Not so fast food! Came on bank holiday Monday just after 2pm. Only three other customers in front of me. It takes 11 minutes for my order to be ready. Only two on front of house, who seemed to be arguing with each other over who wanted help. Manager/supervisor seemed to preoccupied with her checklist than try and bring some order to the situation. Food was good, but the service was sub-par.

Didn’t arrive. Incorrect item was delivered

Great experience at Subway!staff name Rupinder, was super friendly and made sure everything was just right. The place was clean, service was quick. will definitely be back!

Exactly as I required it, everything I asked to be taken off was removed

Big thanks to Denise and Cameron for their suggestions as I honestly had no idea what to order (and I admitted what I liked, which helped get a more accurate idea of what to go for), both of whom had great service, the food was great (plus the free churro from the app) and fast. Ordered multiple meals, most were ok. The problem came with the vegetarian pizza we had ordered when this arrived it clearly had ham on it (see pics). I rang the store who offered a replacement. The vegetarian person who had ordered the pizza was understandably put off the meal and so I asked for a refund instead, to be told they don’t provide refunds. In normal circumstances I can understand this policy, but with a mistake like this, clearly a serious error on their part, I feel this should be an exception to their rule.

They always keep forgetting to put items in, it’s very annoying and disappointing as I only order for the children kmt

Missing a burger from delivery and as compensation offered £2.50 refund instead of the £5.79 it cost. Was told nothing can be done but I also cannot go to the store and pick it up myself?

Never got the items I ordered and when I phoned he would look in to this and still had to pay for 4 missing items as just eat would not refund
