Burger King in Newark and Sherwood

Probably the worst food l have had been twice now but never again both times cold and dry Latest one showed onions but struggled to find them !

Ordered a chicken burger and chips at around 12.30, did not arrive arrive until 2pm

all for the food was stone cold

We only live 5 minutes away took 20 minutes & it was cold when it arrived

Food was stale and cold , chips were rock hard , lids didint fit the drink

Food was ready quickly, milkshake was nice but didn't taste like chocolate. The seating area needed a clean.

Food is lovely, but it's certainly not fast food.

Ordered takeaway burger. My complaint is that the young lady preparing the burger wore no gloves, used her hands to pickup all the vegs, and handled everything gloveless, no serving utensils, no gloves....yet her colleague had gloves on who was stood waiting to hand said prepared meal to customers.

The order placed at 5:26 PM arrived at 6:42 PM—cold, soggy, and absolutely disgusting. Additionally, some items were missing from the order. We paid nearly £50 for food that ended up in the bin. We called customer service twice, but no one answered. This is absolutely unacceptable service, leaving us very disappointed customers. (Food temperature was 29°, we live 2.5 miles away)

Xl bacon cheese burger ok Haloumi cheese stick disgusting rock hard 6 pound something and chucked them coffee was rubbish and only just warm chicken nuggets for dog bit on cold side but he eat them not going again

The one star foe atmosphere is me apologise I recently lost fiancee to medical neglect leaving me a now widowed signal father to our babies aged 2 and 3 who alos learning difficulties sonmy son sreamsbthe whole time because he has social anxiety i was already suffering metal past truma before this but we used ti have our car till Stephanie past west lost it due to it beinftaken of the sdebof the road after breaking down and counot aford to inppnd charges so I kind of feel like everyone is looking at me at the moment but very good slandered food and clean at tidy kitchen and customer area quick to help you if you can't use the big touch pad 😀

Somewhat slower service than I expected - nearly 10 minutes for 2 burgers with no modifications. Got home to find they'd got my order wrong (my double whopper looked very single to me). I can't even leave feedback on their own website because the store number isn't on the receipt. The catalogue of problems is too large.

They gave me the wrong meal!! I Ordered A chilli jam chicken royale meal with extra onion rings and got a double bacon cheeseburger meal with chilli cheese bites! Rather than me forwarding a complaint straight to the restaurant in getting the correct meal sent, They would rather send me a Full refund.

This has to be the slowest burger King ever. The team leader and his team hardly moved and didn't really care that there was people waiting for their food. They must have added another 60 minutes onto our journey.

Order was wrong, paid for 9 onion rings but I got 8, the onion rings were over cooked dry and had gone soft, the chips were in the same condition both inedible so went to the bin, the burger was good though.

Getting pricer with less fillings

Very disappointed to be refused my 20% discount on blue light card. We were told they dont take them anymore?????? Nothing written anywhere online or otherwise so why is this. I need an explanation before I report this to blue light. . Food was OK, chips were dry. Great gonerby is a better burger king for quality and they take blue light card. Bought a Whopper, it was tasty. Service was quick and friendly. Where you sit is shared with a Greggs and a Prett, it was a bit messy and tables were sticky but it was much like every other service station in the country.

Very tasteful Angus Steakhouse Burger with fries and extra King Onion Rings. But very strange taste of Coca-Cola like a mixture with tap water.

BK in a new A1 service station, so the atmosphere not brilliant but, bright, clean and airy. My wife and I had Chumbawumba, no Churro, no Chimichurro........or something like that burgers + likewise loaded fries. Honestly, it's one of the nicest burgers I've had. Fries great too, and even the Americano coffee was good. Within easy walk from Balderton. Nice 👍 😁

It pains me to leave bad reviews. Painfully slow service, I got the unfortunate pleasure of watching my burgers being assembled with zero care. All the food cold . Staff looked completely disinterested . Attempted to eat the burger but it was disgusting. Never again

On 2 separate occasions this Burger King has screwed up our order. Both times with uber eats and then deliveroo they have delivered half the order with no burgers and they reckon the staff haven't "communicated" with the delivery driver and that it's the driver fault not there's but how can that be possible with the same issue happening twice with 2 different delivery services? As well as the fact when you speak to the staff on the phone they seem to find it hilarious and that they're not at fault. Terrible service do not use this place if you're looking for food. Shut the place down and stop wasting everyone's time and money. Quality control needs to be here.

I’d love to give this place 0 stars but unfortunately it’s impossible . This place is run by a bunch of incapable people .The manager is absolutely useless. Please spear your time and money. 99.9% of the time food isn’t even in the bag. Always blame it on the delivery driver for forgetting the bags. The most annoying part is when you ring them and they find it funny that your order is completely messed up.

Bought a burger and it was cold, not really worth the effort, they don’t flame grill the burger fresh, like is normal in other BK’s. When Burger Kings whole thing is Flame Grilled and they don’t even do it, it’s like some false advertising.

Waited 20 mins for the food. So was expecting it to be hot. Boy was I wrong..stone cold burger and chips that were so so hard you could fix the roads. Best thing to do is to drive on to the next service. 3 managers sitting on there bum while 1 person looks into the distance contemplating the universe? Burger king you can do better....

Having been on the road for five hours and missed the previous McD's we dived into the Burger King at North Muskham on the A1 southbound. Firstly the staff were totally lethargic and clearly not interesting in serving customers. A burger, chips and a drink was ordered which was warm at best and tasteless. Oh and no Tomato or Mayo sauces to cap it all. The customer behind us complained too about her order ... not surprising! All in all, waste of £20.00+ and the staff a disgrace to BK ...

Lukewarm picked up so was expecting warm food...

It's great for a local stop or long haul, prices are more than the high street but it's in a petrol garage location and as we know greed is top agenda. Can't fault the service provided and the food as top notch on my visit also very clean and tidy.
