Bodrum Kebab House in Denbighshire

Came here for food. The food was wrong. The order was wrong. But when I opened it to eat it, there was a dead wasp in my food. I took it back and all I got was bad attitude off the owner and his staff. A man with grey hair stocky build spoke to me as if I’m some sort of sausage. Absolutely awful. Told me couldn’t have a full refund because I debt a piece of chicken. What a disgrace.

Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for delivery, when it arrived it was cold , soggy, ruined Don’t waste your money, kebab shops are everywhere, not the best

Worst take away I’ve ever had all my order come wrong wouldn’t off mind if it’s was a small amount of money but if was £45 worth money I don’t really have I rang them and they was so cheeky calling me a retard and a stupid bitch I am autistic and they just made me have a panic attack and mental down I will never be ordering food from there ever again

Hopefully my review changes after I pick up my order. Two days calling back to back myself and someone else in case they weren’t answering because my number comes up as a business. But nope they weren’t answering any calls at this store. Called from open til about 6 yesterday total of 8 calls. Today same and no answer.

Lovely and clean, value for money and lovely food. However not very friendly which is a shame. Will continue to go for food but hope they will take the unfriendly atmosphere on board.

Me and my family are in North wales on holidays. We ordered the Food through just eat and the food arrived early so was very happy that we didnt have a long wait. Food was really lovely and delicious. Me my partner and our children all enjoyed our food. Next time we come here on holiday we will definitely be ordering from here again. Would definitely recommend..

We’re happy customers. We got a Chocolate Milkshake, a Banana ice cream & a plain Mint ice cream(without the chips). All three flavors are genuinely some of the best ice cream we’ve ever had. For certain we’ll be returning to ColdStone. ..Especially for another Chocolate Milkshake ᵕ̈ [sincerely the best Chocolate Milkshake I’ve had in a very long time]. I absolutely recommend.

Worst Cold Stone location ever. Never clean, never enough tables set up for people to sit, sign outside is peeling, always only 1 person working so it takes forever, and the AC barely works so it’s super humid inside and the ice cream instantly melts. The 1 person usually working is an Asian woman who barely speaks/understands English and isn’t friendly. They need to get it together or they will close soon.

Nice local ice cream shop. Also got the peanut butter chocolate birthday cake which everyone thought was great. Recommended

8 min before closing and they are turning people away. I’m in the door before closing time, the door is open, people are being served but the staff says they are closed!!! I’d love to see what the owner thinks about this crew! Zero stars for service!

Asian woman not very welcoming but glad someone else waited on me otherwise I would have left, not sure if she is the manager owner or what but she needs to have a be a little more pleasant with the customers or that coldstone will be closing real soon! Waffle cone use to have the volume of the cup they are now reduced. Feel cheated.. after spending 8.25 for what I think is a small scoop of ice cream

I love Cold Stone, but every time I visit this location it just sucks. For some reason why ice cream always melts quicker then any other location I go to. Last time I came there was only one person working and obviously being understaffed it was a terrible wait time to order and get everything that was ordered.

Was at this location on July 3rd it was my family and I first time. Employees were not friendly at all we even got skipped our turn had to let them know and point that out to them. The asian lady was very rude and seemed like she was training a new employee who had no clue what was going. The asian lady was rude to the employee while training her on how to make our icecream. She was very short with us once we checked out. Horrible will not be going back at all.

Whenever I have ordered ahead, I have arrived in person and been told to wait 15 mins or so. Staff is doing the best they can.

Best kebab meat we've ever had. The mixed meat box is tasty and great value. Order arrived in the arranges time slot. Highly recommended

Wasn't the greatest of all cold stone visit. Usually, compare to other shop like Franklin fountain, cold stone give you a lot of ice cream and you wouldn't worry about the price but this time feel different, wasn't sure if it is because my cup feel half filled or was it perhaps tie to the way they setup their tips amount screen.... They programmed their credit card payment tips default to be 15%+ with no options for no tips . While custom tips amount is there but it doesn't help to press 15% to be lazy and then question yourself does a mediocre ice cream place visit worth tipping when you already paid premium for it...

Just like I remembered from like 10 years ago. Shout out to the gentleman who called tf out of my sister who exclaimed "I made a creation!" And he's like "actually you ordered this menu item with diff base ice cream." You sir are a hero. (Evening shift of 8/26) Also my sister and I are in our 30s. We're old people.

Terrible experience, manager is terrible and wouldn’t help with a coupon. Also wouldn’t give another family a new ice cream because the kid didn’t like it. Very rude manager and not willing to help at all.

I visited this store a few weeks ago, and one of the girls who was working there preparing food and serving costumers kept wiping her nose and scratching her nose with her hand, and then not washing her hands. Just continued to prepare food and serve costumers. So gross. Also, the kids working there were so frazzled by the long line and tons of customers. Where was the owner or manager on such a busy, beautiful Saturday night? Someone with some rank and experience should have been there helping those kids. It’s a shame, bc we used to like going there.

Such a friendly young woman working behind the counter. Getting ice cream is such a happy experience. And she has made this experience 10 times better because she was so increfibly sweet.

Had a large Donner wrap never go here again the portion was tiny all just salad and a thin layer of meat

Went in to the shop, hygiene was clearly an issue. Staff where very rude, and the food was awful. I ordered chicken wings and chips. Wings where tough and bland. Chips where soggy and also bland. Had a few mouthfuls and chucked it in the bin. Would never come again!

Website says it’s closes at 10 pm but doors are closed at 9pm . False advertisement !

Ordered on just eat, this has hapoened twice now. How can a doner kebab be delivered without pitta?? Ended up driving to the shop after delivery driver refused to take my meal back, went in shop got pittas and had my delivery charge refunded its a shame as the food is lovely but refuse to use them again

Made my order wrong even though we did not modify items. My peanut butter pretzel was missing half the ingredients was just ice cream and pretzel and it came to $10.

Says they closed at 9. Got there 15 minutes before 9, looks they closed way before I got there. Update your times.

Only one person working, serving a massive line. My pre-ordered $18 order wasn't even ready when I arrived. They didn't have the green waffle bowls for my Lucky Charms Over the Rainbow Creation, I did not see the gold glitter on my Sundae, and the Ice Cream itself was not green as in the picture but a grayish color. For making 35 minute drive just for this was very disappointing. 😢 He was very nice and helpful, that's the only thing that made the trip any good at all.

Horrible experience, not much selection and hardly any toppings and a very rude lady. Today I drove by and noticed they were closed permanently-now the limited selections makes sense. And probably explains the rudeness too. Anyway, I’ll miss Cold stone being close to me but won’t miss this operator.

Staff are unfriendly. We ordered Mud Pie Mojo, which we always order, and it was made in a horrible way. Never tasted before like this in any cold stone around the county. To top it, medium size container had unfitted cover which made the ice cream spell in the car. Never again in this store and may as well take a long break from cold stone creamery.

Ordered a cake, did not have Reese's cup mix in, or peanut butter mix in. Terrible cake for what is supposed to be gourmet. Could've made a better one myself. Also small size, go elsewhere

This was our favourite takeaway in the area so when we work late we normally get home and order from here via just eat but just recently they have been forgetting things last time I rang to tell them the man that answered was horrible and rude he told me I was lying to get free food and if I didn’t like it not to order from there again I put the phone down disheartened as one persons meal was ruined. My husband rang back and this time a girl answered and said the forgotten food was there but it was too busy and too far to bring it and there was nothing they could do my husband stated that he would not be ordering from there again and asking just eat for a refund as the meal was ruined. She said ok but just eat won’t refund you less than 24 hours we had full refund from just eat 🤷🏼‍♀️ I definitely will not order from here again and we were regular customers the attitude of the staff is disgusting.

The asain woman who appears to be the manager at this location is extremely rude and treats her customers differently! To some particular people she acts as if she is nice, and to others, she gives horrible customer service. I went in to place an order for a cake, and she proceeded to service 3 other customers before completing my order, when I was there before any of them. At first, I thought that I was overreacting, until the last customer she took before me stated to put the rest of his money towards my order. It was then that I realized that how she was treating me was blatantly obvious to others as well. For this reason, I will NEVER go back to this Willow Grove, Pa location and I told her that as well! She should not be working in customer service, she is AWFUL!

Don’t know what people are talking about when they say the Asian lady at this cold stone is rude, she’s just very straightforward which is nice. In all would come again.

Never let’s this hoe down when it comes to a burrito. Struggle to get it in my mouth but when I do it’s well worth it. It’s the only meat I like with cheese on it. And believe me I’ve had a few.

I can honestly say this was the worst consumer buying experience that I have ever had! This store ruined my twins 12th birthday! Not only did they not fulfill my order for my cupcakes or cake, they also refused to reimburse my confirmed order!!! No manager follow up, no consumer satisfaction implementation, left me completely robbed and with nothing on the day of my twins party!! Even the very next day when I called to follow up the manager Joanne was completely nasty and unempathic! She offered me my money back as if that helped the soar taste Coldstone has left with me! She told me that she refused to rectify my order with at least cup cakes for my kids! That if I wanted anything more than my money “IT WAS ON ME!” As if I as the customer did anything wrong, my money back was the LEAST they could do! I pre-paid, pre-tipped, and arrived on time!!! Never again!!!!!!!

They do a lovely lamb doner kebab here. But unfortunately the girl answering the phone can not take orders correctly and sent chicken one has been ate and one is in the bin when I rang to explain apparently it’s my fault poor customer service

Horrible service , the Asian women I believe is the manager was rude. The amount of Ice cream for the price is ridiculous. Not coming back to this location ! Dream Ice Cream at Glenside is 10 min away is amazing 5 stars rating !!!!

Employees don’t wear gloves. With all the germs going on they need to wear gloves. They take money, credit cards, etc from people all day. I watch one employee serve three different customers with no gloves on, she didn’t wash her hands in between nor did she sanitize. Before I left I ask do they wear gloves she stated they didn’t have to. Every other cold stone I visited wear gloves. COVID no COVID they need to wear gloves.

I love cold stone ice cream and I am often in the area. I went here to congratulate myself for an achievement and the Asian lady here was not inviting, was rude, and sort of dismissive. I did my best to not let her kill my vibe, but will not spend my money here again. I will patronize my favorite cold stone on Aramingo if anything. Fire that lady, she is the WORST!

My partner and I ordered on Thursday my pizza was disgusting clearly been re cooked and re cooked topped with fresh cheese and recooked, the following Sunday I ordered a large chicken doner kebab I had about 3 fork off chicken and then realised it was swimming in Grease, by the time I salvaged my kebab onto a plate I started feeling instantly sick and ran upstairs to the inevitable! I was violently sick, everytime I have an issue with this restaurant I phone them but I always get nothing but an argument to the point of total rudeness, so my Thursday night meal all went in the bin and my Sunday night meal all went in the bin and they kept all my money, I am so angry at the kebab house I am never ordering from there again but this time I took a picture of the Sunday night kebab! I've even got video footage! I think it's about time this restaurant has regular visits from the health inspector and I mean regular, this is not on that they can keep charging for this absolute Dyer rubbish that I wouldn't even feed my dog if I had one.

Always enjoy my ice cream from cold stone. This particular location today was a bit slow. There was a long line and only one employee actually making ice cream. After a 20 min wait, another employee finally came and decided to help out. They are a bit pricey, but very delicious.

Ordered our takeaway on line had chicken, chips, pizza, kebab in a wrap we enjoyed it as we always enjoy our meals from here great portions and great delivery highly recommend!!!!!!!

They don’t clean their blender. I ordered a chocolate banana milkshake but when I got it there were chunks of some kind of nut in it. It would’ve been a hazard if someone was allergic to nuts and they got this. There was also a cotton fiber in my bf’s milkshake too. Disgusting.

Waited 30 minutes for ice cream. Ordered a love it size and it was smaller then the like it size my wife ordered. 20.00 for 3 ice creams is out of control. Will not be back. We be going to dairy queen or wawa for now on.

I called the store last night because online wasn’t letting me place the order for a birthday cake. Online the only birthday cake shows up as devils food cake and sweet ice cream. When I spoke with someone at the store they said they could have the cake ready for today. Never did they mention it was going to be yellow cake and vanilla ice cream. I get the cake home we sing, I cut into it and see it’s yellow cake annoyed with nothing left to serve my fiancé we try it. It’s disgusting! I call the store and they basically just tell me there’s nothing they can do! No I’m sorry let give you a discount or some money back to fix the misunderstanding. Never again will I order from here. Overpriced and overrated!!

Favorite place to visit in the summer. Only issue is their card reader doesn't work well so bring cash as a backup.

Cold slow- In on Saturday night and with a few people in line I though this might actually be fast tonight. It looked like Two people were working but not sure what the girl was doing but she was not waiting on the customers in line as it looked like she was cleaning up for the night or working call in orders? The same guy that took our order , made our ice cream and rang us up as the line continued to grow. To the owner please staff your store properly, especially for a Saturday night why only Two employees? For what you charge for a milkshake and the wages you pay these kids have a 3rd person to keep the line going. I saw Two families look in and walk right out. Your losing business for poor customer service. The money you lost for just one family leaving would have paid that 3rd salary for a Three hour shift.

Kevin and His coworker were understaffed and people kept pouring in right up until 9PM (closing time). He kept his cool and dealt with each customer politely and Professionally. While his coworker cleaned the store up. Service was slow but only because of the customer to employee ratiio.

Recently purchased three kebabs from here worst kebab I've ever had the meat was like leather and looked as though it was two days old. Wouldn't feed this to my dog. Sad excuse for a salad and I wouldn't recommend you eat from here. A zero rating complete waste of money.

Ordered chicken and chips, 15 minutes later still waiting for meal, asked how long it would be and the response was that it was being fried after been taken out the microwave. It was yesterday's chicken that had been frozen. I refused to take this and changed my order which the worker was reluctant to change but eventually did it. Wouldnt recommend this place.

Really would recommend this takeaway! We were on holiday and ordered from here, it was absolutely lovely food! All tasted fresh, I had a burger and can honestly say it was one of the nicest I've had from a take away! I ordered on Just eat for collection and they text me within 15 mins to say it was ready! Defiantly recommend! If I didn't live 200 miles away this would be somewhere I'd regularly order from :)

Good ice cream and friendly service

Ordered strawberries milkshakes and caramel frappuccino . In this hot weather that's what we want. But asian lady took order and made was very rude and unfriendly. Atmosphere was very nice though.

Love this location. Even when they're extremely crowded they make sure the lines are moving. Well worth it. They always make my icecream perfect.

Nice staff but not near enough of them. Waiting for a small ice cream with four people in front of me took close to 25 minutes. The ice cream is good, but given the wait we will steer the kids towards Dairy Queen or Rita’s Water Ice next time.

Been having takeaways for a while from here for our treats, the food is always well cooked nice and hot really enjoyable meals, delivery men always very nice! Delivery earlier than it says too, would highly recommend here, for nice non greasy food you know that the food will be fab!

I’m puzzled by the bad reviews here, I’ve been ordering from this place almost weekly since October and I’ve not once had anything other than excellent food. The staff are friendly, they deliver fast and the food is faultless and cooked properly. This is the only place in the area that I order from for pizzas, kebabs, burgers and chicken.

Went in to order 2 basic meals and was sat there for 40 minutes whilst they dealt with on the phone orders and justeat. No body came in to the shop whilst I was there and didn't even start to cook my meals in till after 20minutes the order was wrong and had to explain the meals 3 times which were not complicated. The meal was more expensive than the previous week where my partner collected our order by £3.50 but the food is very good just the service is what stops this place from being excellent.

As regular customers to here we haven't really had any issues at all. Delivery is always quick, food is always hot on arrival.As i choose pizza often adding my own toppings are usually nice. Unfortunately the last time i selected "normal" chicken and onion as i have had chicken donner put on the pizza previously and i didnt like it.I left a comment in the box stating i wanted normal chicken not donner and what a surprise they didnt listen.I had 2 pieces picking it off but wasted the rest! Wasnt happy at all. Its definitely put me off from ordering again soon!
