More hand washing needs to be maintained. The young boys looked miserable and unhappy 🙁 I woke with a bad belly and expected better from this establishment. Sorry. So ordered a pepperoni pizza for the second time the first it was cremated the second was well see for yourself ,I love near this takeaway and did until lately order regularly from here but lately it has gotten worse and worse and now well anyone reading this who doesn't want to end up at a takeaway taking you food back again see attachment do not order food from here

constantly 30 mins to an hour after the delivery time. Its just far too long and every time you question it you are very busy. If you are this busy constantly maybe raise your expected delivery time? Due to the amount of time it takes over and above the delivery time I dont feel I can order again, which is a real shame.

Arrived earlier than stated on my order, it was hot and fresh and tasted great

It was delivered early which was great however the garlic mayo spilt all over my order so It was messy and I missed out on my garlic mayo!

Had 4 pizza tonight. I could not distinguish the difference between any of them apart from some tomato paste on the base of one all the cheese tasted exactly the same in them all……. Tasteless. They gave us a small something with cheese on top that someone left. Wish they hadn’t again it was completely tasteless. The seagull just had a good feed on the beach.

The driver was excellent, very jolly and enthusiastic, food was lovely as always

Apparently chicken meat is tandoori chicken? No flavour not very hot and very disappointed - thrown in bin and made a ham sandwich… shame as used to be ok… tried calling to explain but apparently I’m wrong? Everyone else said the meal was of a poor standard - waste of £50 and won’t go back again.

Ordered a family meal and it was lovely. Was staying at a local holiday park and it was delivered swiftly and was hot on arrival, cheers to Star Pizza & Kebab, I'd recommend if you're staying in Prestatyn.

Genuine review. We waited over hour nd a half for are food to arrive to the point we drove down to the shop the guy couldn't careless didn't say sorry once, The driver rang me once I had got there returned back to park to find none of are order was correct, correct food wrong condiments everything was stone cold salad was slimy chicken was dry and stone cold. They couldn't even get the drinks correct. I'd avoid this place at all costs

Waited for 2 hours 30 minutes for a very small order to arrive got fobbed off on the telephone multiple times then I decided to go to the takeaway to be told the driver is there all ready but had my cctv on my phone showing no one was at my address after 10 mins in the shop the driver finally turned up with the delivery. We always order from this takeaway and have never had issues with deliveries until now not a great way to treat loyal customers

Picked up as delivery was £3 and only live 2 minutes from store, once picked up missing two cans. Sat down to eat the pizzas are okay the chips we had was rubber with cheese on didn’t eat wasn’t enjoyable. First time ordering from here won’t again shame.

First time we used this place the food was pretty good so we used again, the food got lost apparently the driver. They re made the food fair enough but tonight we ordered food went to meet the driver we were on the phone to him while he handed it to someone else he saw me coming and waving and drove off, I’ve come to the the shop and the staff are blanking me as if not here refusing to give money back or re make the food, the place is so unorganised a mistake once yeah ok but every order no!

Great food great service but when the delivery driver leaves the gate open when he knew we had a dog she ran straight out and nearly got ran over please if you see a closed gate close it again afterwards

Poor quality fried chicken pieces. The coating was very thick and studgy and tasteless chicken. However I did enjoy the mixed kebab

Arrived at our campsite late and decided to order from here. The food was absolutely brilliant the pizza tasted amazing but we ordered stuffed crust but didn’t get that just ordinary. And the 3 piece chicken meal didn’t come with the side dish and also was given chicken fillet burgers rather than chicken pieces but my son wasn’t bothered he enjoyed it.

Banging food 10/10 (all was eaten) could not resist aha, pizzas are top tier and fresh , chips are crunchy but also soft, and the cheese garlic bread was 10/10 also arrived piping hot cheers👍

Absolutely deserves a 0 rating donner meat was well over done and calzone was burned to a crisp and didn't put our sources in so dry after food avoiding the place at all costs is an under statement

got two kebabs and a burger while staying at presthaven sands all lovely food and good service

Ordered food at 20:37 and it finally arrived at 22:15, it had been marked as delivered at 21:50 on the Just Eat app. I called the star pizza directly at 21:55 and was told my order was ready and would be delivered in a few minutes. 20 minutes later it finally arrived! We always order from this place, however after my experience tonight I shall not be a returning customer. You should not take orders for delivery if you cannot fulfil them.

Great flavour food .only ever had the kebabs. Tried different ones .kebabs meat same as others but love the chicken kebabs. I have it in chips as its shredded chicken kebab.chilly is hot so only have that of I have had a couple of drinks. You can park outside but find it easier to park on the pub carpark.they do deliver but as I live around the corner I just walk .started going there as you had to book at the pub for food in the summer so had a kebab instead and walked to the beach to eat it as its only 7 min walk from takeaway ship. Nice food.

I have ordered and the food has not come they claimed they had knocked on the door but no one came waited over an hour worst place to order food from especially the fact I'm not from this area

Service wasn't great. Rang for an update on my order to be told it would arrive in 15 minutes as they was busy and only one driver on. 25 mins later an order turns up which was the 2nd order ordered 15 minutes after the 1st order as we had family round that couldn't decide where ro get food from. I questioned the driver as ti where the 1st order had gone he hadn't a clue. I rang the takeaway again and all I was told was he was waiting for the driver to return so he could give him the 1st order. It didn't make sense whatsoever. They say they are extremely busy and running on short staff however would it not of been more practical for somebody to manage the orders more affectively and to of sent both orders out together?? But nobody would even answer this question apart from say its on the way soon. Poor service. The food then arrives- the chips tasted like they had been cooked over and over again was completely tasteless. The burgers looked like they had been thrown together in the box so after a total of 2hrs waiting for food it wasn't even worth the wait and the majority went in the bin. I understand shortages of staff but if you can't deliver food quality, customer service I think you need to reevaluate the teams skills. I'm not even from the area I was visiting family and after passing this place on the way home there were actually 4 people cooking. So who knows who is actually keeping track on orders coming through and sending out in order.

The lamb in my kebab was inedible. Worst lamb ever it was horrible. Chips were hot. Chicken in kebab was ok. Haven’t tried pizza as I bought it for lunch tomorrow

Lovely food tonight even chips ok but I have noticed delivery charge on just eat is £3 on Foodhub it’s £2 and then on Clwyd eats it’s only a £1 felt ripped off

First time ordering as we were staying in Haven. Food was really nice ( chicken kebab ) was unreal 😍 and the collection time was spot on, didn’t have to wait around. Would recommend. Thank you 😊 👍🏼

Shocking food shocking prices. Over £45 to feed four people. Stay away

On holiday just around the corner from star kebab and pizza had the star special kebab and a large margarita pizza. Kebab came with chips. 2 pitta. salad and veg got free garlic pizza bread as well. fed family of three with some leftover. Food was excellent would reccomend

Out off all the kebab shops in North Wales I've tried I wasn't Impressed at all but this one is nice and the only one I'll order from... should speak volumes I won't send you for bad food

Used these for years and I'm appaled at the delivery tonight rang said we are at gate we always had delivered to our door so had to leave children in bed to collect order after a short walk,delivery driver we don't deliver to you you have for years so what's different now his response stop being lazy and exercise 👀 I said I won't order from you again his response don't worry we won't miss you congrats on treating a longtime customer this way

Food is good there, but this is now their 3rd mistake on an order. This is why I'm writing this review. And instead of refunding the difference the just send up the bits they missed. Recieving donner meat meant for special burger 30 mins after food had been ate 👍

I live 2 mins from the shop and I was told 20 mins ago that the food was on the way!! It used to be a good place to eat but it’s gone down the pan I will not be eating here again. When I called to complain they hung up on me

Delivered on time and hot! Kofte wrap was wetter than an otters pocket and full of salad juice. Felt like I was eating a salad wrap, there was hardly any meat. Kofte tasted bland maybe consider taking this off the menu it’s awful, but burger was amazing!
