Food great, service good, atmosphere mixed. Shame on the person who decided finders were keepers when I left my navy scarf on my seat. I went back for it once I realised but gone. I only really need it in the car to protect my heart surgery scar from the seat belt.

Forgot the sauces man, what’s a meal with no sauce? Dry, it’s dry. I’m no Burger King tonight.

No orders on screen are most seating area I asked for take away food was served on tray Instead of 5 cheesy bites i was given 3 and when asked for rest of the large meal I ordered attitude was the answer Not happy will go els where next time

Delivery driver delivered the wrong order when I questioned he told me to contact Just eat. Whilst preparing my query which was totally incorrect he knocked the door about five mins later with the correct order demanding to know if I had opened the original. No I had not as that order is something I would not eat! Correct order received but I would question my payment it appears to be about £2 more than my order. Unless it is for my autistic grandchild I will not be ordering from this app.

miscommunication on delivery instructions - i said i would meet my driver somewhere more convenient (as i live on university accommodation) and the driver ignored the delivery note and tried to deliver directly to my door - the problem was resolved eventually, but would have saved time

We had a lovely birthday for my son and the lady who we've met twice was very friendly as usual. Its such a shame I forgot her name as I write this after looking at her name badge. However, twice we've beem there at night, she has always attended to us with high level of decorum and professionalism. The smoky burger is my best choice!

Food was great when I recently visited on my own, as I work nearby, so I took the kids here on my day-off and they loved it too. Easy free parking and Hove Park nearby also. Nice outing.

Horrifically overpriced food with staff who couldn't look any less enthused if they tried. Refused tap water on a very hot day after buying our food. No wonder its always empty with Nandos right next door.

Rubbish service, took 5 min to come to drive through window. Didn't want to listen when taking the order. Got the drink wrong and generally acted like they didn't want to be there.

I ordered a coke and it was just fully watered down. Coffee is completely watered down too. This is shocking for a burger king.

The pricing of the food is exorbitant, and the images presented do not accurately reflect the actual dishes served. It is perplexing that a restaurant would choose to display a completely different food photograph than what patrons receive. I have included two images below to illustrate the significant disparity between the advertised and the actual meal. Furthermore, despite being labelled as a large meal, what I encountered was far from substantial, leading me to perceive it as a disappointing financial investment. Regrettably, I cannot endorse any particular dish, as I would be unable to recommend anything without the risk of financial loss for potential diners. In conclusion, the experience is characterized by high costs and a sense of deception.

£30 for one person?? I don't want the meals so obviously the items on their own are more expensive. Still!! Only three customers at the drive through.....took 15 minutes....only one sauce per item given?? The burger was dry and two tiny pieces of lettuce. No tomato on the burger, just dribbles of mayonnaise....its pathetic. 2024 edit: please check whether you get chedese on patty when ordering with Uber Eats and count how many cheese bites you get ...received faaar fewer than ordered. Enough of this nonsense. No more deliveries!!

Food was ok, very very expensive for what it is omg nothing like i thought burger king was! Flat chicken burger & about 10 fries, the atmosphere is bad , staff dont seem like they want you there! Just horrible! I feel robbed!

Overpriced, mediocre food, small portions...just dire. Weird atmosphere with the staff. Plant based whopper was a mess. No way is it value for money. Four kids meals, two adult meals, £57 later. An expensive lunch in this day and age. To be avoided.

My food order was left on the floor outside my house. food was cold, no delivery driver knocked the door phoned them and girl on the phone was rude and dismissive. Can't re heat food so had to throw away nearly £30 worth of food. Applied for refund. Will never order from them again!!!!!

the burger and chips were cold on arrival. After I warmed them in the microwave the burger and the chips had dried out. we only ate half the meal because it was not nice. Will never order again from this burger shop.

placed order at 5.22pm original delivery time 5.45. arrived 6.08. not exactly hot either. no extra cheese. id not had a BK in years and not a good return if I'm honest.

Poor quality for the price, I won't be going there again. At £9.50 for a burger I would expect something half reasonable, all I got was a low quality burger with toppings which were so small I couldn't taste and were extremely hard to see.

Staff looked at me with open mouths when I asked a simple question about ordering. No sound came, and I wondered if voice boxes had been removed, and possibly labotomies performed. This also occured when I arrived to collect as my number was showing as ready. Bizarre. Also fries were very cold.

After ordering a burger and fries, the staff gave me a blank stare when i asked for tap water, then declined.

Why do the buns here always taste like they been done 5 days ago 😂😂😂 other than that I can't complain

The order was actually missing an item and when we called the restaurant they were so lovely and said a new hire had forgotten to pack an item, they helped us contact just eat directly and sent us some more as soon after we called! such amazing customer service and very yummy vegan fast food :)

Shocking. Drive through, get told order in bag, order for 4 so take their word for it. Get home, burger missing. Call up to be told that in the small print on the window we should check our order at the drive thru! With cars behind we are meant to take 4 drinks and put them down, go through a bag of 4 meals in the car prior to driving off! No, how about when we call up you firstly apologise, accept the fault of your staff, and do not place blame on us and tell us there is nothing you can do! Second to this, massive long black hair found in my daughters chicken royale. £50 later you have some cheesed off customers and inedible food! Sort it out !

Horrid Expencive Place ! Food serve COLD and NOT as ordered ! Feel treated as a pest more then custoner ! We spend 45£ for 3 burges,chips and flat , testles drink ! Never will go there again ! Horrible experience I wish I could turn time back and never went there !
