Staff are helpful that all I have to say

I order from just eat an hour ago and order supposed to be delivered in 25 mins it been an hour and app still showing me that my order is preparing. Can’t even cancel this.

Despite reading some poor reviews I ordered, I can say it took 15 minutes in total to arrive! Everything was hot, perfect! Thank you :)

wrong food ordered 3 quarter meals, ended up 1 cheeseburger and fries also was cold anyway.phoned for help told had to call driver? could not find a number as no idea who delivered the food. poor service tonight

Drink spilt all over the food.

getting really annoyed with ordering and either getting the wrong items or missing or cold food

The person who delivered was one of the nicest I have ever spoke to in just eat and the delivery’s thank you

delivery driver perfect but food terrible . ordered 6 chicken nuggets and only 5 in the squashed box. no sauce yet again . chicken sandwich looked like it had been rationed , 3 tiny pieces of Lettuce and a splash of mayo.

Did not get my McFlurry ice cream with no Maltesers bits

half of the order was missing the food was cold really frustrating the last 2 orders have been messed up now i use this service as im disabled and I cannot drive. I've had surgery so being able to order my children some food is helping me right now. bit now this is happened ive wasted money and my kids still both don't have a meal each they are having to share. I feel very let down I spend alot of money with your company.

After a long shift and thought I would treat myself with a late dinner. But yet, when I get home (3 mins drive) Cold chips and burgers and also missing items . Total worth my money and time! Clearly don’t learn my lesson as this is such a common issue.

Everything great but one drink missing! Ordered 5 meals and got 4 drinks! Large strawberry milkshake missing! A shame as everything else was good - even got 6 straws! 🤷🏼‍♀️

chicken selects x9 and happy meal b&c fruit shoot was missing from delivery. Had to reorder the chicken selects again, cannot reorder the fruit shoot.This seems to happen quite often.

shocking actually. driver clearly taken our huge order for himself and gave us the wrong order. took my code off me for my order handed me my food and made a quick exit! i wonder why! you work hard all week and treat yourself to be completely ripped off.

Despite the food being in time the food recieved was cold. Couldn’t really be eaten and a lot was wasted due to the condition the food arrived in.

When I say the burger was cold, I mean it quite literally could have come out of the fridge. Like someone forgot to cook it. The fries were barely warm but at least the apple pie was hot. This was a McDonald issue, not a delivery issue otherwise it would all have been cold.

The food was vile. Tasteless and poor in preparation. Hash browns are greasy and stuck to wrapping. Ridiculous. The McMuffins were dry and cold. Overall very poor

Ordered a meal deal to try and save money and half of it was missing. Every time we get food delivered 9/10 food is missing. Just means we will now just have to go and pick it up so we can check the order in the store.

Just had coffee and ablutions, coffee was ok, bathroom was reasonably clean. Staff friendly. Was a bit chilly due to the constant entry of morning customers.

"Fast food" thing of the past. 20-40 minute wait. Painful. Avoid this place. Staff spend more time worrying about the delivery drivers than the people actually there and or dining in.

Food delivery time kept changing, from order to delivery it took 90 minutes and when it arrived it was stone cold. Will not be ordering from here again. The courier was very polite is the only positive.

Food was originally meant to be delivered at 8:30 showed up at 10:00. Food is freezing cold completely inedible drinks were likewise stone cold. And just eat will only offer £6 back so complete waste of money

absolutely appalling waited since 11.10 for cold food and half a hot chocolate.

We did not receive the burger we ordered! We ordered a chilli double cheeseburger and received a double cheeseburger instead. We also did. It receive the cheese bite sauce. We tried calling to tell you but no one answered! We would like a refund for the burger.

Never delivered but states me it was. The delivery driver can’t speak a word of English. If you’re going to employ people make sure they can speak the language.
