I've got to be honest I feel bad in some ways for writing this but I also know the owners of this franchise read the reviews left on here so I want to be completely honest. The turn over of staff in this place is unreal and it's unsurprising as whenever I have been in there the staff are working extortionate long hours for very little pay and training and it is not their fault. The pressure of not having enough staff really shows in their ability to work effectively without getting things wrong, food going cold because they can't keep up with orders or as in my case this evening my food being cold when it arrived and my chicken royal was more like a mayo royal 🤢 I'm not just basing this review on this evening I'm basing it over the last few times I have ordered here and what I've observed. I'm genuinely concerned if some of the staff have the adequate training to be serving food, again not their fault. Owners of franchises like these what high profits and next to no outgoings even reading through the reviews from just a year ago the exact meal I had tonight was only £8 I paid £11 for my meal and I couldn't eat it because it was so poorly prepared. The photo doesn't even show you the huge amount of mayo underneath as well!

Cold … burgers over done but bacon hardly cooked

The screens are filthy, the floor and tables are filthy…. It took three times to order the food. The food was lovely. There was a young man with mousy brown hair, tied back, he was very accommodating.

Despite receipt being "ticked" against each item in the King Kick Off Deal, my Chicken Royale was missing the 2nd patty I paid extra for, the Onion rings in the deal were missing, and the fries were too cold to eat. And £3.49 for a £1.69 Coke?

Incorrect item sent and had to be given to the dog.

Delivery time seemed to keep changing order tracking didn’t seem to work onion rings were stone cold and burgers were warm at best.

Mostly good. Whopper meal prepared incorrectly. Items requested be removed from burger were not removed. Inedible therefore.

Really the worst service I have ever come across. Food was cold and the order had missing items so had to go to shop after delivery . There order was over an hour later from when you said delivery would be.

Due to the food delivery time being so late, the food was lukewarm. It arrived 1 and 1/2 hours later than the original time stated and Burger King thought it had been collected / out for delivery at the time we checked with them (over and hour later than when expected). Looks like one courier cancelled the order and it was then left at BK far too long before reassigned. It did affect the quality of the food unfortunately.

Had excellent experience at burger king I was served by a lovely girl called Casey and I ask her what she recommended and she told me to get a whopper as it was the best selling and it did no disappoint ,definitely coming back again

Cold n barely any bacon on the fries

We ordered the family night in bundle which said it comes with a tub of Ben and jerrys ice cream as the kids wanted ice cream with there meal. We then opened our to find out there was no ice cream which then caused the kids to be very disappointed

The delivery was a little late but still super quick so wasn't a problem. All the food was warm fresh and delicious. No items missing. We were really happy with our order.

I spent nearly 40.00 on this rubbish. The food was colder when it turned up, the chips were salty and in the 2 burgers, there were literally, 2 burgers and a bit of cheese.

Cold food, Driver scanned his phone then left the restaurant came back 25 minutes later. Just eat denied refund.

They bag the drinks in the same bag as the food rather than separate causing the food to get colder quicker and the drinks to be warm

Horrible service yesterday evening. Spoken to like children by a 'manager' who seemed irritated by our very presence. Stale crumbling bun on the chicken royale. Only the fries were nice and fresh really. Claim they don't participate in redeeming points and special offers via the app. Won't be returning. Go to the Dover one if you want better service. I don't go out to be made to feel humiliated like I was in this restaurant.

This was a absolute shocker from the staff tonight ordered double burgers got a single also put a burger on the receipt we didn’t ask for and wouldn’t refund food was very boring and bland just all over a disappointing meal will not go back and will not be spending another penny there wouldn’t recomend at all

Delivered in good time, tripped courier. But no fries. Very disappointed, receipt states large fries. Reporting felt clunky, why do I have to reply photos to some email, missing fries should be obvious to whoever prepared. Will reconsider using again

I asked for the mayonnaise and sauce to be removed and they weren't, and mayonnaise gives me the horrors so I can't risk ordering again :-(

One of the worst takeaways I’ve ever had. I ordered a plant-based whopper meal with a large chips, a sprite, and 2 sauces. The drink and sauces didn’t come. The chips were cold and there was honestly a handful of them. The burger was also cold and had no lettuce and I’m not even sure I can trust it’s vegan so not eating it… tragic.

I just made a order and this has happened before I rang Burger King and even she said that the order has been stolen now I have to wait for refund I think this is disgusting that a big company like yourself get drivers that are capable of stealing peoples food in a cost of living crisis this is absolutely outrageous and Burger King can’t even help me and send more out and I can’t order more incase it gets stolen again so we never received our 20 chilli cheese bites I will not be using just eat

Food was nice but the portion sizes were small. The price was higher than what we had expected. Like usual the milkshakes were not available.
