Usually good and reliable, but unfortunately tonight’s kebabs were dry and lukewarm.

the small and large where the same size so not worth paying for the large very disappointed tbh as its about 2pound more

Food was said to be of been delivered when it wasn’t, when redelivered food was warm at best

I think we were the last one on the delivery list, therefore the delivery was a little cold. Perhaps we'll collect next time

First time using the service. Food was absolutely lovely unfortunately the food was approx 55 mins late. (This was only a problem as we were at work and really ready for our food to be here for 12:10. No the less thank you for a pleasant experience

Forgot my two cokes, kept on saying he’d put them in when i can assure you he didn’t, had a rude tone of voice on him and hung up on me, when all i wanted was to have a drink with my food, ridiculous!!!!!

Absolutely appalled. my order has not been delivered. Rang Aspendos and was accused of Lying. My word against the driver. I've ordered food from Aspendos for over 10 years. Never again. Shame on you.

disappointed with amount of salad now given with kebab. have had kebabs from here for years although not so recently. very poor amount of salad given.

The kebab was lovely and a generous portion. Equally the salad was fresh and cold. I have deducted a star as the chilli sauce is basically spicy ketchup (and cold). I like kebab shops to make their own (the orange chunky style) and serve it warm - most authentic shops do, so I was surprised by what I received

Ordered a donner kebab i asked for it it be cooked very well.. it come very soggy, thick soggy chunks of meat very greasy, also didnt give me the salad or the garlic mayo i had paid for. Food basically didnt get eaten and went in the bin

I'll never buy from again. Simply because the delivery was abysmal. First time it said it was delivered, until I questioned it. Then I was told it's going to another branch to be then delivered locally. I mean... :S!

Ordered a large shish kofte but received a small shish…. I ate it because I was hungry and didn’t want to wait for a replacement but to say I was disappointed is an understatement….. Might try somewhere else next time

Food was partially burnt and overly salty. I used to enjoy kebabs from this place, but after today, I have to rethink.

The food is always hot and properly cooked, any notes regarding our order are always respected. The delivery drivers are always polite.

Undercooked chips and a burger with a sauce that wasnt requested, all went in the bin !

Ordered kebab & chips for family of 4. Chips not delivered, had to ring again. Chips came 15 mins after the kebabs. Salad was poor quality and pitta hard.

The order was missing the chips & cheesy chips. The pitta was dried and hard. The salad was just red cabbage & onion, nothing else. I phoned the restaurant to complain the chips being late & she said I should have ordered them as a meal! My fault!?!

order was wrong again missed pittas that were paid for and ordered large donner meat which is expensive but ended up with donner and chips. It seems every time we order something is not correct or missing with the order.

Don't believe the add-on's but the food is ggod. As always is a great amount of food but they NEVER send the chilli and garlic sauces unless you ask for it. Regardless to what the item says it comes with.

I asked for only onion in the 90’s kebab, got nothing, asked for salad with chicken kebab , no salad and paid extra for onion . So not great , £18 ???

Excellent. Followed instructions for what I wanted in my salad. Ordered two pizzas which were perfection ; a kebab that was full to the brim , the sides were excellent… my new ‘go to’ takeaway!

The kebab was awesome but the baklava was not good at all, tasted weird and like grease, threw them away. Shame because they’re usual good.

Ordered probably close to 30 times on Ubereats and first time ordering through JustEat, no cheese in burger and no sauce offered. Chicken meat was very dry too, real shame.

Fast delivery, but food arrived tepid/mildly warm. Part of the order was missing. I called the shop, and they sent out a replacement immediately. Good response. I've ordered from here many times, and the food is usually great

Your delivery driver was disgraceful, he delivered our order to another customer and we have theirs. Also it is not acceptable to have the customers telephone number on the receipt under gdpr. I am really unhappy with this service.

Order was redirected to a closer branch of the restaurant so it wasn’t the Cheriton branches fault, but the order arrived just before 9pm when I ordered at 7:23. I’ve now been given £5 credit which is quite frankly an insult after waiting so long.

great food at reasonable prices, unfortunately the last 6-8 month's or so forces me to change my review, the food is still delicious however every pizza order has been incorrect (wrong toppings, no stufffed crust) either take out or delivery both have been wrong, once made aware of error they have always apologised and corrected the mistake, however i will no longer use as an error happens every time now and i cannot be bothered to chase them up anymore

delivery driver informed me he had cancer, been up hospital all day and has put me off my food. couldn't eat it.

They gave me 2 the same pizzas which was House Special Pizza, 12 They did not give a Margherita pizza which we ordered which is shame but it’s okay just wanted to let you know

We got order on time. But bag was soggy .. pitta was soggy salad had hardly and red cabage in it . Chips cold and under cooked gave.the chicken to my cat even she didnt eat it ! Normally they are really good .. but Wont be ordering again
