Food was lovely and fresh l, staff were lovely they deserve a pay rise

I recently had a satisfying Burger King experience. The food arrived warm and was great. The burger was juicy, the toppings were fresh, and the fries were hot and crispy. The restaurant was very clean as well which enhanced the experience overall. I will definitely come again , High quality food ..and service are better than others..so very good food and service or KC behaviour is very prolight...

Cleanest Burger King Ive ever seen. The woman at the counter was very polite. An item was missing from my order and she quickly resolved it. I never expected such elite customer experience at a BK before. Good job to the team!

Would not give my sick girlfriend an extra cup to mix medication

There are many options missing from the menu that you have in other Burger King establishments. They deliver the food very late, if you go with just enough time you may not have time to eat it. A rubbish place, I won't be coming back.

Food was good, but a staff member was watching football videos on full volume in the middle of the seating area while having a break. When I asked him to turn it down, he acted rudely and refused, and went on to watch his TikToks. When I later told the restaurant manager he didn’t seem to care about it.

Legitness! Top tier Burger King! Kind staff, quickly prepared, you get better taste then expected from BK and and aaaand there is that coca cola freestyle fountain machine which has all the flavours of all of the sodas available!

i got a double cheeseburger meal, it was an okay price for the amount of food i got. I will admit that the service was very fast, I got my order with in 4 minutes.The burger was so dry, i had to drink my cola after every bite to help wash it down. Not a good burger for the price was and the atmosphere was depressing, music would be a big improvement.

I usually don’t make reviews but I HAVE GOT to say this. When I went in there, the food was average and what you’d expect for a Burger King. But oh my GOD, I’m not a religion person by any means, but I swear the cola was cursed by Satan himself. It tasted like someone dumped a whole bag of sugar in it, it was so bad that it actually made me choke because of how sugary and sweet it was, I think they were trying to give me diabetes, it literally didn’t even taste like cola. It lowkey ruined my whole meal from how bad it is, order the cola here at your own RISK.

I ordered a double wopper last night with cheese without onions and sauce. But they could not get this right. The first burger was a standard single wopper. So I sent that back. I was then given a standard double wopper instead of what I asked for. So they were going to make me a THIRD burger but I didn't have time to wait for that as my taxi was waiting at this point. So I asked for a refund. Did what I thought was the refund and this same guy has charged me for a second burger when I looked at my bank statement this morning! So I'm not 20 quid down and got no food. Pissed off is an understatement!

The staff are prompt, food is warm. Areas are cleaned pretty fast once people leave and overall great experience..

Update: I got food poisoning from this establishment. Self service hell hole. You corralled like livestock into self serve-screens and a seating area from hell. None of the ingredients are fresh and there was minimal soda selection from the fountain. Tasted foul, salty and as stale as the drab carpet at Gate 33.
