Delivered on time ,delivery person was very polite

Didn’t come with no straws and they never ever come with sauces

Sauces were missing from the chicken select box.

pancakes didn't come with syrup very dry

the coke had no syrup and was tastless

Order hot did forget sauces which I bought

All the food was cold & no sauces where in the bag for the chicken nuggets

We ordered our food with a time of delivery give for 19.10 we then didn’t receive it until 19.40. Our meals came to us with no straws to drink our drinks. Food was ice cold and the lattes were cold. We use just eat more often than not and never have a complaint but this really ruined our meals and experience with McDonald’s and just eat.

Paid for 3 sauces didn't get any =(

Stale, obviously out of date and damaged items, sandwiches look like they've been put together by a chimpanzee.

For just a warm drink i give 5 stars, had i eaten probably less (simply because it's macdonalds). Service... as the preferred ordering systems now those touch screen things, this gets 3.. barely enough to feel a valued customer. Atmosphere, warm, hard chairs.

driver is your best one so friendly

Almost the only food place open in Rhyl on a January afternoon. Very mediocre fries, coffee was ok, chicken ok. Place could go with a good clean, especially the toilets.

Not all the items were delivered. This was not the delivery drivers fault. A double quarter pounder was charged for but not delivered. My order reference was 7887.

My delivery time kept changing for over 2 hours, was then said it was delivered but I had absolutley nothing turn up, absolutley dreadful

3 times I’ve ordered in the last week and twice my whole order was cold not warm cold and half of my other order was cold so I’m done ordering now there’s no standard at all but still have to pay service charge even when can eat what you ordered and £2:65 from a 14£ order doesn’t make up for it so no more

ordered my food at 3:00 didnt get it till 5:10, all the food came cold, drinks were spilt on the mcflurrys and the straws were to soggy to use, was missing alot of items and over all wasnt worth my money.

24 minutes from leaving the shop to arriving so was freezing cold. Probably because he delivered to kinmel bay and and rhyl before Prestatyn! Plain cheeseburger had everything on it, no dips with the 20 nuggets!

food was fine, for once. delivery driver however can't apparently read road signs or follow very basic instructions. his excuse was 'my English is bad'...if his English is so poor that he cannot follow basic road signs and instructions I'm concerned tbay he is even allowed to ve driving.

I had sent my kids down for collection but the staff refused to give them the food, when asked for the code, my kids gave them the code, then the staff told them that they are too young to take delivery, so what was the point in asking them for the code, when I went down and spoke to the manager (Ben) Ben spoke very rude to us with my kids in front of me which was very disgusting behaviour and unprofessional, Ben the manager walked us out and used the f word when saying don’t ever come back again. I tried to ring up when I got back to defuse any situation and I spoke to Ben and he immediately put the phone down.

My food was freezing cold by time it was delivered. It was suppose to of been delivered at 15:57 but was actually delivered at 17:00! This is absolutely shocking and I hope it improves. I couldn’t eat my dinner due to the food be so cold and hard. I’m very unhappy and hope something is done about this.

Original time was 4:15 for delivery then it was 45 mins late food was freezing cold

I’m not going to embarrass myself yet again and ask for a refund because you are constantly refusing that but yet again the latte was upside down and all over my floor!! Also a double sausage was ordered and only got a single .. poor very poor!!

MISSING food items. staff members need to quality check and correctly read the tickets that come through. It is not acceptable when missing items as it shows that quality control is lacking if they don't realise items are missing from an order.

The driver delivered to wrong house, then shouted at me even though i put my adress and he got ot wrong..then took my food of me to take it back to the other house to bring it back, it was stone cold by the time my kids got to have it.

Delivery was brilliant, but once again mcdonalds missed off an entire meal from the order. Just Eat is no doubt skeptical about the amount of refund requests I have to make because mcdonalds constantly do not send what we have ordered

I ordered a milkshake and I didn't get it in my order so I don't know what to do about that but I'm going to stop buying from there if they can't get my orders right so I've paid for a milkshake but I didn't receive it and the food was cold so I've had to warm it in my microwave
