Great peaceful place to just come have a meal with friends and the staff are super friendly and keep the restaurant clean

Horrid Expencive Place ! Food serve COLD and NOT as ordered ! Feel treated as a pest more then custoner ! We spend 45£ for 3 burges,chips and flat , testles drink ! Never will go there again ! Horrible experience I wish I could turn time back and never went there !

Drive thru was quick today better than usual

Fast service, was fairly quiet for the time of day. Unfortunately there was a larger group who had added chairs to a booth which bocked the door. The loss of the star is due to my child who has additional needs having to wait to be let into a toilet as these toilets are locked by a button only accessible to staff.

£30 for one person?? I don't want the meals so obviously the items on their own is more expensive. Still!! Only three customers at the drive through.....took 15 minutes....only one sauce per item given?? The burger was dry and two tiny pieces of lettuce. No tomato on the burger, just dribbles of mayonnaise....its pathetic.

Half the time the deals on the app don't work on the kiosks. Very over priced for what you get.

The server was very nervous and didn't listen us, we had to repeat our order 4 times and he didn't know that the milkshake machine wasn't working. Supervisor was very helpful and ensured that we got the correct order.

My kids love the Kids Hamburger Meal at Burger King. It comes with amazing treats to make them happy. It’s their go to meal whenever they are at BK. I’d recommend it for parents who find it hard to decide which fast-food option to choose for their kids.

Food just wasn't great. Got an offer from the app. Staff serving were really unhelpful. Drinks....had a Halloween special from the "pour your own" station, but no explanation as to what it was. Generally over priced for what you get!

I love burgers to the core and have tried almost every burger joint in the city. And, Burger King is one of my favourite places to have burgers, especially Onion Ring Burger.

No proper wheelchair access 😢 delay in getting help to open the doors. Chips excellent, but burgers below par.

Whenever I go to Burger King with my family, kids’ meal is always on our ordering list. It’s not only yummy but even comes with a variety of snacking options for little ones.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Ordered a double cheeseburger, sat in my car to eat it in the carpark right in front of the restaurant. Not very many chips despite ordering large portion. Burger was barely warm in the middle, went in and complained and they gave me another. Got back in my car, took first bite of the burger only to discover it was the same as the first one, barely warm and both were dry as hell. Couldn't even swallow it. Deposited mouthful into a tissue and into the bin, rest of the burger went to the seagulls. So basically I paid over £12 for a small portion of chips and 2 caprisun drinks. Definitely not going back, would rather go hungry.

I'm happy about Burger King's vegan and vegetarian burger selections since I'm a vegetarian. They go above and above to offer delectable substitutes, enabling me to enjoy a mouthwatering burger experience without having to give up my dietary preferences.

The staff got the better of me today. Ordered 600 point reward. Double Whopper meal. ‘So that’s a whopper meal’ No, double please it’s 600 points on the app. ‘No it says only whopper on the system’ Ok can you just make it a double? No, Ok…. Confirmed my suspicions moments later when the same member of staff is having a go at people for asking for ‘too many’ straws! 🤦🏻 cost of living is hitting us hard. Even the big guys at the top 🤣

Good if you're using the app for deals and discounts. Close by to park and Great parking with goldstones retail location. Food was okay, not the warmest I've ever been served, but it did the job.

I'm always impressed with Burger King's quick and professional service. I never had to wait very long for my order, not even during busy times. I can quickly satisfy my craving for burgers thanks to their well-trained staff.

Popped here for a quick bite 2 machines not working to place orders, quite busy so while waiting I thought I would use the loo but you can't get through the door as it's security locked and have to ask a staff member but the 1 person on a Saturday lunch time in the counter is serving those that cant use the machine. Should have the receipt code access system

Besides their crispy burger options, I love how clean and well-maintained this restaurant is. Even the staff present at the restaurant is friendly and ready for assistance, if any.

Food was excellent- hot chips and the new Chicken Royale burger was yummy. Staff couldn't care less if the way the 2 trays were slid over to us was anything to go by. NO eye contact and certainly no conversation 😠 Bit of customer service refresher training needed.

Chicken Royale is a perfect combination of chicken patty and flavorful sauces and cheese. It is a flavorful explosion that will leave you craving more. If you haven’t tried it yet, do give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

I feel that one needs to have a good appetite to enjoy their complete Burger Meals. You can even opt for their Unlimited Coke Zero or other flavoured beverages. Plus, there is ample parking space. So, you won’t have any issues waiting for your meal if you want to take it away.

We stopped by this Burger King with our 6-year-old kid on a Sunday afternoon. We loved their chicken burger and ordered something from the kids' menu for our son. the food was tasty, while the service was a little slow. But overall, I'd give them a good rating because there was a rush at the restaurant.

I’ve been to many Burger Kings around the world and Only in Burger King UK, you pay £9 for a burger without mayo and lettuce. Literally just a dry chicken inside bread. Shame on you!

I like extra cheese in my burger and Burger King never disappoints. They provide me the exact order that I ask for and that’s why I always love to visit and order online from them. Love their services.

My husband loves to take away Burger King’s Chicken burger whenever we are traveling out of town or whenever he wants to take a halt after a long drive. BK’s chicken burger is his all-time favorite and we haven’t yet found any other burger that tastes as good.

For me, Burger King is a place where I can go for breakfast, lunch, and dinner without any confusion. They have the perfect meal options that one can have at any time of the day.

If you want an overcooked luke warm burger served in a dried out stale bun served by staff that look as though they would rather be at a funeral than there serving your food then this is the place for you. Step your game up Burger King. Very very poor.

I feel that their plant-based burgers are a good addition to their menu. Now being a vegetarian, I can also enjoy burgers with my BBQ burgers loving husband and kids in one place. Highly recommended!

Besides their tasty Chicken Whopper, which is always the star of the show for me, I love their BBQ burgers. Even the sides, like onion rings, chicken nuggets, and fries are a delight to try with the meal.

Possible the worst restaurant I've ever been in . The woman behind the counter ask if we was waiting to order after standing the for 10 minutes why they watched their phone. We was the only people in there.. £8 for the smallest burger i have ever seen . Terrible customer service and Proper quality food . Avoid! As you can see them all in the back watching the managers phone

Somehow arrived at my house within 10 mins of me ordering, all boiling hot and lovely. The delivery man was great too, really friendly. Actually seriously impressed with Burger Kings in general atm, this and the North St one are consistently 10/10, in terms of quality and service.

Awful, worse experience to date. Flat drink, dry burger. Won't be coming back anytime soon
