The fries portions were tiny. The kids sizes were very small and the medium size was essentially the same size and when I complained they redid the medium chips which added some extra chips

Great Burger king right in the heart of Brighton, right by the all the shops, near all the bus stops. Near the clock tower. Very friendly and helpful and efficient staff. Lots of seating available.Toilets available need a barcode from the counter to use them. Food was great as always cooked fresh to order. Always use this Burger King to eat in or take away. Even go there just to have a coffee, as it's so handy and convenient.

It’s great! especially for it being midnight. it’s clean, very quick, and I get to eat good and have a good shake :)

This place is disgusting tastes nothing like a decent Burger King staff are rude and refuse to refund or replace even though it was cold and raw manager was present who was not interested in listening to customers when asking for a fresh replacement will never step foot in this establishment again

Service was great, and very quick! Exactly what fast food is about. The staff were friendly and helpful, I ordered an offer from the app first via the staff which came quick and correct, and then went to order vegan chicken nuggets with my points i accumulated over time, however the app didn’t work when I ordered via the staff, the code that they input only showed chicken Royale. The staff and I were both confused and tried it again, ordering vegan nuggets for 300 points, the scan on the till claimed it was again a chicken Royale. This was clearly a tech issue which was disappointing but the staff were friendly and whilst couldn’t exchange them for the nuggets, did exchange them for vegan royales (so my partner and I now had 2 vegan royales to eat each 😂). Good experience overall, just shame about the BK app bugs!

So overpriced for burgers I was surprised when my burger from the counter tasted nearly as dry and cold as when it's delivered..I thought that happened in transit..

Barely worthy of review. Sells the most piteous, rank and disgusting food known to humankind. Open at all hours to poison your appetite and your internal organs. No longer even offers Saver options in the evening. Only come here as a last resort. Never had to add an additional negative assessment before, but this place is the true definition of sickness and depravity. Rude staff, disgusting food and overall just a complete abomination. I'd rather eat a cigarette butt off the floor than the contaminated morsels of fetid provender that these morons serve. A complete disgrace of a fast food joint that solidifies McDonald's position -that despite it's own problems- is so much more ahead and above this utterly incompetent, reprehensible establishment. Please, if you value your health and your general self esteem, never stoop to this to this level and ingest this filth.

Imon is an absolutely outstanding member of staff the best staff member in this burger king restraunt extremely helpful full of smiles best quality food ive ever been given from burger kind 10/10 5 stars from me

Ok for a quick visit. Toilets are a joke, locked with barrier, need code or coin to get in, codes on paper don't work and the toilets smell! Not good. Clean better please.
