was ordered on Just eat and was meant to be delivered at 18:45 only to watch the driver at 18:45 head miles out the way to another delivery which when he turns up at 19:10 its cold luckily didnt order cold drinks as they might of been warmer than the crap food.

restaurant kept changing delivery times. I don't think that they could get courier.

Marked down on quality as cold drink was with warm food and chips didn't seem to be a large portion.

Delivered in good time, tripped courier. But no fries. Very disappointed, receipt states large fries. Reporting felt clunky, why do I have to reply photos to some email, missing fries should be obvious to whoever prepared. Will reconsider using again

I asked for the mayonnaise and sauce to be removed and they weren't, and mayonnaise gives me the horrors so I can't risk ordering again :-(

One of the worst takeaways I’ve ever had. I ordered a plant-based whopper meal with a large chips, a sprite, and 2 sauces. The drink and sauces didn’t come. The chips were cold and there was honestly a handful of them. The burger was also cold and had no lettuce and I’m not even sure I can trust it’s vegan so not eating it… tragic.

The food is always rubbish. And is ALWAYS missing something, for the price…just get a Fat Raj instead. So much more for your money. No idea why I always do this to myself

I just made a order and this has happened before I rang Burger King and even she said that the order has been stolen now I have to wait for refund I think this is disgusting that a big company like yourself get drivers that are capable of stealing peoples food in a cost of living crisis this is absolutely outrageous and Burger King can’t even help me and send more out and I can’t order more incase it gets stolen again so we never received our 20 chilli cheese bites I will not be using just eat

It was ok, just wasn’t really hot enough, but hay ho it filled the craving

Great delivery speed, lovely guy. Burgers were greasier than normal - onion rings were really tough, and the SEALED bottle of fanta has black bits floating in it - not risking drinking it!

Food was nice but the portion sizes were small. The price was higher than what we had expected. Like usual the milkshakes were not available.

Some of the chips had an odd chemical taste and the chicken nuggets and chicken royal had the texture of food that had been left sitting for hours. Really disappointed

Was absolutely hanging today and really looking forward to my first BK meal in a very long time. Sadly, I didn't get the extra bacon and cheese I paid for in my burger, nor did I get my fries. My partner's loaded fries were floppy and cold. Drinks were actually warm from being packed with the food too. Gutted BK, what a let down :(

I ordered a bacon double cheese xl with extra cheese, extra bacon and an extra whopper but it can with none of these

The onion rings we rock hard over cooked and cold and burger was cold as if it had been left from a previous order. Gutte ld as was really looking forward to food and now sitting with really bad order which was a lot of money for an individual burger take out.

drivers had been smoking in the car whilst delivering and still smoking when handing the food over. chips were cold burger underwhelming

rang burger king after food didn't arrive on time. and time was being pushed back on the just eat app, ended up an hour late. guy at burger king told me the food was made and ready to go at 6pm but the driver hadn't shown up, the driver diidn't turn up with the food until 7pm. then the app said it was delivered at 6:10pm which was not true. I had driven to McDonald's and got my daughter dinner by this time and refused the food when delivered due to knowing it was made and hour before delivery.

1. As a vegetarian, I am VERY disappointed that you are not doing the beanburgers anymore - I won't eat anything that looks like meat, but decided to try the Vegan Royale. Not impressed! 2. One of the fries should have only had cheese on it, NOT bacon (Vegetarian!) 3. Lettuce on all burgers was brown, soggy and horrible. 4. Can't get original coke on Just Eat! Must do better, Burger King!

The driver said that he had to do another delivery and explained that is why the food took so long. Drinks are warm and food is cold. Disappointed.

My delivery time was 3:00-3:25 they kept delaying my order and finally arrived at 4:07, food was cold, chips were far to salty and chilli cheese bits had gone soggy, terrible service for price

the delivery driver left the bag on the floor. when I opened the door he was already in he's car. he drove off as soon as he saw me. fast food is a nightmare to deliver hot at the best of times. our food was luke warm when eating it. it sat on a cold step for 2 minutes

After ordering a Steakhouse Crispy Chicken burger from the Folkestone BK, instead of 'proper' chicken fillet as advertised, I got the processed crap they use in their other chicken burgers, so I asked for a refund as I didn't have time to wait for another (they can be really slow). Instead of refunding me my £7.99 back to my card, I was then charged another £7.99 which I didn't notice until I got a balance on my account a few days later. When I challenged the manager (that also served me) on it, instead of apologising, her actually got quite aggressive and I later found out he lied and said it was me, and that he was going to ban me. A year on, and I've still not got my money back despite asking for it and proving the double charge on my account, so I refuse to eat BK now on principle, despite their burgers being among my faves. So beware.

I got the notification saying my delivery was on its way. It’s an 8 minute drive. Took them 25 minutes to drive it. All my food was cold by the time it arrived. Never ordering from here again.

Weird and rude staff , very old fashioned, weird atmosphere and nothing is made fresh. All food came out cold and had to get them to remake the food which was definitely not made fresh and just microwaved and I know how it should be as I work at a Burger King would not advise this one at all.

Angus meal meat tough and cold only good thing where onions and rocket. Fries under cooked and warm both drinks warm I do not recommend

Our Family had a terrible experience from Burger King folkestone today, at 1.55pm..served by Syren, he is not friendly at all, he only allowed us to buy through app 2 chicken Royales. Later, we wanted to order some large fries from the app with the points we had but he didn't allow us to order through the app and he said we could only use the points in bigger version's of the restaurant. We are not happy at all. And we also had pay for the chips that was free if we had bought it from the app. It was a very bad experience for us.

Amazing service today from Mathew and Theo, gave us brilliant advice and options after we learnt the plant based burger was no more! We chose the bean burger and it was delicious. Definitely be coming back again. Thank you!

The onion rings were cold and not crispy and not Tasty the bean burger was wrapped in a whopper plant based wrapper which was incorrect. It wasn’t very tasty. Usually it’s lovely. Not sure if will order from there again.

Ordered the day before on Just Eat and food arrived within 15 minutes of allotted time next day. I ordered the Ultimate Bean Burger meal and it was delicious! Would order again. I hope you keep this on the menu.
