It's a big Burger King restaurant. The capacity is more than 100 seat. Sadly, we need to ask the front counter for a toilet access ticket/barcode to enter the toilet. The toilet ticket is only valid for one time use. Toilet charge is £1 for non customers. Pay by coins or credit card. Other restaurants usually use pin code for the toilet, it's an easier way for anyone. Anyway, the food, and drink were ok. The service was ok. The atmosphere was also ok.

Very friendly and good quality.

Went in early afternoon as I was hungry (duh!) and Popeye's was packed. Burger was pretty good, standard fast food fayre, and the meal was pretty decent. One particular standout was the young Asian lady working there. She helped with my order, smiled a lot (Not easy working a minimum wage fast food job, trust me, I've been there and got the T shirt) and she was very attentive. This was the real stand out for me. Food was good, but this girl did a brilliant job. Please BK give her some recognition. I've worked in hospitality for years and this girl did a sterling job. Worth a visit.

I can't believe how they don't have any gluten-free options, especially since they exist in other countries.

If you’re thinking of going to this Burger King, don’t. I went there last night and one of my friends had a bottle of Cola with him. One of the employee started shouting at him to get out because he’s not allowed with drinks in there and the employee got in his face. Then i needed to use the toilet and one of the employees started shouting at me and pushed me because for some reason i wasn’t allowed to use their toilet. So rude to shout in my face like that and to push me. Do not go to this Burger King you might have the employees shouting and pushing you for no reason. Absolutely disgusting! And they also started shouting at my other friend she’s only 15, they scared her and she started crying because of the way she got treated. All the employees are absolutely disgusting and rude. Do not go to this Burger King

Dropped my chips on floor told the guy at tll.....hoping for a replacement he just looked at me and nodded,not sure he understood English well though...bless.....very bad customer service ...shame really

Big restaurant and friendly staff excellent food

Food was as standard for a burger king. The restaurant was freezing. So food went cold quicker than I could eat it. Staff member on the till had to be told slow down with speach three times as I am deaf. So I could lip read him. Then he made a comment about not being able hear me because of the din in the restaurant. Had to take his word for it as I can't hear anything. If he slowed down with speach I wouldn't know. Because after being told for the second time I have to lip read he looks down at the till whilst asking me what I wanted. Luckily another customer saw the issue and stepped in to help me navigate my order.

Oof expensive. Paid £9 for a whopper meal. Seems like the money goes towards protecting the toilets. Last time I went was a simple code on the door, now there's barcode scan barrier entry. Edit to add more info about the meal from owner: Regarding the meal, the burger and fries were fine, although I made the mistake of paying extra for dips (which I did not get) when there were free dips round the corner from the counter. The halloumi chili heatwave fries were not spicy at all. All in all, I did give the food a 4/5. But there's no incentive to use Burger King? McDonald's is cheaper and there's emphasis on building points for free food via the app. Service 3/5 neutral because there was limited interaction other than asking for the code to the toilet. Atmosphere 4/5 because it was quite empty and therefore not hard to find a seat. But ultimately I haven't been to burger king in years, this was the first time in about a decade since they stopped the cheap meals on the back of bus tickets. Why? Because it costs £10 for a meal which is cheaper elsewhere. It wasn't just me, we also had a chicken nugget junior meal and + Doritos fries the total cost was £21. Not exactly a cheap lunch. Equivalent McDonald's usually around £16. I've since been advised by friends that there is an app and the prices are not only cheaper, a whopper on its own is £1.99 on some days of the week, so it's nice to know I've clearly been ripped off.

I was forced to make this review by a member of staff. He was pushy and stood beside me until I had given him all 5 stars. After he left, I promptly got up and left. I hadn't finished my meal, and he was there asking me to scan the QR code on his tag. Up until that point, I was happy with the meal. But after I gave him a review, he went on to other people saying he only needed two more people to complete his task So I am assuming that Burger King is allowing and encouraging harassment of its customers for reviews I never give.

Good stop off for something to eat quickly, but a little pricey , a small pack of haloumi fries, cheese and chilli bites and a hot chocolate - over £12.00!!! Service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food was 9/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Value for money 7/10 For such a meal I wouldn't have expected to pay more than £8.00, but it filled a gap. Probably wouldn't bother ordering food again from there but probably would buy hot drinks from there in the future.
