Delivery time kept changing later, tried to cancel, app did not say the food was being prepared but app would not allow a refund, food eventually arrived cold

Horrible service yesterday evening. Spoken to like children by a 'manager' who seemed irritated by our very presence. Stale crumbling bun on the chicken royale. Only the fries were nice and fresh really. Claim they don't participate in redeeming points and special offers via the app. Won't be returning. Go to the Dover one if you want better service. I don't go out to be made to feel humiliated like I was in this restaurant.

The ice cream was missing from the order and the food was cold as it was delivered by a cycle rider on one of the coldest evenings of the year. The delivery time kept changing.

Ordered this at half 12 it arrived at 1.50 Was waiting over an hour for the food. Driver went to other fast food restaurant and drop offs whilst having my food on them, I have not eaten it, I have binned it,

from the original time stated for delivery my order was 15 minutes late therefore all the food only lukewarm. very disappointing result and not appetising at all.

I’m absolutely disgusted with my delivery which was delivered by push bike and when opened was stone cold. I’ve now had to go to the store myself to get something edible. What do you have to say about this situation

Said 17.59 when i viewed on tracking map,changed to 17.51 when hew was 2 minutes away.he was virtually opposite my house at 17.53 then went back away onto the street.got here at 18.01 and food is luke warm at best!!!!! Rather drive myself,never use u

Food very cold, not even warm. They missed the bacon on the cheesy chips, which we paid extra for. Ordered based on delivery time stated at time of ordering but it was 30 minutes after that. Overall, disappointing experience

was ordered on Just eat and was meant to be delivered at 18:45 only to watch the driver at 18:45 head miles out the way to another delivery which when he turns up at 19:10 its cold luckily didnt order cold drinks as they might of been warmer than the crap food.

Fantastic service! Such friendly staff that were very welcoming and even brought our food over to our table. Cannot beat a flame grilled burger!

This was a absolute shocker from the staff tonight ordered double burgers got a single also put a burger on the receipt we didn’t ask for and wouldn’t refund food was very boring and bland just all over a disappointing meal will not go back and will not be spending another penny there wouldn’t recomend at all

Delivered in good time, tripped courier. But no fries. Very disappointed, receipt states large fries. Reporting felt clunky, why do I have to reply photos to some email, missing fries should be obvious to whoever prepared. Will reconsider using again

I asked for the mayonnaise and sauce to be removed and they weren't, and mayonnaise gives me the horrors so I can't risk ordering again :-(

One of the worst takeaways I’ve ever had. I ordered a plant-based whopper meal with a large chips, a sprite, and 2 sauces. The drink and sauces didn’t come. The chips were cold and there was honestly a handful of them. The burger was also cold and had no lettuce and I’m not even sure I can trust it’s vegan so not eating it… tragic.

The food is always rubbish. And is ALWAYS missing something, for the price…just get a Fat Raj instead. So much more for your money. No idea why I always do this to myself

I just made a order and this has happened before I rang Burger King and even she said that the order has been stolen now I have to wait for refund I think this is disgusting that a big company like yourself get drivers that are capable of stealing peoples food in a cost of living crisis this is absolutely outrageous and Burger King can’t even help me and send more out and I can’t order more incase it gets stolen again so we never received our 20 chilli cheese bites I will not be using just eat

Double whopper with chilli jam is lush.

Food was nice but the portion sizes were small. The price was higher than what we had expected. Like usual the milkshakes were not available.

Great delivery speed, lovely guy. Burgers were greasier than normal - onion rings were really tough, and the SEALED bottle of fanta has black bits floating in it - not risking drinking it!

I order a whopper burger, paid extra for cheese and don’t have any cheese in the burger and for some reason no onion. I also ordered a double whopper and was given a single whopper instead. I am not happy

Some of the chips had an odd chemical taste and the chicken nuggets and chicken royal had the texture of food that had been left sitting for hours. Really disappointed

Was absolutely hanging today and really looking forward to my first BK meal in a very long time. Sadly, I didn't get the extra bacon and cheese I paid for in my burger, nor did I get my fries. My partner's loaded fries were floppy and cold. Drinks were actually warm from being packed with the food too. Gutted BK, what a let down :(

I ordered a bacon double cheese xl with extra cheese, extra bacon and an extra whopper but it can with none of these

The onion rings we rock hard over cooked and cold and burger was cold as if it had been left from a previous order. Gutte ld as was really looking forward to food and now sitting with really bad order which was a lot of money for an individual burger take out.

drivers had been smoking in the car whilst delivering and still smoking when handing the food over. chips were cold burger underwhelming

rang burger king after food didn't arrive on time. and time was being pushed back on the just eat app, ended up an hour late. guy at burger king told me the food was made and ready to go at 6pm but the driver hadn't shown up, the driver diidn't turn up with the food until 7pm. then the app said it was delivered at 6:10pm which was not true. I had driven to McDonald's and got my daughter dinner by this time and refused the food when delivered due to knowing it was made and hour before delivery.

1. As a vegetarian, I am VERY disappointed that you are not doing the beanburgers anymore - I won't eat anything that looks like meat, but decided to try the Vegan Royale. Not impressed! 2. One of the fries should have only had cheese on it, NOT bacon (Vegetarian!) 3. Lettuce on all burgers was brown, soggy and horrible. 4. Can't get original coke on Just Eat! Must do better, Burger King!

The driver said that he had to do another delivery and explained that is why the food took so long. Drinks are warm and food is cold. Disappointed.

the delivery driver left the bag on the floor. when I opened the door he was already in he's car. he drove off as soon as he saw me. fast food is a nightmare to deliver hot at the best of times. our food was luke warm when eating it. it sat on a cold step for 2 minutes

Has to wait to be served 🤔at least 5mins seams like the only person working was the young man running around trying to do everything while management we're talking about what they were going to do over the weekend (not involving work)!!!! I don't eat out much anymore, didn't enjoy my experience but food was good.
