Last week, I visited Subway with my friends, and the experience was disappointing. The sub was mediocre and not heated properly. What really bothered me was the behavior of the staff member in charge, who appeared to be of Indian or Bangladeshi origin. He was extremely rude and disrespectful, treating us as if he was doing us a favor. As a customer, I expect to be greeted courteously, and this was far from the case. I've already filed a complaint with Subway about their hiring practices. They need to ensure their employees possess basic manners and etiquettes to provide a pleasant customer experience.

if it’s a girl that serves u she’s rlly nice but there’s this bloke there that’s just so rude… I asked for the 12 cookie box for my family and he jus said no, when I asked why he said something I didn’t understand even though there were plenty of cookies there…??? so confused lmao

Worst service ever. The person who was preparing the food did not want to work. I ask to add tomatoes, jalapeños, lettuce, etc and she said that it was an extra that I had to pay (that is not true, I never paid extra for adding those products). At that point I already paid my order because she want me to pay at the same time my order was in the oven and without asking me. After that she decide it to add me the sauce that she thought I would like because she did not ask me at any point. Never going back there. Better to hire new people to give a decent service.

I was there with my school, I spoke with one guy, he was kind, happy and very helpful, thats how it should look like everywhere, if he is reading this we are the 3 guys from czech :D, give that man some avard because food was delicious. We spoke about it more 30 minutes, this is the best subway I was ever in!

Absolutely disgusting subway branch. Always get the orders wrong, food is cold, half out together - just really badly made and forget any extras orders too. Staff clearly have zero interest in their jobs. Avoid this branch at all costs.

paid extra for ice cream with the meal and didn't receive it! past orders also missing items and delivery has been incredibly late in the past. subway should do much better.

Terrible customer service, was overcharged but the girl on the till insisted the price was correct. Prices are not clearly shown on any of the food. No meal deal options . Hygiene didn’t look great either. Avoid this branch of Subway there’s plenty of other options. Very disappointing & a rip off.

Sub melt was horrendous. Stale bread, no onions but tomatoes? I hate tomatoes so they were removed which made the subway even dryer. Didn’t even eat it, two bites of what seemed like dust was enough. Never ever going to order from here again.

Not nice seeing the server rubbing his face on the approach but he at least wore gloves. The sandwich was very soggy and tasted a little off. But it is 24 hours so….

Bought and paid for a meal deal, total came to just under £12 and I was given only a cookie and my sandwich; I asked for a drink and she laughed/scoffed and said “no I can’t do for free” as though I didn’t already pay for a a whole meal deal, ended up spending another £2 cuz English has never been easy for the truly revolving door staff there; I been going over 5 years now and it’s only recently they’ve started explaining to the staff what a wrap is lmao, truly awful but almost adorable in its attempts to keep up with the other chains, no wonder they have to be open 24 hours🤦🏻‍♂️

Most of it was missing. I ordered a footlong meal deal plus a wrap. I got a footlong by itself and the wrap. So missing the drink, crisps and cookie

Really poor experience with with restaurant, and not the first time. Seems to be getting worse each time ordering from. I am now going ro avoid this place as I think it lacks value for money.

I have reviewed before and it wasn't a good review, however a family member ordered today and it was excellent service. So credit where its due. Delivery time was great, food excellent.

The girl who served us was absolutely amazing. She provided great customer service . She definitely deserves a raise considering poor working conditions.

I have ordered from subway few times now and usually with no problem. However I ordered yesterday and even tho the food was nice it took a hour and half to be delivered. I wanted some lunch before I went to work so was looking forward to my subway. Unfortunately they couldn't get a driver and I ran out of time and had to go to work without having my lunch. A family member waited for it and it took hour and half. Very disappointing.

WRONG SANDWICHES AND MISSING THE MEATBALL SIDE!! The turkey footling didn't have any cheese in it (despite ordering double cheese) NO BACON when added a hash and bacon Stack and only 2 slices of turkey. Me and my partner phoned the location over 20 times and no answer to any. INCREDIBLY disappointed and I expect contact from Subway or Just Eat to correct this

Illegal activity all weekend for Pride, adding £1 onto every persons order but no notices or changes to the advertised prices, when questioned after paying refused to refund and refused to provide a vat receipt or write one out... breaking trading standards and criminal offences all weekend

The food was cold and the bread tasted stale and old. In one of my subs I also asked for no sauce and in both subs there was the spicy chipotle sauce in whom the person I ordered for was not very happy about.

Ha ha... waited for over 2 hours.. Still didn't arrive.. then tried to cancel.. I couldn't now 5 hours later. It's saying it was delivered... its 4am and NOTHING has been delivered, and Subway would not answer the phone... I'm not sure who's to blame, but someone is... waiting on reply from just eat and a refund... SUBWAY OLD STEINE BRIGHTON... ridiculous customer service ..appalling....

Dirty, tall skinny Indian girl is rude as hell.

Spicy Italian is my favorite sub, I know it well…. it should bring 5 slices of pepperoni and 5 of salami for the 6in or 10 and 10 slices for the foot long. Despite I told the person serving it to correct him, he put just 8. The place was more and less clean, but it is actually a challenge for one person in a busy sunny Saturday.

Ordered food from here when visiting Brighton. The young lady behind the counter was terrific. I forgot to take her name before i left. May have been nosheen. Great customer service and very polite. Food was perfection too. When I return to Brighton, I will be sure to visit again. Thanks so much

Paid £31 for 6 subs only received 5 rang up no answer

They decided to just charge me for two over priced muffins despite seemingly being out of stock. No respect to call and ask if I'd like replacement, no initiated replacement or apology note. Ironically I chose this branch over western road due to the good reviews....don't even bother with this location. I'm out of pocket the guts of £5 now.

Vile dried up poorly filled dry roll delivered in far too much time, I live 5 minutes away but love to support students earning a living, Cheese and ham roll was dry as me mums towel, cheapo cheese and and ham in what I assumed would be a crusty fresh roll, Ordered and shopped here for years, Not anymore, my bins more full than I am

The young lady serving was very pleasant working on her own 09:35 this morning. Did not get name. Great omelette roll and doritos at a good price.

Place was dirty, the lady who was working didn't speak much English, to the point she cannot converse a basic conversation. The sandwich was pretty poorly made, she uses a metric ton of sauce (though you may like that).

I asked for a toasted sub it came freezing cold you could feel the lumps of chicken we’re freezing cold still it was all round vile I can’t eat it so now looking to order something else from another establishment…

This place is great if they don’t have what you ordered they will replace with another product and with a nice message saying sorry ect 10 out of 10 for the service

A lot of reviews said that this subway was dirty or didn’t taste great but it was actually pretty great. This subway deserves respect for being open 24 hrs on kind of a weird street corner. Those are some tough hours to be open during but it still is. Great place to go, and it’ll be exactly what you need late at night.

I specifically said do not put cheese on the bowl of meatballs as it’s for my 2 year old and what did they do? Put cheese with jalapeños, absolutely careless. Also food came cold. Very disappointed

Cold, wrong sides and took ages to get here

Nice food, good service. They always phone if they are out of an ingredient and ask for a alternative. Only one complaint really is that sometimes certain workers there can over do the toasted roll, couple of times it has been burnt. Other than that would recommend.

This is a terrible subway the place is always unclean with meat and salad everywhere and the staff are not good at their jobs one didn't accept my app order but I was still charged so I had to re order at the shop go to the subway on North Street it is better

If you want cheap healthy food on the go come here and order a 6 inch turkey melt or a meatball sandwich they even do hash browns and cookies and crisps and of course drinks, they open till late as well which is a bonus

I no longer use this firm as I always get the trots after. My Danish pal warned me some time ago and he was 100% spot on! They have no idea what constitutes "Healthy" and the place stinks of cheap tomato sauce

Food cold not toasted and no cheese

The bread was like a soggy dish cloth and the topping were all mushed up, claiming to be top quality, I think not!. Delivery driver was friendly though.

Bearded Indian chap does not know how to make a subway. It fell apart completely when opened paper. Also, he's stingy as hell. He only put TWO slices of cucumber and 3 slices of olives on a foot long sub! Restaurant was akso filthy. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

Worst subway I have ever been to. The food is tasteless, staff running around like headless chicken and there is no space to breathe since the toilet takes most of the already small space. Don't go there unless you want to see how pure disappointment looks like.
