Orders are never complete. Always missing items. Staff too busy messing around in clear public view. Not very professional.

Generally great. Just can be long waits for drive-thru service at times, however food is always hot

I went to macdonalds for breakfast with my dad today I really enjoyed my breakfast I had there this morning it was very delicious and tasty You do very lovely macdonalds breakfast there in the mornings That was one of the best macdonalds breakfasts I have ever had in the whole wide word You have such lovely music playing in macdonalds this morning It's so lovely to have some music playing in the background The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very good amazing wonderful I had a lovely experience there today at mcdonalds otford This place gets another 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading this google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around

I am on a health kick at the moment, so McDonald's is a natural place to go for healthy nutritional fine dining. I went last night (my wife didn't cook enough, so I sneaked out for a quick burger and freedom fries), and it was like stepping into the Rizt - such a refined place to frequent and consume.

Staff are always helpful and friendly

Man who delivered my food was lovely and delivered straight to my door on time and was very kind

Absolutely useless as always. Workers!! READ THE ORDER THEN PACK THE ORDER. It’s not rockets science. Missing items. Remind yourself never to do anything more technical

Driver took multiple orders that were not near eachother. Driver then ignored delivery instructions and left food on the floor outside apartment building. No notice of this was given

The drivers are always polite I had an order last night and today the foods been cold so I’ve had to heat it up in the microwave hate hot food that is meant to be hot but is cold when I receive it I’ve approached Just eat for a refund long while ago for items I didn’t receive but they don’t give refund’s apparently x

I DON’T HAVE MY FOOD! i chose the wrong address, my fault. it was delivered to my mom’s house instead of mine. So I asked my mom to go out and ask a courier if she can re-deliver it to my place. She said no, took the food with her and drove away. Now I don’t have my food and don’t have the money. I request a refund.

When selected to order it was an estimate of 25mins. I ordered at 10:10 but food did not arrive until 11:30 which was not worth the wait for what was ordered.

Service is incredibly slow- have waited over an hour for breakfast before. Will not get your food within half an hour. Food is severed cold and a mess- unable to eat the last burger I got here. McFlurry was melted. Honestly avoid and go to another McDonalds, this one is not worth it.

I did not receive my drink not happy at all

I had a big tasty burger with bacon there was more fat than bacon it was cold tasteless was told bacon comes in like that already prepared was offered another but I declined as there was no point service was good I will not go there again as food is always cold there just like the McDonald's at prince's road in dartford should replace it with burger king

I had food poisoning after eating in at this sevenoaks otford branch. First burger we both sent back due to smell, then received another fresh burger. I still got food poisoning- they are not cooking or storing meats correctly!

sausages were near burnt and pancakes were hardly cooked i had to chuck it away, the wrap was the wrong sauce it came with ketchup when i asked for brown, the food was cold, the only thing warm on arrival was coffee

food stone cold and this was no fault of delivery, cheese dippers were overcooked and not edible missing dipping sauces and missing the desert no refund was given and really not happy paying over £40 for the order we received

Order didn't arrive got partial refunded thankful for that but still left out of pocket not a happy chappy. 🌸🎶

I ordered 2 hamburgers 1 large fries and a chicken mayo but no mayonnaise and 3 bbq dips I got 1 hamburger 1 chicken mayo with mayonnaise not without and no bbq dips

Conned by the app. Ordered on the way got to restaurant, opened app and it reported error please reorder so I did. Big mistake out came 2 orders both the same. Told the member of staff what happened and accepted one order . Guess what I have been charged for both orders. Won’t use the app there anymore.

Yet again the staff in Sevenoaks McDonald’s drive through have missed a double quarter pounder off our take away bags. Shocking service, surely it can not be that difficult to put items into a bag from a list.

The food turnt up cold and a meal was missing

Updated my review from two years ago. They are *still* messing up delivery orders. They always forget to give dips and sauces and always get one or two items wrong. It's so unreliable.

Missing my burger . I order many times from this restaurant last few times always missing items . Today my main burger never got send . No straws that defeats the point of having a milkshake that you can’t drink . Definitely an issue on packaging the food . More attention required when packaging people’s orders .

I ordered through the mc Donald’s app twice this week and my order was missing items on both occasions. They clearly don’t check the orders whilst they make them up which I feel is rude as this is their fault not Ubers fault.

This is the worst McDonald's I've used. If you drive through, check your order before you drive away. There will always, almost without exception be something missing and often an item will be incorrect. It's so annoying to get home and find food missing or not how you ordered it (muffin instead of donut, cheese on a no-cheese order etc)

As far as McDonalds go, this is a pretty bad one. Although the problem is it's far too small for a growing town like Sevenoaks with no other fast food burger joints etc. so I have some sympathy and depending on expectation levels, it's hard to criticise too much. But. Cold food, no food, drive through bad, always asked to park up, staff slow, forget to put things in bag, if ordering inside have to wait ages, place is filthy....This is all common. It's obviously run really badly but at the end of the day it's a McDonalds. What do you expect?

It never arrived. I was stuck in hospital and ordered food over 2 hours ago for kids. Now back and standing in McDonalds and they said order was ready 45 minutes ago and gone stone cold. They are remaking it for me.

Every time we try and order a Deliveroo from here they always forget something. Tonight we had 3 meals ordered and received no chips and no drinks!

Food luke warm at best, new burger buns split and fall apart, ridiculous amounts of sauce, dirty tables and they have the cheek to charge 40p for 1 extra slice of burger cheese, while not giving a rebate for the 2 ingredients we took out. Shame on you mega-corp!

Delivery driver was lovely couldn’t find us and looked for us on foot, food was cold however that’s usually restaurants fault and coffees could be bagged better as always tend to spill.

Hi, I ordered a McDonald’s delivery via the Just Eat app today Wednesday, the 30th October at, order was confirmed at 18:23. My order eventually turned up at 19:42 an hour and 20 minutes later. It was stone cold and not edible. I’d like my money refunded, unacceptable customer service, waiting is one thing, but the food had clearly been out on delivery for a very very long time to be that cold. Many thanks Holly

How hard is it to put ketchup in with the orders. People are charged for ketchup through uber eats and they never put it in the bag!!!! Literally the easiest thing to do

Restaurant/ takeaway with drive through. Indoor and outdoor door seating. Free parking lot with time limit. Customer toilets Cannot speak for the atmosphere as only went in for a takeaway drink. Service was fast and efficient and my order was as expected.

Ordered quite a big meal for 3 people. Arrived very quickly and one employee even helped me with my drinks as I had a lot to carry. I come here a lot and the food tastes amazing every time!

Been to this restaurant twice and it has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too by far. The service is awfully slow when it’s meant to be fast food, the second time I went it made me and my girlfriend feel sick and both times it took around 20-25 minutes to get our food. I really don’t give bad reviews and I think this is my first. I highly recommend not to go to this restaurant and waste your time and money!!

Every time go through drive through you have to go and sit and wait everytime now and the chips are disgusting inedible had to chuck them away

Went through drive through. Food given to me in car park. No sweet chilli sauce, no knife and fork to eat salad. And when I open the mozzarella dippers. There was only 1 instead of 3 as advertised Absolute failure at thier basic tasks. Wonder how much food hygiene they get wrong also.
