McDonald's in South Tyneside

Very slow to serve all the time.

Very slow in getting served though drive thru, from start to finish about 25 minutes only 4 cars in front

Drive through was very slow and we were sent to wait at the front consequently as usual the fries were cold and floppy, I don't mind waiting but why can't they do the fries last so that they are fresh and hot, it's common sense.

Food was ok as fast food goes. However the whole place was filthy. It took 5 or 6 attempts to find a table that was even vaguely clean. There was rubbish all over the floor, sauce smeared on tables, trays with rubbish on left on tables around the bins because the bins were overflowing. I haven't been in along time and won't be rushing back. The place being quiet isn't an excuse to not clean tables.

Really slow service 10 minutes for 2 happy meals to come out too busy with just eat, can never get parked in disabled bays for inconsiderate delivery drivers

Went to mac Donald's drive through this has happened to me twice in a month . Asked for what I wanted when I got them went through order she just said yes yes yes . Got home and was short of a 5 pound meal deal . The last time it was a big mac . U cannot get through to them either phone engaged all the time .

Always have to park and wait in grill bays when you go through the drivethru. Not on

Pretty busy McDonald's (for both in-person customers and takeaway) so the staff are constantly on the move and struggling to get everyone's orders. I go there regularly, but even if I just get a drink, I've waited over 10/15 minutes before. It's definitely missing the 'fast' in fast-food, but it's not the fault of the staff and the food is usually of a really good quality when it eventually comes

missing items from order again didn't realise how hard it is to read an order see why people in McDonald's don't do any better in life

delivery driver didn't come to door had to meet him at the gate as he went to different house. said rang yes he did but I was busy with my child. if I pay for delivery I expect them to deliver to the door not me meet them at the gate. there are numbers on the gate they can't be bothered to look at them. think we different drivers and me chips are cold and not fresh.

My order has not been delivered I left clear instruction so when am I getting it

I'm not naming the young lad , however I feel every person working in a food business should know, "When products that hold or contain food are dropped on the floor , they don't get put into use.... they go in the bin.!! Coffee or drinks cups especially.. you should not then patronise a customer for pointing this out .. check cctv more regularly.. the lack of concern on his face tells me much about this establishment. I hope standards are not the same in all.

Great service as always and the fries were actually cooked this time from McDonalds I’d let them know who ever cooked them should train the rest how to do it correctly was delicious thank you

I have cctv footage of me never getting my food the code was never took yet I’m unable to get a refund how does that even work?

always forgetting something, how any of you have a job is beyond me like, completely useless as usual

my order never came and given the fact that I was also in hospital when I ordered it is not great I am really disappointed

Ordered from here multiple times and every time they have delivered it with a meal missing and and is always freezing cold. Got to be the worst McDonald's in the area. Will never go back.

Went at night and was the only person in the drive thru. Got home after collecting the food and it was the wrong order. I paid for a more expensive limited burger and received a cheap standard one. Fries were also soggy and cold.

ordered from here twice in a few days and the first time, the double Quarter pounder was a single and this second time, the triple cheeseburger was a double... what's going on?

Only ordered 2 meals. A Big Mac Meal and a cheeseburger happy meal. Couldn’t even get that right. Chicken nugget meal instead. Absolutely hopeless

I am absolutely appalled at the way my food came last night the chips were freezing stone cold, I didn’t revive my drink or my chicken nuggets. I tried to call up but no answer and this is why I’m writing this now this morning. I normally always Oder from this McDonald’s but I certainly won’t be now I am absolutely appalled.

Forgot all the hash browns no sausage with the pancakes or syrup, very upset kid. Just eat and McDonalds are the pits and I will not be using either again. This is the second time in a week I have had bad service and items missing.

I used the drive thru as i often do spoke to an indian girl and placed an order of 2 breakfast wraps both with ketchup on. what you would think was a straight forward i was asked if i wanted them as a meal i declined and replied no thankyou just by them selves. i was asked something elese to which i didnt quite get qhat she said as the tannoy system was quite low. so i replied all i would like isbw breakfast wraps both with ketchup on. i went and paid with my card and did this quickly due to clear frustration gets to the window to collect my order and there was only one so i mentioned i had asked for two and there was only one on the order how can something so straightforward be so difficult. wasnit lost in translation? then a portly woman i can only assume was a team leader barked at me and said i shouldve checked the order myself. how about the mcdonalds employee taking the order correctly to start with. its pathetic how something so easy can be made so difficult. they resolved it while i waited and apologised and made the order as i had originally asked

After waiting an hour and a half for delivery with an ever changing estimated time of arrival, we had a missing burger and underwhelming and undercooked fries.

Slow service, missing items and that fella in the white shirt is absolutely useless when trying to make a complaint. Don’t waste your time or money eating here

From past experience they don't use the grill bays so the drive through takes ages. Decided to try Inside today and just waited 25 mins for a hamburger and coffee. Not sure what was going on but lots of people were sending food back for being cold as it had been sat on the side waiting for drinks but at the same time the pass was full of drinks. No idea what was going on but I'm guessing it's the just eat orders

I had to get up, walk to their counter, and found 1 large hot chocolate drink with my table number labelled on the cup. I was nothing longer hot, so I asked her for a freshly poured cup. I held onto the cold one, when she refused to get me a replacement without having the cold one, to which I asked: would you drink it, throw it away, pour it back into the top of the dispenser...I took the cold one, and drank it in their cold restaurant, with blaring muzak everywhere.

Food freezing cold. Coke spilt all over and they didn't give me any dips I ordered.

Terrible attitude to delivery orders, no one manning the station, manager Ashley and others just ignore just eat and uber orders....do not order from this restaurant. Food is cold as its left and drinks pile up... total chaos.

Food took nearly 2 hours to get here - no fault of the delivery driver but the restaurant. Delivery driver was pleasant and kind.

i ordered a double burger meal (two big macs) and chicken chilli wrap which didn't come and a happy meal. 2 double cheeseburgers came instead and they were freezing. It is a joke.

Placed an order at 12pm and actually received our order at 2.50pm, food was cold and half of the order was missing!!!

driver was awesome, no issues there. but it took them near 3 hours to get my food to me, constantly changing the time it would arrive everytime it got close. ridiculous

when the food arrived it was freezing cold i got send the wrong wrap the drinks had spilled alover the chips were soggy and the delivery time kept getting pushed back to the point i was going to cancel the order

Wouldn’t bother ordering from this McDonalds. Put requests to have a Plain Cheese burger and a Cheesy McCrispy with the mayo and cheese left on sent both incorrect. Clearly haven’t read my order. Food was freezing. Wouldn’t waste ya money

I requested a refund for 2 of the burgers as they where not on the order and I haven't hurd back

Drive through is absolutely terrible would be quicker going to sambucas next door and having a three course meal. Always ask you to park in a bay waited 15 min in the drive though and another 15 in the parking bay 🙈🙈🙈🙈
