Good when your chips are not cold . But don’t be afraid take them back . I’m not McDonald’s has officially the worst customer service that I know of.

It is what it is. But more than average on chav scale I'd say. Nice staff to make up for it.

I’ve ordered food twice this week both times it was cold and was missing items sort it out

Food order was missing some of the items, wasn't hot and wrap wasn't really wrapped. Lesson learned don't order again.

Was 40 minutes and 4 phone calls late and food was missing 2 large chips also 2 x medium chips were half full bags 2 milkshake missing the rest went to the dog because it was absolutely freezing and falling to bits driver blamed just eat for having wrong postcode thank you in advance

Worst maccies I've ever been to. Food was stone cold returned it. Came back cold again returned it again manager tried telling me it was fresh I asked her to feel the chips took a strop binned it and walked away mumbling. 3rd order was better but bacon chicken mayo the bacon was clearly straight from the fridge and not heated at all. Couldn't be bothered returning again so just took the bacon out. And sat with my then cold coffee. Managers customer service was vile

Placed order for just a frappe at 7.07 pm didn't receive the drink till 7.34pm a 27 minute wait for a dispenced drink? staff more focused on getting uber eats and just eat delivery's ready than people waiting for items and completely ignoring me when stood at the front desk And when receiving the drink it went warm and tasted awful

the driver phoned me asking where I lived, I was explaining to him, but he was very ignorant, he was on the phone at least 10 minutes, when he Eventually arrived, I was refusing to accept it, due to it would of been cold ( in which it was cold), the driver was Reason is voice saying just take it, it's fine, which it wasn't, the only reason I accepted it was to get rid of the driver from my front door.

took a while to assign a driver but it was late so understandable, fries didnt have enough salt but easy fix, pretty bog standard maccie ds

It was very hot the guy who game me my food was very kind

I had a smartie McFlurry and it was tasty until I felt something crunch and then it started to taste like it had fluff on it which made me think that it was mold I quickly threw it out as the rest of the ice cream was nice but just a part of it was lumpy and fluffy

Never Ordering on Uber eats they Always putting cheese on burgers asking not too. Always forgetting straws and sauces and even forgot my fries tonight.

Paid extra for a large meal and got what wasn’t even equal to medium with both the drink and fries, both extremely under filled. Milkshake was fully melted and all the food was cold/soggy

Food was incorrect and just eat refunded 1.70. Are you kidding g me. The food was 14 pound and unable to eat yet we get 1.70 back. What an absolute disgrace man.

Apologies I thought there was one happy meal missing but I was wrong. Both were in the bag. I have been offered a refund but no refund is needed. Sorry again

Ordered a meal, came with no fries. Ordered seprate fries, didn't come with those either.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with the boy as my little girl is gluten free to her disappointment it arrived with a bun.. she was therefore unable to eat her meal!

A Guy working food preparation with full of skin disease on his hands & he is not using gloves too. When I ask someone on the till she replies that’s non of your business. . How come she is working like this platform when she got such a big mouth. Thanks “Emma” with your voice. Hopefully McDonald manager or area manager will sort out this thing

Even when something is missing from an order they get it sorted quickly. Can get a little noisy with kids, but it's fast food. It does what it is meant to.

Service is very very slow here, by time I was given the ice-cream it was like milk had to make me new ones, be prepared to wait and always check your order there's items forgotten off order often especially the dips

Missing a double cheeseburger and curry sauce.

Food was lukewarm, not quite cold but definitely not hot. Could tell it had been sat a while before being delivered, however, my coffee was piping hot. Food must have been waiting on drinks!

the driver drlivered to wrong address as usual but i was in the street to meet him. He was very negative, rude and extremely unpleasant. He dumpted my food on the driveway and left without listening to my suggestions. Appalled by his manner and never had this kind of experience before. He should not be delivering orders to customers with his poor attitude!!

I placed an order at 6.30 which was then cancelled at 8pm! I reordered and it was 13 mins later than estimated!!

The delivery guy handed me an open mcdonalds bag with missing items, the safety seal had been entirely ripped opem and I assume he took my items and left before I realised. I'm not happy whatsoever.

I've never waited less than 15 minutes to get my food here and 90% of the time it's incorrect and I have to go back and change it. I live right next to it and begrudge having to go to it and would usually choose to drive elsewhere to get one. They never seem to send any drivers round to the waiting bays and just keep everyone queued in the drive thru. I was once in the drive thru for 25 minutes and there was only 1 car in front of me and it was about 10pm. Seems to be no system and I always recommend people go elsewhere if they mention it to me.

Food and drinks freezing cold driver drove into our street and back about 3 times then drove around the estate then eventually walked on foot to our house

AVOID boldon McDonald's drive thru at all cost half my order was missing. The delivery driver was so rude and engrossed in a conversation on his phone the order was almost thrown through my door l. i called boldon drive thru only to be told by the shift manager that McDonald's does not accept responsibility for any incomplete orders that leave the restaurant and said it was the drivers responsibility witch is untrue. AVOID at all cost as the customer service is non existent. Having a refurb is no help at all as you get the same old non existent customer service from shift management.
