Food took over an hour to get here.freezing cold also

All I ordered was a 6 inch and you give yourselves 1hr 15mins to deliver already so what’s the need for it to be 20mins late. I order when I’m hungry by the time delivered cold I am not

Very nice delivery guy however seems the last couple of times we’ve ordered they’ve forgot about our sauces even though we pay extra for these. I don’t want to have a refund I want the sauce 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Absolutely abysmal service. Phone up after being nearly two hours late and they didn’t apologies. The lady I spoke to hung up on me and when I called again she lied about apologising and ended the call again. Completely unprofessional.

Over 2 hours for delivery on a Friday lunch time. No communication from the store. Unfortunately this is a common theme with Subway in Biggleswade. If you’re that busy, hire additional drivers.

Abysmal. 2.5 hours, no contact made to update me, and when they finally arrived, everything was cold and soggy. Just appalling

Love the sandwiches but don’t be in a hurry if you’re having a delivery. Always up to 2 hours before it arrives. Pity.

From time of ordering it took 2 half hours to come out to me after a phone call saying it should be 5 to 10 minutes & saying on the app it had been delivered witch hadn’t it ended up being 30 mins later after that call wasn’t happy for how much you pay out for the food & delivery

my food took 2 hours to get here , it then said the order was delivered when it was not and i called the store 5 times with no answer . My food then arrived and it was all cold the fries were freezing cold and weren’t even cooked properly, and my drinks were warm 👎🏼

I ordered a footling sub and was only sent a 6inch sub

I have never had to wait so long for my food and when the delivery time said it should have arrived, it was 15 minutes later than estimated. The subs and sides were cold and chewy. Only thing that was food to eat were the cookies and crisps! Very disappointed.

Delivery took a total of 2.5 hours! Called after 2 hours to be told it was now on the way but had about 4 more orders to drop in a different town first… I was getting frustrated but politely asked why it’d taken 2 hours (at the time), to which she explained there was only two drivers on and they were busy. Of course not her fault, but why are Subway accepting these orders, knowing there were only two drivers available to fulfil them!

Ordered at 2:30pm, estimated delivery showed as 3:45pm. At 4:01pm the screen said “enjoy your food” but I hadn’t received my food yet. I tried calling subway twice through just eat, and it said “the number you have dialled is unrecognisable, please try again”. I made a report to Just Eat, and then at 4:12pm my food finally arrived. Whilst the items were correct, the quality of the food was disappointing. My meatballs, and BMT toasted wraps were stone cold. Love subway but not happy today.

Asked for toasted, specifically said that toasted in notes and it’s not. Over 2 hours from order was it delivered. Poor

staff are rude. took over 70 minutes to deliver 2 sandwiches. food cold. missed dips. the food tasted alright at least. ice cream was melted.

My order took 2.5 hours to come which is ridiculous as I am working so it fell out of my lunch break, plus it is only one sandwich being made and the restaurant in question is 10-14 mins away.

Scary Subway! Won’t be back here again! Large woman was screaming across the shop swearing and being extremely unprofessional. Two boys fell victim to it unfortunately. Seemed very volatile the woman did. How hard is it to make a sandwich!

Delivery time always seems to be an issue when I’ve ordered from the Biggleswade Subway. By the time the food arrives, it’s cold and stale.

Cannot comment on food quality as still not here even though it states that it is, apparently there is an issue with their system that automatically puts its delivered. We ordered at 12:13 and food still hasn’t arrived. We had to call the restaurant who informed us there was a power cut earlier and they were trying to catch up. Where I do understand these things happen over two hours for a sandwich is crazy and considering it is a under a 10 minute drive away and still hasn’t arrived even though they said it was out for delivery is pushing it a bit.

I placed the order at 6:05. It showed the delivery time 6:45 - 6:50. We then got notified that there was a delay and it will now be delivered at 7:00 - 7:20. The food was finally delivered at 7:21. It took over an hour for us to receive the food. It wasn't a big meal or a big order.

Took nearly 2 hours for them to make 3 sandwiches that then turned up cold… but cost me £6 for the pleasure of having it delivered.

Took over an hour and a half for 2 sandwiches when we live 5 minutes away. Called twice and they said “the system had updated the order as on its way, but the order was not made”. Very poor system there and minimal customer service, no updates on the app and had to call them myself twice or wouldn’t know where the order was or that it’s going to be this delayed. Basically, don’t order if you want something quick (or even within half hour), be prepared for cold food arriving after 90 mins - 2 hou

After waiting over an hour for our subs the delivery driver left our food on the floor outside the communal door and phoned us saying he tried to buzz. On top of that the restaurant messed up our order and gave us both the wrong bread.

From order to delivery, it took 1hour 45minutes…for a sandwich. Once it finally arrived the bread was stale and the filling was cold and mushy. The delivery driver also rapidly rang my door bell 5 times, which was loud, annoying and completely unnecessary. I am never one to complain, but I think the word ‘abysmal’ for the overall rating of this order is too kind.

Went for the "new" stacks bacon and cheese melt, and I must say it was exceptionally good and very well prepared, so what went wrong! The wait!! It wasn't overly busy, so I don't quite understand why it took so long, plenty of staff, so not that! So maybe the facilities where, (excuse the pun) sub standard, they need a bigger melt machine!!! But that said, it was definitely worth the wait

The guy who delivered it was very pleasant but was missing the ice cream - upset little boy now and food was cold. Need to give the driver better storage for the food.

Young male behind the counter and tall lady with dark hair, honestly so rude. Not a hello, a smile, a thank you, enjoy your food, nothing. Just “what do you want in your sandwich”, advised I was sitting in and not to pack in a bag or anything, totally ignored what I said and proceeded to put in a bag. This branch used to be fantastic with customers, I feel like a lot of the friendlier staff have left. However, today’s visit has left a sour taste in my mouth. I do understand they must be inundated with online orders as well. However, I was the only customer in the shop at the time, there was no queue and my order was a simple one. Don’t get me wrong, if I was a rude member of the public then I wouldn’t blame them for the lack of service as I know retail can be awful. Not expecting a full blown conversation or performance, just a hello and a thank you would have made the visit totally different. It would be a good idea to perhaps retrain the staff on their customer service. On the plus side, my sandwich was lovely.

Ordered on a bank holiday, order got accepted waited for well over delivery time to find out online that the subway was actually closed. You shouldn’t be able to place an order and take money when the shop isn’t even open. Won’t be ordering again. Complained to just eat waiting to hear back about a full refund.
