Took 2 hours to get my food and chicken burger wasn't cooked was pink also forgot the bottle of coke we was suppose to get won't be ordering from you again

I can confidently say the chicken burgers here are the best in town! The food is always fresh and delicious, and you can tell it’s high-quality just by how busy the place is. The fact that they’re always bustling means people love the food, and I can see why. The staff is wonderful—friendly, attentive, and quick to serve, even when it’s busy. The free drink with cash orders over £25 is such a nice touch, making it even more worth it. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving amazing burgers and a great experience!

I have ordered from them once in September 2023 through Foodhub, and they have been bombarding me with their adverts via both emails and texts ever since. This is a blatant breach of GDPR as I have never expressly signed up to any of these, and they have now been reported to the Information Commissioner’s.

Went to order a mixed kebab but cancelled before they cooked it as the open cabinet where the shish kebabs are stored had flies crawling all over the place,eat from here & good luck to you,if it's food poisoning your looking for 🤪

Having friends and family over after highly recommending Sam's best kebab the Donner kebab meat was thin, greasy and the taste was not as expected was awful as previously deliverys have been great. Obviously have changed supplier. Please go back to original supplier as we won't buy from here. Our friends and family are disappointed.

Price is good, Food is nice, portion sizes good but delivery times can be hit and miss. Friendly staff.

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered. Order placed online via FoodHub at 6.30pm, with a delivery time given of 57 minutes. We live less than five minutes drive away from Sam's. Rang them after two and a half hours as the food still hadn't been delivered, to be told, surprise surprise, we were "the next order to be sent out". Food finally arrived 2 hours and 45 minutes after ordering. It was very nice, but not worth that wait!

If you want to try best chicken burger and lamb doner it’s the place and you don’t have to wait long they serve quick

Don’t bother the guy don’t understand a word your saying and they always miss food out on your order and it just becames a right headache ordering from here

I usually go for the hot and spicy pizza, monster burger and chips. They are phenomenal tasty and big portion, unlike any other. Great value for money, but recently the site say Sorry closed. I hope they will reopen. I miss the tasty food they make.

Just got home from ordering 2 kebabs and chips. The salad portion is awful! Absolutely nothing there! Not normally like this as they are usually quite generous but today was embarrassing

Absolutely delicious! Fresh, tasty and great value for money. I had the special chicken kebab which come with 2 grilled chicken and 1 vegetable skewer, pitta bread, salad and the best homemade chilli sauce. Got a portion of chips to go with it but really didn't need them, I couldn't eat everything. Definitely recommend, just a shame I live about 150 miles away or It'd be my regular.

I love getting takeaways from Sam's. The food is delicious and it's great value for money. They are friendly and their service is good, offering collection and delivery. They only accept cash, so don't get caught out 😉

If you want the best chicken fillet burger ever,you need to order from here. The fillet burger was twice the size of the bun. I have a really happy full tummy. Thanks sams

Don't bother ordering for delivery. It doesn't turn up. Given them the benefit of the doubt and reordered but again, no food.

This is meant to be a chicken breast burger. Undercooked, meat was pink and gristly. Shocking will not be returning

I love this place and the service is always consistently great. The guys here recognise the locals and ask about the family and really make you feel welcome. The food though, speaks for itself. Best chicken and kebabs anywhere. Always hot, always fresh and always nice to see a friendly face behind the counter.

Shocking customer service, was told an hour due to being busy I accepted that. Hour and 10 mins later no food!!! Called back to be told another 30 mins I said are you joking he said no of you don't like it go elsewhere, I laughed and said what kind of business you running. He said would you take £1 discount and just wait. I laughed and cancelled order. He said OK we know where you live. Great customer service guys keep it up NOT

Best food I ever had. Chicken kebab and chichen burger was delicious.

Quick delivery but was left feeling disappointed with my order. The Garlic bread was overcooked and burnt, and the pizza dough had no crunch, tasted old and stale. No overly impressed with the order, the only thing I enjoyed was the bottle of diet Pepsi.

Got the chicken burger based on other reviews and it didn't disappoint! Biggest burger I've ever had. Chips were crispy and warm. Pizza was a bit doughy hence the 1 star knocked off. Will definitely be back for the chicken burger though.

We have often ordered from Sams on many occasion. We did have a small issue last time we orderd which was recitifed today..we enjoyed swift service and hot tasty food.

Always a nice meal cooked fresh while you wait. Nothing to much trouble for the staff. Saturday night takeaway done.

Pizzas are delicious lately, I would recommend everyone to try it. Also don’t forget to try chicken burger and Kofte kebab as well

Don't waste your time with these guys so slow waited 20 minutes for a doner and it still wasn't ready so I left empty handed if you are short on time on a lunch break etc don't go here

A most authentic Kebab place, with the inevitable offering of Southern Fried chicken and pizza to satisfy all tastes! The kebabs are incredible, in both taste and value for money! We were also impressed by the fried chicken they normally use for chicken burgers, so we got a portion without the bun.. It was equally scrumptious! Fresh ingredients, large portions and a hygiene rating of 5!! Best Kebab joint in Dunstable!!!

Shocking treatment ! After giving them 5 star review few months back. Their opening hours state they are opened till 11pm , we ordered at 10pm through foodhub , tried to call several times , phone answered at 11.30 just to tell us they close at 10pm (despite accepting order after 10pm and taking the payment), not even bothered to apologise. Complete lack of care and accountibility! You ordered and waited hour and half but thats your problem , we couldn't care less.

Great food. Quick service but can be busy at times.

Had a regular Donna with garlic mayo - very nice with a massive amount of meat. Staff wore gloves but not masks. The person who served me admitted he had not had the covid jab and didn't intend to. I (goody 2 jabs) was a little concerned but ate it anyway.

Very tasty chicken wrap. Chips were ok. Normally go to Jimmys Kebab van, but the van wasnt there. Was recomended Sams instead. Sad to say Sams chicken wrap was tasty but not as big! 🙃

Normally go but I don't understand why put we had got pizza there not long ago, I believe a week and the next morning we were all sick. I don't want to make it seem bad but maybe next time check the food please and the staff are nice and polite and serve a friendly service but this was a one time thing. Would recommend to go there still :)

Me and my family have been going to Sams for years now, and we've never had a bad experience. The staff are lovely and super efficient, their food is always delicious and the portion sizes are brilliant. They treat customers like one big family and it's always so welcoming in there. Thanks guys!

I normally come here when I'm visiting my dad when I travel home. I normally get burgers or chicken meat and they're usually very good. Last night I was really fancying a pizza, pretty sure when my dad had one during a previous visit it looked really good. Received my pizza, noticed the crust was a little crispy and overdone, but thought 'No bother'. Ate a few more slices I started noticing a burnt taste, checked the base and it was completely burnt. I was absolutely devastated, as the toppings were good but I couldn't finish it because it was that burnt. I wanted to give it 1 star just for that pizza, but I left an extra star for everything else. I am happy to give it a better review if you can fix your pizzas.

With big competition in town, this is such a good kebab shop! Always good cuts and such a yum full salad too, friendly staff. My only complaint is sometimes they don't open on time but they are worth the wait. Pls start selling halloumi guys!
