Excellent customer service and food

Asked for a large mixed kebab, it was more kebab meat than anything else, had better ones in the past

Ordered food, was over an hour late. When I asked where it was, the guy on the phone said 5 minutes. I called again 15 minutes later and he said soon. When it eventually arrived the driver just handed me the box without an apology. The food was freezing cold. Everyone was apathetic. Wil never use again.

I love the food. It tastes 😋 delicious . Service was good and quick. On the main road, it is easy to find .

Food was OK but very late. When I called they said it was with the driver and would be with me in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I had to call again to ask where it was. The website leaves it hanging at "Food is being prepared" even after it's arrived. The food was cold when it arrived. Only got a vague apology when I called a second time and the driver just handed me the box then walked off without at least saying sorry. Won't use again.

Ordered on Uber Eats at 20:45. I called them at 22:17 and told they are on the way to me at the Travelodge and would be 5 minutes. The order never arrived and they stopped answering the phone even before the shop was closed. After reading a lot of the reviews, it seems as though this happens quite often. They take your money and you never hear from them again. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered the munch box 15 and they delivered some raw chicken with it Would not recommend unless you want food poisoning, by the time I noticed the chicken I had already eaten some which has caused me sickness and diarrhoea 🤮 Rang and they didn't resolve the issue whatsoever, did not even apologise for what has happened Order at your own risk

Delivery took over 1 and a half hours…and this is what they call salad 🤢. Not recommended.

Crap , fraud of a poor outfit ! Ordered via Uber eats & they cancelled 20 minutes into it and that way I wasn’t allowed a refund ! They made out they was cooking it then cancelled it but they shouldn’t have accepted the order if they couldn’t deliver it !!

Booked online, took my order and money, then cancelled 45 minutes later saying I was outside of the delivery area, even though they had my address with the order!

Waited nearly 2hours for 2 kebab and ice cream the food was cold and they brought me the wrong ice cream not worth £5 let alone £30 I would never go there again

The Best kabab and pizza shop at Dunstable, Luton. Meat calzone pizza, Chicken hot wings and Donner wraps are the most delicious items of Kings kabab 👌

Food tasty but not overly hot and there was hardly any salad on the kebab.

Ordered my food at 16:30pm didn’t arrive till 18:55… ridiculous waiting times, food was cold, and cheese on the chips had gone hard…

Waited for an hour to arrive. Tried to call but couldn’t get through. Was cold, soggy extremely disappointed with kebab.

Smells of socks in there and the food comes cold and the cheese has a taste of plastic and it comes in a greenish colour.

I've had no problem with these guys Brill food if you are a regular you get freebies. Grilled kebab is the best. Use this place a lot. Good food good service. Great

Item not as described. Didnt order the lamb Donner, ordered Lamb kebab (lamb meat was description) got donner meat. Wrapped in paper so all soggy by the time it was delivered. Chicken kebab was gooey and greasy. Wouldn't order from here again.

Pathetic service and food. I ordered from uber eats and the food not came at all. The driver came and shouted at me as he can't find way to reach my apartment and even they didn't show the manners atleast to drop the food infront of my door. Arrogant staff and por service, the food ordered at 10.30 pm and till 12.20 pm I didnt received the order yet. Uber said its completely resturant fault.

Okay, so we have ordered from here at least 7 8 times if not more, I can honestly say I'm extremely disappointed as every time apart from one occasion we have had missing items from our order and had to wait for them to deliver the rest and by that time we've already eaten what was given. The last 2 times we've order from there, the chips were reheated and hard. This time they didn't bring our garlic pizza and when we spoke to the driver he said he didn't have it, we rang the shop they said they gave the driver the pizza, and said they'll ring the driver and get another one sent out, so have to wait another 45 mins to 1 hour to actually get the rest my order!!

Ordered a chicken kebab without all the salad but raw onion only ,what I actually received was a disgusting mixed meat kebab with all salad and dripping in grease ,will never use again, sorry guys you should have got it right the first time

While my husband’s pizza was ok , my mixed kebab, ordered with “all salad “ was, firstly, cold, second, “all salad” was only a couple of slivers of cucumber and onion and I nearly choked on a bone in the middle of the kebab! I will never use this takeaway again and I suggest you don’t either!

Ordered two calzone meal deals Which turned up 15 minutes late and both meal deals were missing the chips and drinks, when we tried to ring the restaurant to resolve the problem they were not answering the phone it just rang and rang and rang we will not be ordering from Kings kebab again

The pizzas 🍕 I order were a large chicken 🍗 with pepperoni it was not a very good one for the kids and I did not like it. Not tasty, at all but the staff was very nice to me, to be honest.

Absolutely gutted with the customer service I received tonight. I placed an order for a munchbox on uber eats and called the store just to confirm the order and asked for several chilli sauce and garlic mayo only to be told I can only be given one of each with my order which was worth £20! I was then told I'm ordering last minute and delivery doesn't go to Lu4 at this time, yet this was an hour before closing time and the website allowed me to place the order! Management really need to improve their staff customer service skills, I am appalled by tonight's disaster. Previous management really did look after their customers! :(

Ordered for the first restaurant 10mins drive away, my order was 20 minutes late arrived cold and damages. No willing to solve issue absolutely rubbish wait for that food shouldve had noodles the staff rude over the phone, had to warm up my dogs dinner

I ordered 2 pizzas from them and 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time they call me they do not have toppings I have chosen. Used many times in the past! Won't be ordering again! 1hr and 40mins later for our order on a Monday night! I called twice to be told it was leaving rhe shop, I'm 5 mins away and it turned up 30 mins after. Not the drivers fault as it didn't leave shop untill 1hr 15mins after ordered! So rubbish! Didn't enjoy it after waiting so bloody long!

Food was 45 minutes late and cold. Tasted like curry powder nothing else, my daughter couldn't touch the meat. When tried to call them after over 30 attempts just gave up. Definitely never going to order from here again!!!!

Worst food I’ve ever had. Purchased number 15 of munch-box deals from there leaflet which came through my letterbox. It was the worst meal I’ve ever had from any take away. They delivered very quickly but the food was very cold and dry like left overs from previous day. Worst kebabs and pizza place. Sent a feedback and the manager didn’t bother to call back and apologise for the cheap food they delivered which shows they have no intention to improve. Very disappointed and will not bu again. It was my first and the last.

So lockdown has been pants and we ordered from here for the first time, I was so happy with the food I even called to say thank you, always feel its good to praise where deserved, usually don't like doner meat but I'm now converted, quicker delivery than quoted, all hot, fresh, and so tasty and portions are massive for the price, spot on guys will be returning!

What a transformation this takeaway now is since the new owners have taken over .the food is always hot and well presented. The salad is outstanding on kebabs well done exactly how food should be served.

How refreshing, went in to get my 5 year grandson his tea and the gent that served us was lovely. He really looked after my grandson, gave him a drink and was just a breath of fresh air. Pizzas were absolutely fantastic, thank you so much for your excellent service and food 😬

I have eaten here a few times now and have had a delivery and I have to say this food is most definetely fit for kings. Excellent service, absolutely delicious food I really couldn't ask for anything better than this. It was definetely money well spent and will most definetely be eating here as regularly as possible and I will be recommending this place to as many people as I can.

Grab a meal from here on Friday after work and it was it’s normal good quality, food always cooked to perfection and my partner and I really enjoyed it

Since when does a farmhouse pizza have pineapple on it. Ring to speak to someone and told that it's not a Hawaiian its farmhouse. Not at all happy with customer service don't appreciate being hung up on. Did use on a regular basis, but will now go elsewhere from now on.

See my review on just eat why I've only given them 2 stars. Not happy with the service as for the second time have been short changed by the delivery driver 20/03/2019. Just a quick update. I've just read my review on just eat about kings. They replied say that they would refund me the £5.70p is was short changed. More than a month on I'm still waiting to be refunded and they have not even rung me. . Just goes to prove they are not interested in their customers

Very disappointed with the food this time. Always order from here, but this time it was just awful! The order was supposed to be 2 Large kebabs, and it was definitely small (did you recently change your sizes so drastically - even the box is half the size since the last time???) barely enough for 1 person. The salad was a joke - 2 slices of tomato and 3 slices of onion?? Pizza was burnt and tasted like something was off in it, so this went straight to the bin... Overall, you have lost one of your regular customers for sure. Would not recommend.

The time is always pushed back regardless of collection or delivery, food was not that hot despite the takeaway being less than a 5 minutes walk from our house.

Ordered from these guys tonight when it arrived the delivery guy told me that I needed to pay a delivery fee when it clearly states on here that they do not charge anything for delivery and when I refused he became aggressive and throw my food at me, will not be ordering from here ever

won't be ordering again from here. took 2 hours to get here. if it wasn't a bank holiday I would have given up. probably be quicker to get a flight to Italy and back !!!

We ordered a mix of kebabs, chicken & a pizza. Would not order from here again. The kebab meat was the worst I've ever tasted, the chicken was dry & rubbery, & the farmhouse pizza, which usually means ham & mushroom, was covered in pineapple, which I hate. No one enjoyed the food. The chips were probably the best part & they were cold. More went in the bin, than got eaten. Very disappointed ☹️
