Okay the food was alright but the respect I was given myself and another customer was horrendous and we have been going for a while the communication and the service was awful as a regular easily the worst place I've been.

Why do you operate under so many different business names it looks and is so dodgy

Stood in the queue for 15 minutes only for them to serve the next person that walks in! Very rude! Avoid!!!

Ordered at 4.35pm, I had to phone them at 6.30pm to see where my order was, they guy said it will be here in 15 minutes, phoned again at 7pm asking where my order was again. When to food arrived it was warm, my son ordered a half lb chicken burger and got 2 cheap thin chicken burgers you usually find in Iceland. I ordered the chicken donner kebab, the meat and salad was dumped on top of a tiny rock hard pitta bread which went in the bin. I ended up getting a wrap out of my own cupboard. Definitely won't be going back here. Compared to local take aways this place won't last long.

Awful, taste, quality, service, temperature , threw it in the bin after after a couple of attempts to eat it

They’ll happily take your money, claim they have delivered your order when they have not& then give you attitude on the phone. Overpriced anyway, wouldn’t waste your time or money.

Chicken kebab ,salad , garlic Mayo , pitta bread and can of vimto Chicken - all fat ,tasteless Salad - few lettuce onions and one slice cucumber Garlic mayo- vinegary Pita bread - full of chicken grease Vimto - lovely :) 🤮🤮🤮🤮 never again

I had the mixed meat and chips. The chips were cooked to perfection crispy and hot. Both chicken and donor meat was delicious. The portion was massive. I'd have taken a picture but as I ate it on the sea front there were too many seagulls. Staff were friendly.

Impersonating The Best Kebab in prestatyn I was surprised to find "The Best" on Clwyd Eats and placed a order. The food I recieved was revolting. I was going to go in store to complain (to the one in prestatyn) until I was made aware that these scum are impersonating the shop in prestatyn and profiting off it! Not happy. I have contacted clwyd eats about your dishonesty & will be contacting The Best Kebab in prestatyn.

Not a bad meal pizza to die for

Ordered cheesy chips, paid for cheesy chips and got chips. Apparently I should have checked upon leaving because we all get our food out and check it before we leave don't we? The staff are rude and not helpful.

I am a very fussy eater and not a kebab fan !! But I decided to try as the shop is clean and food all looked fresh I Had a lovely chicken doner kebab I found it to be fresh good portion of tasty chicken with fresh salad chilli and garlic sauce 😊 They also deliver to Kinmel bay Our new Kebab shop Polite and friendly owners too 😊 Will have pizza next order

Worst food ever order 2 donner kebabs, food came quickly but the salad was all soggy and wet the garlic mayo tastes thick and not right,, the donner meat was over cooked and tasted of,, the food was full of grease and they charged us extra money then was it said on the website never ording again me and my friend are throwing up and been sat on the toilet for since we ate it,, we couldn’t even stomach half of it

Have had orders cancelled with no reason as to why twice. Have waited over 20 minutes extra to the one hour wait with no apology. Paid for something we didn't even get on both meals. Tried to call back for the next 30 minutes and nobody answered the phone. Food was cold and horrible.

Absolutely shocking i would rate it zero if i could. Went on night out with friends and decided to come here before coming home as in past been brill place to grab quick food. Went in and was completely ignored to take our order place wasn't even busy. Finally ordered the food and paid guy slammed my change on the counter and attitude was terrible. Got home and the food was awful burger was thin for a quater pounder. Won't be coming back here again.

Ordered through deliveoo waited 2 hours and when I rang they lied said they tried calling me 10 times they refused to refund me my money and was absolutely rude on the phone when I rang stsy away from these scammers as it looks like I’m Not the first they done this to after reading the reviews

The worst kebab I’ve had, wanted a mixed kebab it comeit was donner meat and cut up burger pieces, and really hard lamb pieces, the salad was one cucumber tiny bit of lettuce and onions, and the cake was frozen abit disappointed after waiting over an hour .

Ordered cheeseburger, chips, garlic bread, sweet chilli sauce and cake on uber eats. To be delivered. Took 2 hours to arrive. Cheap frozen food. Cake felt like it was half frozen it was so hard. Chilli sauce had so much vinegar in it. I managed half the burger. That was it. My husband ate his burger and a few chips. I would order elsewhere.

I ordered on Uber eats around 9:32pm, and the estimated time changed from 9:50 - 10:05 to 10:50 - 11:10, which usually I’m not one to complain as I understand with it possibly being busy, but I’ve been waiting for it and it still hadn’t arrived, but hey it arrived at 11:40, just to be greeted with a rude delivery person & disgusting food, was looking forward to eating a kebab for the first time in months but I’ll never eat from Corfu again! Me and my boyfriend ordered a margarita pizza and a Fanta at 1 o’clock in the morning after finishing a shift at the pub The money went out of his account we sat there waiting until 2:30 for the food it never arrived so at 2:30 we phoned then and they said they would leave in 15 minutes I sat outside at 3am till 3:30 and no one came we tried calling again and couldn’t get through we are very disappointed as they now taken some of his hard earned wages just to put in there pockets for doing nothing at all I’ve tried phoning this morning no answer so I will be phoning at 3 when they open I ether want my money back or my order never gonna go there ever again don’t waste your money all there gonna do is scam you out of money and you will not get your food all we wanted was a Pizza after a log shift at work but those lazy people just decided to take are money and leave this place should be closed down !!

Very poor delivery service and 0 customer service communication. Contacted app ordered from and Korfu said they had internet issues and orders were accepted late but they accepted mine at 15:30 not long after I placed order at 15:28 2 and a half hours later still no food despite app saying it’s been delivered. Maybe they need to get better at their job HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THEM DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Charged completely different price in the shop to what is on the online menu. When my partner called he was encouraged to go into the shop only to be over charged. £28 for 2 mix kebabs & 2 kids meals. Dont bother.

We looked on just eat and found when you spend a certain amount of money you will receive 20% off, which as a family of 6 was really good. We made a mistake and ordered chicken instead of lamb donner, I rang and spoke to a really helpful gentleman who changed the order without hesitation, which I was grateful for. The order came 10 minutes before the estimated delivery time, we had a free pizza and the driver was lovely too. We have recently moved to the area and are finding it hard to find a regular but this might have changed our minds! Thank you 😊

Since the new people opened the shop I haven't had a kebab until last night. I don't always right reviews but I have to say its the best kebab I have tasted, and the lamb kofta was the most tasty ever, and the chicken was suculant. Well done. The delivery driver very friendly, and I recommend highly.

came to rhyl for a couple of days, for a nice little break,, and was so happy to see that this place is still open,, whenever we visit rhyl,, we always like to come here for pizza & a donner kebab,, the staff was so lovely and helpful and very chatty :) and the food is amazing .. thanks again we will be visiting again tomorrow x

Went to this place asked if the were HMC certified he said no and said we have a halal sticker, I asked for proof he said go to the place down the road to eat instead. The guy who ties his hair in a bun has a really bad attitude and is really rude, he has Zero customer service skills. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE IT IS.

Overcharge me after every night out, I asked for a medium pizza which is £5 they asked for £6 in the end I didn’t even get given a medium pizza they gave me a small pizza, waste of money.

Garlic bread and pizza was fantastic freshly cooked best I've had in a while. The burger was good only thing in my opinion is no red salt on chips and no option for sauce on chips. Chip a little burnt but still good would recommend and I will be going again

Honestly, best kebab after a night out I’ve ever had, picture five of your mates waiting for pizzas, you’d expect atleast a 20 minute wait, not at korfu kebab, 10 minutes we waited for the the juiciest cruchiest kebab pizza I’ve ever ate, honestly would sell my life to have one of them every night,🤙🤙🤙10/10 would recommend.

I ordered on just eat. The order was two burgers, a portion of large chips with garlic mayo and two drinks this came to £14.23. The food came but with half the order missing. My partner phoned up and the man on the phone said that he had forgotten but did not however, offer a refund or for them to re deliver the rest of the order.

Absolutely disgraceful attitude from the staff. The way they spoke to the driver when I called to say I had the wrong order was appalling. By the time we got the food 2 hrs had passed but as We had already paid we had no choice but to wait and the order was wrong again.... I don’t often have this and now I remember why.... food was greasy and luke warm.... will not be ordering again. The only person to apologise was the driver. Ordered again last night IN ERROR FROM HERE & was disgusted yet again. Told 30-40 mins & arrived in 15 but was like warm or cold. To make things worse within 10 mins of eating I was violently throwing up & was ill all night..... NEVER AGAIN.... what a disgrace

most disgusting dirty rip off of a kebab shop, looked on just eat as a menu and added yonthr price of the order which came to just over £15 however when we rang and placed the order we got told it would be £30 and that a medium chicken doner would cost £9.00 on its own when the menu says less than £6.00.

Disgusting when you order £40 worth of food and to find missing items yet they cannot be arsed to answer the phone when you ring then straight back, And the prices they charge you depend on the time you phone up and whether they think you have had a drink so they can rob you, absolute scum!

This is a great place if you enjoy over-priced low quality food. Don't go in if you've had a drink, as these crooks make the prices up as they go along. The only good thing about this place is the exit, because you can walk out and never come back.

Ordered a souvlaki (this is a Greek wrap with meat fries onion tom and tzatziki) and got a wrap with a few pieces of grilled chicken on a takeaway tray. When I asked them they said this is a souvlaki, not happy with this asked them to pay and they charged me 6.50. I asked if I could have some sauce extra and they charged me 60p. Food by the way went straight in the bin. :(

Orderd a large Donna Donna kabab arrived early but was not up to the standerd I have had from here I have since been contacted by the owner who was very apologetic. Thanks for the good customer service. Will continue to use this kabab shop.

I had 5 nuggets and chips and 2 tubs of sauce. The website says £3 I was charged £5. I only recieved 4 nuggets and it came in a box full of holes. I never complain but this really isnt great service.

Order completely wrong. 1 pizza not arrived 1 small chips instead of a large chips No curry sauce No coke sent Dr pepper instead. Complained. Promised missing pizza and a free garlic bread. Missing pizza arrived but is a medium instead of a large. Plus it's not even cut properly. No free garlic bread. Not happy. I'll go back to using dominos.
