Mcdonald's Restaurants in Brighton and Hove

Drive thru takes ages then you get told to go wait in the car park. I've waited up to 40 minutes before and they brush you off so literally nothing you can do. Please isn't very clean or hygienic so I would avoid this place.

Well what can I say! The shift manager Zie (if that’s how you spell it) hasn’t got the ability to deal with customers concerning to be honest! Merely gives you a refund when his approach together with the person working in the lobby is questioned. They were asked the uber driver was more important even though his collection wasn’t ready. Lack of hygiene no hand washing when entering the kitchen from cleaning tables and emptying bins - nice! Hot drinks and food left for over 10 minutes until given - when asked why it should be accepted to have cold hot drinks and food it was an issue to re do them. The restaurant is dirty, the toilets haven’t seen a mop for weeks. No receipts in the machines when ordering just another shambolic restaurant providing sub standard services! If I could I’d give zero stars! Well done to the manager you’ve got some great staff!

Worst Mc Donald’s ever husband was told to wait in parking lot then they forgot about his order so they had to re do it. Food was literally disgusting and stale and cold. They also forgot all sauces and gave small fry’s instead of medium. Stay away at all costs!! I regret eating this so much.oh I forgot to mention there was a hair in my fries.

They always prioritise delivery drivers and drive through. If you order in person, you wait 30mins. Always seems so unorganised. Tables dirty. No receipt paper.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the world. If I order on-site, I have to wait a long time, and they always forget something from my order. If I order delivery, they never manage to send what I actually ordered. On top of that, the place is always dirty.

I've given the resteraunt 5 stars because the workers don't deserve any less. The food is 3 stars not because of the resteraunt itself but because it's mcdonalds not a Michelin star meal. The service 5. Always 5. Atmosphere 1 but that's because it's usually crowded and my autistic ass really struggled in these overwhelming environments. But as someone who has worked and been served here, come hell or high water, the workers do their job and are kind. Trust me, you wouldnt believe the shitty people that come their way thinking they can take advantage because "the customer is always right". I once witnessed a woman demand chicken nuggets from the drive through, without being in a car, holding up the line of cars waiting because she was trynna order from the pick up window, which isn't possible, and started throwing things inside the store. Throughout the entire process the workers just politely told her that they cant take her order from there and need her to come into the store. The job doesn't pay well and isn't exactly the most inspiring dream either, but they always do their best to meet the demands of customers and on super packed days they work fast and everytime I've ordered, my food has normally been either freshly cooked and hot or if they forgot something they fix it no questions asked. They do not need to be doing this job, no one needs to be doing this job, but they do it so let's all be a little kinder to them when we go in as customers to have our budget mcdonalds meal next xxx If they get something wrong then just let them know gently and they'll fix it. It would not have been done on purpose or to offend you x

Why has this MacDonalds decided this year that it's ok to have their customers eat with their coats, hats and scarves on because is so cold inside the venue. Have they decided to save on heating not giving a damn about their clients comfort?

What a shambles !! Waited 40 mins for food which was cold, then to be told they were waiting for items but would bring them over. 15 mins later nothing arrived. Back to the counter where I saw the items put on other people's trays but nothing for me. Got told sorry waiting for it, WHAT AGAIN. I stood waiting another 10mins, no apology and very rude guy who literally through the food on the counter. Lovely manners . Tables are dirty rude staff and they cannot cope with the orders. STAY AWAY !!!!

Good location, easy parking shame the of East Brighton is littered by McDonald’s!! Just print the car reg on the drive through receipt, it’s not hard . Self service machine not working still . Disgusting toilets and no soap !! This place is getting worse , unhelpful staff , often no one to help , the longest wait , disorganised chaos even in quiet times!!! Stay clear 😫

Drive through should be called drive and park. Staff love to bring out food that’s cold or stale and will usually forget half your order so you have to go inside and wait another 20 mins for them to get themselves together.

Food took 30 minutes to get to me and was cold when I got it. The lady serving me however was a real g. Ordered 2 burgers, got 4, legend.

No matter the time of the day. The drive thru staff will always park you up and make you wait at least 20 minutes!

On several occasions now, there has been an extremely long wait time, usually in the early shift or weekend shifts, on what should be simple orders. This feels indicative of a poorly run premises and experience mix for the less desirable shifts, and weak capability for troubleshooting to keep the premises on track.

Feels like a hospital with all the beeping and the food is overly processed trash, but you'd be hard pressed to find a fast-food restaurant that deviates from this. The main thing for me is the toilets, they were ABYSMAL. They are so small in order to maximise profit for the restaurant, I walked in and immediately the urinals are so squashed together that you'd open the doors into someone's d*ck, food and rubbish on the floor, urine on the toilet seat. Terrible

McPlant was mediocre, the preparation was laughable, chips warmish, apple pie had a time stamp stating it should have been discarded 20 mins before it arrived, mcflury was OK, first and last time I'll order from here as clearly abysmal service.

For the second time at the same McDonald’s waited over 45 minutes for food, when I went to complain and ask for a refund I was told my food was ready but to come inside to collect it and receive my refund but when I arrived at the front desk I was told the food has been binned and I’d have to join the back of the queue for the refund. I walked out as I had a 4 year old waiting in the car who was hungry ridiculous that a fast food chain can’t make fast food

Again have to park up to receive a drive thru basic food order, this happens pretty much every time, no sauce provided with bites and the food is cold, shockingly bad for MacDonalds which isn't great at the best of times. something is not right with their business model....

Stay away from this place at all costs. If there is a hell, this is where they will serve food. The level of service here is bordering on criminals, and the staff all look tired and worn out. They will see you standing waiting for service and actively ignore you. They all turn their backs on customers and slowly bring out some horrible quality food. The level of care they put into this garbage dump of a mcdonalds is appalling, and they should be ashamed of themselves. If this was my store, I would be devastated to say it was mine and would be looking into training in all areas. For every person that goes here, I have not only warned you but also apologised from all of humanity for what you will endure. Good luck, and may God have mercy on your soul

Ordered via drive thru but told to park up and wait to receive food after already being handed drinks and mcflurries. The mcflurries melted by the time our food arrived and one item, a Terry's pie, alongside our sauces were missing. Food was also cold on arrival. Poor management, service and food.

Not comparable to the more comfy atmospheres the McD's have in the US (i am sensitive to loud sounds and lights so it was not for me) but its Mackey's.. Quick bite by the sea or before heading into the cinema. cant complain too much.

Food was as expected. Staff were lovely. The toilets in mens were blocked, flashing light and extremely loud music (it's not a dirty disco- clean it). Ladies toilet were absolutely filthy and again extremely loud music. No tables were being cleaned. I had to wipe a table down before sitting. Floor sticky. There was no staff on the main floor. All table service number stands have gone missing. The whole place needs a deep clean.

Uber, por lo que se toman en serio los comentarios, pero no reembolsarán ni siquiera interactuarán. McDonald’s con quien está el contrato no se compromete a decirme que las quejas deben ir a Uber eats.

My burger was missing pickles. At least I got free fries with it. The tables weren't clean.

Burger was hot and fresh, however, it was dripping grease constantly. Slightly delayed waiting time. My previous visit here I waited 15 minutes for a single burger order. Side note, the entrance design is awful, it’s far easier to walk up the drive thru to access the front door. The walkway kind of goes around the houses to get to the same place.

Wrong order again for the second time running. Today it was a black coffee, but it was supposed to be a white coffee. The Internet never works to check in once you have arrived.

Self service with plenty stations to fill in your order. McDonalds is pretty standard no matter where you are - which is why I like it... you know pretty much what you are going to get before you order. Self service is an added benefit, and amazingly fast service makes the whole fast food wait so much more bearable... what a pleasure to buy from here...
