i placed order on machine then after i have to pay on collection. my number was showing 94 on screen ( preparing ). my son is special need and we were waiting for our collection but after 15 min of wait when i ask their staff then they took my order. I do remember his name was sandeep ( he was very rude and did not say sorry for delay our order.) is this call customer service ? next time i will not go to that place. it was 06-04-25 ( sunday ) between 13:00 to 14:00

This Burger King has employees who are mistreating app delivery workers. They have acted impolitely, they take their time and when they complain about the delay, they treat people badly. They have had a horrible history of care with everyone and now another victim of the lack of attention and respect for people... Drivers and Riders are humans as well and need more respect...

Today I was at the restaurant when a waiter was very rude to a driver, he didn't hear any reason, he simply treated him badly, I imagine that this is not the preparation they receive. The drivers are there representing a customer and at no time should they be treated differently from a customer, I felt so bad that I left the restaurant and I will not return. Terrible behavior.

We order two cheese burgers which were cold the fries were warm the sauce pots,were so small it discussed me how small they were the staff unhelpful never go back there again discussing rather go mc donalds for what we go was over expenses DON'T GO HERE

I’ve no idea what happens but every delivery is cold! I begrudge paying for cold food and even when you complain, you £1 back or something insulting on a £35 order!

Order code wasn't recognised by the device delivery boy had. Showed him confirmation email but he continued to dispute it. He was reluctant to give us the order. I had paid over £17 for a burger and milkshake so i wasn't happy! Burger now cold!

Went in a really cold day with my little kids to eat in but it was really cold inside restaurant. The meat was unsalted and not tasting good. I hope i could have saved the money!!

What an experience. I was greeted by lovely staff members who make you feel very welcome. I was not rushed with my order and they were very informative of what was the best thing to order on the menu. All the tables were very clean. I will be back soon!!!

they said if we did this survey we would get free drinks there was three of us yet only got one cup only because we waited 10 minutes and had to go up and ask. very dissatisfied don’t promise stuff if you don’t intend on giving it. not impressed will not be returning.

The weather was bad so I’m not complaining. Food was not very warm . And did book for 5pm as I was going to work. But came around 5.30pm which made me have to rush to work.

I recently had an interaction with Maame, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. Her attitude came across as very rude, and her customer service skills were far below expectations. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism and courtesy in her communication, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. I strongly suggest that Maame undergo training to improve her customer service and communication skills. A positive and respectful approach is essential when dealing with customers. I hope this feedback helps her and the business improve for future interactions.
