Fish batter was so greasy, chips were cold and had been sitting a while, dried out. Couldn’t eat with amount of grease..

as always the food was fantastic

lovely fish but unfortunately the chips were just about Luke warm in comparison

Every order we make is excellent! We've tried many different things from the menu and the quality is top notch every time. Delivery is always early and the driver always friendly. I wouldn't buy fish and Chip from anywhere else if i can help it.

Delivery later than advised however friendly driver. Fishcake lovely and freshly cooked. Fried Chicken nice. Chips awful- green bits black bits bitty bits and cold not warm cold. Fish nothing to write home about. Sausage all pink? Not sure if it’s the type of meat as was all pink not just the middle. Tomato in burger a massive chunk and had stalk on it. Overall disappointing £30 spend. Would not reorder which is a shame because of all the good reviews and wanted a new go to fish and chip shop.

We ordered 2 cod bites and chips and some chicken pieces. They're a bit stingy with the cod bites. We did get 5 each as advertised but they were small. The batter on the chicken wasn't crispy. Shame they can't use the same batter as the cod. They were quick and efficient. The delivery driver was very polite.

Ordered tonight and portion size is brilliant. Great value for money. Delicious and delivered hot. Accidentally forgot curry sauce but a quick call to such polite staff and within 10 minutes it had been delivered, again nice and hot. Definitely ordering from here every time as not only is the food great but the service you get beats that of the more "popular" chip shops in Folkestone. whilst delivery is fast I've given this shop benefit of doubt too many times now. this is the last time. chips weren't even edible. just thin and crispy with no potato in them. Will stick with sandys or papas Canterbury Road from now on. this place has been going down hill for months now

Amazing food, as always! I was extremely humbled by the restaurant and also the honest delivery driver who came all the back, after the shop had closed because he found our drinks in his car.

Takeaway meals for four people were ordered on a Friday evening for delivery at what must be one of their busiest times - yet it was delivered on time within 30 minutes by a cheery delivery lady. Food was remarkably inexpensive, piping hot, of excellent quality and the portions were very very generous. I'll definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Fish used to be in super light batter and delicious. Sadly not today. Hard at the edges and overcooked and seemed like it had been fried 3 times - batter was dark orange. not very edible. Gutted! You were my go to fish and chip shop but after today not sure

We have ordered from here a few times. it's usually great. the cheesy chips was good but it had added extras like batter and what seemed like the dregs of the chip pan. The halloumi was deep fat fried and burnt. I have had halloumi from there before and it was great. The onion rings were good. Maybe they were busy and just rushed the food because it was so disappointing and not anything like their normal quality.

The fish and chips was quite tasty but inferior to other fish and chip shops in Folkestone. The biggest problem, however, was the disgusting hygiene of the man dishing up the food - he licked his fingers to open a bag for the sausage in batter!!!! Disgusting hygiene. I had to stop him and ask him to put it in a box to avoid having his spittle! I will certainly never go there again. He needs to have a visit from health and safety to teach him about basic hygiene. Has Covid taught him nothing about safe behaviour

Very very greasy. Cooking fat not hot enough in my opinion which means the batter absorbed lots of fat and the chips were a bit soggy. Fairly tasty once you got past that. They are still using polystyrene containers for burgers & onion rings. they can’t be recycled - which is unfortunate. Perfectly adequate cardboard options are available.

Everything was absolutely delicious! Food was hot, fish was HUGE and so flavourful. Delivery guy was nice also. New regular fish and chip shop. Thank you guys ☺️
