Delighted to share our recent experience at Prestatyn! Despite previous disappointments with local curry options, we decided to give it another shot through JustEat. This restaurant, based in Rhyl serves amazing food! The tandoori chicken with curry sauce, rice, and salad was an absolute delight – beyond delicious! The cheesy chips, fried battered chicken, mixed lamb kebab, and gateau were equally scrumptious. Surprisingly, this gem only has 3.6* – it truly deserves a solid 5* rating! Undoubtedly, the best restaurant in North Wales!

Great place! Always order a chicken Bhuna for myself and a pizza for my partner! My favourite place for a curry!

Chips was cold apart from that the korma was nice and was delivered fast would recommend

Iv had a few take aways from here iys my favourite for Indian tale out. I love the chicken tikka masala also the cheesy garlic bread is spot on. The cheese burgers too mm best place for curry's and burgers hands down .

Food was very good and delicious. I liked it much. Will visit it again. Delivery is also in time. Everyone should must go and eat. It is the best in Rhyl.

Used to be good when I Order food from there and ever since then I’ve been feeling Ill not going there again

Ordered food was told we would have a 30 minute wait that was until the driver was sat outside our house for about 20 minutes on his phone that turned into a 50 minute wait , got the food chips were soggy and the pizza was cold then phoned up to complain but to which they say it was the 20mph speed limit which was utter bull sh*t they also offered a free pizza, the driver brings another pizza and takes the half eaten other one the driver was sat outside on his phone so unprofessional but everything else was ok not very impressed 👎

We have regularly ordered from eastern delight for many years however tonight we were so disappointed! The driver sat outside our house for 15 minutes on his phone whilst our good sweated in the car!!!! Food was soggy and pizza cold! We noticed the car outside the car but thought it was visitor to a neighbours house as he just sat in the car! We were gobsmacked after he walked up the drive after 15 minutes! Food was soggy!! I ran eastern delight and explained what happened and he said it was due to the new driving restrictions ! I explained we have it on camera the driver sat outside the house on his phone !!! They did sent a fresh pizza which was much nicer however they driver was full of attitude! Asked did we have a problem and we explained we know he was sat outside on the phone ! He said he was talking to a customer to Which we obviously replied why didn’t you deliver our food first ! Then he asked for the cold pizza back!!!!!!!!!! Sadly we won’t be using eastern delight again however after the zero rating don’t think many people will!!!

Poor customer service, the guy was totally blunt and rude.

Waste of money , made us all ill. Should'nt be open.. Staff rude as well.. Dont know how it has not been closed down.

Food was nice, good value for money and quick delivery time.

I ordered 2 curries 1 LAMB ROGAN JOSH and 1 lamb madras , both curries were in edible ,the first thing you taste is salt !!! But the shocker was the rogan NO TOMATOES IN SIGHT AND A DARK BROWN SAUCE !!!! your response to this when I called “THATS HOW YOU MAKE A ROGAN JOSH CURRY !!!!!!! Given my father in law owns his curry house (not in this town ) I KNOW HOW TO MAKE 1 !!!!!!!!!! But because I’m a white Women I must know nothing , well your wrong and your customer service is despicable

Ordered food tonight paid for over phone never arrived gutted

The rudeness of the man answering the phone thinks he has no name after giving me the order when hes spose to take the order thinks 🤔 i wont recognize his voice on off the phone says he has no name well ill walk in see if you speak like that then k

I get delivery no matter what I order looks and taste great 👍 I tried the seafood pizza 🍕 not what normally go for but told to try. Wow, all I can say not had a cold food delivery yet. Only say this is had a delivery from another food outlet for some reason cold so next time delivered I ask to see the food You could say the delivery guy wasn't happy to take the food back because it was cold again. That's why I decided to go and try EASTERN DELIGHT instead 😊. Love there food 😋🍕👍might of put a couple of pounds on since then 😄 😀 it does need to update its menu on the net old menu and prices still on it

spent £37 + on food for delivery, took just over a hour. Low and behold tepid food, boarding on cold, shocking and a disgraceful. CERTAINLY WONT BE WASTING MY TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.B

Peng pizza, tastes like dominoes but less greasy and cheaper

Ordered a mixed donner wrap (chicken donner/ lamb donner) came with chicken tikka I then phoned to see what had gone on and they were very arrogant over the phone, the driver then got here and went to hand me my replacement wrap asking for the old one back that I had threw in the bin 20min before and because I refused to give it him he told me I wasn’t aloud my replacement and spoke to me asif I was some di*k head arrogant and the other food I had ordered was dry and tasteless really do not recommend at all

The staff need to Smile at the customer on entry instead of growling at them from behind the counter and perhaps they will retain more customers, ordered a Pizza to eat in, was a bit greasy but ok.

Visited Rhyl & decided to try this place. I got the tikka chicken & lamb doner & it was trash. The pitta bread was too thick & hard, the meat lacked seasoning, it tasted flat. The sauces were watery. I tried to endure the food, but threw it in the bin. Their delivery driver had attitude & looked at us weird. Should have taken that as a sign to leave lol.

Absolutely disgusting,, ordered a chicken shish wrap with cheese I had a soggy chicken( tikka wrap ) which is not a chicken shish smothered in what I can only describe as microwave melted cheees poured over it ,,, how people order and eat from dumps like this is beyond me ,, I was going to throw it out fir the seagulls ,, but didn’t have the heart so it went I. The bin ,, vile ,, disgusting shocking

I ordered a curry and a burger I opened the burger and there was a hair on my chips so I contacted them and they was so rude to me told me not to took any off the food so I waited they came back to me and gave me £5 when my order was £17.50 and they told me they can’t do nothing about it 2 off them turned up being rude saying there not doing a refund stay well away for this place rude workmen ship and I showed them the food and they said it’s down to us

I think only the caravan tourists when drunk only order from here seriously!! Not fresh ! food greasy , lukewarm, poor quality meat kebab meat disgusting not fresh Locals certainly don’t eat here or maybe once most definitely not again

Ordered fish and chips last night and they was awfull fish was dry and the batter was all burnt never again

They messed my order up completely I asked for a large tray of chicken and doner meat instead it came with a tiny bit of chicken and doner meat and loads of chips underneath when I phoned them to ask what had happened and why they had put chips on our meal when I didn’t ask for chips with my doner meat and chicken meat they got rude and unpleasant. Offered to send a new kebab out but refused a refund but at that point you know their going to spit in it. Never again will I order from here rude, the food quantity and quality isn’t enough for what the prices are either.

Good taste with reasonable price

Normally have lamb bhuna..but they must of changed the chef!! Full of green peppers watery more like chinese..sorry its usually great but no more ta...

Never had a bad meal from here. One of my most favourite take outs . It's a must try if you enjoy good food.

Lamb is like chewing a dogs toy, eastern special kebab £14 is like eating burnt scrap ends of a butchers bin. Overpriced and low quality

Just had my order delivered and was looking forward to some great food...what a big disappointment, I ordered lamb shish kebab, it was definitely NOT Lamb!!! Chewy isn't an overstatement, it was like an old leather boot, even worse was smothered in a dry powdered coating of spices that tasted horrible as the spices hadn't been cooked through properly. The meat was definitely beef trying to be disguised as lamb with the worst marinade ever. I left all the meat and ate a bit if the nan which was lovely

Shocking derlevry service didn't answer the phone and terible food didn't get half the food that I order

Food was awful. Found a black hair in my curry around about 3-4cm long! Put straight in the bin and will not be ordering from there again. I ordered a jelfrezi, it wasn’t even spicy (as it should be) naan bread was cold & the chips. My partner now has an extremely bad tummy straight after his meal. Eastern delight used to be lovely meals , it hasn’t been the same for months!! Very disappointed👎🏼

So tonight I ordered from these like I do regularly. Ordered my usual said will be 30 mins, must of been 15 mins . I had chicken burger and kids had chips and cheese and mayo. I've been throwing up for last 3 hours and kids are fine. Definitely something from here and I've never had dodgy belly from noodles before.

Always a good meal from here I rate it salt pepper ribs are banging 👍

Ordered twice in the last week first one both time half of tub carry and not what ask for rude. When called and asked why.

After 2 years searching for a decent pizza have now found the place. Nice thin crust pizza. Will definitely use Eastern Delight again.

Absolutely disgusting, Never again. Chicken was dripping with grease. Ordered a meal hardly any Donna meet and a hand full of chips. Pizza was dry.. Not worth the hour and a half wait

meals disgusting out of 2 meals 1 and a half was binned due to no taste chips where horrible the curry tasted like water it was meant to be a chicken tikka jalfrezi, for the last few months it has been gradually getting worse, after tonight meal I will not buy from them again and i would no longer recommend.

They give you a different price every time you ring to order rude staff on the phone over charged by £8 than the price on the (new menu ) poor quality food

Had a chicken Briyane here last night sorry guys it was disgusting couldn’t eat it was coloured rice mixed with chicken pieces with a sloppy carrot sauce , cost me £11 and it most salty dish I’ve ever tasted and that’s all I did was just a taste.. had meals before couldn’t complain, but last night disgusting.

ordered many times from here a pizza and curry when you ask politely to if they can do something they ignore you and send the food either not much chicken on the pizza or the curry is to hot when told to make mild i’m beginning to think they do this on purpose they should give you what you ask for as your spending money and it’s not cheap either a-bit disappointing tbh when you pay and you don’t get what you’ve asked for and you’ve asked politely so many times enough is enough now

Staff are brilliant good food especially the lad who serves yet I've noticed people not wearing there face masks 🎭 I'm high risk and people entering the place should where a face covering whether they want to or not people like me that aree high risk that have children should be protected but. The place and the staff are brill.

Been using Eastern delight for many years. We always have delivery. Quick and efficient driver. Food is tasty and always hot. Nan reads are lush.

My son has worked for you this week. Over 9 hours and you paid him £17 and charged him for a can of pop. Made him sit outside in the car in this weather !!!!! He used more than £17 in fuel !!!!! absolute joke. No wonder you can’t keep your drivers

This is our family's go to take away when wanting Curry, Pizza & Kebabs. Well reasonably priced, food always comes hot, kebabs are the best in the Denbighshire area that I've tried, and I have tried alot. Currys are beautiful, staff are friendly and the delivery drivers are always friendly too. The only constructive criticism is, it would be good if the card machine wasn't always broken, so then as a family who don't use cash, we could pay by card at the door, rather than giving over our card details over the phone.

Food was overcooked not what I expected from a Pakistani restaurant. Curry was under cooked and Kebabs burnt to a crisp. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you like undercooked food.

Ordered a chicken madras and it was a green colour and it was disgusting I only eat madras curry so I no what it should taste like and look like wasn’t madras not happy .. also my mum orderd a chicken rogan josh that’s ment to mild tomato based it was hotter than my madras not happy at all won’t be goin back the only think that was good he gave me free chips and rice nice one ☝️ part from that the curry was disgusting rant over

ordered 2 burgers, which come with salad and sauce (as stated on menu) neither had anything. Burger buns were hotter than the burgers, so clearly microwaved, no markings from being flash grilled, just boiling hot buns. my curry was the blandest I have ever had from here, a lot of the rice stuck together in clumps, will not order takeaway from here again

The food from this establishment is fantastic and the taste is amazing. The staff are friendly helpful and polite. The food is made fresh and cooked to perfection. They also deliver to the local caravan sites right to the caravan doors. What more could you ask for from a sea side town takeaway. If your visiting rhyl or near bye it's a must visit place for food.

I ordered kebabs for me and my grandson. When I paid by card £13 pounds the man stared at me then stared at the phone with a luck of arrogance. he stopped a staff member going to the back and went himself and spoke for a short time at the kitchen entrance when several came out from the kitchen they were all smirking and grinning to each other carrying our kebabs. I had the feeling that my food might contain something that shouldn't be there! needless to say I decided not to eat the kebab and binned it. I think the contents of there food should be investigated.

Ordered from here tonight and I have to say I am absolutely disgusted! The picture is meant to be chicken donner kebab with chips and cheese and yet this is what we received! The chicken is mouldy! Still has bone in it! No naan bread! Absolutely appalled! No chips at all! Called to explain this and the man was so rude! Hung up and got called a bitch! Absolutely disgusting! Avoid this place honestly it’s vile!!!! They are not even prepared to rectify their mistake! Appalling....can I also mention the person this food is for is pregnant!!!!!!!

Just had a lovely curry from eastern delight. Pilau rice best ever. Poppadoms and variety chutneys spot on. The piece of resistance was the best Peshawari naan ever tasted. Thank u eastern delight it was yummy.

Used ED for many years. In all this lock down still open.Ordered over phone and food arrived hot and tasty.we did ordered 3 chips but 3 rice 1 chip came but not too worry it was yummy . Del .driver very polite thank you for been out delivery at this time . tasty easy order thank you.

Ordered from here tonight food was disgusting! I normally order from here most time and it’s good food but after tonight will never order from here again! I had the value box the chicken was pretty much just bone and so hard, the chips were still frozen and the whole meal was freezing they completely messed my order up not happy and will definitely not eat here again! I’d avoid and go else where

First time visiting, thought I would give it a try as my daughter has mentioned it a few times and enjoy's the food, I ordered special fried rice and it was lovely, reasonably priced and staff polite, will definatley come back again, thank you.

Ordered late after a night out at nearly 1am! . Food arrived 15mins before expected and was lovely. The pizza was one of the best I’ve had from a kebab , no grease, and cooked to perfection.

The price of food is spot on for a quality meat and produce, pay cheap, you get a cheap produce - not here Price is spot on for a great meal - well done fellas. 5 Star on food service, quality and manners

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We have been ordering from this takeaway for a number of years and can honestly say the food is some of the best we’ve ever had. However, tonight was quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The driver called us and explained he couldn’t find our caravan and after we tried to give him directions, told us he would be with us soon and put the phone down. 30 minutes later, no driver, no food and not even a call back. We phoned the restaurant again and explained what was going on. Whoever mans the phones are rude as all hell; they repeatedly ignored what we were saying, told us they were trying to find out where the driver was then hung up. 10 minutes later, still nothing. So we called back again and was made to feel that it was our fault that the driver could not locate our caravan. I said that we would not be paying full price for the food as it would now be cold (40 minutes after the driver had supposedly made it to the caravan site!!) so we would either pay less for compensation or would like fresh food. Again the person on the phone was rude and dismissive and repeatedly told me the driver could not find the caravan then hung up. Absolutely disgusting customer service, no apology and was made to feel I was at fault. Not only that but the drivers should not even be able to access the site due to a coded gate - this was also dismissed on the phone call when I asked why they were not just meeting us at reception for collection. A massive shame as we are really long-standing customers and do love the food but will never order from here again after tonight. Nor will any of my family. Their loss.

Absolutely disgusting experience! We’ve never ever had a problem with this place until tonight. We ordered our food and it was delivered, everything was fine until a full strand of hair was found in the food. I called them to discuss it and they accused me of lying saying I ordered it hours ago (8pm) when I ordered it at 10:05pm - the food was delivered at about 10:40pm/10:45pm. Whilst eating, we found the hair which I’ve taken a photo of and the time that I called them to order. I called them at 11:06pm to make them aware of this situation because it’s disgusting. It only cost £11 odd so it wasn’t even about the money, even an apology would of been fine because accidents happen!! But to be accused of lying I’m never ever going back there again.

Banging food Best curry and kebab in town chicken tikka is on point!!

Its the most lifeless kebab i have ever eaten waited over an hour for delivery and got over charged the guy on the phone was extremely rude cause he couldn’t hear me over the noise coming from the shop, avoid this place at all costs.

If I could give it no stars I would the pizza was awful burn and tasted awfull extra small size portions kebab had no salad no sauce nothing was dry, onion bhajis was brunt, and not worth the money spend, never be ordering again, no stars for eastern delight, awful food
