Absolutely deserves a 0 rating donner meat was well over done and calzone was burned to a crisp and didn't put our sources in so dry after food avoiding the place at all costs is an under statement

Great flavour food .only ever had the kebabs. Tried different ones .kebabs meat same as others but love the chicken kebabs. I have it in chips as its shredded chicken kebab.chilly is hot so only have that of I have had a couple of drinks. You can park outside but find it easier to park on the pub carpark.they do deliver but as I live around the corner I just walk .started going there as you had to book at the pub for food in the summer so had a kebab instead and walked to the beach to eat it as its only 7 min walk from takeaway ship. Nice food.

The food was really nice but I got food poisoning

This place needs looking at after spending Xmas with food poisoning I’ve spoken to other people and seen similar experiences needs looking into before somebody ends up in the hospital or worse

Missing items from order twice I will not be back

On holiday just around the corner from star kebab and pizza had the star special kebab and a large margarita pizza. Kebab came with chips. 2 pitta. salad and veg got free garlic pizza bread as well. fed family of three with some leftover. Food was excellent would reccomend

Out off all the kebab shops in North Wales I've tried I wasn't Impressed at all but this one is nice and the only one I'll order from... should speak volumes I won't send you for bad food

£8.50 for a tiny kebab, used to be good but now very poor, will be going elsewhere in the future

Ordered a 12” Hot and Spicy. It’s cost me £15 with delivery. It had 3 pieces of green chilli on it! A total of 3 pieces on a 12”. It was neither hot nor spicy. It had about 2 tiny pieces of meat on each slice and the rest was just cheese on dough. I might as well have made myself some cheese on toast for a fraction of the price. Total cost to make this pizza was probably around 70pence. Wish I’d ordered from dominos.

Tried being friendly and asked staff their names while waiting for my kebab, 45ish year old guy started interrogating me on who I was and why I was there. Kebab tasted bland, looked grey and swimming in water.

Over an hour and a half wait for 2 things, arrived cold, got told it was 10 minutes away when called up at hour and a half into the waiting time and arrived 40 minutes after, would never go again, would understand if it was a large order but literally just 2 things and a sauce, shocking, no worth the wait or the money

We stayed at the caravan site across the road and we fancied some late night food. We really enjoyed it, garlic great and cheese was amazing and our kids enjoyed their food. Well recommended.

We started ordering online as their website and FOODHUB stated you could receive 10% off over £20. The discount did not apply, so I rang them instead, they said the discount was over two weeks ago. Anyway, we ordered and we’re told it would take 30-45 minutes to arrive. After an hour I gave them a call, they said the driver was on there way. 15 minutes later our food arrived, the driver didn’t have enough change so they didn’t give us our full amount of change, the food was warmish and ok. However 10 hours after the food my husband is now throwing up! Overall awful and won’t be visiting or advising anyone to use them again.

Cold chips chicken kabab was like leather chicken burger was slimy and agine cold it all went in the bin the driver said he couidt find my house but its so easily found will not order agine waste of 18 pounds 😑

Lovely food just got home to a tomato pizza instead of a meat feast disappointed

Stopped off here as i saw it on my way into the town. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Service was quick, plenty of options and generous portion size. Will visit again and try something else.

Disgusting! Missing items. Asked for a refund and for food to be collected was told no! Customer service the worst ever. Instead of rectifying there mistakes just said don’t order again!! How they get business is beyond me

On holiday across the road from here, had a bit of a wait on Saturday night but food was good we had the wraps. Have eaten there again on Thursday had som chicken wings and they were really juicy and had a nice little bit of heat, the misses had a chicken burger and was nice I had a shish and chicken kebab and was really nice would highlighly recommend this place for food. Really friendly staff I recommend it. I would of taken pictures but i ate it to fast.

Staff very friendly but waited quite a while for our food so I thought at least it will be nice and fresh. We ordered kofte it was absolutely awful and have been ill for 4 days now since. Could be a coincidence but I feel sick every time I think of the food we definitely will not be going again

Waited over an hour, we live less than 5 minutes away. Food was cold so much so that the cheese on the chips didn't even start to melt. Gave them a 2nd chance as have had a bad order in the past but will not get from there ever again

From the town is my go to takeaway even though I’ve been paying £1 on top of food delivery( none of the others do )I’m minutes away …but not now £10.40 for small donner salad and onion rings donner stone cold onion rings hot so clearly not a sitting on delivery van problem.. a timing and bad sevice problem won’t be going back !!!

Really awful experience Ordered food and ended up waiting nearly 2 hours for it to turn up, only to find we were missing food, and the food we recieved was cold which was a dissapointment, the delivery driver asked me to phone the shop and they will send out what was missing, waited another hour then phoned to see where the missing food was to be told to fluff off!! Disgusting behaviour will never use again.

Kebab meat was warm as it was taken from a container and not freshly cut Got home to find the guy had put the mayo on the meat instead of the salad and then the chilly souse on to of the mayo Yuck Never again

Been to this place couple of times each time a bad experience missing items phoned up rude staff making out we didn’t order them ok so we order bread without the meat then another occasion we get meat and no bread 🙄 asked about free garlic bread as advertised with orders over £20 lots of excuses for not getting it (happened twice this… sorry only what your advertising)not the best food either think we will stick to the high street.

Well I never like giving bad reviews but wow!!! Absolutely disgusting food. Donner was greasy, all soggy salad, chicken was fatty, chips fully with grease the sauce tasted like vinegar and got the order wrong! Wasted £29.20 for it to all go in the bin.... I wouldn't even feed it to my dog it was that bad never mind my kids! The only one thing I can say is your delivery driver is nice and polite. I would avoid at all costs to be brutally honest

Wait time states 35 mins almost two hours later food eventually arrived! Phoned numerous times no answer when eventually got through was told it’s on the way.. still waited another 15/20 mins! Meanwhile they marked it as delivered on website as to not flag an issue with foodhub! Phoned and apparently it’s not their problem they only have three drivers.. I live within a mile! Meanwhile two hungry children waiting for their food but star doesn’t care about your food they only care about your money! Honestly avoid this place if you want food within a good time scale.. or try ordering hours and hours in advance of when you want it! I’ll be passing my complaint onto goodhub when they open too! When they eventually deliver your order it’ll be wrong and substituted however they seem fit! Honestly if you want a disaster and a stress about your food then give these a shout!

Ordered from here for the past couple of nights why were staying on ffrith beach across the way. Weve had pizzas,different mixed kebabs,kids meals and all was very tasty. Will defiantly be going back!! Highly recommended

Ordered at 610pm rang at 720pm to see where order was. Told it was just on its way. No order at 750pm and no one answering the phone. First time we have used and last

very friendly staff offered me a free upgrade to 12 inch and a couple of free biscuits food also good quality deffo would go again

Ordered food at 6.10 phoned to see where it was at 7.20 after the app says 45mins man answered and growled on its way and hung up. Phoned again at 7.40 no answer, phoned again 7.45 as the car turned up food arrived only just tepid and over cooked the driver did not even apologise for any delay, just got back in his car and drove off. The food would not have been that cold if he had walked from the shop with it!!! Diabolical and the food was extremely poor!!!!

So disappointing nearly 2 hours wait for it to arrive with what can only be described has last week's chips that small even my kid would be starving after,inedible,cold and hard, the kebab again freezing and tasted like it was made yesterday.

Anyone that has negative reviews from these guys are your typical Karen's... We order regularly and everytime the food is fresh, fantastic and hot. It's only down the road, but we don't order because its convenient, we order because it is by far, the best in the area. The delivery drivers are always polite and friendly and nothing is to much for them. Thankyou to the owner and the staff, you truly are brilliant.

Ordered at 450pm via the Clwyd Eats app. After two phone calls to chase the order and two promises that it was coming, it eventually arrived at 710pm - 2.5 hours later ! When the food eventually arrived, it was cold, mushy and the chips had dried out. 75% of it went in the bin. We will not be using them again and would suggest you don’t waste your time and money like we did.

Excellent food. We tried Pizzas and Mixed Kebab, all really tasty. Special order for my son was no problem. Really good service. Highly recommend.

Bit pricey £6 for a small kebab

Pre ordered food for 4:45pm called to say it would be 15mins late, 5:00pm called at 5:30 to say would be delivered soon , called again15 mins later no answer so drove myself there and had no answers then told to f**k off only asked where my order was customers also in store, food then delivered cold and no salad!! Would never return ! Don’t waste your time or money

Ordered online waited for over 1hr and a half for the delivery not to come at all after after ringing 3 times we finally get though to tell us they have cancelled our order beacuse they couldn’t find our house even tho we are bang on the main road and they have been here several times . 1st time ok fair enough but after coming more than 4 times you should know you know where your customers are! Won’t be using you again !

This kebab is honestly the best one I’ve ever had. The timing isn’t great but bearing in mind they have to travel it’s a great time frame. The food is always hot, service with a smile and it tastes amazing!! The chicken is always moist & tender and the chips are cooked to perfection. Never under or over cooked! Favourite place to go by FAR!!

Theird time ordering from here tonight, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they have only been open about 5 weeks now and they had a Couple of good reviews. Donner meat was dry and over cooked and the chicken donner was really fatty. The best thing in the order were the chips (but that's not really rocket science

Ordered a few kebabs and nuggets for the kids, got a free bottle and a free pizza bread. Good was perfect, better than the other local kebab places. Pizza bread in particular was very good, nicer than your average base. Kebabs were tasty and tender and who doesn't love free stuff. Will definitely use these again

Ordered online for collection, opened 4 days ago... food was amazing, quick, hot and portions are very generous. Stuffed crust pizza was excellent, Donna kebab lovely and plenty of it, wanted to try the fried chicken and the beast meat was again excellent. Almost didn't manage the free garlic bread but had to try and again did not disappoint. Happy to have star pizza on the door step, very friendly staff and will be using more often for our cheeky treats.

Food was cooked to perfection very warm and for a good price will definitely go here again one of the best places around
