Said he was outside twice when he wasn’t, said he couldn’t find address and when told where to find us he said “I don’t under understand, I’m going to the restaurant” so the food was stone cold!!

Changed over to Cheriton branch from park farm folkestone as something was always missing. Pressed folkestone by mistake today and guess what???? 3 burgers missing. Appalling

The app was not letting me order so I decided to take my scooter and go in person to the restaurant when I arrived it was surprisingly quiet 7.00 am . The manager was adamant I had to use the app and was unable to put the offer through the till as it was only available thought the app . After 15 20 mins of her trti g her self to access the offer other broke app surprisingly 2nd time their was a way she could do r the offer through the till while I didnt get my points I did only pay 18 pounds for the 2 offers I was trying to access and saved my self a 10 pound note I was very happy she went above and beyond to try and help me with the app and was very patience . Understanding they cannot always do this but on this occasion the manager was superb and assisted me with the experience , I'm very pleased with the help she gave me . Also a free hot chocolate to say sorry got the long wait. Even tho it wasnt the restaurants fault her kindness was the best I've had from mc donalds and will not be forgotten. Awsome manager lady at McDonalds folkstone town centre .. thank you hun xxx

We ordered 4 meals with one being large and the rest medium but didn’t get the larger chips so only had 3 mediums

It's a typical McDonald's, can get very busy being in town, the food is usually ok, the restaurant is kept clean, the staff are friendly.

The delivery driver literally had the coke upside down and tried to pass me an empty drink. It was literally poring down my arm through the packet.

Very noisy .There is this constant alarm bleeping from the kitchen and it’s too loud to distract the visitors . It’s a bit a relaxing atmosphere for a chat or peaceful meal . Had to wait for 11:09 minutes for the order of 3 items .

I ordered a meal with a banana milkshake. the milkshake had what I imagine could be chocolate, which someone had tried to wipe away with a finger. you could see the chocolate fingerprint inside the cup. I threw it away.

Went in with my little boy after school yesterday for a little treat and the service I received was amazing such a positive and lovely young man my little boy said he was so friendly his name was Liam what an asset to your company. Will definitely be back.

Dismal cold food! Utter rubbish from this branch. Not blaming the driver at all, he was a really nice and polite guy. It's McDonalds management who send this stuff out not fit for purpose!

Received the wrong order, even after I said at the door you sure that’s mine but he couldn’t wait to run out the door. The food that was received was freezing cold after he took it for a trip around Folkestone. Bit of a joke when you’re paying for food and a service yet received neither.
