Macdonald is Macdonald. Quick food and that's about it.

It’s the same as usual, the price is not expensive, I like the tea, it’s delicious!!!!

We are missing a medium coke zero

Food arrived cold tasted horrible and delivery time kept getting later and later

When placing our order this evening, we had the most friendly and welcoming customer service from Leam who just went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s but as always they miss out the dips! Which just eat will never remedy as they’re “free”.. so expect anything with dips to be without them and it to be dry!

Food was cold and my McFlurry and drink didn’t even arrive

Ive waited over an hour for the food then it showed on my app that it was delivered but I did not receive any food! Its not the first time happening to me so please do something about it, and I would like my refund thank you!

when I placed order was given delivery time about half hour wait however on tracker this time kept being extended

Had a Big Mac meal with a Coffee and a Cheeseburger fries were hot and not over salty, for once. Big Mac was hot bit looked thrown together. Nothing like your ads 😂😂😂😂 It was OK but nothing to write home about. Yes I know it's fast food but a little more care wouldn't go a miss. When I worked for McDonald's if my burgers looked like that I wouldn't have lasted long I can tell you.

The delivery person was standing outside for 5 mins, then was very rude to my wife and could barely speak English. The food was lukewarm at this point and the kids who it was for weren't happy with it.

The service was ok and the did was nice had breakfast there and was served in good time and cooked ok

left delivery instructions and I ended up having to go and collect and then It was freezing cold

I did not receive my order at all I left a review but did not get no confirmation email. So please sort it out thank you i would like my refund

Everything was COLD apart from the Apple Pies, had to be placed in the microwave for 20secords, just to heat it up.

Food was cold, chips undercooked, one straw for 2 drinks, no sauces we ordered came and food was an hour late

Was left downstairs outside my bottom door (I live in top floor flat!) wasn’t until I went down to ask naighbers if they had had it that I saw it my children’s dinner was in there it was soaking wet and freezing cold

Can I suggest a new product for the McDonald's menu please? Can you create new black cherry milkshakes for the McDonald's menu please? I think that these new suggested McDonald's milkshakes will be very popular and will sell really well.

Fries and Nuggets tasted like they were made a long time ago. Chewy and stale. Many items not available, not a nice experience

Given the wrong items the only thing I could eat was chips and they was cold. No straw for my drink

delivery driver took ages to arrive and go lost even though we left him clear notes a child could follow, Doesn't speak any English which would of been a massive help if even a little English would of been great. maybe think of the people you hire would be a great idea

2 kids fallen asleep first time ordering it and last time drink missing chips missing burger not even wrapped up want my money back!!

where were the chicken nuggets I ordered?

courier was in the restaurant for about 25 mins and delivery time kept getting later. order was also missing 90% of sauces and lukewarm at best. but overall alright and all items were alright

Order handed to driver, then waited a further 25-30 mins on delivery. On arrival it was cold and stodgy and of terrible quality.

Absolutely terrible as usual. Had enough of cold food. Not even warm in the slightest. Time to stop using this app

The food was cold. Ticket showed it was prepared at 8.26 and we got it nearly an hour later.

One part of the order was missing.. the birthday donut

Rude staff member. Got food and sat down at an empty table. Half way through our meal a staff member comes over and exclaims we shouldn’t sit there as it’s out of bounds. - No where did it indicate out of bounds, other than a few chairs moved about. We apologised. She then said it was because she cleaned it and they shut later on. We offered to clean up after ourselves, the staff member then decides to start huffing and puffing and walks off groaning. We could then see her complaining about us to other workers. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Avoid at all costs. This was 1 hour and 30 minutes before closing. Of which they decided to close the majority of the seating area. - Unprofessional. Food tasted old.

never got to me then I ordered the next day never got what I ordered im disabled I can't get out jyst eat drivers are getting worse 😫 they don't t care

Didn’t receive 2 Big Macs or 2 quarter pounder burgers

Tastes the same as every other McDonald's. Card machinist self service wasn't working so had to do order on the screen and pay at the till.

It wasn't our order, we didn't get happy meals or any of our order(£28). We got fries and nuggets. Absolute disgrace, won't be using CrapDonalds again.

order has not turned up it said driver was round the corner then said it had been delivered but nothing has arrived I have two children very upset now

the only thing was the courier was too lazy to bring it to my door I struggled down steps to get it & he got a tip which let's it down for others as I will not tip again he said come & get it as I have other deliveries so how do you know if that was that person's order if you don't go to door rant over

Delivered Driver was horrifically rude wish there was a way to report no care taken with the items coffee was spilt everywhere.

It is what it is, but compared to my local McDonald's, the chips were hot and the burger was tasty and fresh. I had honestly just assumed the rubbish my local served up was what McDonald's was these days, but this was actually good!

Placed two orders this evening first delivery was NOT delivered although stated on the app then missing items on the second delivery which was a re order from the previous delivery not being delivered. Not a happy costumer

unfortunately it took so long to get delivered that the food was got cold. The driver didn't call us, we had to go down and found him after more than 30 mins waiting.

As far as McDonald's go, I like this one. We often go on a Friday night about 9.30pm after sport. It is quiet and the staff on shift at that time are really nice and helpful. Prefer to come here rather than the drive through in Ashford which are terrible

Missing cheese from two of the three burgers and everything is always cold

No items missing but spilled drinks due to not being double lidded :-) Food cold on delivery :-( Still the best place to order a Maccy's in the area though ...

It was easy to order everything on the screen (which is great because I didn't want to speak to a human) and I didn't have to wait for too long for my food to be ready. I found a table and I enjoyed my meal. I will visit again.

Half a cup of cold milk instead of a Latte. Only given half of a take away order, was too far away to go back. Taking money for food not supplied. Outrageous.

Delivery would have been great if the driver hadn't spilt my drinks all over the food on the journey. NOT McDs FAULT.

The driver was great but the order was wrong. my order number was 373 but I got order number 374 delivered.

Their wrap is quite nice I had to wait a little long though.

Impatient delivery driver, rang door bell and within ten seconds was hammering on glass panel in door. Am disabled but was at front door within twenty seconds of doorbell ringing.

The delivery driver wasnt moving for around 30 mins then when the order comes an hour late the food is cold and the chips are soggy which meant i really couldnt enjoy my food.

Whenever I order on the app the adjustments are never considered and I ALWAYS have items missing, fairly often the main part of a meal. You have to go through uber to deal with it but after a few times they flag your account and won't issue any refunds. Quite unfair when it's the fault of the establishment. They don't seem to do any checks before handing to courier which is always rather disheartening when giving the kids a treat and one of them is just sat there with a small fries and drink while the others get their full meal. Unfortunately the McDonald’s app doesn't let you change the restaurant for delivery so not too sure if this is just Sandgate Lanes or if the other restaurants are the same. I never have this problem with any other takeaway establishment however, just McDonald’s and it is literally every order with no amount of customer feedback seeming to make a difference. If anyone from McDonald’s happens to see this, please, I urge you, train your staff to check that what is listed on the ticket matches the contents of the bag before handing to the courier. I really don't mind waiting the extra 15 seconds for it to reach my door

The chips were luke warm, and the hamburgers were cold, and had to warm them up in the microwave for a minute or two, just so we could have them hot. The only things that were really hot, was the apple pies.
