The drinks were small in size and the chips were not fully cooked

After selecting our order at the terminals, we waited 20 minutes for our food as walk-in's food was prepared before ours. There was one poor chap serving on his own, the tables hadn't been cleaned, there was disgarded food on the floor.

As the employee was making my food I saw him wipe his fingers on the back of his trousers before putting a different item on my burger. The fries were just hard bits of potato (I assume) with zero taste. The drink was fine. It wasn't a good experience and I won't be repeating it.

*ALLERGENS BEWARE* I let someone in front, he ordered a wrap with steak and egg and asks for another egg. The worker cracks a soft boiled egg with his gloves and puts it in the wrap, there is yolk all over his fingers and he touches a scoop, ok whatever, but then he reaches into the bell pepper… there’s egg in the bell pepper. I walked out so I didn’t see what else he got egg all over. My partner has an egg allergy, I was ordering for both of us. 10th April 3.30pm ish.

Havent ordered for a while because last order wasnt the best but thought will try agian ordered lamb donner and chicken pakora turned up after 45 minutes even though there is a £5 charge for delivery luke warm donner meat looked pink chicken spongey after being in a plastic tub for i dont know how long certainly wont be ordering again 🤢

Good local takeaway. Friendly and helpful staff. Always good food.

They need to update there food and need to use fresh oil

Mac flury machine not opened got stuck for ages through drive through.

The food here is never fresh always looks like it's been sitting. The orders are always wrong The chips are never full and and always cold the drinks are also 3/4 full regardless of size drive an extra 5 minutes up the A10 and go to Bullsmoore Lane McDonalds you'll see the difference in food quality.

I waited 15mins to order and 20mins for my order also they ignored me constantly ignored me it is the worst service in the world

Almost nobody in and a lot of staff doing nothing, including cleaning. Place is filthy and my order was still wrong.

Good experience, but I am quite partial to stone cold burgers, cold rubbery fries and flat tepid coke, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Delivery driver left with his friend laughing and taking my food. Please find out who ever is responsible and take action. I have not received any food!!!!

The place is big enough🤔 Maybe it's because it's not in a busy city center but a busy street intersection. If it weren't for the attentive service staff who went to help customers solve their problems, I would have thought that I had gone to a deserted store with locked doors.
