but we ordered two orange juices — and what did we get? Definitely not two orange juices. We got two weird drinks instead. We waited about 10 minutes, and honestly, it’s really expensive for Folkestone. So yeah, only come here if you're Jeff Bezos — or one of his friends — because you'll need his budget.

Order was wrong double McMuffins ordered single delivered muffins were over done and hard

Well only recieved 1 hash brown ordered 5 in total only got one sausage with pancake even though payed for extra got banana milkshake and not vanilla so couldnt drink it as have a allergy to bananas poor quality from a such a big company

delivery time is the 9nly positive I have and that probably because my food was not fresh. The nuggets were that old the batter came away from the chicken! 5pm on a Friday don't expect old dry food!

The app was not letting me order so I decided to take my scooter and go in person to the restaurant when I arrived it was surprisingly quiet 7.00 am . The manager was adamant I had to use the app and was unable to put the offer through the till as it was only available thought the app . After 15 20 mins of her trti g her self to access the offer other broke app surprisingly 2nd time their was a way she could do r the offer through the till while I didnt get my points I did only pay 18 pounds for the 2 offers I was trying to access and saved my self a 10 pound note I was very happy she went above and beyond to try and help me with the app and was very patience . Understanding they cannot always do this but on this occasion the manager was superb and assisted me with the experience , I'm very pleased with the help she gave me . Also a free hot chocolate to say sorry got the long wait. Even tho it wasnt the restaurants fault her kindness was the best I've had from mc donalds and will not be forgotten. Awsome manager lady at McDonalds folkstone town centre .. thank you hun xxx

It's a typical McDonald's, can get very busy being in town, the food is usually ok, the restaurant is kept clean, the staff are friendly.

Very noisy .There is this constant alarm bleeping from the kitchen and it’s too loud to distract the visitors . It’s a bit a relaxing atmosphere for a chat or peaceful meal . Had to wait for 11:09 minutes for the order of 3 items .
