Subway in Brighton and Hove

Really kind and friendly service, particularly rhytha, he made me want to come back Get a toaster after 12 please!

I came 2 times. One day lady made nice sandwich for my daughter. Next day was man - he put in sandwich half of what lady did. When my daughter was eating it - she said it was half empty. It was just bread and lots of ketchup.

Waited for 6 minutes for someone to come out and serve me. Gave up and left. This was at 9am on a Monday morning so not an unusual time. There was no breakfast menus out either which was strange.

I’d leave 0 stars if i could. Ordered food waiting an hour only for the restaurant to cancel my order despite the fact they were still open for another 3 hours on uber eats and online saying it’s 24 hours.

Walked in looking forward to a subway! Watched the sandwich artist pick his nose pour drink down his throat and then proceed to pull gloves out of the box with the hand he's picked his nose with! Rank! Subway sort your dirty disgusting staff out!!! 🤢

just look at that brie…. also, ordered from them on deliveroo. cheese was missing, but that didn’t really matter since the bread was ROCK SOLID and sooo dry. I could have used it to hammer nails in the wall. wow…

The food was good but I think I might have been overcharged or charged for something I didn't expect as I believe I order two meal deals yet paid more than this.

Went in at 14:40 thursday 26th. Met with extermally rude sandwhich artist who shouted and raised her voice when we asked about points on the app and shouted at another lady for leaving shop door open. Not cool

cookie was stale. it tasted like an uncleaned surface. they dont even cut the subs in half anymore i feel right embarrassed when i hold the whole 12 footlong sub. :/ sad ..

Terrible customer service. Very rude when asked for extra sauce. The other subway on the other side of town were alot more welcoming and helpful. Will not be returning

Just picked up two sandwiches . The bread on mine was rock solid and stale. The other was completely tasteless…. Very questionable as to how fresh any of the ingredients are. Service was pretty poor not allowing us to choose salad or sauce and just got what was given. Very very poor

all around terrible. sandwich was squished to the thickness of slice of bread, cheese wasn't molten, food was cold.

If you have dietary requirements beware, I ordered a gluten free sub and it has made me really really unwell, so It must have had gluten in it. Need to be more careful

Such a weird experience. Asked for sauce and was told that I wasn't allowed. When I offered to pay extra for sauce, the server still said no.

Got every part of my order wrong, wrong sandwich, missing cookie, wrong crisps, both sets of wedges uncooked and absolutely everything was cold. I would rather eat their door wedge than those "wedges" they served me.

The worst sandwich I've ever eaten. My server Divya literally threw the toppings into the sandwich. No exaggeration, she THREW the sandwich together. It was a mess. Normally I wouldn't pay so much attention to the sandwich being made but it was almost a joke. Curiosity got the better of me. The bread was cut first, but the toppings weren't, so I had to pull everything apart. About 3 shreds of lettuce, and yet what seemed like hundreds of olives. I literally had more olives than anything else. I asked for a small amount of sauce, and she proceeded to squeeze the life out of the sauce bottle, resulting in a soggy, disgusting sandwich. I don't quite know how you ruin a sandwich so badly but she managed it! Sandwich 'artist'? More like sandwich saboteur! What a joke. I won't be returning here.

The female server that served us was fantastic despite the pressure she was under. Don't know how she managed to make yummy subs after closing hours. Under health and safety guidelines she should not have worked alone. The girl working late on a Sunday night 28/8/22 in Brighton deserves a promotion. That store would of worked better if the sales assistant wasn't left alone by the person in charge.

Standard subway and does have vegi options, however didn't change gloves before doing my mums vegetarian sandwich even after touching meat. I spoke up about the issue and I was told "ill only change my gloves if the customer specifically asks me to". My mum won't speak up about this because of the type of person she is, so she did say it was fine however later after we left she said she wasn't OK with it. You might think I'm being stupid but this is an example of cross contamination and is infact a health risk. The customer shouldn't have to ask you to change your gloves as it should be done as a standard safety precautions. I am very disappointed with the staff here and I will be talking to management and/or head office to make sure this is sorted. this was our first time visiting brighton and we were hoping for a better experience with the simple task of getting food. i am not impressed. :(

Horrible people, charged my poor autistic brother twice for a foot long dry sandwich. Do not go to this subway. The staff are terrible and always in a rush you. Do not go here. You will get ripped off.

Both of us enjoyed the meatball abd bmt subway. It hit the stop after a long walk by the seafront past Hove from Brighton

if you have dietary requirements, be careful. arrived early to pick up two TLC's with vegan cheese. saw them being made with dairy cheese, i let them know. they carried on making it, i guessed to avoid food waste. instead they tried to serve us the subs. first argued the cheese was vegan, then argued we had ordered dairy cheese. i had to explain that mozzarella-style plant based cheese is the vegan cheese. after every member of staff coming to argue with me, they eventually agreed to remake them vegan. if i hadn't been there early to watch them making it, we could've been really ill.

Absolute joke!!! Delivery via Just Eat but items missing! Tried calling MULTIPLE TIMES but no answer!!!!!! Looked on Facebook it gives a different number. I rang that one & it was incorrect. That number is for the West Street branch. How do I know that?? BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!!!!

experienced twice: "how long will take?" "not long. brother" well, im not your "brother" and "not long" means to me it will take over 5 minutes minimum. (while a 2nd employee sits in back room and wont help you, brother) you, that guy, who also works at Dyke rd Subway. me no like

North Street, Brighton Got served quite quickly, Beef & Cheese long roll with all the fillings very nice But then the staff then disappeared out the back of the shop, while more customers arrived and nobody to serve them after a while and a bit of calling out they re appeared,

Very poor service at this branch, only one person serving many customers, stocks needed to be refilled. But our salads were very nice.

I made an order on the Subway app but the staff hadn’t received it for some reason. Instead of apologising for the mistake and making the sandwiches I had to stand there for 20 min waiting for the manager to come while they were serving people who came after me. When the manager came she made the sandwiches and gave me some extra cookies and drink but I would never visit this store again as the staff is extremely rude and doesn’t appreciate paying customers.

Called in for a sarnie during a visit to Brighton with my wife and son during the 50% off period, was told at the till, after the rubbish service without a smile, that we didn't get to have the 50% off because we never asked for it before ordering! What a load of rubbish!

Had a very tasty Mexican BLT and a second one the day after. Coffee not the best (a bit weak) but overall good visit. Not many people in both times so easy to get a seat. Staff helpful and kept the prep surfaces and the cafe clean and tidy.

Looked dirty the salad looked like it need health check.

The sub was ok but I found it quite pricey for what it was at £4.50 for a six inch sub on its own. Convenient food but probably not my preferred choice. The staff were friendly and gave good service.

right, don't order a 6 inch, because they cut the sandwich in half and give you the smaller piece. who knows what they do with the larger pieces... only rating 2 stars as they gave me the same amount of filling and put the right amount of chilies in.

Veg and vegan options need a rethink. Very disappointed. Meat options much better.

Good sized Subway. Not cramped list most of them. Staff are friendly and helpful. Handy location and good opening hours. Went here after Pride at about 23:30 and they were still open. Found out it's actually 24 hours. Perfect for that 3am craving of a turkey ham sub.

The staff were incredibly rude especially the short blonde man with glasses. He was snappy and put tuna in my sandwich when I asked for a chicken and bacon melt by using the same spoon. Rest of the staff were no better and it wasn’t even busy. The short blonde man with glasses should be fired.

Don't get it. A sandwich, some of which are warmed in a microwave (but not after 10pm), but its just an expensive sandwich. Save yourself some money and dignity and use an independent sandwich maker. 0 out of 10. Never go there.

Badly managed, my subway was not up to standard

Service was terrible, slow and not friendly at all. I was in a rush but the girl took her time with everything. I think she might have been new but I was clearly panicky. My order was simple, spicy Italian, double meat, extra cheese. But unfortunately this was difficult to understand. I didn't get to eat the whole thing hot as I was kept too long and would be late back to work.

Subway must be one of the cheapest eat you can find in Brighton Marina. I was on a budget trip to Brighton and I must say that I visit Subway to get breakfast and lunch most of my days. The staff which made my sandwich was very friendly and when I told him about my budgeting, he gave me a pocket-sized leaflet which was coupon for Subway! Can't be more happy about it and he told me about the Subway reward program. This subway could be a little silent over the evening so you might not expect the staff to be out at the bar. That was what happened to me so I had to call him out from the kitchen. Other than that, all cool.

The customer service was not great, and it is because the rotation of staff is high in some shifts.

The guy who works most nights is the rudest person I have ever been served by! I have been in 3 times at first I thought I'll give him a benefit of the doubt. He was short pissed off and snappy to every Customer in front of me. Gave me off food, stale bread and never answered any of my questions and gave me tiny amounts of filling most of my lunch was dry bread. Never have I been so shocked by anyone serving food! Thought I'd give it a go 2nd time to experience the same but this time with arguements and him swearing at me. 3rd time was with a friend who was given the same attitude and disrespect, again stale bread and a sour bitter man serving us. I will never return to this subway! Tbh it has put a whole dampener on my subway expearence. I would strongly suggest this man be fired

Valida opzione per una cena tardi, specialmente per turisti. In genere i ristornati inglesi chiudono relativamente presto (20:00) e per un turista abituato a cenare circa per quell'ora, Subway può essere una buona alternativa. Panini di buona qualità, non consiglio l'insalata.
