Food was ok but probably the most empty sandwich I’ve ever eaten, but at least subway saved 15p on meat and salad

Hands down the best cookie I’ve ever had. Alongside a Pepperoni melt, it made my Monday go from a 1 to a 10. The birthday deal allowed me to claim this cookie free of charge.

The staff were nice but they couldn’t make the food the right way and they very stingy with the amount of filling they distributed for the price. I asked for my sub to be hot and it was cold. And they don’t have basic condiments on offer. I’ve had subway everywhere this was easily lower rank. They have the potential to improve but need to do it fast.

Popped in for a quick sandwich durning my lunchtime, so was in a hurry, the staff were so unfriendly and unhelpful. No one asked me what I wanted so had to literally ask someone to serve me. To top it off no one asked me if I wanted my Sandwich toasted didn’t know if it was mine they were making it’s was just the shambles and then got charged £1 for 3 Slices of jalapeños - will never be going back to that store would rather starve!! a smile a pleasant questions or conversation doesn’t cost anything!!

**Appalling Franchisee Owner** I was due a free 6 inch Subway as I had 578 points on my subcard. I ordered a 6 inch wrap by itself. The lady who was serving me indicated that the scanner was not scanning my subcard correctly. Then she asked for the long Subcard number and entered this into the till and it still didn't work. At this point, she mentioned that the issue had occurred before. She then sought the assistance of her colleague who was working at the back of the store. This individual tried to do something with the information inputted to the till but did not try to scan the card again. Without communicating with me, he went upstairs. This individual (Sam) could do with some customer service training as his conduct was not at all professional. I had to ask the lady who served me what was happening and why things were taking so long. She advised me that her colleague had gone upstairs to check with the 'franchisee'. After waiting 10 minutes Sam came downstairs and told me that I couldn't have a free Subway as I didn't "have any points on my card" and suggested that "Subway must have cancelled my Subcard as I 'hadn't used it in a while'". I am a regular Subway user and scan my card often and as per the app I was entitled to a free sub. I was unhappy about this and made it clear that the app was indicating that I was due a sub, so the refusal to provide me with one seemed very unfair. A few minutes later the franchisee came down (Matt) and started the conversation with "What's up buddy?" with an unpleasant tone. I explained to him the situation. His immediate response to my position was asking whether I was the person that had come in earlier "asking for a free sub". I was confused by this response so I said to him I had no idea what he was talking about. He then turned to his staff and asked them the same question, in front of me whilst treating me with complete contempt. His staff confirmed that I was not this individual. He then reiterated what Sam had told me earlier (i.e the Subcard is the problem) and then blamed it on Subway for using a third party service for their Subcards. He also (like Sam earlier) failed to even attempt to try to scan my card. Matt routinely repeated that they would not be giving me a free 6 inch sub and would not apologise for the situation. His tone continued to be abysmal and contemptuous. I didn't want the food to be wasted, but because of the way I was spoken to and treated throughout the transaction I told the people serving me that they could keep the sandwich and walked out. This is not about me not getting a free sandwich (despite being fully entitled to one) this is about the way I was treated, especially by the franchisee owner. Matt represents his store, his staff and Subway so it really is beyond my comprehension that he can be in this position considering the disgraceful way in which I was treated and the indifference he appeared to have for Subway itself. There are some substantial customer service issues in this store and this clearly comes from the top.

Son had a sub and it was delicious. Friendly helpful staff, not too busy.

The food is all well and good. The staff sometimes don’t listen to customers. I don’t like seeing bins being wheeled through the seating area whilst the place is still open. That should be done when the place is closed for the night

The girl who served us was very pleasant and happy. She explained the new menu to us very well. Excellent service and excellent food

The food is always good however the staff just seem to take ages at times. No wonder they have so many staff on. There isn’t enough room behind that counter for four or five staff as they get in each others way. I’ve worked in the food industry for a long time and I get turned down for kids who just don’t care about customers

Food was OK, guy with glasses served me but lacked basic food hygiene. Picked up food off the floor after he dropped it, remade me food without change of gloves. Unlikely to return if this happen

A recent visit showed that to many staff causes problems. They had four people working and none of them knew what to do. I could have done it all myself 😂😂😂😂. So much for their so called staff training.

Delicious sandwiches, quick and well prepared. Very friendly service and considerate behavior towards customers with disabilities. A bit cramped and sober to sit and eat there, but completely ok for a fast food restaurant.

As i travel alot in my line of work in logistics ,ive had some bad experience in some places .but this establishment is awesome ,staff are all very kind and patient, and very welcoming ,also the place is overall clean and tidy .top marks keep up the good work guy🙂🙂🙂

great service, when I asked for gluten free bread the man who served us changed gloves, big plus for him. Later when asked for chicken tikka he advised that it contains gluten so thanks to him I have chosen different meat. Plus very positive attitude from all of the staff.

Just waited paitently for 10 minutes as the chap serving tried to chat up the two ladies in front of me and then ignores me to serve his mate behind me in the cue. Subway must pay peanuts...

Order arrived incomplete, most of it was missing, and the sandwich had almost no filling. I complained to the store who fobbed me off and forwarded me back to just eat, who in turn offered me a measly £3.50 in compensation which was discussing. Avoid this store at all costs.

Really great service and love the 9 seeded roll choice. Hubby chose tiger bread. Had a meal deal. Never can decide on the sauces though!

My experience on this fast food chain has always been great, and Worcester branch is no exception. They all are friendly, attentive, quick and efficient even when rhe place is busy. I give them 5 stars as they have the food quality that you would expect, although from time to time their Chicken teriyaki is salty and people in training are more stingy than other employees but overall excellent. Keep up the good work. I hope to be back soon when things go back to normal. Stay safe people.

Been there with my girlfriend late night and the staff couldnt be more helpful. Chris and Ahmed were really looking after us and couldnt do more to make us happy. What an asset for the place they are! Thank you guys we will be back!

Lovely pleasant lady took my order,I chose Seeded footlong chicken teriyaki with cheese,she added my choice of salad and sauce.with a bottle of water.i gave her a Scottish £20 note and she immediately turned to the *Boss* member of staff and asked Him if he accepted the Scottish £20 note( shaking his head he said NO)..my intention was just to Walk away,but the girl apologised to me as she could see I was a bit pieved....(that was the Only reason I decided to pay by Visa card)...maybe the BOSS should take this into consideration next time.

Decent Food but has limited seats and it's sometimes hard to get a spot to eat sadly but when it's less busier you can normally find a nice quiet place to eat which I'm sure most of us like to enjoy decent staff nothing much left to say

Visited fairly late at night after work. The staff were dealing with very drunk obnoxious customers but still managed to remain patient and calm whilst delivering a great service to all. The food was fantastic...hot, fresh and tasty. Well done to all serving that night (including the fantastic security man). Highly recommended, thank you :)

Had a little Just Eat hiccup but Harmesh went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that it was still a pleasant experience. Food was great and will definitely keep visiting this store.

I go to subway on a weekly basis and either have the nacho chicken sandwich or just nachos. The nachos are always welcoming and the nacho chicken sandwich is to die for, when they get it right and remember all the ingredients! The staff are sociable and friendly and the doorstaff are likewise.

Po 10 latach odwiedziłem Anglię i pamiętałem ten smak jak dziś. Klopsiki mięsne, podwójny ser, sałata, pomidory, świeży ogórek i czerwona cebulka. Na to wszystko słodka musztarda i pieczywo z ziołami i serem. W Polsce tak nie smakuje, a szkoda, bo zaglądałbym częściej... Tutaj rewelacja polecam.

Got a sub and went home found a really long blonde hair in my food i was mortified put me right off couldn't eat it not a cheap Meal, basic hygiene shouldn't be hard to carry out would not recommend which is sad because I love subway we will not be going there again it has put me right off

Ed and another man served us (21:30 on Thursday 4th April) and it was excellent. They were friendly and efficient and the sandwich they made was one of the best I've had from subway.

Full of kids not eating, and the hand dryer still not working! It was still broken 2 months ago, and staff gave no reason as to why.... useless!

Friendly stay in a convienant location. Providing Subs that are fully loaded and tastes good.

While on a trip with Sixty Sixty Coaches of Merthyr Tydfil, we went here for a quick snack and a sit down at the end of the day before getting the bus home. My friend had Chicken Tikka with Salad and I had ham and cheese with Salad very nice and best of all freshly made to Order. We also had 2 bottles of pop. Lovely and clean and the Staff were cleaning the tables as they emptied. Good sized Disabled Toilet and that was clean too.

Can be extremely busy being smack bang in the center of the City, but all round a good, cheap and cheerful place to swing by for lunch.

An amazing group of staff greet you as soon as you enter. Which is very rare at a Subway. Every single one of them was friendly. The place was spotless and amazing even on a busy day and I really loved their conversation. They seemed like I was important. Definitely would love to revisit. One of the best Subways imo

Wonderful sausages and great poached egg in fresh bread. Lovely freshly made coffee both served by very friendly and happy staff. Very good value.

Popped in yesterday for Valentine customer appreciation day. If you haveca loyalty card you get sent updates and offers and accumulate points for free food. Super fast and buy one get one free so daughter very happy to get a free one!

I saw the staff wiping the crumbs off their prep counter straight into the food in the counter fridge. The toilet was filthy and needed a complete clean top to bottom. Not what you’d expect from a well respected company

Trying to be good and so ordered a chicken salad. The staff were so efficient, it was like a production line. The manager/supervisor certainly had the team under control. Food was delicious and staff friendly, even under pressure. Will recommend and return.

Like any other subway clean and tidy friendly staff. I prefer the one on tallow hill in worcester tho. Nice seating area. Love there cookies yummy. Cant beat a subway a drink and watch the world go by

Very nice experience for the first time. I mean meatball marinara. Had to order that since the guy on the advert struggles to say it and hadn't devoured meatballs for a while. It was succulent, tender and the sauce was flavoursome (the lady asked me if i wanted sauce so that would be extra then :) . The price for 2 sandwiches was very reasonable and almost identical to the meal deal which is out of a packet. We sat upstairs and looked out of the window which was a nice experience despite the dullness of the Worcester skies. Made better by clean and almost empty tables which made us feel very comfortable. Portion size for me with the 6 inch was perfect. Would have to be starved and out for the kill to enjoy the 12 as much. Love the variety in the selections and the even pricing across the board. The lady who served us was polite and hospitable. The location of the restaurant is central and this makes it easy to access on foot although parking may prove a slight challenge but that is expected with this type of establishment inner town. Overall there is good value, good variety, pleasant setting and good quality products so what is not to like.

It's cheap healthy food, but like all the subways I've visited, the coffee could be better.

Good prices in baguettes and salads. They do a good meal deal. Can get quite busy at lunchtimes, bit service is relatively fast.
