Absolutely useless, wrong items delivered and MacDonald not willing to fix issue just push you to just eat to get refund

Driver doing multi delivery’s food stone cold and missing items

Requested no cheese due to dairy intolerance and cheese still added to burger. The rest of the order was good.

please check what's in the bag against the order receipt. whenever I order from here, they forget something.

It took 1 hour from me ordering to my food being delivered. This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait. Also, the food bag wasn’t sealed and the food was cold.

I just want to say that the cleaning lady who cleans Mc Donald's toilets and the room where people sit and eat with unwashed hands then serves food to people. She should not give food at all and prepare fries and burgers

Food was cold but the quality was good.

Ordered £42 worth of food for it not to be delivered and me be out of pocket and have to go through a refund process with just eat. Doesn’t help with what we are going to eat tonight!

Food arrived cold and soaking wet in the spilled drink due to delivery “driver” riding a bike instead. Paid for a large coke and half of it was all over the bag which disintegrated halfway back indoors. Amazing service. Not.

Delivery drivers have little care over protecting your order from being spilt or crushed.

Delivery time just kept moving back and back, turned up eventually and food was lukewarm at best. Past few orders from here have been sub-par. This one confirmed not to order from here again.

I really should learn to check the take away order. Dbl qtr lb burger with cheese was left out of the order. This time I went back after getting home. Yes they gave me the burger but no consideration given to the inconvenience and no apology. Bad customer service as always from a McDonald’s franchise that is simply a food cow

everything was cold even my dog wouldn't eat any of it and only get a credit for half the cost absolute con and now got to find something else to eat.

When placing our order this evening, we had the most friendly and welcoming customer service from Leam who just went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s but as always they miss out the dips! Which just eat will never remedy as they’re “free”.. so expect anything with dips to be without them and it to be dry!

Ive waited over an hour for the food then it showed on my app that it was delivered but I did not receive any food! Its not the first time happening to me so please do something about it, and I would like my refund thank you!

Had a Big Mac meal with a Coffee and a Cheeseburger fries were hot and not over salty, for once. Big Mac was hot bit looked thrown together. Nothing like your ads 😂😂😂😂 It was OK but nothing to write home about. Yes I know it's fast food but a little more care wouldn't go a miss. When I worked for McDonald's if my burgers looked like that I wouldn't have lasted long I can tell you.

The delivery person was standing outside for 5 mins, then was very rude to my wife and could barely speak English. The food was lukewarm at this point and the kids who it was for weren't happy with it.

The service was ok and the did was nice had breakfast there and was served in good time and cooked ok

Can I suggest a new product for the McDonald's menu please? Can you create new black cherry milkshakes for the McDonald's menu please? I think that these new suggested McDonald's milkshakes will be very popular and will sell really well.

delivery driver took ages to arrive and go lost even though we left him clear notes a child could follow, Doesn't speak any English which would of been a massive help if even a little English would of been great. maybe think of the people you hire would be a great idea

courier was in the restaurant for about 25 mins and delivery time kept getting later. order was also missing 90% of sauces and lukewarm at best. but overall alright and all items were alright

The food was cold. Ticket showed it was prepared at 8.26 and we got it nearly an hour later.

Order handed to driver, then waited a further 25-30 mins on delivery. On arrival it was cold and stodgy and of terrible quality.

One part of the order was missing.. the birthday donut

Rude staff member. Got food and sat down at an empty table. Half way through our meal a staff member comes over and exclaims we shouldn’t sit there as it’s out of bounds. - No where did it indicate out of bounds, other than a few chairs moved about. We apologised. She then said it was because she cleaned it and they shut later on. We offered to clean up after ourselves, the staff member then decides to start huffing and puffing and walks off groaning. We could then see her complaining about us to other workers. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Avoid at all costs. This was 1 hour and 30 minutes before closing. Of which they decided to close the majority of the seating area. - Unprofessional. Food tasted old.

Tastes the same as every other McDonald's. Card machinist self service wasn't working so had to do order on the screen and pay at the till.

It wasn't our order, we didn't get happy meals or any of our order(£28). We got fries and nuggets. Absolute disgrace, won't be using CrapDonalds again.

the only thing was the courier was too lazy to bring it to my door I struggled down steps to get it & he got a tip which let's it down for others as I will not tip again he said come & get it as I have other deliveries so how do you know if that was that person's order if you don't go to door rant over

It is what it is, but compared to my local McDonald's, the chips were hot and the burger was tasty and fresh. I had honestly just assumed the rubbish my local served up was what McDonald's was these days, but this was actually good!
