Hasn’t delivered to the right address and have not received food

Arrival time changed many times. Food was cold.

Original time was 4:15 for delivery then it was 45 mins late food was freezing cold

My food was freezing cold by time it was delivered. It was suppose to of been delivered at 15:57 but was actually delivered at 17:00! This is absolutely shocking and I hope it improves. I couldn’t eat my dinner due to the food be so cold and hard. I’m very unhappy and hope something is done about this.

Missing loads of iteams I’m not happy but I know it’s not the driver fault

didn't receive my items and they refused me a refund. the chips we cold and like card board. poor customer servers

my burger and chicken nuggets were cold, and my mcflurry was melted as it was put in with a large hot chocolate drink

I’m not going to embarrass myself yet again and ask for a refund because you are constantly refusing that but yet again the latte was upside down and all over my floor!! Also a double sausage was ordered and only got a single .. poor very poor!!

MISSING food items. staff members need to quality check and correctly read the tickets that come through. It is not acceptable when missing items as it shows that quality control is lacking if they don't realise items are missing from an order.

Food was freezing cold , food was made at 12:08 yet was delivered 30 min later when the restaurant in less than a mile away!

Fries were cold and soggy, the burgers looked like they had been thrown around and there was no dips or straws for the drinks

The driver delivered to wrong house, then shouted at me even though i put my adress and he got ot wrong..then took my food of me to take it back to the other house to bring it back, it was stone cold by the time my kids got to have it.

Was nice but wasn’t really warm

Useless as usual. It’s not hard to read the list of items to put in a bag. No sauces delivered that were part of the checklist items. Thanks

missing 2 big things even though it's on receipt

Driver didnt no where i lived...he was walking about river street. My order was stone cold and i was given the wrong drink..

No straws for drinks. none of the sauces where delivered with the nuggets as selected, no serviettes. cheeseburgers were cold.

Delivery was brilliant, but once again mcdonalds missed off an entire meal from the order. Just Eat is no doubt skeptical about the amount of refund requests I have to make because mcdonalds constantly do not send what we have ordered

I ordered a milkshake and I didn't get it in my order so I don't know what to do about that but I'm going to stop buying from there if they can't get my orders right so I've paid for a milkshake but I didn't receive it and the food was cold so I've had to warm it in my microwave

Again no chips. Second time in as many weeks.

Good food, always have the wrong order and always filthy.

No extra straws as requested. Speedy delivery. The fries tasted like they were from yesterday, even though I live about a 2 minute drive from there. I don’t understand how they can get here that cold.

I find when I make a scheduled Oder for instance today was 3pm, it is always late, it came at 3:13. Driver is friendly and cheerful. The bag was huge, I wish they are more green use right sized bag rather than a huge second layer.

The toilets a mess with broken lock, shop a mess inside , thought i was in a zoo

Incorrect order received, ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin and got a triple (sounds better but not a fan), instead of tea I got oasis and got a bacon McMuffin which I didn’t order so went to waste.

member of staff was lovely but the food was cold has to heat it up which was dissapointing

Food cold as per usual when having food delivered. Chips were bland, hard as well as cold. Burgers look like the cretin staff had been playing frisby getting them on the bun in the box. Waste of money tbf.

I placed the order at 9.50 the receipt printed out at 10.13 from mcdonalds I dis not get my order till 10.58 the coffees had leaked out of the bag onto the food bag also food cold will not be using this service again

when I unpacked my order I noticed that I was missing a cheeseburger with extra pickles and extra onions

Good breakfast muffin because at least you have an egg and a burger and orange juice.

Order was missing 3 items. The food that did arrive was barely warm. Not impressed at all. I now have to wait 48hours for money to be refunded!!

The fish burger and the 20 chicken nuggets are fresh but it has been many time they didn’t put the sauce inside. I am struggle with eating without the sauce. Update online for delivery is not good, it showed still prepare when I heard loud bangs.

The food is very basic, as we all know. But it's tasty and quick service, at a more than fair price.

Driver was great! Rang on delivery as asked however we had requested some of the order without items due to allergies and this was NOT completed! Two people without a meal!

The food was stone cold - literally like it had been waiting the whole hour from the order being placed till it arrived at my door. I would never expect it to be hot, but at least warm enough to actually enjoy it. Usually the orders are much better

Awful, missing 9 selects, missing frozen mango drink, my cheeseburger missing xtra onion (in fact it had no onion) no xtra tomato, no extra mustard, no xtra pickle! It was the most sorry looking cheeseburger I've ever had! and to top it all my Monopoly token was missing from the lid of the McCrispy box!

He didn't go though my gate. I got to meet him on the pathway.
