ordered on just eat around close to 1.30am , ordered was accepted and said it should arrive by 2.10-2.30 which was fine so it got to 2.40 and tried to get an update on where the driver was and no response then had to call the store multiple times as it got later and ended up waiting for 2 hours after i had already ordered my food, so i drove to the store and obviously closed, so i’ve still not had my order which I’m clearly not gonna get and I’m fuming, don’t accept orders if you’re not gonna deliver them

Orders of Uber eats was told it would arrive about 01:45am it’s late I then click get help tells me it will arrive at 2am then it still hasn’t arrived at 02:30am I call them no answer just some advice don’t order here when it’s late they’ll take your money then not deliver

When ordering from the shop in Uber Eats or Just Eat, there is no option to select "no sauce" despite it being on the website, please fix

25 quid for two beriani with curry sauce, an idiot on the phone with his second and last warning as well as then an extra twenty quid for four samosas, 2 chips and cheese, then 2 cans of coke 😡 the food better be good 😊 which it is , but some 🔥🥵 stuff if ya don't ask for the curry sauce but the home made chips are pucker 🤞 hope it stays that way .

They have closed down. I paid on line and got no food delivery. No one answering phones. Went through my bank for refund

Waited for 1hr 30 min then tried to call too over 15 calls to get thru when they did pick up they told me to stop calling and the driver was on the way after another 30 min had gone by the drive shows up with the food. The food was about as warm as a snow ball . Honestly what a bunch of tools

Awful experience ordered for delivery after waiting for an hour and half couldn't get through when calling and when finally got through was shouted at by the rudest man on the phone saying that the driver was on the way and hung up . Finally arrived around the 2 hour mark for all the food to be cold to the touch and honestly inedible . Definitely would not reccomend and definitely will never be ordering again absolutely awful

I ordered on the justeat app only payed a for a large custom pizza but when they confirmed my order I waited for 2 hours and then I get a notification saying they have delivered it but they never did i looked online to see if they are open and for a contact number, they were open but when I rang the phone no answer I about 20-25 times and nothing and I live in the same area where they operate only a 5 min drive I understand if u don’t have drivers to deliver the food but Atleast let the customer know instead of taking my £20 and wasting my time not happy will not order from here again

Didn’t deserve to be open, waited over 2 and a half hours for our food , we phoned them and they said it would be 20 mins , another hour later and it never arrived. Tried to phone several times after this but they did not answer. Very disappointing

Me and my friend ordered to get delivered we ordered pizza, would highly recommend the pizzas, quick delivery and very friendly staff.

I ordered with just eat and this has happened a few times now when the food just hasn't shown up after saying the 'enjoy your food' which leads me to call them and no one answers because they are now 'closed' because its been so long, so now we are having to do without I'm not sure if it's just eat or chilli pink that keeps messing up but I think I'll stop ordering with them after this

My wife called them, he picks up and has a go at her, properly shouting, saying he can’t speak to his driver whilst she’s on the phone and hangs up. I call straight back and ask for something that’s on the menu (a cheese pizza) they say they don’t do anything like that, then he hangs up. Incredibly rude. Heres some free business advice - don’t shout at people who are trying to give you money.

Food was cold when got here and it took to long garlic bread was stone cold and the burgers was awful slapped together and the chips was like stale wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Order the kebabs the first night in robinhood . Absolutely the best kebab I ever had . The second night the driver couldn't contact me but that was my fault I was using an Irish number but within 5 mins he was at the gate with my food and he was so friendly .

absolutely disgusting, the food was cold.. 20 mins it took to find the driver as he was adamant he was at the right gate at the holiday park we are on an he wasn't. nearly £50 order.. still not received a refund 4 hours later!!! absolutely disgusting service and food. doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating either

Over priced under cooked. Don't waste money or time. And don't even think about delivery you will never get what you asked for

Always ordered from here when staying here but tonight’s food and wait time was shocking, was told driver had left shop called back 30 mins later to be told they didn’t receive our order, ordered again waited ages chips were cold and soggy, chicken burger was cold and hard and the “LARGE” chicken kebab with all salad came with onions and tomatoes with 6 piecies of small thin chicken: will never order again

Just ordered 2 chicken burgers, 1 Donna kebab and a special kebab. Got home to find Donna kebab missing and 2 beef burgers instead. Chips were rubbish too.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a cheeseburger and a small lamb kebab. Cheeseburger looked like it was launched from across the kitchen, and the kebab consisted of 5 pieces of lamb wrapped in naan. Where's the rest of it.

Went in about 10 minutes ago and asked for 2 mixed kebab and chips one with just lettuce and mayo and other with cheese and mayo, instead we got a mixed kebab with naan bread no cheese and the one with only lettuce has full salad. Not impressed wouldn’t recommend

Ordered around 11 ish, food wasn't as long as I expected, it came relatively quick and came within 40 minutes. The driver was very nice and friendly. However, I ordered the lamb shish kebab with salad, curly fries and a hot chocolate. The "hot chocolate" was actually a 400ml bottle of yazoo milkshake. The curly fries weren't great either, with the distinctive taste of cardboard and being around room temperature and the lamb was very tough and chewie... after hearing many good things about the place it was quite the let down. :(

Found staff to be rude and impatient, the pizza wasn’t cooked, the chips were soggy as was the chicken pakora.

I've just phoned up to ask if they have changed the ingredients as my throat has swollen up and they just told me to go and leave a review. So here you are

Ordered last night kebab requested for salad to be included with kebab ended up with non also ordered chips they were not included in with my order, rang them they sent the chips and salad out to us which was to late to be eaten with meal. Been up most of the night with bad stomach with food poisoning symptoms which I presume is from kebab as ate nothing else but that yesterday apart from a sandwich. Very disappointed as have used this take away many times before and never had an issue. Will not be ordering from here again.

I was drunk I payed for my first order then i said do you chicken kebab they said yes i said can I have a small chicken wrap they then filled a big trey box up to the brim and took money out of my hand and said thats enough I got over charged for something I didn't order BUT its not the guy that runs it it's his staff

They charge u £2.00 pound delivery and it says free delivery on orders over £12.00 and its only 5 minutes away from the caravan park the delivery Driver speeds off

Pizza tastes like Costco's, I'll definitely be going again but I'll try a curry next time

Absolutely discusting! First time food was shocking, promised next time would be fresh. Tonight we ordered and 2 warm meals, chips were vile, kebab meat had spun round more times then my tumble dryer in the winter. Never go again I'd rather boil my socks and eat those

Terrible food. Chips and Onion Rings were cold - so they went in the bin. Fish was lukewarm so ate that. Expensive - £12.00. Dont order food from here.

Just went after work me and my mate ordered a mixed kebab meat and chips and I ordered a tikka masala while we was waiting for my curry the guy behind the counter took out the meat out the Bain Marie which wasn’t hot enough so god knows how long it’s been sat in there and then he then placed it into a take away container and microwaved it we spotted this so asked for fresh and he placed it back into the Bain Marie and tried to serve us the same meat that he microwaved so we cancelled our food and got a refund this is not a good way to maintain the safety of the customers as the food in the Bain Marie should be up to temp and kept for no longer than 2 hours so it’s obviously been sat there longer and the equipment is not keeping up to temp which it needs to get checked they can make someone very ill from reheating meats like this as meats should only be reheated once after being chilled and it has to be cooked to 75 degrees or above as it’s in the danger zone for bacteria to grow and you can imagine the amount of drunk peoples go go in there not realising what’s happening and even the people ordering through the apps and over the phone this needs to addressed as they obviously don’t know there basic food hygiene which is a major factor when working with food will be reporting to the environmental health officers as this is not on and they need to realise that they could make someone seriously ill

Great food guys working there are A1 Customer service , would recommend,chilli pink, I am told they are owners or partners of rhyl spice verry good.

Our 1st time ordering came exactly on time food was delicious. Restaurant quality definitely will be ordering again

£30 order had to wait 40 minutes for only one meal to be delivered, rang them up was spoken to rudly but they sent out the missing items to wait another 30 minutes to still have items missing. Ring them again to explain food was still missing but its too late at night for a replacement for them to shout and swear down the phone at me saying ibam wrong and not missing food! Will definitely not use them again and to top if off the food was cold and tasted horrible great way to was £30 haha.

Heavily pregnant and was given Raw chicken, curry like water lots of abuse over the phone and won’t give me a refund

I ordered food from here off food hub that never turned up then we called them 5 different times over 1 month to ask where my money was it wasn't till the 5th call that we said we was gonna seek legal advice that they refunded me 10 minutes later. In my opinion I would stay away from this take away unless you go and pay them in person!

Food is ok. But ordered 2 meals for a set time for them to be delivered half an hour early. Spoke to the driver and was told he could take them away but we would be waiting an extra 90 minutes past the time it was ordered. Not happy as spent money on 2 meals that will be cold by the time he gets home from work.

Would rate 0 if I could. Awful food poisoning from here 2 days in and I'm still suffering.

Ordered 2 diet coke at 70p each to get Diet pepsi with 2 for a £1 on the tins asked for very little oil in curry was overflowing with oil and 2x boiled rice was missing. I wasn't updated on the just eat order when it was on way so they came 20 minutes before there time Rand the bell and won't my not well dad up. Not happy with the service spend just over £22 no sorry nothing.

No problem with the food, food was great. Unfortunately, the delivery driver in the light blue car, possibly a volvo, or something similar was very very rude.

Resolved the problem with the order in a polite manner and was able to meet on an agreement. Fantastic place and understanding.

Awful, awful, awful. Ordered online. Food late. Had to ring up and the boy on the phone was very rude and put the phone down on me. Food came and was left outside but we were not informed. I rang back and again boy on the phone was extremely rude and put the phone down. I will never use them again and I will be complaining to Just Eat. Never been so disrespected ever. AWFUL. Plus food not great. Had much better

I ordered some and and a chicken burger was one of them. Once it arrived I opened the box to find no sauce and no lettuce. IT WAS JUST BREAD AND MEAT. this might be an unnecessary review but I felt the need to do so. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING BTW. 3 STARS ONLY BECAUSE OF THE BURGER OTHER WISE IT WOULDVE BEEN A 5

Theives! Would rate this lower if I could. Wasn't able to pay with card, had to go through a link they sent me. Then they claimed it hadn't gone through even though my banking app showed it had. Money is still gone from my account and no food was received

Had a takeaway on Christmas day night and the food was amazing and friendly staff. Yhe only thing I would change was (I think I'm getting old) the music was blasting lol and after a busy shift in work I would enjoyed it to be a bit more peaceful Haha but thank you for yummy food. Had 2nd takeaway this evening the food was amazing and staff friendly. Would definately go again and the music was quiet lol Haha.

Popped into chilli pink Express this evening on the way home, food was lovely pizza was freshly made and huge more than enough to go around 4 people, kitchen area was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly would definitely recommend.

Just placed an order for delivery. Was happy arrived quickly. However I am unable to eat mine, asked for a margarita pizza, tastes full of onions and not right at all. My son's chicken burger was all dry and bread didn't look right. So all has been placed in the bin. Disappointing.

My wife got food poisoning, and today we seen the waiters in Iceland buying all the frozen meals for the restaurant. So they carnt be freshly made, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Outstanding customer service and outstanding balance of da ingredients every time.

This is just a word of advice I have seen what they do in there with the take away cartons where they put food in them eat the food themselves and then wipe the carton and reuse it for other people

Not called Chilli Pink anymore, change of name and change of standard. Too many waiters fussing around you and quite pricey. Also I had a prawn curry and the prawns hadn't been de-veined. Put me right off so I left most of it

Chilli Pink closed down towards the end of 2017 and was replaced a new restaurant called Jafflong Spice which has subsequently also closed down and been replaced by yet another new restaurant called Chutney Lobster.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered 4 chicken kebabs 2 with no salad just mayo. All kebabs came with salad and no mayo and were barely warm. I also ordered piri piri hot wings. They sent me fried chicken instead. When I phoned they said they would bring back 2 kebabs in 20 mins but tried to palm me off with something else in replace for the piri piri hot wings instead of giving me a refund. Half an hour later they came back I gave them the food back and the driver gave me £4 refund for hot wings. He then walked to his car and i thought he was getting my kebabs for him to get in his car and drive off. Phoned the restaurant back for then to not really know what is going on. They then said my kebabs will be here in a other 20 mins. So I've now been waiting nearly 2 hours for my food and I really dnt feel like it now!!!!!. This used to be a good takeaway. It's gone down hill. Won't be ordering from here again. Think a free meal would be a good gesture seems as I'm a regular customer

Just had an order delivered.....we have used chilli pink express many times but we will NEVER use them again ...main pizza obviously held sideways as it was squished into the sidd of the box ...stone cold ( wasn't brought to door in bag !! ) ..garlic bread overcooked with very little garlic butter on it... chips tasted odd..... we cannot believe it as we usually enjoy the pizza ( had an issue last time with the pizza being squished but it was a first time.....this is the second time and it was very squashed !! ) ...sorry ...we will not waste our money on it again ... you must tell your delivery driver to keep the food in a bag and straight !! We havent been able to eat it and feel like we've wasted money :(

Simply the worst madras and saag paneer I’ve ever tasted. Madras is supposed to be hot it was bland with next to no spice. The paneer was burnt and flavourless. Will not be getting curry from here again.

Since having new owners the food is absolutely disgusting. I had a mixed meat kebab which was awful, and the chips were literally just a soggy mess floating in watery mayonnaise. My friend ordered a meat pizza, however I think a plastic pizza would have tasted better, it looked disgusting. Never again am I ever going there. Such a shame, before it used to be good. Avoid. Also, it took over an hour and a half.....Not great, however they did apologies when they finally delivered.

Food was disgusting chicken korma nothing but watery with two pieces of meat! Other dishes vile not much meat and just onions in oil very bland two of the dishes had spilt in bag! Delivery driver left the van stereo blasting whilst he delivered my food at 1am, made me very popular with my neighbours thanks a lot for that. Food portions very poor, rice was only half full. Disappointing. .

My pizza was cold the cheese was hard really not happy about that. Also the meat samosas were like ready made from a supermarket and I expect them to be freshly made from a Indian takeaway/restaurant and much larger too. Driver drove past my house after I left instructions and I was hanging around my front door while it is low temperatures outside.

Asked for 2 peri chicken burgers, but recieved 2 normal chicken ones which cost alot less, Dont usually have problems with your place but i was rather disapointed this time and feel like ive been ripped off, all it would have taken is to say youd had none so i could of had something else to make up for the price! pure lazy and it coukd have easilh been resolved, its like you were even busy at 1 in the morning either

Stone cold pizza , chips was just warm I ordered 2 large 3 small. I ordered my nana a chicken burger with salad and mayo , she got a double cheese burger dripping in mayonnaise and the bun was sogged in vinegar???? Hardly no salad . By boys was so disappointed because their food was cold and milkshakes was warm 😡😡😡😡😡 £24.50
