Ordered cheesy chips and burger sauce got plain chips and no sauce

Ordered chicken doner meat with chips and a portion of salad custom to what I like. Salad very fresh & it was great! They accommodated to the salad I requested. As somebody who is not great with textures trying chicken doner was something new to me, and it was delicious! Barely any fatty pieces in it, Well cooked, well seasoned, generous portions too! Prices are great. Chips were a little undercooked for my liking as I like them crispy but overall I highly recommend diamond kebab! Will be returning for sure.

Great food with very tender lamb but the delivery driver could use some lessons in customer service, he was rude to my partner when he failed to follow simple instructions to deliver to our door, he parked some distance away and said over the phone “if you want your food, come and get it” extremely rude and not acceptable.

Impeccable pizzas the guys couldn’t be more accommodating and I would 100% recommend? Garlic pizza with cheese and pepperoni. You guys are spot on thank you x

The food was very good, but the order had to be sent out again as the first one never arrived, despite the delivery driver stating he did. The restaurant did redo the order and it arrived on time, but still very annoying.

Fabulously high standard of food. Tender hot juicy chunks of tasty Shish and hot crisp chips with a fresh cold and crisp salad. Restaurant quality in a take away. What’s not to truly like? Fantastic meal - thank you Dismond Kebab House.

To much sauce, and the chips was burnt

Had kebab and cheesy chips and it gave us food poisoning. Chips were undercooked, the meat was dry and rubbery. I don’t write reviews but we thought going to the highest reviewed kebab shop that there wouldn’t be any problems.

Really impressed, order arrived within 15 mins. There was a slight issue with my order, but a quick phone call to explain and it was quickly rectified and new sent out which arrived quickly too. Food was amazing as always.

I rang about my food order being over an hour late and they had said they attempted to knock twice but I hadn't heard anything and so they were not going to contact me. Keeping my money and the food. Not informing me that they couldn't find the address. The food arrived cold despite asking for it to be redone/heated. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering from here again.

Pizzas arrived a bit earlier than expected but not a massive problem but then eating the pizzas there is an overwhelming taste of salt! So much so we couldn't eat more than a slice. Such a shame

We had an amazing takeaway from here last night. The chicken and lamb shish was succulent and very tasty. We love this place as it’s extremely clean and the staff are wonderful. Also the salads and extras are so fresh and delicious. We have been here many times and we are never disappointed. You must try it if you haven’t already.

First pizzas was cold and incorrect had pineapple and I said no pineapple. Redelivered and got a 10 inch instead of 12 inch. Very disappointing as I use all the time!!! Not happy today 😡

You didn’t read the my request for just lettuce and cheese in my chicken sandwich, it was full of red and white cabbage and onions as well, and the driver went to new beach reception when delivery address was eastfleet caravan park 🤷🏼‍♀️ You guys are usually spot on so a little disappointed this time round

Rang shop twice and told both times it’s on way, rang again to be told that driver tried ringing, driver was in car park for 10 minutes so food was cold

Decided to pick up ourselves ordered the food 2xChicken Kebabs meat was cooked to perfection. They did my salad box without red cabbage which I had requested gave us 2 free cans of Pepsi Chips were cooked nicely and not oily we were both very pleased with our meals

Ordered chicken pizza but had beef in it. Being Hindus we don’t eat beef so had to throw it off.. :(

Very poor food, felt like it had been frozen and then defrosted to cook. Not charcoal grilled. Very poor wouldn't recommend.

Staff are very friendly. The food is really good one of the best kebabs I have ever tried. The seating area is very clean and the seats were comfortable.

Good food and large portion sizes

Ordered 2 Lamb Shish Kebabs with salad - garlic sauce and 1 chips. Ready for pick up at the right time - no problem. Got to the event that we were going to. opened them up - no salad in there either in the kebab or separate and a feeble attempt at a kebab with a few bits of meat in a pitta and some sauce which I had assumed would go on the salad. I shall not be using them again.

Had the Chicken Doner with veg. Service was excellent and the food was very good. Regular size is more than enough to feed the hungriest person as the portion sizes are unbelievable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and treated us to complimentary Turkish Delights. Will be back.

Been using this shop for a number of years, the food is good, however this week they have put their prices up yet again!! Quarter pounder with cheese now £6! Lamb Doner wrap £8.50! Yet in Folkestone the burger is £4.30 and the wrap is £6! I know food has gone up, just feel the owners are just ripping you off now!

Have used this takeaway for years, food is good and the staff are very friendly, HOWEVER went again this week and yet again they have increased their prices. Now £6 for a quarter pounder cheeseburger and £8.50 for donar wrap! I use a kebab shop in Folkestone of equal quality their burger is £4.30 & the wrap is £6 Which is a huge difference. I understand costs have increased, but seems the owners are now just getting greedy Our local Chinese,hads not increased their prices for at least 18 months, yet Diamind have increased theirs at least 3 times!

Rubber chicken obviously been on the hot plate for around 6 hrs, feel let down n won’t order from here again which is a shame but the chicken was thought like leather

Sausage was as hard as nails, and the chips were missing. The order had to be changed after ordering as they didn't have what we'd ordered. Phoned to enquire about the whereabouts of the chips and was told they would send them out. 40 mins later they arrived, and had clearly been in a fryer for about 17 seconds.

Ive ordered from Diamond Kehbab before and there pizzas where outstanding.loads of cheese and toppings,but these pizzas were overcooked and lean with toppings.very dissappointed.sorry to say

Missed parts of order, and when it arrived, it was obviously the chips had been left out ready to be collected, as they were cold and soggy . Drink bottle was the wrong one. It should have been Coca-Cola zero . Wasn't going to give them another chance, which is a shame as the rest order was OK. Any future ordered will be cash on delivery, and if wrong or missing will refuse the whole . Sorry

Ordered a Family meal for delivery, had an issue with our food so we went to the shop and got issue resolved. However missing my 1.5l bottle of pepsi.

The chicken strips were the best ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

The garlic sauce was a but to strong, rather then that pretty good.

On justeat it forces you to pick a sauce on a lot of items. When you might not want sauce

One kebab =food poisoning.... chips looks like come out from microwave and undercooked meat.

Hour late called them said it was on the way waited another 15 minutes called again said it’s still on the way drivers busy my order was to be delivered 16.25-16.45 it arrived at 17.20

After receiving a text message saying your food is on its way we had to ring 30 minutes later to find that it had supposedly just left and would be with us in 4 minutes. When it finally turned up it was cold, greasy and rubbery, like eating polystyrene and cardboard, it had obviously been on its way when they first messaged and said it was. We will never order from here again.
