guys how hard can it be to get the orders right

Got to be one of the most spacious McDonald’s I’ve been in, lovely window easy chair seating. Just popped in for a coffee and loo Fast service, nice and clean Unfortunately never took any photos
