Chicken nuggets cold salad ok grilled chicken was white coffee wasn't hot

The opening times listed aren’t accurate - they don’t open until way after 5. If you arrive at 5 they will still be washing the floors with the doors locked. Which is fine, but don’t list the opening time as 5. It might sound like a small thing, but there were a few homeless people waiting outside to get their breakfast - for them, coming to McDonald’s is the only way they can get a cheap breakfast, use the loo, charge their phone and get warm for a small while. McDonald’s is basically a public service in that regard, so leaving them in the cold for an extra hour while you arse around chatting isn’t really fair. Also I came in here the other day and there was blood splattered all over the walls of the downstairs toilet (maybe from someone shooting up?) it was sprayed all over. I told someone at the front desk and they just shrugged. Even a “we will sort that right away.” or “we are a bit busy but will sort that as soon as possible” would’ve sufficed to make me feel confident in the hygiene of this branch, but the employee was so nonplussed it was quite worrying. It wasn’t even a busy shift either, it was 9am.

I don't eat McDonald's so this review is only for the male bathroom There I was: in the middle of Brighton, needing to take a big poo as I was shopping for daily necessities, I ran and ran until I saw this McDonald's, thinking I had been saved from my brown demise. However, this is when disaster struck: the bathroom was smaller than a crappy single room uni accomodation, and the sole stall had been taken up by a (what it seemed at the time) villainous individual that had violently colonised it to himself for what seemed like an eternity. I had to leave after a temporally distorted 5 minutes. I had lost all meaning in life, on the cusp of ending it all, I had found my salvation; the Wendys right next door. They had bathrooms o'plenty, clean surfaces everywhere where the eye could see and every stall was free. Tl;Dr Do not use McDonald's for defecation purposes. Awful, cramped and smelly bathrooms. The wendys bathroom is great, I would know because I am typing this review on one of their toilet seats 😏. 5/5 stars for Wendy's.

Coca Cola was completely spilled and the long portion of chips was half full, so I had to eat without drinks and without chips.

Very cold, had to microwave, which tbh should not have to do as it’s not that far away, but watching on the map the bike delivery guy made other deliveries! Coke had spiilt out other sweet snacks and was left with it dripping on my floor and only a sip was left! Also no mozzzerella sticks???

This is the central McDonald’s for the Liverpool Club Scene, based 18:00 you will be met with constant delivery drivers and drunk people. There’s nothing the McDonalds can do about this but it does dampen the experience alongside the prioritisation for Delivery Drivers. On the flip side, if Drunk it’s a great place to visit that will serve you before you know it and give you the energy you need to carry on the night or not feel hungover in the morning.

I placed my original order at 15:56… had to cancel, placed my order at another location at 17:35. My food finally arrived at 18:44. The food is freezing cold, I gave up waiting for the order I couldn’t cancel and made myself and my son something else for dinner. Absolutely terrible service.

It showed he was at the location on time, then they disappeared off (tracked him on the map)......they went elsewhere for over 15 mins, came back. There was also a missing item and it food was lke warm.

I cannot believe this is the same place I ordered from months ago!!!! Probably the BEST I’ve had in over 20 YEARS. Everything was PERFECT in both QUALITY and presentation. Looks like I’ll be back to weekly ordering again - hoping it’s NOT a glitch!!

Most of the order was missing. Delivery driver should have checked the receipt to the amount of bags. The drink was leaking and the food was cold.

Manager was apologetic but they lost the order we were sat waiting for ages. My daughter took receipt down and they took it off her and said we have a new person today. Then we waited for another 10 mins so I went down and they gave me the excuse different as they lost the receipt they were slow had no idea what they were doing. And because I was out spoken and truthful that meant I was rude. Disgraceful service no one knowing what they are doing.

Ordered at the same time as my friend. My order took 10 minutes longer than his to come out despite it being just fries and a burger (same as he got). Manager seemed more focused on “engaging his lats on a deadlift” and “how much he squats”compared to his college than getting my order ready. Really disappointed by this. Not even busy, ordered literally within the same minute :(

What a let down!😂 Me and my mum decided to treat ourselves to our favourite meals, the driver came within 7 minutes but the food was stone cold and stale! I ordered a chocolate milkshake and its tastes like strawberry so they either didn't clean the nozzle or just gave me a strawberry milkshake😂 the chips look, feel and taste like they've been sat there for hours and the burgers are the same. Awful. When I went onto the mcdonalds app they ended up just telling me to call the delivery service. I cannot stress that this issue was not the drivers fault. Maccys really has gone down hill. I think I'll go with burger king next time 😂

I go to England knowing that the food isn't good, confident of living with Mc for a week... I only went twice. Food not the best, staff, in my opinion, rude, dirty and poorly organized bathrooms.

I requested a refund as some of my order was destroyed by one of the drinks spilling over some of the items, however this has been rejected. I don’t expect to have to pay for marred items? I have photos, can you please look into this for me?

Decided to spend today all my tea break waiting for breakfast wrap. Many orders ,with greater or higher number been served before me , my order never arrived. Shift leader was repeating 1min 1min every time I ask , while rest of his colleagues were decorating counter with Christmas stickers. So left the place after 20min waiting ,hungry and angry. If you have money and life to waste I would recommend you this restaurant. Otherwise stay away from a place as far as you can. Unfortunately cannot provide star reviews on food as didn't get any. 🥲

My food was cold when it arrived and I was missing most of my order.

Food took over an hour and a half to come and was stone cold on arrival. One of the drinks was spilled all over the food leaving the chips soggy and foul, inedible. It’s almost like they were still raw and then soaked in coke which was flat by the time it arrived anyway. Food was clearly wrapped in a hurry as the burgers were all destroyed in the wrappers. Honestly astounded that the order was even correct. Ate what we could of what was left but we were still left hungry afterwards, and forced to cook something else despite the fact ordering takeout was meant to avoid cooking. Tried to call to just see if we could get any money back for what had been ruined or replacements but they never answered. Absolute waste of money, and will ensure that the app never selects this particular store again, especially after reading the worrying comments about food poisoning in reviews. Probably the most depressing McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered.

They overcook the muffins so they're rock hard, then they ignore your complaint, you can't get a refund because they refuse to give you a receipt for the food you've paid for. Absolute scum

Don't think you can give mcdonlds any better than a 3 star for service and atmosphere but looses 1 for atmosphere. However a lot of cretins go in this mcdonlads which can make it a little unfriendly. Decent food and it's certainly faster than other mcdonalds like the one at brighton marina, that one is shockingly bad. Upstairs is nice I spose. Place is usually clean also.

Used app to order ahead so should not be waiting long, Ha, watched people walk in and use machine in store and walk out before we got our order. Went to counter and was totally dismissed by female member of staff. Waited 20 mins for our breakfast items. Supposed to be fast food and better ordering on app but what a joke.

I was refused a monopoly winners hash brown ,i am 17 ,the member of staff said it is gambling and to read the small print the member of staff was rude and abrupt ,he informed me i had to be 18 however i’ve used my monopoly winnings in many other mcdonald’s ,the member of staff should go on a customer service course ,as he was so rude and spoke to me unprofessionally he should never speak to a member of the public the way he did .

The worst McDonalds you will ever have the misfortune of visiting. The food is subpar and the wait times almost always exceed 15 minutes regardless of time of day, even for the simplest of meals. Dirty tables, meagre portions and zero concept of ‘fast food’. Walk 5 minutes extra and go to Churchill Square.

Driver went to wrong address so I had to leave my house to go collect it on a 5 minute walk down the road. And I was missing 2-3 of the items I ordered. Food was also cold

The slowest service I have ever received. Cheeseburger and large fries took 35 MINUTES. Questioned the manager who passed the buck to a less senior member of staff who was obviously not the manager.
