They hung up on me after they COMPLETELY messed up my WHOLE order. Items were missing and the “dippers” came as a piece of bread with NO SAUCE, just 2 non toasted pieces of pepperoni and cheese. Hash browns were FROZEN!!?!?HOW DO U EVEN MESS UP AN ENTIRE ORDER😭😭😭

I spent over 30£ for my order to turn up with things missing and have the sandwiches be prepared wrong, i’ve ordered from here multiple times and there is always stuff missing I am not allowing this to happen anymore

Had a disgusting cremated supposed to be 2.99 saver, which I got charged nearly £6 for. The bread went into the oven on the chicken strips setting and came out hard as a rock. Asked to swap tomatoes for cucumber, got charged for it, charged for changing chipotle sauce to sweet onion?? Charged extra for a coke in a meal deal, can only have water??? Had the soggiest hash browns and waffle fries, asked for them to be put back in the oven only to come out even more wet. Absolutely grim.

Being a vegetarian all i want is a cheese salad samwich. The cheese portions on a little scoup is ridiculous! I have to pay extra by twice and I don't even like a lot of cheese! I worked here in brighton subway for 4 years. Downhill is all I'm saying. I give subway 2 years before it all closes down..

My visit to subway today was fantastic! Aryan one of your team member was warm and attentive. My sandwich was customised just the way i wanted, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh which is not usual in other subway. The restaurant was tidy making it a great spot to dine . I will definitely come back.

You forgot to heat up my food. Could've used the hash browns as a hockey puck. Nice one amateurs!

Just ordered a sandwich from store and when I arrived at my hotel to eat it, I opened it to find a lovely black hair in it. Not what you want when you've spend 6 hours travelling and you're starving!

The bread was treated in microwave, not too much inside. Not good sandwich. Very disappointed.

They are very friendly and helpful. I go here for lunch most days and avoid a subway closer to my office which says a lot. They are very busy so the food is always fresh. Highly recommended.

Poor and rude customer service. The female Indian member of staff, didn’t understand what i was saying, furthermore her child was running round the store and participating in serving customers and restocking the fridge, despite obviously being under the age of 10 and not being a member of staff there. He was simply the workers son.

They only take card Inconvenient. Didn't want to bring down the review with the stars hence the 5. But come on... I wasn't served what so ever. Accept cash please? Polite staff m

Went in on a Friday (24th of August), just after midnight. I live locally and ordered what i normally get from this exact store. The workers (who I haven’t seen before) were extremely rude to not only to me but my girlfriend and rationed the portion. I go to this subway all the time, however I will not be anymore. Extremely discussed by the treatment I received.

Dirty seating area, along with untrained staff who could barely speak English. Expensive. Avoid

The person who was working didn't ask for any preference and cut my footlong on its own. Didn't asked for the meal deal or anything. Worst service

i asked for the sandwiches to be toasted and they were not only not toasted but the bread was stale too

No salads available, very messy seating area not recommended.

Ordered on JustEat and unfortunately a large majority of our order was missing or wrong. We didn’t receive multiple sides, one of our drinks was missing, and one of our subs was made with the wrong bread. When trying to call to ask where our missing food was, the line immediately went to ‘user busy’ despite us calling multiple times over the course of an hour. Really disappointed as I would expect a chain like subway to care about their customer experience, and at least include every item ordered.

Order kept getting delayed and when it arrived we were missing multiple items and one of our subs had the wrong type of bread. When we went to call the restaurant it immediately went to ‘user busy’ so there was no way to ask what happened to our missing food and drink. Really poor.

I am allergic to olives and had specifically not ordered them in my footlong from delivero but received them anyways. That is soo not acceptable

I came 2 times. One day lady made nice sandwich for my daughter. Next day was man - he put in sandwich half of what lady did. When my daughter was eating it - she said it was half empty. It was just bread and lots of ketchup.

Took over an hour to receive which normally isn’t an issue but this was a terrible order. Food arrived freezing cold (the sub and chicken bites), the sub seemed to have been cooked for far too long it was dark and like biting into a rock, nearly impossible to eat. The sub also wasn’t cut.

Waited for 6 minutes for someone to come out and serve me. Gave up and left. This was at 9am on a Monday morning so not an unusual time. There was no breakfast menus out either which was strange.

I’d leave 0 stars if i could. Ordered food waiting an hour only for the restaurant to cancel my order despite the fact they were still open for another 3 hours on uber eats and online saying it’s 24 hours.

If you haven’t got the items stated on your menu, you should really change it. Or make them out of stock…. Rather than sending customers items they didn’t order or want.

Walked in looking forward to a subway! Watched the sandwich artist pick his nose pour drink down his throat and then proceed to pull gloves out of the box with the hand he's picked his nose with! Rank! Subway sort your dirty disgusting staff out!!! 🤢

just look at that brie…. also, ordered from them on deliveroo. cheese was missing, but that didn’t really matter since the bread was ROCK SOLID and sooo dry. I could have used it to hammer nails in the wall. wow…

The food came on time I ordered the footlong sub and nachos. The nachos came nice and hot and delicious however the sub way cold and stale. Was quite difficult to eat since it wasn’t cut in half

Absolutley awful. Ordered nachos... they sent a bag of doritos.... paid for added bacon... no bacon... ordered at 9.15am.... order arrives at 11.10am. Avoid at all costs and they don't answer the phone either!

Went in at 14:40 thursday 26th. Met with extermally rude sandwhich artist who shouted and raised her voice when we asked about points on the app and shouted at another lady for leaving shop door open. Not cool

Sandwich was really bland, hardly any taste or sauce. Plus no cheese even though I chose cheese. Margarita slice was fine.

Cold food, items missing, bag all ripped open

I had to reject the order as the driver went to Saltdean than Brighton than different other locations with my food in his delivery bag. No apology, no explanation, nothing so I had no other choice but to reject it as it was over an hour late and I didn't pay money to get cold food so please send a refund ASAP

The cold sandwiches were fine. However the cooked items were extremely undercooked.

Very late, hash browns, cheese bites and pizzas were fresh out of the fridge. No heat whatsoever. Gave me the wrong sub too. All went to waste.

Usually the quality is not great, some things missing or wrong items delivered, but everything was absolutely perfect today. Thank you :)

Just picked up two sandwiches . The bread on mine was rock solid and stale. The other was completely tasteless…. Very questionable as to how fresh any of the ingredients are. Service was pretty poor not allowing us to choose salad or sauce and just got what was given. Very very poor

all around terrible. sandwich was squished to the thickness of slice of bread, cheese wasn't molten, food was cold.

If you have dietary requirements beware, I ordered a gluten free sub and it has made me really really unwell, so It must have had gluten in it. Need to be more careful

Total delivered the wrong order two items missing. One item incorrect bread soggy. To top it all put olives on which I have reaction to. So all the Subs went in the bin.
