Subway in Worcester

Ham sub was supposed to have different fillings to the tuna one (as per receipt) however the ham come with the fillings meant for the tuna but thankfully the tuna one was correct

The delivery driver took 30 minutes to get to my house despite it being a 10 minute max drive and kept taking detours and stopping for like ten minutes. All my food was cold and the delivery guy was very rude and snappy with me. Was not happy.

Ordered 6inch tex mex, used the wrong cheese and only 2 crushed Doritos.

I was missing items so have a severe disabled lad un happy but he could not have his cookies so I have lost out on money so will not be using this app any more

YET AGAIN the order was wrong and Just Eat don’t offer any option to get it replaced, just account credit. Tried calling Subway but they didn’t answer the phone.

Didn’t knock or ring doorbell, just left food on doorstep. We didn’t even know it had been delivered and it was sat on the doorstep in the very heavy rain. Food was ruined

the tuna sandwich had hardly any filling! I put for cheese, salad and sauce and got just an abysmal amount of tuna on toasted bread.

Abysmal service - the actual manager starts my Tuna subway without changing his gloves, then passes it to a colleague who I watched finish someone else's chicken sub where he was patting the salad down onto the chicken. Again, no new gloves starts to touch my sandwich at which point I said I won't be having that and pointed the fact about about the lack of gloves changed. The manager pipes up to say he didn't touch the meat! Outrageous - of course I walked out and won't be returning!

ordered online. needed to change my order and called 4 times with no answer. food came and was stone cold? i tried calling again to complain about the food but again, no answer. payed £18 for WHAT

Not a reflection on the delivery service but poor quality from restaurant. Not even half a box full of food, small portion, messy presentation. Overall not value for money.

Food was ok but probably the most empty sandwich I’ve ever eaten, but at least subway saved 15p on meat and salad

Food was cold and it took over an hour to assign a driver. Once assigned the courier delivered the food very quickly. This was not an issue with the courier.

This was not the drivers fault. The restaurant was “preparing” the food for over an hour. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately my sandwich has arrived and is genuinely ice cold, the bread is toasted but is as if it's come straight out the fridge, I understand it's cold outside but usually it's still warm!!

Not had a problem before this order but this time ordered a Roast chicken breast salad with a portion of pepperoni - also requested double meat (presumed this would be the roast chicken) Order arrived with pepperoni but no roast chicken.

Hands down the best cookie I’ve ever had. Alongside a Pepperoni melt, it made my Monday go from a 1 to a 10. The birthday deal allowed me to claim this cookie free of charge.

Good quality. Everything arrived hot. Customisations completed as requested. Would recommend.

Hardly any meat in the BMT subs and I asked for toasted which they weren't

So I ordered a footlong meal and wanted my sandwich toasted and it wasn’t it was cold the cucumbers tasted sour and the cheese bite came frezzing and kinda soggy the only thing that was nice was the cookie and the drink.

half of my food did not show up and when it did it was cold. the sweet chilli sauce was not closed properly and leaked in the box of cheese bites.

Usually a lot better, very stingy on the cheese and crispy onions I don't even know if there were any crispy onions in there, wrong salad ingredients put in one of the subs including mayo put on a sub that was a no sauce sub and tuna sub was toasted when it wasn't supposed to be. This possibly would have been rectified by Subway, but I knew they'd possibly ask for pictures and I'd half eaten my sub before I noticed things were not right. I've had better in the past from the same place.

The staff were nice but they couldn’t make the food the right way and they very stingy with the amount of filling they distributed for the price. I asked for my sub to be hot and it was cold. And they don’t have basic condiments on offer. I’ve had subway everywhere this was easily lower rank. They have the potential to improve but need to do it fast.

Food arrived warm and tasty, delivery driver was lovely and found our house unlike some of the others.

Popped in for a quick sandwich durning my lunchtime, so was in a hurry, the staff were so unfriendly and unhelpful. No one asked me what I wanted so had to literally ask someone to serve me. To top it off no one asked me if I wanted my Sandwich toasted didn’t know if it was mine they were making it’s was just the shambles and then got charged £1 for 3 Slices of jalapeños - will never be going back to that store would rather starve!! a smile a pleasant questions or conversation doesn’t cost anything!!

**Appalling Franchisee Owner** I was due a free 6 inch Subway as I had 578 points on my subcard. I ordered a 6 inch wrap by itself. The lady who was serving me indicated that the scanner was not scanning my subcard correctly. Then she asked for the long Subcard number and entered this into the till and it still didn't work. At this point, she mentioned that the issue had occurred before. She then sought the assistance of her colleague who was working at the back of the store. This individual tried to do something with the information inputted to the till but did not try to scan the card again. Without communicating with me, he went upstairs. This individual (Sam) could do with some customer service training as his conduct was not at all professional. I had to ask the lady who served me what was happening and why things were taking so long. She advised me that her colleague had gone upstairs to check with the 'franchisee'. After waiting 10 minutes Sam came downstairs and told me that I couldn't have a free Subway as I didn't "have any points on my card" and suggested that "Subway must have cancelled my Subcard as I 'hadn't used it in a while'". I am a regular Subway user and scan my card often and as per the app I was entitled to a free sub. I was unhappy about this and made it clear that the app was indicating that I was due a sub, so the refusal to provide me with one seemed very unfair. A few minutes later the franchisee came down (Matt) and started the conversation with "What's up buddy?" with an unpleasant tone. I explained to him the situation. His immediate response to my position was asking whether I was the person that had come in earlier "asking for a free sub". I was confused by this response so I said to him I had no idea what he was talking about. He then turned to his staff and asked them the same question, in front of me whilst treating me with complete contempt. His staff confirmed that I was not this individual. He then reiterated what Sam had told me earlier (i.e the Subcard is the problem) and then blamed it on Subway for using a third party service for their Subcards. He also (like Sam earlier) failed to even attempt to try to scan my card. Matt routinely repeated that they would not be giving me a free 6 inch sub and would not apologise for the situation. His tone continued to be abysmal and contemptuous. I didn't want the food to be wasted, but because of the way I was spoken to and treated throughout the transaction I told the people serving me that they could keep the sandwich and walked out. This is not about me not getting a free sandwich (despite being fully entitled to one) this is about the way I was treated, especially by the franchisee owner. Matt represents his store, his staff and Subway so it really is beyond my comprehension that he can be in this position considering the disgraceful way in which I was treated and the indifference he appeared to have for Subway itself. There are some substantial customer service issues in this store and this clearly comes from the top.

Son had a sub and it was delicious. Friendly helpful staff, not too busy.

The food is all well and good. The staff sometimes don’t listen to customers. I don’t like seeing bins being wheeled through the seating area whilst the place is still open. That should be done when the place is closed for the night

The food is always good however the staff just seem to take ages at times. No wonder they have so many staff on. There isn’t enough room behind that counter for four or five staff as they get in each others way. I’ve worked in the food industry for a long time and I get turned down for kids who just don’t care about customers

Food was OK, guy with glasses served me but lacked basic food hygiene. Picked up food off the floor after he dropped it, remade me food without change of gloves. Unlikely to return if this happen

A recent visit showed that to many staff causes problems. They had four people working and none of them knew what to do. I could have done it all myself 😂😂😂😂. So much for their so called staff training.

Delicious sandwiches, quick and well prepared. Very friendly service and considerate behavior towards customers with disabilities. A bit cramped and sober to sit and eat there, but completely ok for a fast food restaurant.

I have never ordered a subway before and I was very impressed with the service I had.

As i travel alot in my line of work in logistics ,ive had some bad experience in some places .but this establishment is awesome ,staff are all very kind and patient, and very welcoming ,also the place is overall clean and tidy .top marks keep up the good work guy🙂🙂🙂

Missing things in the sandwich

Was good but one hash brown had been bitten on and we asked for a different cookie but got 2 different ones.

Once again toasted my sandwich which I did not ask for !!!!

The driver went the most bizarre way, rather than coming directly to us. Not sure what the reason was, there were no reported road closures.

great service, when I asked for gluten free bread the man who served us changed gloves, big plus for him. Later when asked for chicken tikka he advised that it contains gluten so thanks to him I have chosen different meat. Plus very positive attitude from all of the staff.

Disappointing subs not toasted to acceptable timing and taste !!! Choc n orange cookie not included meaning one disappointed person of the group did not get there full meal deal !!!

Missing products Said it was delivered at 18:55 I spoke to the driver with directions and he still could not find the house When I had this 7 min telephone conversation then walked down to find him he said it was dark !! This was 12 mins later than 18:55 so products were cold !!! NOT HAPPY

Half the order was wrong or missing - wrong flavour crisps, and a note saying "sorry, we don't sell Ben and Jerry's". Why was I able to buy it then? They replaced it with items worth about a third of the price I PAID for the ice cream. Bizarre.

Delivery was on time, however, the Nacho sub was completely wrong. Ordered a nacho sub with onions, sweetcorn, red onion, lettuce & garlic sauce. You put ketchup on it. No cheese as requested, sweetcorn but no other veg. So bad!

They caters for vegans and gluten free products

I praise the Cross for being able to fulfil my order. It was my second attempt that evening to get a meal from Subway. My first was from the Warndon restaurant who cancelled my request despite taking my money. A refund has been processed. Subway is my grandsons all time favourite. Will use the Cross again.

Just waited paitently for 10 minutes as the chap serving tried to chat up the two ladies in front of me and then ignores me to serve his mate behind me in the cue. Subway must pay peanuts...
