Order disappeared of the face of the earth. No number to contact the store, after contacting the garage to be put through to the store was told its the drivers fault and to claim I never received it through the app. Not the best service.

Day after there was no bread or wraps and still no bread or wraps place opens at 7 trying to order at 8.20, how long does it take to bake bread

Usual Subway selection with helpful staff. Toilets located to the left when you go in the main door.

No breakfast available at 8.30am place is open at 7am service from here is an absolute joke

Always have lovely fresh bread and ingredients. Places to sit were sticky and dirty but you cannot fault the staff or food.

It was late when I got here after been on the road for six hours just needed a coffee and a bite . The young lady was closing up but kindly made me a tuna and cheese HOT sandwich would never ever dream of it but she recommended it shouldn't have worried it was lovely will definitely be calling again if only to thank the young lady on her recommendation well done subway top rate staff member x

the young guy behind the counter could not have been nicer or better at his job,the food was exactly what i wanted and the service was excellent

All 4 foot long subs are rock hard - totally inedible. the tuna was not enough for a 6 inch but spread over a foot long - may as well have not been there. £36 Straight in the bin

Whoever made my meatball marinara did a grand job. Lots of filling, well distributed and not swimming in sauce. Credit where credit’s due!

So apparently im not allowed to have the Italian herb bread with my steak n cheese sub because it sticks to the grill!! Just too lazy to clean it more like,, I've had it plenty other times in different subways,, won't use subway ever again, thanks for ruining my lunch.

There was no hash brown in mine, but you know what? We move. It’s a Thursday, ain’t nobody got time for cooking hash browns. Or if they did, maybe they, too, were peckish. I dunno, hope it was enjoyed tho. Annnyyyway, tasted good, delivery dude was sound. All in all, gets 10/10 from me.

Been here often, but hit and miss. Inadvertently tried the frozen chicken sandwich today, prefer it defrosted to be honest.

Ordered extra cheese on both subs and honestly think they put even less on! Foot long with 4 triangles of cheese and it's a veggie one, meant to have double. Rubbish.

So hit or miss and not worth it when you are spending over £40 to have 1/2 your meal toasted incorrectly and straight to the bin. This is the 5th time at least this has happened. Such a shame as we love subway

I ORDERED THE MEATLESS PHILLY FROM THE NEW SUBWAY SERIES MENU THAT SHOULD INCLUDE PLANT BASED STEAK, DOUBLE AMERICAN STYLE CHEESE, RED ONIONS, PEPPERS AND TERIYAKI SAUCE AND WHAT I GOT WAS SOME PLANT BASED STEAK IN A DRY SUB FOR £6.59! ALSO MY ORDER WAS MISSING A MARGHERITA SLICE WAS ALSO MISSING. I HAVE ORDERED FROM HERE BEFORE AND IT HAS BEEN GOOD BUT THIS TIME HAS BEEN A MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT

Use Subway often through Just eat but been disappointed the last couple of times with the order being wrong/missing. Usually good at getting orders correct (Broxden) so hopefully just new staff or something. Otherwise, food is enjoyable

Cannot lie when I say that this fine dining experience completed my life. I have never felt more fulfilled than after my amazing sandwich artist Logan created the most amazing footlong steak and cheese on honey oat bread. He was extremely polite, good looking and provided great service. Could not of been HAPPIER

Just been served by Clhoe at Broxden, polite, helpful, quick and efficient. Absolute credit to your company. Makes a refreshing change to meet such nice staff. Sandwiches were perfect.

Driver was excellent fast and really polite , the restaurant was great they called to let me know they didn’t have meatballs and happily changed my order

The fillings were extremely limited. When we discussed with Subway, they said it was Just Eat’s fault and to make a complaint to them!
