McDonald's in Worcester

I didn’t get my order I got someone else’s things I don’t like!

Delivery driver couldn’t read a map. Took so long to arrive all the food was freezing cold.

food was cold, driver didn't follow the route which resulted in a 15 minute phone call.

Food all there, warm but to be expected!, taste okay, no complaints.

Food did not turn up at all and then posted it was delivered when it wasn’t

Food cold, dips ordered missing and no serviettes

I did not receive my free cheese burger for spending over £10

My order wasn’t delivered , the driver drove off and snatched the food out of my hand as I asked him why the drink wa s half empty

Tasty burger and nuggets, both hot. However cold chips by the time they were delivered but I expect that.

was cold when arrived. courier seemed to take forever.

Delivery driver gave us our bag of food while the food bag was ripping then shoved the drinks bag onto me basically threw the drink bag at me.

The whole of the coke was spilled into the bag so didn’t get any drink

Had McDonald's delivered and was missing a medium Oasis drink from my order. The Fanta I ordered was spilled and the bag was soaked through.

One of my items was not delivered so therefore I would like a refund for the non delivered item.

Tastes great! A nice brekky to start the bank holiday.

Restaurant is filthy, discarded food on the floor , no condiments available and the toilets smelt like an animal had died in there.

The order was an hour late when I got it there were a very small amount of fries the Big Mac had cheese on which was ordered without there was no milk or sugar for the tea and the whole meal was warm not happy with the service

Amazing how the dips are now 10p instead of being free and you still forget them. Don’t understand how it is so hard to put them in a bag.

Friendly staff, good spot with outdoor area, Hylton Retail Park, Tybridge, near river in Worcester, nice and clean including toilets, and quiet early in the day. Much better experience than a particular Burger King visited recently.

gave me a McSpicy instead of McCrispy it's happened two times now.

McDonald’s gave us a Bacon Roll instead of a Breakfast Roll. Delivery was great. 👍 McDonalds staff are shockingly bad 👎

Lovely clean mcdonalds. Three people around cleaning as we went in. Food delivered to the table, everything correct and hot. Toilets clean too

The staff is very rude, with a driver from delivery , I think they hate the immigrants because they were rude, they prefer their English people

£45 order and missing main meals. How is this even possible to miss big macs from the order.

One of the best McDonald’s I have been to!!!! I don’t frequent fast food chains very often as I don’t like the way the food is ‘thrown together’. It never seems to taste good either. Visited yesterday at around 11.15pm. Friendly staff! The food was piping hot and fresh. The burgers were actually thick and not like some of the ‘flat sloppy’ burgers given at their other chains. Others in my group agreed that it was pretty impressive as far as a McDonald’s chain goes!

The ap is apalling. Doesn't work anywhere. Spend some money!!!

This has to be tge best, cleanest most freindly McDonald's I've eaten in, I was surprised how clean and well managed this restaurant was, Full restaurant customers very well behaved, it was a pleasure to dine in, that you a credit to Worcester.

The main part of my order, the breakfast wrap was never put in the bag, despite it being on the ticket!

The coffee served here is not hot enough some times the staff unable to clear the tables as I think they don't employ enough staff here

No alternative milks! In this day and age? I don’t like black coffee or black tea but they didn’t even have soya or oat milk!! So I couldn’t have a hot drink. Disgusting. I can’t drink dairy. Had to order a bottle of water instead

missing the mcflurry, cold and late l, and this has happened the past 3 times over the past few weeks

Every few times we go, something is forgotten or wrong. No sauces, missing item, and today was brand new- cheese sticks inside a chicken box! Being a drive away doesn't help, so when going back to get it corrected we don't even get a sorry? It's just plain rude! I shouldn't need to check every item I buy in a large bag to make sure it's all there, I should just trust that it is

McDonald's forgot to put my daughters chicken selects in, there is something wrong with every order!! someone really needs to be given a talking to because it beyond unacceptable!!!

it is usually a very good place to eat (close to the uni arena), went here at 11pm and selected table service. instead of walking our food to us, they shouted the number and got us to get our own food. deliveroo wouldn’t ring you telling you to collect it so idk why they’ve done this. the burger was very greasy too. stained my mates £49 tracksuit (urban outfitters).

Shelly and a lady whose name I have forgotten, sorry, were amazing. I really needed some help because of my bike and they did everything they could to help me. I am very grateful. Highly recommend.

I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience at McDonald's. I ordered my food, and it took forever to get to me. When I finally got home, I realized they’d forgotten the fries I paid for. So, I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant, and when I walked in, I stood at the counter for what felt like an eternity while SIX employees just stood around talking, completely ignoring me. Not once did anyone ask if I needed help. This is not the first time they've messed up my order, and frankly, I’m sick of it. McDonald's used to be fast, cheap, and convenient — now it's none of those things. The service is a joke, the food is awful, and this is the LAST time I’ll ever waste my time going there. Ridiculous.

The driver was absolutely lovely. However there was an issue with the packaging of the drinks causing the drink to spill everywhere while being delivered. The food was pretty good though. just a shame I lost out on a drink. Lovely driver though x

It was cold and there wasn’t enough fries for a large portion

Quick delivery and they got the order right so Kudos. I know this shouldn’t be a reason for a positive review, but given how many times they mess the order up and miss items (sometimes half the order) and then do nothing about it, or advise to go to KFC instead, when you call up. I suppose we should acknowledge them simply doing their job properly.
