First night in wales and wanted something easy! Was so delicious!!

Fried rice was stodgy and curry sauce was watery and tasteless. Special fried rice just meant more stodgy. Food is now going into the bin.

Read a couple of reviews and thought we would get a good meal. But what do you know was totally and utterly upset with our meal. The meat spring rolls were hot on the outside and cold on the inside. Both of our chicken dishes there was a slight tainted taste to the chicken and the chicken was barely warm. I sincerely hope after microwaving my meal I do not become ill and have to report this. Quite honestly with what we paid for the meal and lived one minute away and the food was hardly cooked and you know as well as I do if I had of taken it back they would have said the food has become not so warm as I had one minute in which to take it to my home. We certainly won't be going back again , this is chilled food reheated badly.

The best chippy in the area, chips are fantastic, the chicken curry is lovely. Burgers are great, and the half chicken finger licking.

Food is very good and never had a bad meal in the five years I have used them but delivery took over two hours on last two occasions and i sent it back.Now told collection only,as i said, food fantastic but as i live less than a mile from the shop, thought they could have done better. Definitely got an attitude problem.

Was really looking forward to a Chinese I ordered special green pepper and blackbean sauce with fried rice. My partner he ordered special chow mein. Delivery was an hour which was fine and hot. My meal was nice but my partner was just noodles really no bean sprouts no onions no peppers just noodles meat and very dry. he couldn't eat it which spoilt us having this for a treat so sadly won't be using again

Waited two hours on two different occasions for food to arrive. Sent it back and very snotty person said don't come again. Food good but delivery crap.

Staying at a nearby holiday park and popped here for a takeaway for 2 families. Ordered ahead and it was ready when we arrived 20 minutes later. Food was good value, hot and tasty. We even had enough for some lunch the next day. We chose this takeaway as the reviews were favourable and they were more reasonably priced than some others nearby. We weren't disappointed and would eat from here again. There's a little bit of parking outside which most reviews say is adequate. There was space for us when we visited.

Service received was brilliant and order cooked quickly. All items received as ordered. When we got back to the holiday park and sat down to eat this was when I wasn't impressed. The pancake roll was greasy and stuck to the bag, the crispy beef was soggy and the salt and pepper wings were floral flavored. The food wasn't terrible as my wife liked the special chow mein and I liked the chicken balls plus the Prawn crackers were very tasty. Unfortunately gave me stomach ache a couple hours later.

The food was lovely. But for some reason the special duck sauce has gone from a deep red and absolutely delicious to a nasty brown and really bland. What's happened?? Please go back to the old way you making it. It was good the way it was.

Tried to book a delivery, we were asked to hold. Left for five minutes then they hung up on us. Rang back the same happened again. We have always been good customers of this takeout, but they denied they hug up and asked us to come and look at their CTV to prove it wasn’t them!!! As if it could show which one hung up. Sorry hate being called a liar especially when I’m the customer

Made a request for dietary adjustment on a dish. Order accepted by the person on the phone. Request totally ignored and meal not suitable for the person it was ordered for as a result. Phoned to discuss and asked for Manageress, who curtly told me it was a set meal and could not be altered.... The person on the phone accepted the adjustment, and we have had the same adjustment from here before. Having been berated like an errant schoolboy who didn't read the menu, I am more than a little aggrieved, as we have ordered from here many times over the past few years. Never again.... AVOID IF YOU WANT WHAT YOU ORDERED!!

Very salty and greasy, the mix box meal was not fit for consumption, presentation was horrendous. Wish we had taken a photo to show how poor it was.

A food outlet that looks to be in need of a good spring cleaning both inside and out. They manage to get a 3 star rating in the government food hygiene rating system which is not especially good. The food was hot and stayed quite hot during the trip to home. Food quality was reasonable but they obviously like to add large quantities of Monosodium glutamate to their sauces and batters. MSG is a cheap bulking agent and flavour enhancer commonly added to Chinese food, canned vegetables, soups and processed meats. As a food ingredient it is generally recognized as safe, but its use remains controversial. They are far from being the source of a cheap fish and chip supper on a Sunday night. They are more expensive by approximately £3, each meal, when compared with many chippies in North Wales and their overall quality does not justify this.

I especially like this restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is good. The take-out is also very fast. For I don’t go out often, take-out is my best choice. Personally recommend this restaurant.

Orderd from here a few times never been a problem but the last time I ordered I was missing some things off my orderd that I paid for so the girl said she would give it to me for my next order so I ordered again tonight and asked if I would receive my missing items from my last order she said yes!! And my orderd has come and my missing items weren't there and I had to bin my order as the food was stone cold and also found hairs in my food my partner then rang up and said (it was a pisstake) the girl then said she was ringing the police for him swearing then hung up I am very discussed in the customer service and the quality of the food never ever will I be ordering here again!!!!! Stay clear u won't get food you pay for and you will get hair in your food!!

Fantastic! Ordered starter of duck and siu mai and main on sweet and sour king prawn balls and honey and garlic special and it was absolutely beautiful. Such generous portions and we absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend and have again 🙂

Ordered ribs in honey, I'm pritty sure they was ribs of a pet animal, eaten two of them, cause me sick - food poison. Never go there again

I ordered one meal, got two, got charged for 2, and couldn't even finish one. Not enough water in the world could fix the desert that was my mouth after eating this dusty food. Probably because they soaked the cardboard chips in curry sauce instead of on the "chicken fried rice with curry sauce". The clues in the name.

The worst Chinese I've ever had the disappointment to visit . Tiny overpriced meals , bland frozen chips . I would give zero if it allowed . Not even worth the doorstep convinience . I travel to rhyl .

Very rude little girl on the phone when advised of wrong order. A sure way to give a small business a bad name. Such a shame.

Horrific customer service! Ordered a delivery to which part was missing. Phoned up to let them know. The very rude girl accused me of lying! Why would I? She repeatedly hung up and even threatened me with the police?! finally said she could deliver the missing item when they have time but would charge again for it. Asked to speak to manager, she refused. Were told to not order from there again! Never been spoken to like that before, absolutely disgusting! Never come across such a rude person. Ridiculous.

Overall Experience very poor! Food was enjoyable, however an item had been missed off our order. Phoned up and received terrible attitude off the lady on duty. We were told the item was in the bag when it left and so effectively we must be lieing. Asked to speak to a Manager, however she claimed she was the Manager. (The delivery driver tells me otherwise). The food is actually really nice, but I won’t be ordering again as the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Used Hai Tian on a number of occasions now and always found meals to be of a extremely high standard. Would not use anywhere else.

Terrible customer service. Young girl on the phone argued with me when they got an order wrong. She didn't read the order back, never asked for my name and didn't even ask if I wanted the order delivered. This is the second order they've messed up and, after being spoken to like I just have, I'll never use them again. Beware and check your order. Better still... AVOID until they can hire proper front-of-house staff

Appalling customer service. Missed a meal of the order and when called to advised completely dismissive and wouldn’t even listen, just repeated that they hadn’t missed it and didn’t even check to see if they have made an error. Won’t be using again, anyone using shouldn’t let delivery leave until checked, happy to take money and not deliver goods

Waited an hour and half for delivery they had obviously re heated the food in the microwave as it was very soggy im very disapointed as this was one of the best chinese around and now they are starting to go down hill improvment needed 🖕
