Absolutely disgusting subway branch. Always get the orders wrong, food is cold, half out together - just really badly made and forget any extras orders too. Staff clearly have zero interest in their jobs. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Not nice seeing the server rubbing his face on the approach but he at least wore gloves. The sandwich was very soggy and tasted a little off. But it is 24 hours so….

I was"kicked off"from the store by employee when the store was open as he just mopped the floor. What a lack of respect to customer. He shoulder working there!!

The girl who served us was absolutely amazing. She provided great customer service . She definitely deserves a raise considering poor working conditions.

Illegal activity all weekend for Pride, adding £1 onto every persons order but no notices or changes to the advertised prices, when questioned after paying refused to refund and refused to provide a vat receipt or write one out... breaking trading standards and criminal offences all weekend

Spicy Italian is my favorite sub, I know it well…. it should bring 5 slices of pepperoni and 5 of salami for the 6in or 10 and 10 slices for the foot long. Despite I told the person serving it to correct him, he put just 8. The place was more and less clean, but it is actually a challenge for one person in a busy sunny Saturday.

Ordered food from here when visiting Brighton. The young lady behind the counter was terrific. I forgot to take her name before i left. May have been nosheen. Great customer service and very polite. Food was perfection too. When I return to Brighton, I will be sure to visit again. Thanks so much

The young lady serving was very pleasant working on her own 09:35 this morning. Did not get name. Great omelette roll and doritos at a good price.

Place was dirty, the lady who was working didn't speak much English, to the point she cannot converse a basic conversation. The sandwich was pretty poorly made, she uses a metric ton of sauce (though you may like that).

A lot of reviews said that this subway was dirty or didn’t taste great but it was actually pretty great. This subway deserves respect for being open 24 hrs on kind of a weird street corner. Those are some tough hours to be open during but it still is. Great place to go, and it’ll be exactly what you need late at night.

The veggie delight we ordered was so bad that we had to throw it and the potato wedges were soggy. Good customer service but bad food.

This is a terrible subway the place is always unclean with meat and salad everywhere and the staff are not good at their jobs one didn't accept my app order but I was still charged so I had to re order at the shop go to the subway on North Street it is better

Bearded Indian chap does not know how to make a subway. It fell apart completely when opened paper. Also, he's stingy as hell. He only put TWO slices of cucumber and 3 slices of olives on a foot long sub! Restaurant was akso filthy. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

Worst subway I have ever been to. The food is tasteless, staff running around like headless chicken and there is no space to breathe since the toilet takes most of the already small space. Don't go there unless you want to see how pure disappointment looks like.

Enjoyed our time here, my only criticism was the with the process to take photos. Very rushed and no real interest in ensuring that a good photo had been taken. Felt very much like herded cattle. Also the final product was poor quality.

Open 24hr but from 11pm they don't toast your sub so what is the point of staying open but funny enough you get it delivered and it would be toasted doesn't make sense.

Do not go to this subway. This has to be the worst service I have ever had from a Subway, whether it be in Greater London, Kent, Oxfordshire or Brighton. The food was also poor - as an example, after I pointed out that I had been given the wrong bread, I was given a short stubby amount a d the staff couldn’t think things through.

Kept denying online order with no explanation. Called up to find out why and still would not explain why it was being denied, just said that they couldn't do it.

This Subway is disgusting! With all the bad reviews online, I'm surprised nothing has been done about its cleanliness. The floors and tables were sticky, and nobody had bothered to clean up the rubbish/ food toppings strewn all over the shop. (this was at 7pm) Our server - for lack of a better description, looked high - and almost had a meltdown when we asked him to separate our subs (two different orders, but he had made them together for some very odd reason). He got so flustered and confused, we told him not to worry and ate two subs in the same wrapper. Probably the worst Subway I have visited.

One of the worst Subway restaurants I've been to. Staff was pretty rude and the restaurant was filthy. The food was ok but not as good as in other Subway restaurants.

Was really upsetting experience, the staff were so rude specifically the female staff member who favours the male customers we waited in line and ordered our subs and were about to pay when some guys came in and said they were in a rush so they wanted to go first and they just let them make their subs and pay before we were allowed to pay I said that was not fair as we had waited our turn but the staff ignored us, was so strange and made me feel really uncomfortable that men were prioritized over us. 😟

Really dissapointing experience and poor customer service. Ordered chicken bacon melt, the lady who served me didn’t put any bacon in it, so I asked her if I could have some bacon. She chucked 2 rashers of bacon on my sub, looked at me and asked if I was happy now. The oven wasn’t working, so I ended up getting chicken bacon non-melt.

Food was to be expected, toilets were badly maintained and dirty, A/C was on but the front door was propped open, the server had to take my order 3 times because she couldn't understand my local accent. a line of maybe 10 customers waiting with 1 person serving.

Think they have a security guard there so the staff members don't get strangled by the customers for their rudeness

Most stingy Subway I have ever been - asked for foot long ham and double cheese, got two slices of ham and 4 triangles of cheese. Though maybe that's one-off. Nope - over 5 times I have been there, the same order varies between 2 to 4 slices of ham and 4-8 slices of cheese. Same price though every time.

Always their to pick you up after a night out! They need to buy their licence to cook hot food after 11 tho

Came to this subway for the first time and was presented with the worse customer service I have ever recieved, I get the staff member was tired and was working alone but instead of not serving us he stood there counting the till as if the shop was closed. We stood there for a good 5 minutes before asking him if he was going to serve us, which he responded with I'm counting the money and carried on to do so. I am very disappointed with the service I got, it being the first time in Brighton and will not be coming again.

Ran out of ingredients for their value sandwiches on the time I went in, and the place has been very dirty on more then one occassion to the point I found it off-putting, so I went elsewhere. Otherwise it is a standard affair with Subway. Nothing too flashy and fairly good value, although there are better choices in the area.

The very worst Subway in Brighton, went in there last night to get a sandwich and a coffee after work about 8:30pm and the place looked like a war zone! Fisrtly there was some homeless drunk guy creating havoc in there, knocked over tables and chairs, had his filthy sleeping bag on the floor with his trousers almost round his ankles showing everything and going ballistic. Two members of staff were just stood there watching him; one member of staff looked like he was missing a few brain cells or something as he just stood there saying/doing nothing, not even offering to serve me. The tables & floor were filthy, I could not get to the drink dispenser as the tables and chairs that had been knocked over by the drunk guy were just laying there without any of the staff picking them up. Worse still there was a female customer in there giving it her all to the drunk guy and staff alike, screaming expletives, she was absolutely vile. The police turned up whereas the drunk had retreated into the toilets and peed all over the floor (which was not cleaned up by the staff) the police actually took pity on the drunk bloke. The guy who made my coffee served me half a cup of what was meant to be cappuccino but just looked like lukewarm, tasteless froth, there was absolutely no taste of coffee at all. The bread looked stale with the meat & veg trays all messy with the lettuce going brown, bits of sauce were still on the counter, a complete disgrace. How this establishment ever got past a basic food hygiene mark let alone a 5 I will never know. Avoid unless you want to be seriously ill.

Got a late night sandwich after the ovens were turned off, the chicken inside was still partially frozen and I'm sure the staff overcharged me purposely. I payed £7.24 for a 6 inch sub advertised as £4.99. When I tried to protest the cashier assured me this is the correct price but wouldn't tell me where the extra £2.50 had come from. Not happy!

Don't usually get subways but thought I'd give this a chance, The tables were filthy and it took 20 mins to get served at 7.30pm in the evening! Served by a guy on his own trying his best to make me a sandwich, It was windy and raining outside but no one shut the door maybe due to a open door policy or something, Even if you like subways give this one a miss!

No concentrate in the drink machine, no soap in the dispenser, hand dryer didn't work, half the breads weren't available and sandwiches were a mess with almost no veg included. Not very impressive.

Stephen named staff was being very rude and using abusive language. I wont ever go subway in my life. It was my first time and last time.

One of the guys was high the other rude. Made my sandwiches with gloves, then charged me with said gloves and proceeded to make sandwiches for the next person. No napkin, no bag, no kind words, no up selling. Terrible from a manager and or customers point of view. Straight up avoid.

It was almost 2am and we wanted some sandwich. It wasn't busy at all. I said to the guy twice that I would like it toasted but he didn't put it in and it was terribly cold and no taste. Normally I like to eat at subway and haven't been eating there long time but this time I was disappointed and I regret that I spent my money in there.

Standard subway. The veggie delight is must and very cheap. Close walking distance to the pavilion and st. peters church. Open late health alternative to a late night kebab stop. Staff are really friendly.

Low standards for a subway, but alright nonetheless for being a subway. Not very friendly worker but does his job well.

Typical Subway food (nice). Unfortunately, there were some issues making us a bit unhappy. Strange chairs with stone seats (very heavy and cold). I would be nice not to have doors wide open with the weather we had at the time of our visit (very windy).

In all honesty, this is probably the hardest subway to work in that I’ve ever seen. Real bad part of town, but just had a cold sub (no toasting after 11pm) and what lovely hard working polite guys that served me. Food was still fresh just before midnight, and having tried many subways at late hours in the south coast, these guys win hands down for politeness and super tasty subs.

I've been there 3 times and it was always dirty!! The staff rude and unfriendly...the last time they charged me extra caps that i didn't ordered...when i explained that they all tried to convince me that it was no mistake...i insisted and he was more rude...i got "almost" all my money back!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
