Burger King in Uttlesford

We came in the morning and was looking for a breakfast. Food is nice, it’s just that they dont have any coffee which the first thing u look for in the morning.

We landed at the airport hungry at 10 p.m. An order: 20x chicken nuggets 2x sour cream 1x Plant based whopper 1x BBQ Steakhouse Crispy Chicken 1c Smelted Bacoon Double whooper with Loaded King Fries with bacon 2x drinks Drinks could be picked up from the vending machine. Only soft drinks, water not possible. For our standards, the food was OK but not amazing Unfortunately, the special fries and the Steakhouse Crispy Chicken were not edible or not to our taste. The burger had a very unusual taste with the smoked cheese. The fries tasted somehow like washing up water. But it was definitely due to the unusual taste. Chicken nuggets like at home☺️ Costs 42.99 pounds = 52 euros Producing quickly, staff friendly and restaurants great.

Lovely staff friendly service scrumptious food always hot. Shame they don’t do milkshakes that would be an utter treat after a cheeky nuggie

For me this was a very nice meal, basically I landed and had a bit of a wait for my bus and was able to get some nice food and work a bit. Sushi that was very friendly as were the other staff (sorry for not recalling their names).

3 mix-ups on a 4 items order, pretty impressive.

Me and my friends went here and ordered food, I ordered a chicken Royale with extra bacon and cheese and got only lettuce and Mayo, my friend ordered it as well but with extra Mayo, cheese and bacon but got nothing except bread and meat, I do not reccomend as you will get scammed out of your money and your time.

Took 20 mins to get my burger, which is problematic at an airport when you want to catch your flight. No sauce on the burger and no sauce for the fries for 11 pounds

10 minute wait - which is understandable given the number of customers. The burger was overcooked, crusty and dry. Poor quality all round. At least the fries were hot.

Definitely need another coffee machine as only one doesn’t seems to be enough and people are waiting for coffee while food is ready. Except that stuff provides nice service

Very good treatment at Stanstend airport

I've eaten in airport Burger Kings on several occasions, with no complaints. Obviously you pay slightly more than you would in a branch in the city centre. But a tenner for a burger?! C'mon! And that's before adding a side and a drink. Fortunately I had been to Greggs in Stratford before boarding my coach and had brought a tasty & cheap dinner to the airport to munch before my flight.

The best thing has been being able to try the different types of Coca Cola.

WORST "FOOD" I have ever put in my mouth. The tables are filthy, food is tasteless sawdust. Drink is like sparkling water, should have been vanilla cherry coke! The aftertaste is terrible, I can feel the acid from my gut in my throat. Drink TERRIBLE AWFUL MEALS They should not serve food to people. Maybe for animals

One guy that works here helped me finding my jacket. Anyone i talked to is a nice person.

I paid £18 to get the wrong order, and the staff was doing nothing and making fun of my glasses. Terrible service and terrible employees. I didn't think that in London in such a big and multicultural airport I could be discriminated against for a particular pair of glasses. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Clean and fast food and tasty. Only downside is the food at Burger King is quite expensive- over £10 for a large meal but it is tasty and there are 3 veggie burgers

Hands down the worst Burger King I've been to. Fizzy drinks with no fizz and rubbery "burgers" apparently cooked between the chef's cheeks. Yesterday.

A terrible service. I had placed the order with the option of eating in the dining room and instead they gave me a crumpled bag and the sandwich wasn't exactly what I'm talking about... Ah, I forgot when you order hot drinks always check that the glass is full because it's the third time I happen to receive it a little more than half..

Expensive, but at least there are many flavors of drinks.

The queue was big at the begining, but after I get my order the queue was already gone.

Outrageous prices, £10 for a takeout burger, if I am going to pay that I will go to the other restaurants and get better quality food and service. More expensive than central London burger kings to put it into context just because they have you trapped at the airport terminal.

Service was absolutely appalling. Food was sat there, orders piling up and staff were stood around in the side room having breaks or generally stood doing nothing. Waited 19 mins for my order and had to ask for a refund. Manager was rude with a miserable expresson and no apology provided. Burger King at Stanstead airport needs a complete rehaul and a customer service cause attended . Completely lets your brand down.

We ordered two double cheeseburgers with bacon. When they arrived there was no mustard. Radish or sauce. It was just a burger. It's took ages to arrive. And Just looked small. I have such fond memories of Burger King. I have not been there for a number of years. Shrinkflation is definitely a thing. I felt like Andre the friendly Giant holding a tiny burger

I will spend half an hour waiting for my order when it was like a six customers eventually they give my order to someone else and to try to provide my order in three minutes so everyone was called. I didn’t pick up the order definitely do not recommend another place

Disgusting wanna be a chicken sandwich called ' chicken royale' So salty and horrible, spongy " meat" obviously no meat in it. £8 for that wannabe is a joke Just stop and maccies out of stansted and get 2x chicken mayo for £2.60 total. A lot more tasty

Self service and they can prepare your orders quite fast. With self serve refillable drinks area. Just right next to arrival area and they have enough table area if you like to eat there

Kids meals are horrible. Not as shown on a screen when you making an order. On a screen it shown that you get :apples, juice, nuggets and chips in the meal.. in reality you get only nuggets and chips.

the lady who take care of cleaning the area for eat is the worst person I never meet... she is arrogant and she started to push people away just because she didn't like... this is unacceptable... if she is frustrated for her job, she can't be angry with the customer just because she want... she came to me and started to tell she had many complain because I was sitting in a chair and wait my open gate and this was fake because I looked around and in all the place it was too many space free... big advice for her, change job, it will be better for you and for the customers. P.s. if you wanna I have prove for that I argue just contact me and you will see too many video of her pissing off customer without a reason.

Thought I was eating a cardboard Frisbee. Shocking. For some reason the cold fries tasted like nuts

I flew into Stansted, on a 5am flight. Ordered breakfast which I have never had before. It did not disappoint, was tasty and warm. Staff were friendly. My little boy did not want breakfast so they made him a chicken royale.

Was a quiet morning, and the staff were efficient and the tables clean and ready to use.

What a scam ! Single bun cost £5.45 but the pic was showing a drink with chips in breakfast which doesn’t include! It is absolutely the dishonest selling and misleading!

Unfortunately it is the only possibility to eat at the airport and therefore the prices are high, even compared to other Burger Kings, but the service is quite fast. Little choice of sandwiches and few complete menus

There are many different and new flavors of coke, but there isn't much choice of sandwiches and the prices are higher than the burger kings in London city (perhaps because we are at the airport).
