I was missing parts of my burger and it was cold… also I didn’t get a straw to drink my drink with

delivery man went to wrong house, I had to leave my child and find him. also food is missing

The food was a very cold, took over an hour to be delivered and a time kept on changing

Lots of food missing, very late and cold. App takes Drivers to the wrong address at the wrong end of the road with pinpoint even though I always write in the correct address.

It never arrived. I was stuck in hospital and ordered food over 2 hours ago for kids. Now back and standing in McDonalds and they said order was ready 45 minutes ago and gone stone cold. They are remaking it for me.

Delivery driver was lovely couldn’t find us and looked for us on foot, food was cold however that’s usually restaurants fault and coffees could be bagged better as always tend to spill.

Hi, I ordered a McDonald’s delivery via the Just Eat app today Wednesday, the 30th October at, order was confirmed at 18:23. My order eventually turned up at 19:42 an hour and 20 minutes later. It was stone cold and not edible. I’d like my money refunded, unacceptable customer service, waiting is one thing, but the food had clearly been out on delivery for a very very long time to be that cold. Many thanks Holly

Staff clear and polite. Chips were hot and salted. The burgers were even in the buns straight. Jackpot !

Ordered quite a big meal for 3 people. Arrived very quickly and one employee even helped me with my drinks as I had a lot to carry. I come here a lot and the food tastes amazing every time!

Been to this restaurant twice and it has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too by far. The service is awfully slow when it’s meant to be fast food, the second time I went it made me and my girlfriend feel sick and both times it took around 20-25 minutes to get our food. I really don’t give bad reviews and I think this is my first. I highly recommend not to go to this restaurant and waste your time and money!!

If you can’t send at least warm food, stop taking the orders. Literally freezing cold

Every time go through drive through you have to go and sit and wait everytime now and the chips are disgusting inedible had to chuck them away

food was meant to arrive before 2 it arrived at 2 10 next the bags were in dissaray and destroyed in a few parts the drinks were handled terribly im missing some chips nit much to complain about but the chips that are here are half full and taste a bit stale

Our food took 1 ½ hours from ordering to arriving, 30-45 mins after original delivery time, and then to find some contents missing. I will say I have lost trust in using mcdonalds and highly doubt I will reuse their restaurants again.

Went through drive through. Food given to me in car park. No sweet chilli sauce, no knife and fork to eat salad. And when I open the mozzarella dippers. There was only 1 instead of 3 as advertised Absolute failure at thier basic tasks. Wonder how much food hygiene they get wrong also.

Placed my order at 1:07pm, delivery was estimated at first for 1:35pm and kept changing. It was delivered at 2:30pm, I missed my lunch break.

Cant remember the last time that I went through the drive in and got handed food.

Told it would arrive at 6.35. Arrived at 7.15. Bag was open I was told from the heat but food was cold. Fries were unsalted cold and nowhere near the large fries we had ordered. Barely half a portion in each box.

It never got delivered to my house or any house using my postcode.

last night I ordered food for my little girl through just eat (sharing box nuggets and fried potatoes) the order arrived on time, the problem is that they gave me contaminated food (food poision) not even 20 minutes after the little girl ate it arrived at bathroom vomiting and bothered sick to the stomach with diarrhea and chills! I will never order from you again shame on you sick people my child was able to go to school still feeling sick enterocolitis

Usually like McDonald's, but there was an employee called Rita, I think was manger as she was bossing people around alot, who was so so rude to some of the employees and customers. Really ruined the vibes of treating myself to a maccies, i was astounded by how rude someone could be when the rest of the employees were genuinely so nice. She really needs to change her attitude because I'm gonna stop coming if she's being rude again next time i come for a burger and fries. Made me so angry.

Hello I’m disappointed ur employee is a disgrace of a human I ordered nuggets with sweet and sour and he NEVER NEVER delivered my sweet and sour check his pockets for my missing sauce put the fries in the bag maybe put the sauce in the bag THANKs angry customer.

That don't like working in har job was calling us name rude people! Honestly naw my foods cold because Emma at to be right and and wean she learnd har job and got the manager he sorted it but he needs to get he's staf in line it's the young vary rude lady Emma she needs sorting out

The first order didn't arrive at all but apparently got delivered. And the second order I had to put in the oven as it was freezing cold. Won't be ordering again.

The food was more than an hour late. The delivery time kept on getting extended. The shop shouldn’t have accepted the offer if they couldn’t deliver within a reasonable time. When the food came it was not warm and the milk shake had spilled. There were no straws either.

The orders here are never right. usually put together badly i’m always given the wrong order or missing items. They never pick up the phone and when they do they always hang up while i’m talking.

Has become really poor since the beginning of summer. Car park just isn’t fit for purpose and is chaotic at all times of day, as it is mostly taken up by drive thru customers waiting for their food. In store your usually waiting between 20-30 minutes to get your food (better service in sit down restaurants) and is clear that this branch is just really understaffed. We’ve stopped coming because of how long it takes for them to call your number alongside the chaotic car park.

There was no problem with the delivery person but Macdonald’s always seem to be making an mistake with my order I paid for a large Mac flurry when I received the order I got a small Mac flurry sobb v i didn’t get what I paid for but just eat won’t refund because apparently it’s in line with their policy I don’t understand why being g given the wrong thing that was cheaper then I got is in their policy and today Shen I hit my order I didn’t receive my large chips so I guess that won’t be refund

They’ve never got a single order right in my 5 years going. Unsalted chips 99% of the time, if they can’t hear you they guess what your order is. Waiting more than 10 mins for food. Terrible Terrible Terrible

This may well be the worst run McDonalds on earth. I have not yet received all my items when getting delivery. The drive thru is not much different, make sure you check your bag before you drive off. It’s happens so often it’s become a bit of a local joke in Sevenoaks amongst locals. When you ask the staff about missing items, you have to deal with a stroppy adult. It’s honestly awful here.

Great McDonald's with easy parking and good access to other shops on this estate including a petrol station. Breakfast meals were good but my only negative point is that my egg muffin didn't have a fresh cooked muffin ... it was a bit dry and rubbery .. when freshly made its soft and fluffy. Otherwise a very good McDonald's.

Regularly use this McDonald's, the staff are cool, the foods standard McD, but they have continued issues with there drive thru tills and card machine which resulted in being double charged, its been 3 times now so i now avoid this branch.

Just eat is good friendly polite drivers always but unfortunately it seems to be Macdonald’s that is at fault they either give me the wrong thing or I have items missing g sometimes the food is cold so I have to heat it up but most of the time it’s ok
