Outrageous prices, £10 for a takeout burger, if I am going to pay that I will go to the other restaurants and get better quality food and service. More expensive than central London burger kings to put it into context just because they have you trapped at the airport terminal.

We ordered two double cheeseburgers with bacon. When they arrived there was no mustard. Radish or sauce. It was just a burger. It's took ages to arrive. And Just looked small. I have such fond memories of Burger King. I have not been there for a number of years. Shrinkflation is definitely a thing. I felt like Andre the friendly Giant holding a tiny burger

Service was absolutely appalling. Food was sat there, orders piling up and staff were stood around in the side room having breaks or generally stood doing nothing. Waited 19 mins for my order and had to ask for a refund. Manager was rude with a miserable expresson and no apology provided. Burger King at Stanstead airport needs a complete rehaul and a customer service cause attended . Completely lets your brand down.

I will spend half an hour waiting for my order when it was like a six customers eventually they give my order to someone else and to try to provide my order in three minutes so everyone was called. I didn’t pick up the order definitely do not recommend another place

Self service and they can prepare your orders quite fast. With self serve refillable drinks area. Just right next to arrival area and they have enough table area if you like to eat there

Disgusting wanna be a chicken sandwich called ' chicken royale' So salty and horrible, spongy " meat" obviously no meat in it. £8 for that wannabe is a joke Just stop and maccies out of stansted and get 2x chicken mayo for £2.60 total. A lot more tasty

Kids meals are horrible. Not as shown on a screen when you making an order. On a screen it shown that you get :apples, juice, nuggets and chips in the meal.. in reality you get only nuggets and chips.

Tables just needed to be cleaned.

the lady who take care of cleaning the area for eat is the worst person I never meet... she is arrogant and she started to push people away just because she didn't like... this is unacceptable... if she is frustrated for her job, she can't be angry with the customer just because she want... she came to me and started to tell she had many complain because I was sitting in a chair and wait my open gate and this was fake because I looked around and in all the place it was too many space free... big advice for her, change job, it will be better for you and for the customers. P.s. if you wanna I have prove for that I argue just contact me and you will see too many video of her pissing off customer without a reason.

Food was good I really enjoy it

Thought I was eating a cardboard Frisbee. Shocking. For some reason the cold fries tasted like nuts

I flew into Stansted, on a 5am flight. Ordered breakfast which I have never had before. It did not disappoint, was tasty and warm. Staff were friendly. My little boy did not want breakfast so they made him a chicken royale.

Was a quiet morning, and the staff were efficient and the tables clean and ready to use.

What a scam ! Single bun cost £5.45 but the pic was showing a drink with chips in breakfast which doesn’t include! It is absolutely the dishonest selling and misleading!

There are many different and new flavors of coke, but there isn't much choice of sandwiches and the prices are higher than the burger kings in London city (perhaps because we are at the airport).

Unfortunately it is the only possibility to eat at the airport and therefore the prices are high, even compared to other Burger Kings, but the service is quite fast. Little choice of sandwiches and few complete menus

Impeccable and quick service. Excellent quality of sandwiches. They are not places that suit me but in London at the airport you have to adapt to prices and life. Friendly staff.

Why is the burger and chips always served cold!!. Too expensive to be served cold food. The only good thing was the quick service. Today I waited only 4mins aprox. I asked for extra onions and as always ,8 times out of 10 it comes onionless

They try - people working there. Food is standard Burger King, so no complaints there. And great that this bar is there. But Stansted is so terribly tiny, especially arrivals area and sooo overcrowded that keeping the place nice to sit in is hardly possible. But I'd eat there again if hungry.

An awful experience they said they open at 4am and they ended up opening an hour late. A hamburger order took 20 minutes and the staff were rude, ignorant, and discriminatory.

Gave me food poisoning. Did not realize until it was too late that the meat was not fullu cooked, cheese was not melted and was awful.

Time of order: 22:08 (may not be same all day) Avoid at all costs! There are alternatives, it is an airport. Worst possible alternative (staying hungry) is maybe slightly worse, no other competition! Food is different from all BK food I ate before. When you order or what your number is does not matter, you will have -if you can- your food when they want you to... I waited nearly 30mins. I've been charged for three and given none until asked for it. Chicken looks lab-grown, slightly scorched on the corner.

Burger king at the airport provides the expected. If you need greasy food after a long flight, you may as well get an over priced burger here, since your alternatives at the airport are minimal.

As is everything these days it's expensive, but the outdoor seating area is gorgeous and the staff are great it's a brilliant pub to go have a drink in.

The worst Burger king in the world. Ordered 8 houlimi fries got 5 and half. Went to complain and they weren't interested just shrugged their shoulders. Order screens don't show full menu asked a staff member to help. Wasn't interested. the slush has NEVER worked. Avoid. Spend your money somewhere else.

Bad customer service, don’t be surprised if staff spit in your food. Had a bad experience with them. I love burger king but if you’re not happy to work there then leave.

Only the over priced products are available. Normal small hamburgers only in kids menus. Ordering Machines not all working. Personal not helpful at all. Can't recommend.

The food was acceptable nothing special. Quick service and restaurant clean.

We stayed self catering and are considering booking again for later in the year. Employees are excellent, facilities lovely cold pool but welcome relief from the Midday heat.
