Lovely place, friendly staff and clean facilities.

You know where you are with a McDs. Breakfast of kings.

Service is incredibly slow- have waited over an hour for breakfast before. Will not get your food within half an hour. Food is severed cold and a mess- unable to eat the last burger I got here. McFlurry was melted. Honestly avoid and go to another McDonalds, this one is not worth it.

I had a big tasty burger with bacon there was more fat than bacon it was cold tasteless was told bacon comes in like that already prepared was offered another but I declined as there was no point service was good I will not go there again as food is always cold there just like the McDonald's at prince's road in dartford should replace it with burger king

I had food poisoning after eating in at this sevenoaks otford branch. First burger we both sent back due to smell, then received another fresh burger. I still got food poisoning- they are not cooking or storing meats correctly!

Yet again the staff in Sevenoaks McDonald’s drive through have missed a double quarter pounder off our take away bags. Shocking service, surely it can not be that difficult to put items into a bag from a list.

Conned by the app. Ordered on the way got to restaurant, opened app and it reported error please reorder so I did. Big mistake out came 2 orders both the same. Told the member of staff what happened and accepted one order . Guess what I have been charged for both orders. Won’t use the app there anymore.

Updated my review from two years ago. They are *still* messing up delivery orders. They always forget to give dips and sauces and always get one or two items wrong. It's so unreliable.

I ordered through the mc Donald’s app twice this week and my order was missing items on both occasions. They clearly don’t check the orders whilst they make them up which I feel is rude as this is their fault not Ubers fault.

On time and driver was really nice.

This is the worst McDonald's I've used. If you drive through, check your order before you drive away. There will always, almost without exception be something missing and often an item will be incorrect. It's so annoying to get home and find food missing or not how you ordered it (muffin instead of donut, cheese on a no-cheese order etc)

As far as McDonalds go, this is a pretty bad one. Although the problem is it's far too small for a growing town like Sevenoaks with no other fast food burger joints etc. so I have some sympathy and depending on expectation levels, it's hard to criticise too much. But. Cold food, no food, drive through bad, always asked to park up, staff slow, forget to put things in bag, if ordering inside have to wait ages, place is filthy....This is all common. It's obviously run really badly but at the end of the day it's a McDonalds. What do you expect?

Lots of food missing, very late and cold. App takes Drivers to the wrong address at the wrong end of the road with pinpoint even though I always write in the correct address.

It never arrived. I was stuck in hospital and ordered food over 2 hours ago for kids. Now back and standing in McDonalds and they said order was ready 45 minutes ago and gone stone cold. They are remaking it for me.

Every time we try and order a Deliveroo from here they always forget something. Tonight we had 3 meals ordered and received no chips and no drinks!

One of the finest restaurants in sevenoaks. I don't know how the chef does it, but he (or she - it could be a woman) cooks the burgers to perfection. 10/10!! The best bit is the drive in... you don't even need to get out of the car!! Thus proving humanity will eventually extinct itself by the laziness of some of it members who can't even be bothered to walk 30 feet into a restaurant.

The food was ok but my order wasn't correct so had to go back to get what had been missed off!

Food luke warm at best, new burger buns split and fall apart, ridiculous amounts of sauce, dirty tables and they have the cheek to charge 40p for 1 extra slice of burger cheese, while not giving a rebate for the 2 ingredients we took out. Shame on you mega-corp!

Delivery driver was lovely couldn’t find us and looked for us on foot, food was cold however that’s usually restaurants fault and coffees could be bagged better as always tend to spill.

How hard is it to put ketchup in with the orders. People are charged for ketchup through uber eats and they never put it in the bag!!!! Literally the easiest thing to do

Hi, I ordered a McDonald’s delivery via the Just Eat app today Wednesday, the 30th October at, order was confirmed at 18:23. My order eventually turned up at 19:42 an hour and 20 minutes later. It was stone cold and not edible. I’d like my money refunded, unacceptable customer service, waiting is one thing, but the food had clearly been out on delivery for a very very long time to be that cold. Many thanks Holly

Restaurant/ takeaway with drive through. Indoor and outdoor door seating. Free parking lot with time limit. Customer toilets Cannot speak for the atmosphere as only went in for a takeaway drink. Service was fast and efficient and my order was as expected.

Ordered quite a big meal for 3 people. Arrived very quickly and one employee even helped me with my drinks as I had a lot to carry. I come here a lot and the food tastes amazing every time!

Been to this restaurant twice and it has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too by far. The service is awfully slow when it’s meant to be fast food, the second time I went it made me and my girlfriend feel sick and both times it took around 20-25 minutes to get our food. I really don’t give bad reviews and I think this is my first. I highly recommend not to go to this restaurant and waste your time and money!!

Waited 35 minutes and they hadn't even started our order ,got a refund, other people had to get refunds aswell !!

Every time go through drive through you have to go and sit and wait everytime now and the chips are disgusting inedible had to chuck them away

food was meant to arrive before 2 it arrived at 2 10 next the bags were in dissaray and destroyed in a few parts the drinks were handled terribly im missing some chips nit much to complain about but the chips that are here are half full and taste a bit stale

Our food took 1 ½ hours from ordering to arriving, 30-45 mins after original delivery time, and then to find some contents missing. I will say I have lost trust in using mcdonalds and highly doubt I will reuse their restaurants again.

Ordered a McDelivery today, it took an hour to arrive, the food was stone cold and half the order was missing that I paid for.

Went through drive through. Food given to me in car park. No sweet chilli sauce, no knife and fork to eat salad. And when I open the mozzarella dippers. There was only 1 instead of 3 as advertised Absolute failure at thier basic tasks. Wonder how much food hygiene they get wrong also.

It was cold and the time kept escalating until over an hour than what I was told at the start.

No sauces with chicken selects,fries half full and not cooked properly.missing double cheeseburger and straw for smoothie.double quarter pounder squashed.All food freezing cold

Placed my order at 1:07pm, delivery was estimated at first for 1:35pm and kept changing. It was delivered at 2:30pm, I missed my lunch break.

Waited 1 hour when it said 25 miniuites I get the food and freezing cold missing food aswell

Cant remember the last time that I went through the drive in and got handed food.

Told it would arrive at 6.35. Arrived at 7.15. Bag was open I was told from the heat but food was cold. Fries were unsalted cold and nowhere near the large fries we had ordered. Barely half a portion in each box.

It never got delivered to my house or any house using my postcode.

last night I ordered food for my little girl through just eat (sharing box nuggets and fried potatoes) the order arrived on time, the problem is that they gave me contaminated food (food poision) not even 20 minutes after the little girl ate it arrived at bathroom vomiting and bothered sick to the stomach with diarrhea and chills! I will never order from you again shame on you sick people my child was able to go to school still feeling sick enterocolitis

Usually like McDonald's, but there was an employee called Rita, I think was manger as she was bossing people around alot, who was so so rude to some of the employees and customers. Really ruined the vibes of treating myself to a maccies, i was astounded by how rude someone could be when the rest of the employees were genuinely so nice. She really needs to change her attitude because I'm gonna stop coming if she's being rude again next time i come for a burger and fries. Made me so angry.

Hello I’m disappointed ur employee is a disgrace of a human I ordered nuggets with sweet and sour and he NEVER NEVER delivered my sweet and sour check his pockets for my missing sauce put the fries in the bag maybe put the sauce in the bag THANKs angry customer.

Honestly naw my foods cold because Emma at to be right and and wean she learnd har job and got the manager he sorted it but he needs to get he's staf in line it's the young vary rude lady Emma she needs sorting out

The first order didn't arrive at all but apparently got delivered. And the second order I had to put in the oven as it was freezing cold. Won't be ordering again.
