I’ve no idea what happens but every delivery is cold! I begrudge paying for cold food and even when you complain, you £1 back or something insulting on a £35 order!

Order code wasn't recognised by the device delivery boy had. Showed him confirmation email but he continued to dispute it. He was reluctant to give us the order. I had paid over £17 for a burger and milkshake so i wasn't happy! Burger now cold!

I received some amazing service from one of the workers, ella who didn’t only serve me my food in under one minute but also provided incredible recommendations and always with a smile!

i went to burger king hove, the staff are very accommodating and the food was very good. i would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back here

What an experience. I was greeted by lovely staff members who make you feel very welcome. I was not rushed with my order and they were very informative of what was the best thing to order on the menu. All the tables were very clean. I will be back soon!!!

Went in a really cold day with my little kids to eat in but it was really cold inside restaurant. The meat was unsalted and not tasting good. I hope i could have saved the money!!

every item of food was cold. the chips were ridiculous, we had around 20 per portion and cold. really not impressed at all with the quality of the food.

they said if we did this survey we would get free drinks there was three of us yet only got one cup only because we waited 10 minutes and had to go up and ask. very dissatisfied don’t promise stuff if you don’t intend on giving it. not impressed will not be returning.

I hated this I got promised free drinks and did not get this establishment is not great at keeping their word my food also cost loads just for it to be unsatisfying I will never come back here I assure you you’re better off going to Nando’s next door Similar prices and better quality someone get these people fired don’t come here also discriminated against after asking if they had any more sauce they said you don’t need anymore then proceeded to laugh at me walking away I really hope someone gets onto this I also sat down to a massive mess looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile I hated this I also got a cup Throwing at me by some customers Somebody needs to get this place sorted

I recently visited Burger King in Hove, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect. The weather was bad so I’m not complaining. Food was not very warm . And did book for 5pm as I was going to work. But came around 5.30pm which made me have to rush to work.

I recently had an interaction with Maame, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. Her attitude came across as very rude, and her customer service skills were far below expectations. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism and courtesy in her communication, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. I strongly suggest that Maame undergo training to improve her customer service and communication skills. A positive and respectful approach is essential when dealing with customers. I hope this feedback helps her and the business improve for future interactions.

Food great, service good, atmosphere mixed. Shame on the person who decided finders were keepers when I left my navy scarf on my seat. I went back for it once I realised but gone. I only really need it in the car to protect my heart surgery scar from the seat belt.
