McDonald's in Denbighshire

It was extremely quiet for lunchtime, with only a few other customers, which we found very strange and quiet off-putting to say it was a in the town centre

The food is very basic, as we all know. But it's tasty and quick service, at a more than fair price.

I got no bacon in my bbq & BACON wrap ?

was on time but missing couple of meals out it of course I wasn't refuned

The food was cold. Wrong items were sent. Coffee was not only cold but wrong coffee's sent, lids marked wrong. To get an order this wrong is mind boggling! Requested for the order to be replaced but declined!

Ordered through my mcdonalds app, arrived at reasonable time, but all food was freezing cold had to be microwaved. Not impressed.

I placed my order while it was still open, waited over an hour and then the estimated delivery time had an extra hour on top and then said it was closed. No food delivered and money taken out of my account. Absolute idiots who work there

just eat service great, macdonalds service terrible, missing half the order as it is everytime we order, I will no longer be ordering through just eat so i can check my order is correct. a good way to fix this is have the delivery driver verify the order is correct rather than assume the restaurant did there job

Unfortunately everything was cold, Dips that I payed for, weren’t there, and badly prepared burgers.

I spent a lot of money on this order for my family and I received someone else’s order, so I had to go out and get it all again, I will not use you again.

No dips again happens everytime if you work here just quit IDIOTS

Zero it never came I tried to resolve it I’ve had no reply it was paid the address was correct I be had no response it’s caused emotional distress with and my violent partner, thanks just eat an order for breakfast caused this and your useless respond time had cost me another punch as I got the blame I’ve done something wrong, it was simple food order address I’ve checked it it was correct

Easy to order, the delivery was very quick but the salsa dips for the mozzarella dippers were missing. That being said, we still enjoyed our meals.

easy to order, delivery time was ok, on time but could have been quicker. some items missing and food was only just warm when it arrived

I would prefer have healthier takeaway food but I don’t have many choice. Hope Mac Donald create a healthy menu.

I received a big bag containing 2 mclfurry and 2 drinks, straws and tissue. I've not received any of the food ordered at all! everytime I order there is an issue. I want a refund for the missing food 😕

no syrup with the pancakes so they were ruined. hash browns very greasy and such to the paper.

You have to accept if you order for delivery it’s always all going to be cold!! They will always forget a burger!! And you will never get any sauces you pay for!!

After my daughter driving to Rhyl to get me a fillet o fish meal I was surprised to see the fish burger was missing. As I’m disabled and housebound I couldn’t go to correct this. Don’t even bother trying to phone the store. I got told various orders for Uber were left for the 25 minutes my daughter was instore. I would advise you give delivery a miss as the wait time can be an hour plus for cold food

I would like to say a well done to the manager and his team. We got there late , just before closing. We had our food and Sat down, in the corner Sat a man who appeared to be asleep, (he looked like someone who would be sleeping on the street). The manager woke him and said they're closing and then offered him a drink or something to eat. I thought that was very kind and caring of him . Duty manager Sunday night 8 Sep 24. Nice to see there are people like that duty manager about today.

Disgusting. The tables were all dirty the toilets were a disgrace. The staff prioritise the food couriers rather than the endless customers in the actual restaurant

driver friendly, restaurant terrible. everytime we order something is missing

food order was wrong didn't receive my milkshake and asked for no pickles due to allergies and both burgers had pickles on when the sticker on the box says no pickles in big black print so £20 order gone to waste due to not being able to eat the burgers due to pickles also food was cold on arrival!

Good is hot and fresh, only forgot to give the fruit bag.

Fantastic experience all around tbh, top quality food and the courier was boss aswell.

The delivery driver rang my bell took him a while to talk to me over the intercom and I had to go out side to him were he was busy talking to a group of kids

I'm a local don't know what's happening here but the last 12 months it has gone rubbish. Food missed of orders wrong food given out the list goes on Don't bother ordering online as you will always have something forgotten.

Never even came. Driver was on the wrong road. Saying delivered but I have a code that I haven’t given to anyone. I want a full refund not just food delivery too. This getting ridiculous they don’t even ring you so you can help them.

missing yet again items from order? was only mix and match this time but this is ridiculous how many times the orders have been incomplete!!! swapped from ordering from rhyl retail park as service was so poor!!! to order from rhyl high Street now to find the same sort of standard! paying for food that just never seems to be delivered!! in theory that is theft????? happened to many times now and in truth probably owed in the hundreds of pounds worth now and that's no exajuration??

food was cold missing curry sauce and tomato sauce all 15 of them, just like last time I ordered, just spoils the whole meal and experience

Driver and restaurant were great, Just Eat didn’t process the order properly which led to a huge delay and it’s impossible to get in touch with them, luckily the restaurant and driver managed to sort it out.

it was cold and awful had to microwave it and there was no sweet curry dips or serviettes. Didn't help getting questioned at the door for the frigging code I'm not going to pay for a mcdonalds to go someone else's house. it was a joke and horrible

Everything was fine when ordering until they called and said that they was at the gate I walked down but no one was there rang the driver and said that had handed it to me I said did you ask for the code and he said no so I think my food went to someone else
