Kamranz Takeaway in Denbighshire

Delivery was a bit of a wait but honestly couldn’t complain one bit about the food was nice n warm and really enjoyed it most definitely getting here again definitely can say that this is one of the best takeaways I have tried around here food nice n cheap and so filling 😊

We placed an order at 8ish and at half 10 finally phoned them to ask if we had been forgotten? The bloke advised it would be another half an hour to an hour. So as we have beds to get to we decided to cancel the order to which he agreed and said a refund would be put onto the just eat account the order had come from. Days went by and no refund, multiple calls later they are refusing to reimburse us. That's fine, I won't lose sleep over the money, however I hope this review will ultimately cost them more than what they owe me. I would avoid if I were you.

Great place Food is amazing I. Definitely recommend allways time and hot Delivery. Drivers are helpfull ordered a bunch of times. From here allways my number one 🥇 Chips are perfect and also got a burger brill I wish. There were more word to describe this amzing place always ready for a Kamranz x Delivery drives always come with a smile it's clean inside an gret place definitely recommended

My food was late and I ordered it at 7:15pm I didn’t get my food till 9:13 the chips was cold we have to reheat them my 87 year old grandmother fell asleep with no food we woke her up and she wasn’t hungry the pizza was about warm when we reserved it

it was 45 minutes late and cold when we received it. the pizza was burnt

We placed an order that ended up being 2 hours late. It arrived like warm so I imagine there was likely a driver shortage. I would’ve rather just been called and given the choice to wait or pick it up myself honestly.

Fries werent the best, they did forget suce on one of the kebabs but over all was good food

This is the coldest takeaway we've ever had. It was over 30 mins late when we phoned to find out where it was, they told us they were just bagging it. 30 mins later, still not arrived and was told it would be about 5 mins. It arrived about 10 mins after and it was freezing. This kebab must have been prepared for well over an hour before. Tried to warm it up in the microwave but it was inedible. Will not be using again.

Ordered at 18:17, food expected at 19:00-19:20, so called them. Said it was on it's way. Called them again, Food finally arrived at 19:45. Waiting for over an hour for just fish and chips is just not good service.

Gona completly downhill recently, my last order took 1hr 45mins to arrive and the food was overcooked, thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt tonight and order again, currently been waiting 2hrs and counting, u will not be getting my custom again! if I could rate zero stars I would! UPDATE food was cold, my order wasn’t correct, all round disgusting food to be honest

Don’t bother ordering for delivery. Even after an hour and a half from placing an order, it takes a phone call from us to find out they can’t supply the order. We enjoy their food but the service is rubbish.

Burger had hard boney bits in it. Check burger… past delivery is amazing and past food

delivery driver was rather rude about the area in which i lived, I was met with “bit of a squeeze this street init”.. no “hello” or anything, he also forgot my drink and then loudly banged on my door and handed me the can without saying anything. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again

anyone that bashes this place has clearly not been or mistakes happen, this places quality is probably the best around considering from what I've seen and had seems to been freshly prepared EVERYTIME, never had a bad homemade/freshly cooked item from this takeaway, I've had bad frozen products which they've gladly offered to exchange in the past but due to my spotless experience with them I decline, do not pass up kamranz this is a long awaited and deserved review, 10/10 price is unbelievable!!x

Ordered food at 5.30. I know they are busy and have delivery issues But I’m sad to say at 8.05 I called to nudge on our delivery We received it at 8.50. Cold and as my partner had asked wrapped into his unable to reheat When you see small businesses struggling it’s a shame that they can’t control how busy they are That’s it for us unfortunately Poor service

Not up to usual standard the tikka masala kebab wasn't tikka masala and only contained 4 pieces of chicken

Ordered food 2 hours ago for my sons birthday. Had family round to enjoy the food. Most have gone home now, and some fell asleep. Never waited so long for a takeaway. Ridiculous. Still waiting! Cancelled order now waste of time. Will not be ordering again!!!

Been a regular here for years unfortunately it has gone completely down hill. For my last two orders, there’s always an excuse of ‘ we’ve ran out of this’ or ‘there’s something wrong with the system’ ‘ it’ll be 20 minutes’ it isn’t… 3 hours we have waited tonight for 3 kebabs… 3 whole hours, pictures show one kebab cooked fine the other inedible and clearly raw! Chewy and tasted microwaved, my kebab had bbq sauce and it was a puddle of runny consistency at the bottom. Having to tell my child she will have to go to bed as it’s almost 10 o’clock, ordered at 6:58 called twice to be told excuses above, turned up a disgrace. Why and how is this even legal to serve to the public? It was freezing cold! Seriously terrible kebab! I will never ever order from this establishment again, to serve this to children let alone adults is utterly disgusting! I am pregnant, regardless this shouldn’t be served to humans clearly! do not accept orders if it can’t be delivered or prepared properly ! And train your staff to do better! Zero stars! Thrown in the bin! Avoid like the plague

Ordered at 7:05pm given a delivery time of 8:20-8:50pm, called the shop at 9:20pm asking about my order and I was told it was currently being cooked and would arrive withing15-20min, didn't arrive till 10:20pm. No salad and free item cold+over cooked

Ordered our food for delivery at 18.50 and decided to go and pick it up ourselves and 21.10. To have to wait over 2 hours for a takeaway is absurd. If I thought it was going to be that long I would’ve gone out for a meal. I won’t be ordering again.

Ordered on app at 18:30. Latest delivery time was 19:40. App updated to confirm delivery at 19:30. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. contacted restaurant twice. Eventually delivered at 21:05. By which time children going to bed. Very disappointed.

Ordered food at half 8 and it's now 11:07 and I'm still waiting and the staff member had the poor excuse of saying to my partner that there's only 1 driver not an excuse as if that's the case they shouldn't have accepted our order very poor use of professionalism

ordered at 6pm, delivery window was 7pm-7.30pm, that's fine. 7.20pm app says delivered, it's not. I ring the store. told they only have one driver and its going to be another 30-40 minutes. not happy but I wait...another hour goes by. ring again, driver is delivering another order, it will be another 30 minutes... food just arrived at 8.50pm. not even a free garlic bread as a sorry for waiting so long. what a joke

had to pick ut up myself staff attitude who answered the phone was shocking got told a hour then called back up as was late to then be told another half hour so had to pick it up myself as food wasn't even prepared......

Honestly this restaurant is the bomb! Vegetarian friendly. The kids meals are so good, the cheese bombs are ace. 10/10 kamranz rocks !! Thank you x

when finally arraved the kebab had masses of onion on and the whole kebab was drowned in thin mayonnaise had to spoon it of left pitta soaking wet totally ruined meal ended up with just chips rest of order was fine but whoever put tog my kebab ???

After discovering them a year or so ago, kamranz has quickly become my favourite takeaway place. Fantastic food with a huge variety, guaranteed to taste the same each time and wonderful customer service. Pizzas and fudge cake are to die for, and staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Truly an amazing place.

Terrible experience will not use this restaurant again. Ordered online and was told 30-40 minutes wait, after an hour the food hadn’t arrived so raised a query with just eat, no reply. So I phoned and was told the food would be delivered within 20 minutes. So, the food arrived after over an hour and when it did the pizza’s were really poor quality and soggy. The chunky chips were soggy and greasy, coleslaw was disgusting. Partial refund given by just eat. Will definitely NOT be ordering again from this place.

I am a regular costumer , gone down hill constantly gettin orders wrong , rude on the phone especially the lady think they would priories loyal customers as I have a son who orders a lot as he’s got learning difficulties and likes a kebab wen in a mood goin have to find somewhere else now gone down massively in my eyes waited 2 hours for order to get the wrong order to be told it would take just as long to rectify it no thanks 4 hours for tea

Firstly didn't get the free garlic cheesy bread which my youngest always has, would of ordered 1 if I knew they wouldn't have sent 1 even though we spent more than needed for it.. 2nd didnt receive a burger we ordered so had to share food around.. then 3rd ordered a lilt for my daughter and they send a Fanta that has pineapple in which she is elergic too. Steer clear, cheap for a reason. 😡

Busy night for them so slightly later than Just Eat promised. Pizza was a bit over done. Kamranz are usually excellent but today a little under par.

I ordered a takeaway delivery last night. The website stated delivery up to one hour. After one and a half hrs rang, and was told that they were very busy, but that food would arrive soon. After another half hour, rang again, and was told that delivery driver was just leaving. Food eventually arrived 15 minutes later, which was two and a quarter hours after ordering. Very disappointing, as food was good once it arrived. Felt sorry for the delivery man, as not his fault they were that busy.

delivery service is a disgrace from this place, delivery can take anywhere from 1hr to 2hrs. The first time we ordered delivery we waited an hour and a half for our food to come cold and with missing items , after calling to inform them about this the person on the phone said it would take 20 mins for some chips to come when we are a 2 minute drive away. this time ordering for delivery the order came late and with missing salad and pitta bread with our kebabs. absolute disgrace , will NEVER order again , very disappointing

this is 100% the worst takeaway in Rhyl not only do they deliver your order two hours late but they also send it you completely unedible that it has to be thrown in a bin is completely cold and rubbery the burger is burnt and refuse to give even a partial refund and the excuse I get is sorry we were busy absolutely disgusting please please do not order from this takeaway

This place is a joke Delivery time we were advised was within an hour - rang up 1hr 30mins later to be told will be with us in 15/ 20 minutes - shockingly this came and went Called again 2hrs after delivery time to be told another 20 minutes and we could just cancel and my 2 boys had been waiting for their food and getting irritated - called again and told it was on its way they are sorry - 2hrs 40minutes and food was stone cold - every time rang to complain they answered and hung up AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The food was lovely. The lady was very patient with us and explained the difference between the meals. Portions were really big too. Thank you.

My food never arrived I sat outside for 45 minutes whilst the driver was adamant he was there and he was not when I called the restaurant the lady had an awful attitude and said they can “re deliver” the food but it would be cold I told her I don’t want cold food just a refund then she got angry said she would speak to her manager and I never heard back! What an awful experience I won’t be ordering again that is for sure.
