Has become really poor since the beginning of summer. Car park just isn’t fit for purpose and is chaotic at all times of day, as it is mostly taken up by drive thru customers waiting for their food. In store your usually waiting between 20-30 minutes to get your food (better service in sit down restaurants) and is clear that this branch is just really understaffed. We’ve stopped coming because of how long it takes for them to call your number alongside the chaotic car park.

This may well be the worst run McDonalds on earth. I have not yet received all my items when getting delivery. The drive thru is not much different, make sure you check your bag before you drive off. It’s happens so often it’s become a bit of a local joke in Sevenoaks amongst locals. When you ask the staff about missing items, you have to deal with a stroppy adult. It’s honestly awful here.

Missing the fries from my order , there were two meals ... 3rd time in a row i am missing or not getting my order

I ordered the family meal deal for 4 and i was missing 2 cheeseburgers

Terrible, in the last few months its just got so bad with having to wait far too long for food and getting the wrong order all of which the food is always cold, so bad.

Our order was missing items which we had to reorder, whilst waiting the original part of the order went cold. When we got home we realised the original parts of the order were wrong, what a disaster. Total chaos inside the restaurant , no leadership

No maple syrup with pancakes and no hash brown with meals.

Never arrived, unlikely to use again

I only received one burger meal when I ordered the deal for 2 and no 20 chicken nugggets that I also ordered! Very unhappy.

Just terrible service and terrible food. Detrimental to the brand and should be visited by corporate. Routinely drive through gets sent to the car park where food comes after an extended wait. Order repeatedly wrong, burgers cold or overdone and chips haven’t been salted on several occasions. Most recently I paid by card, they said it hadn’t gone through. I showed them the payment out of my bank account. They insisted their system had rejected it. So I paid cash. As it turns out, it had gone through and as a result I have paid twice. Amazed they’re still allowed to carry the franchise.

Food came cold and the order was wrong

12.31 my order sat there, 2.00 o'clock it was finally delivered. Freezing cold and ice cream was liquid

Was served by Callum such a helpful, cheerful young lad who gave us the most pleasurable experience. Completely different experience what I’m use to at McDonald’s. Thank you very much Callum. Served on the 18th at 22:30

Double sausage egg McMuffin was not intact hadn’t been rapped properly so was cold aswell

Order kept being pushed back. No straw delivered for milkshake, no sauce that was requested for the nuggets. All food was cold and the milkshake had melted

Absolutely filthy, food on the floor and tables not cleared. had to wait 25 mins for food only for part of it to arrive cold. No one smiles and you feel your a pain for being in there They only seem to worry about the deliveroo orders

Scammers. Don't get all your order. Then they take no responsibility or liability. Even though they make the food and pack it to be delivered. Scammers 100%. Also sometimes wrong food delivered. Again take no liability. Who's fault is it. KFC? Burger King? John Smith down the street Lol. As the staff refuse to answer who's fault it can be. Maybe its my fault. There's a thought. Yeah blame it on me McDonald's Otford. I should have come there and prepared the food and packed it myself. Then delivered it to myself. Sorry for not doing all that. So my bad. Jokes aside. Lost customer now. Had Kebab delivered tonight instead. Guess what the independent Kebab shop delivered everything. I asked them beforehand if they did get the order wrong. What would they do. They said they would redeliver what I ordered no problem. Now that is service that is proper. Not all this fobbing of you get now adays with these big fast food companies.

Shocking. I used this store two years ago, waited 25 mins and vowed never to use it again......but.......I did this morning. 10 min wait for a breakfast meal and a bottle of water, barely anybody in store. What a joke.

driver apologised for the wait time however the food was cold incorrectly prepared and poorly made. The bacon double cheeseburger wasn’t properly made and falling apart inside of the packaging the bacon barbecue chicken wrap was cold . Double cheeseburger was cold and so so was the sweet chilli chicken wrap. Both burgers were absolutely smothered in ketchup. Whoever made these burgers obviously rush them due to the time that we ordered extremely disappointed in this service expected better from such a well-known company such as McDonald’s did not enjoy the food at all

Poor service. Used drive through. Waited 15 minutes for a Filet of Fish. Lots of staff stood around doing nothing. Really poor.

I can’t believe the people you employ to work here! Every time I’ve been here I’ve heard swearing and giggling from a chavvy blonde tattooed girl whose favourite word seems to be bruv! She doesn’t serve people and throws me the filthiest look every time I walk in.. her hair is unkempt and she looks seriously unclean which is precisely the reason I won’t be visiting this restaurant ever again.. you’ve employed a bunch of kids to run a circus! How can you expect kids to be in charge of food? I think you should look into the people you have representing your store.. not good!

Worst McDonald's I've ever known! Always a slow service! Always told to park up even when restaurant is empty! Employees just don't care either!

Late, followed delivery on map delivered at least 4 meals before ours. When food arrived was stone cold and half of order missing.

Ordered my food at 12:30. The app said it would come at 12:50-13:10. As the time crept closer the app kept readjusting the time until I only got my food until 13:42. Food was nice granted but I don’t wanna wait an hour and twelve minutes to eat a McDonald’s

Can anyone let me know how you forget to put a cheeseburger in a cheeseburger happy meal or even the chicken selects as part of the order? Is there no one there on quality check? I get it, it’s McDonald’s but the continuous mistakes are a joke!

Bad food, always cold by the time it gets to you. Always low on something or other. Drive-through never fails to disappoint and almost always asks you to pull into the parking lot.

I have to where do I start I want in about 1045 to have some breakfast I was looking forward to it I had to wait about 40 minutes for my breakfast I was not only one waiting about 7 people was as well when the delivery drivers come in they got there food first and rude not going back to your store no more

Really slow service on a Saturday lunch table service order for a customised burger. Had to wait half an hour. Sat outside waiting and watched about 20 cars go through the drive through. Food was standard ultra processed and delicious when it came though.

Forget to bring the mozzarella balls I waiting 1 hours and a half and my order is wrong and missing...

Every time I go to the drive through it is ALWAYS a "Please pull into the parked order bays" job (seemingly for every drive through customer) Fair enough, but on the last 2 occasions they have not been able to find me despite me not leaving the car park. Poorly managed and organised. On a side note one of the male managers seems to be in drag complete with eye lashes, bizarre place.

Not the best McDonalds I've been to. Drive Thru got our order wrong and my burger came complete with a hair in it! Oh and we were also served drinks without straws and ice...

The drivers are polite and friendly but the food on the other hand isn’t good quite often the food is cold I asked for a refund on one of my orders as the meal was cold I was told I wasnt going to get a refund because having cold food that should be hot isn’t against their guidelines which I find redicolous

I do love McDonalds but it does get very busy during rush hour, which can mildly inconvenience your day, but a very good McDonalds.

World's slowest McDonald's. Easily over 20 mins wait in busy periods, Try to catch anyone's attention the staff would ignore you. When you do get hold of the 16 yo looking manager, he didn't look too bothered. Completely disorganized.

Chaos! Food cold, staff was overworked, not enough people to serve the amount of customers there. Our order went wrong 3 times! I feel sorry gor the staff who are clearly overwhelmed!

Literally the worst for delivery, last 2 orders both had half the order missing! Thankfully just eat looks after their customers well, I know I’ll get a refund. They should kick you off the service for such abysmal customer care, they won’t but they should.

Drive thru here is awful. Never has the food ready. Always asks you to park up and wait. Rarely has milkshakes. When we expressed disappointment over the wait times, they decided to stitch us up with 5 nuggets instead of 6 and didn't give us the sauces we ordered. Pretty pathetic, but probably sums up the staff that are running this disaster zone. Avoid, unless you're desperate.

Went here and ordered my self a meal as usual was hold to park up a ill get my order when its ready . Never been there and got my order from the proper window bit .The worst bit about it is the big tangle of hair I found in my mouth after biting into my special double cheese burger !! It was sickening and it went straight out the window after I got it out of my teeth and throat ! After almost vomiting I decided that I will never ever go back to this particular mc donalds restauraunt as its got big issues even the parking is rubbish .

Best McDonald's experience I've had. Food was good, chocolate milkshake was the most chocolaty I've had. Great all round service and food. What's more on leaving an elderly gentleman who appeared to not be feeling well and had had an accident was being well looked after by more than one McDonald's member of staff. Keep up the good work

have been coming to Mcdonalds for years, but this about to change. For the past two or three years i have never seen a company go downhill so badly, With drinks being served short measures / cold / or completely wrong flavour / or type, The food is also coming out cold or order incomplete or wrong altogether. Also the time waiting for our order to arrive is unaccepterble Have complained many times to management but seems to have fallen on deaf ears, Apart from one manager called Dan who i think is realy Embarrased by all the complaints coming his way and does his best to rectify them, I also use the drive through and have the same problems there, Not noticing their mistakes until i reach my destination when it is to late to turn round and bring the order back. Very Dissatisfied

Great for a quick snack, but it still is mcDonalds. Each time surprised they manage to make a bigger mess of your burger, still waiting for them to exchange the burger and the sandwich 😄
