Coastal Kebab in Shepway

Chicken Shish and chips woth burger and chips £25:30 got to my hotel started to eat the kebab no shish. Thanks Coastal kebab won't be back

Called in here as there are not many places open in the evening in September. In fact there are not many places to eat or get food in the area at all. I am glad we called in here. Food was good and so was service. I would call in here again if I was in the area.

They forgot to put burger sauce on my mixed meat kebarb so I found it hard to eat it

We buy fish and chips from their shop next door , yesterday 20th July 24 we bought cod and chips x3 and the chips were inedible yet we have been many times to this shop and it's been beautiful, sad as cost us a lot of money

Everything was soggy and covered in condensation made everything horrible

Have been going to coastal kebabs for years I wouldn't go anywhere else they are simply the best! The food is always really good and I get out of cooking on a Saturday night!! All the guys are lovely I would highly recommend see you soon Ali and co.... Michelle bacon

absolutely disgusting meal the chicken burger was not even edible very dried out and tough the quater chicken was very very dry and unable to be eaten will never use this kebab shop again

The food could have more flavor, but overall it is tasty. Also, the portion sizes are huge-- seriously insane. The egg fried rice was a win and the chili sauce is good. Would go order again!

Fast delivery, hot food, good kebab

My friends and I ordered some food and most was fine except for the donner kebab. We asked for this to be made with only lettuce and onion however it came with tomato on. My friend is allergic to tomatoes and when we called to ask if this could be replaced they said ‘just eat the meat’ when we explained that it’s cross contamination as the tomato was over the meat they said all they could do was give us 2 wraps.

Just eaten here and the food was amazing the portions are huge. Would 100% recommend

It was nicely cooked and tasty. I requested 1 pot of bbq sauce and 1 pot of ketchup and they sent 2 of bbq. Also the food wasn’t very hot when we received it.

We have had the *not* KFC chicken a few times and always enjoyed it, but for some reason they seemed to have changed the recipe and now it's way too heavily seasoned. We ate most of it because we were hungry and had already paid for it but each threw away a piece of chicken because it just wasn't that nice.

Terrible, wrong item received restaurant very unapologetic. Description was chicken doner and shish. Therefore, they should receive chicken shish instead recieved lamb

Ordered a chicken shish wrap and have been given Shish in pitta bread I don’t like pitta bread or I would have ordered this and I ordered a pepperoni 9” pizza and there is almost no cheese on the top verry disappointed with this and will not be ordering from here again unless something is sorted out

Quite disappointed by the drivers attitude no enjoy your meal just shoved it at my husband. Was she new? Not upto your normal drivers standards.

Just had the misfortune of eating a pizza from coastal kebabs .ordered the 9"meat feast and the free one was a chicken supreme. I couldn't tell the difference in flavour or texture both were even the same colour brown I'm writing this review from my toilet as the pizza wants to leave me asap .

Hot and tasty - great as always guys!

First time ordering whilst on holiday, read the reviews and ordered a donna, a lamb shish and chips, was very nice, delivered on time

Best Pizza's in the area so far. Delivery was made promptly by a friendly driver, and most importantly, the Pizza's were just as good the following morning. Will be using these guys again.

We have just picked up food after ordering online. The portion sizes were small, normally at least six pieces of chicken in medium size shish kebab only five, which were small, hardly any salad! Also not a lot of Doner meat or chips either! Not cheap! First time have been here and will defoe be last!

My Partner had to take his back to the restaurant as they didn’t get the order right and when he took it back they were very rude. Should learn how to read the order very dissatisfied

Lovely food quicker than expected delivery

Visited here for some food whilst having a few days away. A few spaces to park directly outside. Fairly large menu with lots of different options. We had some kebabs and some chicken poppers for kids - we found the food all a bit average to be honest. Perhaps we have been a little spoilt by the excellent kebab shops more locally to where we live? I guess it didn't help that we had asked for one of them to be a kebab wrap and it wasn't when we opened it, and the chicken poppers was a pretty small portion. Staff seemed OK from my minimal amount of conversation I had!

Overcooked food but upon call they fixed it

They never let us down and provided 2 quick, reasonably priced and great tasting pizzas after our oven failed. Will keep coming back

Food arrived late , Food was cold and burger buns wet where been sweating in box , chicken was just bone and fat worst chicken ever had , it was basically not edible….. horrible food and late . Went in the bin

Disappointing kebab dinner. The pittas were chewy and the container had a puddle of solidified grease from the meat. Staff were friendly and service was fast.

The food was nice but very greasy so unfortunately the burger buns on the bottom were very soggy. The chicken doner was very crispy and tasted amazing.

The shop nice and Clear,pizzas and kebabs are best in town.

Ordered for a time when I knew family would be here, but needed to reheat it because it arrived 45 mins early

It was late and stone cold ordered at 4.15 arrived at 5.45

This place short changes you with your food on at least 2 occasions that I have visited this place I have left with half portions which is not good enough give this place a wide berth better kebabs shops on the marsh.

We only got 1 portion of chips but ordered 2 and we ordered different sauces but just got 1.

Been using these for the last year since moving to the area and never had an issue. The kofte is by far the best me and my partner have ever tried and we've tried a few! The chips are also the best around. Never a soggy chip, always lovely and crispy. Salad is always fresh. Notes are always read and acknowledged. Very polite staff and just lovely food. Will always use and recommend!!

Sorry guys but I took a star off because I had to drive 30 mins to get to you. I know it's not your fault but maybe think about expanding to Rye 😁 Best kebab and friendliest people on the Kent coast.

Easy to order Quick delivery Nice food

Very good kebab with lots of meat. I asked for peppers on meal and they added peppers to meal and also an extra box full of peppers. The best kebab I've ever had. Thanks again coastal kebab.

Think we must of got the left overs, ordered a chicken shish got about two pieces of chicken couple of bits of lettuce, salad was very poor amount. Chips were like eating rubber. Shocking really

We ordered quarter pounders with cheese but both had no cheese. Just a burger in a bun with no salad or any sauces. The chips tasted old, like they had been reheated several times and my son’s chicken nuggets tasted salty and totally artificial. Will not order from here again.

Accepted out order waited over an hour only for these useless people to close shop and leave me and my teenage boy hungry. Thanks for NOTHING. If you will not or can not fulfil an order remove yourself from just eat. Idiots.

We would like a refund/ shocking service and cold as so late

Food turned up hot, however our order was missing items and notes were not read. Kebab was so greasy it was swimming in it. Not happy at all, won’t be ordering from Coastal again

food was gorgeous. hot and v nice delivery driver knocked on the door AFTER pressing the doorbell, causing my autistic child to Meltdown due to the knocking... we have a doorbell for a reason! aside that, defo order again.

Great food, not cheap however very good

I enjoyed a delicious Doner Kebab here on an early Tuesday evening. The meat was richly flavoured and the chilli sauce had just the right amount of heat. Garlic sauce was okay, but the crispy fresh salad perfectly finished it. Service was fast and even though I only ordered a medium size, the portion was very generous. Would definitely visit again.

Pizza was too salty which is something I’ve never had. The kebab was also too salty.

This place was my local for many years and returned as a result of Storm Eunice for the first time in about 10 years. Disappointed to say the least. Food is what it is from an establishment like this and not exactly in plentiful supply. One would suggest there's a fork in the sugar bowl if they offer you a cup of tea.

Food was average but marginally better than the poor service received. In a world of covid I'm not sure having the person cooking your food playing in his mobile phone playing with his earphones and saying around with his hands I his pockets not totally sure he takes things seriously

It could be down to sweating in boxes while traveling but afraid chips were hard and like warm, chicken pieces were rubbery as so was the kofta kebab. Salad was nice.

Took a while to come about an hour wait but good food.

My son was missing his salad in with his pitta bread and chips . MY pizza wasn't with his order . I'd taken my insulin ready to eat , very lucky I didn't have a hypo !!!!
