Food horrible £35 and I got the food and it was cold and overcooked

I ordered one pizza and doner both were cold and burnt and when i complaint about on phone they were very rude and giving big attitude dont know why. Overall really bad experience. Over hyped pricing.

Guy was absolutely brilliant stopped off after fair at Towyn and headed back to our caravan in presthaven sands and this was a top place to and get really nice food highly recommended when in ryhl 👍

My fella came in and ordered a chicken doner kebab and didn't even get it it's was a portion of normal done meat he also ordered burger n chips and it was dryer than the Sahara desert not happy won't be getting from here again.

Food was cold and hard. Called back the restaurant they didn't help and ignored me. Half my order was missing and they didn't help they kept saying it was never on the order but as you can clearly see on my just eat order the chilli cheese nuggets are in fact on there

Not great at all. Kebab meat was awful just bits and it looked very sparce for a medium kebab. Tasted awful too wasn't happy.

Okay the food was alright but the respect I was given myself and another customer was horrendous and we have been going for a while the communication and the service was awful as a regular easily the worst place I've been.

Food was cold. Incorrect items sent. The time scale changed and took longer and longer. I called as the free garlic bread didn’t arrive, I was questioned my spend total that it had to be over £20 even though I’d spent £38. Very disappointing not getting the correct food you order and look forward to after spend a lot of money on.

The delivery took 2 hours but can't fault the food, it was really nice and warm with good portions. The driver was pleasant too. Its such a shame the food was late.

Definitely won't be going back here. Compared to local take aways this place won't last long.

I ordered at 22:14 and food was finally delivered at 00:10 I rang the shop twice chasing the order, first time was at 23:00 and they said it would be leaving them within 10 mins, I waited a further 20 mins and the app didn't update so I rang again and they said it was just leaving. This was at 23:30. Not ordering again.

They’ll happily take your money, claim they have delivered your order when they have not& then give you attitude on the phone. Overpriced anyway, wouldn’t waste your time or money.

Arrived 30 minutes after I received the text to say it was on the way the delivery man said he rang me but I had no calls food was to cold. And the Donner meat was overcooked totally inedible and went straight in the bin Disappointed is an understatement

phoned up asking how long it would be and they at most a hour. it was 20 minutes later than the app says, the food was luke warm and they forgot half my order.

Chicken kebab ,salad , garlic Mayo , pitta bread and can of vimto Chicken - all fat ,tasteless Salad - few lettuce onions and one slice cucumber Garlic mayo- vinegary Pita bread - full of chicken grease Vimto - lovely :) 🤮🤮🤮🤮 never again

I had the mixed meat and chips. The chips were cooked to perfection crispy and hot. Both chicken and donor meat was delicious. The portion was massive. I'd have taken a picture but as I ate it on the sea front there were too many seagulls. Staff were friendly.

Ordered and it came 2 hours late!!! It was a small order too and the pizza (our only pizza) came with pepperoni all over it. Our 2nd chips was missing. Rang them and they buttoned me and blocked me number! So unprofessional and a joke of a place… would definitely NOT Recommend!!

Impersonating The Best Kebab in prestatyn I was surprised to find "The Best" on Clwyd Eats and placed a order. The food I recieved was revolting. I was going to go in store to complain (to the one in prestatyn) until I was made aware that these scum are impersonating the shop in prestatyn and profiting off it! Not happy. I have contacted clwyd eats about your dishonesty & will be contacting The Best Kebab in prestatyn.

2 pizzas and chips were to die for.. thank you keep the quality coming. Faster delivery service is a must though.. plus we spent £35 and didn't get the free garlic cheese bread

Chicken burger and both sets of fries were lovely. Prefer the old doner meat, tasted better and less grease. Prices are extortionate for small portions but all the takeaways other than the chippys have done the same since covid. It's ashame delivery takes such a long time these days too. Used to be super speedy even when ordering for a family of 5, now 2 small meals can take hours to reach you. Would be great if they could get back to the standards they used to be with a bigger menu/lower prices/faster delivery.. I miss corfu 2020.

Ordered a mixed kebab, kofte and chicken doner, the kofte was just a chopped up burger on top of the chicken doner meat, thats not kofte!

Very disapointed in the time waited for the delivery. Ordered at 1.10am. Food was due to arrive between 2.20 and 2.40am. I called them at 2.45 to ask where it was, as just eat had changed to the enjoy your food option and i hadnt had it. All they said was its on the way. It didn't arrive until 3am! When delivery driver gave me my Food and I paid, I asked where my garlic bread with cheese was. The one that should have been given as ordered over £20 (as stated on just eat and screent shot taken). The driver told me it was over 30. I showed him the just eat page, and he said his manager always says over 30. I told.him inwas disappointed as I originally had one in my order but removed it due to not wanting to double it up. Food was decent. Hot on arrival and quite fresh. Only critism on the food really would be the portion size was a bit on the smaller side for a large option. Likely would order again (been before but usually after a night out, this was our first delivery), but would be wanting to see things clarified for extra items.

Ordered cheesy chips, paid for cheesy chips and got chips. Apparently I should have checked upon leaving because we all get our food out and check it before we leave don't we? The staff are rude and not helpful.

I am a very fussy eater and not a kebab fan !! But I decided to try as the shop is clean and food all looked fresh I Had a lovely chicken doner kebab I found it to be fresh good portion of tasty chicken with fresh salad chilli and garlic sauce 😊 They also deliver to Kinmel bay Our new Kebab shop Polite and friendly owners too 😊 Will have pizza next order

Worst food ever order 2 donner kebabs, food came quickly but the salad was all soggy and wet the garlic mayo tastes thick and not right,, the donner meat was over cooked and tasted of,, the food was full of grease and they charged us extra money then was it said on the website never ording again me and my friend are throwing up and been sat on the toilet for since we ate it,, we couldn’t even stomach half of it

Food was stone cold the chips and cheese had not melted in any way or form so must have been cold when served up.

Delivery time was accurate to the expected time slot given, but the meal was fairly cold and tasted awful tbh, not my favourite and I won't be getting another anytime soon, it was gross.

Called the restaurant and they were no help, refused to send out missing food or refund as they will 'sort out next time' will not be ordering again, poor service and food

Seemed like nice quality food however asked for the sauce to be separate and it was smothered all over the kebab meat making it unbearable to eat.

Delivery driver arrived and after telling him to leave it on the step from a window he took it away and drove off. I called the restaurant and was discussing it with them and they hung up on me, called again, and again they hung up. Atrocious service and extremely rude. Eventually got my order and it was wrong, missing chips. Won't use these ever again and would advise you avoid.

I have eaten from you for months at least 3 to 4 time's a week but what I Experienced last night was Disgusting Your staff are absolutely rude and I am still waiting on my food I will be in today at some point I want my money back ASAP I will never use your business again I will go back to Chilly pink
