The pitta bread was stale! Normally really good, had a aftertaste for long time!

Yet again an item missing finely got through on telephone and chips turned up one hour later and then they where reheated and rubbery this is final straw from this take away

I’m loath to leave negative feedback, but almost every time I order from this place they forget something in the order. Usually it’s the salad, tonight it was the chips. Usually I would call them and ask them to bring it, but I don’t have time to wait for them tonight, so I will have to go without. So my cheeky Tuesday 20% off turned out to be 20% of my dinner missing as well.

it was ok but... something was missing. there was little salad and a lot of raw onion which I unfortunately can't eat. rice was perfect. meat was ok. it was clean and fast

Asked for burger sauce on chips & extra red cabbage on a large salad … got neither

The driver went to the properties either side of my place yet couldnt find my address despite a lit number on my door. Ten minutes later he calls explaining that he cant find me. The food was cold, missing an item. I said it was cold he laughed.

Food was absolutely awful cold donner meat hot soggy chips and also nuggets

I ordered 9-inch Pizza, they sent 7-inch. kept the difference in price too.

only live roughly 5 mins away and my food turned up stone cold, even the cheese on my pizza went rubbery. not impressed

We were given a delivery time that was an hour and twenty minutes later, and that time was barely made. Normally, the food is great, which is why this has been our go to for years but last night was different. The food was cold, all of it.

I didnt put number on the order so i called them and the person was rude said i was lucky and next time make sure you have your house number on it.. also the food was cold and chewy i left it

Usually the chips are really crispy, but they were limp and soft. I would rather have waited a bit longer and got crispy chips.

Asked for salad and extra onions. They just chucked on extra onions, nothing else. Food cold.

food banged initially, service was also lovely. however, after about 2 hours my boyfriend started crashing out and fighting for his god damn life. he was bugging out, his stomach was on fire and he was on the verge of of puking for hours. I don’t know what’s inside of this food but stay away for your own safety….

The kebab was cold had to warm it up but apart from that always good food

Pizzas were hot and tasty but garlic bread was cold, delivery was unusually late.

Food took over 2hrs to be delivered, was cold and really unpleasant, will not be ordering from here again!!!

Restaurant postponed order for 40 mins and were then still half hour after that. Shouldn’t take the order if you can’t deliver on time

Ordered shish kebab unfortunately they sent lamb in-fact I preferred chicken, on arrival the presentation was awful, Lamb was chewy chips cold .. Immediately called up ordered another meal Chicken this time & chips £16 .. I was advised to ask for refund .. Pizza was nice pepperoni ordered . Taken pics of food.

Love getting our takeaway from here, we didn’t think they’d deliver to hawkinge but thank his they did as aspendos in hawkinge had let us down massive. Food is always nice from here and we don’t ever have to wait ages

Our ood was delivered to the wrong address, when I contacted the restaurant the manager said they would make a fresh order, but when the food arrived it was cold and had obviously been recollected and delivered to us. Not impressed with the service.

Everything was cold, the pizza boxes looked like they had been chucked around the car and was nearly falling out the bottom of the box due to being soggy and cold!

Cold food, incorrect order, new random service charge which negates the free delivery. As with most things in life things are only getting worse by the day. This business is the embodiment of that really.

Wrong kebab came, didn’t bring drink order & everything was cold. Very disappointing. Won’t be ordering from them again! Would like a full refund. Also tried to call the restaurant 3 times & there was no answer.

From time of ordering to delivery was an hour and twenty minutes. Too long to wait for "fast food" when the food arrived it wasnt even warm. Very disappointed as delivery time is normally half an hour ish, as for cold food just totally unacceptable!

10/10 quality kebab massive portions, loads of sauce and salad, and using your own branded packaging is that extra step from other places. Very good experience

I like to get my burger with no bun, I don't eat it so it is a waste to order. sometimes they get the order right, sometimes they mistake which of the burgers needs a bun, and sometimes they don't put a bun in either one of our burgers. Consistency of orders is hit and miss, but is still delicious and we will still keep going back. Just wish the order was right every time

It wasn’t so much that the order was late, it was that some of it was missing and when I phoned to let them know, it seemed a major inconvenience to them that I wanted the rest of the order delivered as soon as possible. Having said that, when we received the rest of the order, the food was very good.

What a lovely dinner. We got a chicken kebab, a kofta kebab and a portion of chips. The food was nice, fresh and very tasty. We could tell they used good quality ingredients and the portion sized were generous. JH thought it was a bit pricey. I thought it was good value for the quality.

Ordered a £60 takeaway for myself and our family and my Chicken kebab was raw all pink and still slimy on the inside. Called the restaurant who was very rude on the phone and told me I didn’t order from here then had a manager call who saw our order on screen but didn’t offer to refund us! I will be claiming this back via my bank! Food was vile and absolutely gopping. Not only this but we all woke up with diarrhoea. STAY CLEAR OF THIS KEBAB SHOP VILE VILE VILE!!!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE
